It wasnt a great day. I was sitting in my bedroom crying cause my boyfriend Ashton and I just got into a heavy argument. We would always argue and bicker about tiny little things but when things got bad he would hit me and scream in my face as if I were a child. I was curled in a ball trying to steady my breathing but I couldn't.

I lifted my head up and looked at all the bruises on my arms, it wasn't a pleasant sight to look at. Suddenly, my phone started to buzz with an incoming call from Jesse Jo. I picked up my phone and clicked answer. "H-Hello?" I said trying to keep my voice down.

"Hey y/n- wait. Whats wrong is everything okay?" You quickly wiped your face "Yeah, things are going perfectly fine." you lied. "Did he hurt you again?" Jesse asked in a worried tone. "Uhm... n-" and as soon as you were about to answer Ashton walked in.

"Who are you on the phone with? It better not be that British guy you're always talking to!" Ashton exclaimed. "Y/n I-" Jesse started but you hung up the phone. You threw it to the side and Ashton grabbed your wrist and your eyes started to water.

"Who were you on the phone with? Tell me. NOW!" Ashton exclaimed in a stern tone. "N-No one!" You knew you shouldn't have lied cause you knew that wasnt going to end well. "Don't lie to me!" You closed your eyes shut knowing what was about to happen.

Ashton raised his hand getting ready to backhand you but your bedroom door slammed open. "Y/n?" Jesse asked. "Holy fuck, get your hands off of her!" Dominic exclaimed. Your eye's widened when you noticed Jesse was there, you were in more shock that Dom was also there. You quickly got up and moved behind Jesse, Dom rested his hands on your waist and your body tensed up. "Its alright, y/n its okay."

Ashton was in shock that there were others here. "So you were on the phone with that British guy you're so obsessed with! Did you tell him I hurt you? Cause I didn't." Dom released his hands off of you and Jesse took you away from the scene. You could hear the two men arguing and yelling at each other and you just covered your ears burring your face into Jesse's shoulder. "Im not obsessed with Dom." you muttered into her shoulder. Jesse rubbed your back and nodded her head slightly "I know you're not, its alright."

Dom came downstairs with a duffle bag with a few pairs of clothes in it. Ashton came down running down the stairs behind Dom. "Y/n! Please don't go. Please! I love you." You couldn't say anything. Jesse and Dom walked out the house with you and lead you to their car. "Jess, you wanna drive? Gonna sit in the back with Y/n." Dom stated and Jess just nodded her head. "Sounds good, babe."

You two got into the car and you looked out the window not paying attention to anyone or anything but the things that were passing by as you drove.

"Y/n, Are you alright?" Jesse asked. She looked at you through the rearview mirror and her eyes were full of worry. You forced a smile and nodded. "Thank you, guys. Im.. Im sorry you had to witness that." You muttered looking down at your fingernails that were red from chewing on them so much.  "Hey, don't be sorry, its alright. I promise!" Dom said looking at you with a soft smile.

You have known Dom for a while. At first you were a huge fan of his music. It got you through a lot of things. You met Dom through your best friend Jesse Jo who is his current girlfriend. They have been dating for almost 2 years, and honestly you didnt enjoy being around them cause it made you feel terrible about your relationship because of how abusive it was.

You finally arrived at Dom and Jesses shared apartment. Jesse pulled in and Dom grabbed your duffle bag full of clothes. Jesse got out and Opened the door for you and walked you inside. "You can stay for as long as you need." she whispered to you.

You gave her a soft smile and nodded walking in. They were on the first floor so thankfully, it wasn't that long of a walk. You three walked into the apartment, and they showed you to the spare room. "Its not much but... its a better environment i feel like." Jesse said with a smile. She pulled you into a hug and rubbed your back. "Ill be back, I have a few errands to run. Do you wanna come along?" You shook your head no. "I can stay with her. If thats what you want of course." You shrugged your shoulders and Dom left walking jesse out the door.

It had been a while and Jesse was still gone, you were out in the living room with Dom watching a cooking show that was on BBC. You chewed at your cuticles and Dom looked at you. "Everything alright love?" you looked at him and nodded your head. "Yeah, im alright." You said softly but you both knew it was a lie.

NEXT MORNING DOMS POV:

It was the next morning. I woke up and rolled over going to kiss my girlfriend good morning, but she wasn't there. I blinked a few times and reached for my phone checking my messages. Nothing. "Should probably check on y/n." i said to myself.

I got up out of bed and put some joggers on. Last night I slept in my boxers hoping Jesse would come back. She just said she had a few errands to run... why did it take her so long? I shook my head clear and walked over to the spare room where y/n was. She was in bed sleeping, she looked so peaceful... and beautiful. Wait dom. Don't think like that, you have a fucking girlfriend! I shook my head clear once more and carefully shut the door walking into the kitchen. 

I grabbed the tea kettle and filled it with water, enough for two cups of tea. I set it on the stove and put it on high, i jumped up and sat on the kitchen counter. My head was a mess, where the fuck did jesse go? I thought to myself again. I then started to think about y/n. This was wrong to say, but shes so beautiful. I think she has a thing for me, but honestly... I don't know. I always felt bad for the way Ashton treated her. Sometimes I wish that I could fix her, heal her, and make everything better for her. But her and I both know that would be wrong.

My train of thought stopped when the tea kettle started to whistle. I sighed and got up grabbing two mugs filing them with the boiling hot water. I put two tea bags in and made sure to let it soak. I took a spoon and pressed the tea bag against the side making sure to get everything out of it. I then repeated the steps to the other one. I added two things of sugar and a splash of milk to both. I stirred them both and walked into the spare bedroom where y/n was, and thankfully she was awake.

Y/NS POV:

I woke up in a familiar bedroom, honestly i forgot that I was staying with Dom and Jesse. I heard footsteps come into the bedroom and a soft familiar voice. "Mornin' y/n. I made you tea, I hope that was alright." he said in a soft tone setting the tea on the bedside table. I slowly sat up and rubbed my eyes, Dom looked at me with a soft smile but there was worry on his face. "Is Jesse home?" I asked grabbing the tea taking a small sip. Dom crawled into bed with me and sighed shaking his head no. "Nope. Shes been gone since last night." he muttered.

You looked at him and frowned. "Im sorry... Is there anything I can do?" You asked Dom. He shook his head no. "It's alright, love." he said with a soft smile.

My eyes started to water and my heart pounded and fluttered with excitement. "That would be wonderful." I said with a huge smile spreading across my face.

"I promise I wont ever ever hurt you like Ashton did. Im all about you y/n" he whispered. Then his lips met mine and i was in complete ecstasy. "Im all about you too Dom." I said with a smile.
