CHAPTER 13

It was Izzy, Helen and Camille and their office mates.

“Hey guys” Alec said hugging each of them.

“No hard feelings brother-in-law” Helen said as he hugged Alec.

“No hard feelings” Alec replied.

“Where’s Mags?” Camille asked.

“He’s playing with Madzie in our room…I’ll call him” Alec said and went to call Magnus.

 “I missed y’all so much…” Magnus said hugging each of them 

Everyone was in the living room chatting. 

Alec was in the kitchen making popcorn and Helen walked in.

“Hey!” she said.

“Hey…” Alec replied leaning towards the kitchen counter.

“About what happened…I’m…” she couldn’t finish the sentence.

“It’s fine Helen, you don’t need to apologize or anything…I’m fine…” Alec said smiling.

“Okay…I just wanted to say sorry and I promise I’m not like Tyler…” 

“I know…” Alec smiled and hugged her.

“The popcorn!!!!” Helen said seeing the popcorn popping up and spilling all over.

Alec quickly took it off the cooker and both of them laughed.

And after a while Josh, Aiden and Simon also joined their little party.

“Thank you so much for coming today guys…” Magnus said and then he introduced his office mates to his friends and they got to know each other and became friends pretty quickly.

“Mags…” Alec said dragging Magnus to a corner.

“What is it Alexander?” he asked in a low voice. 

“Did you notice something about Helen?” 

“About Helen? What about her?” Magnus asked confused.

“Does she know Aline by any chance” Alec asked.

“I don’t think so…but Helen did see her 2 or 3 times at work I guess”

“At work?” Alec asked. 

“I’ll tell about it later…” Magnus said and Alec rolled his eyes.

“I feel like there’s something going on between those two…” Alec said eyeing at Aline.

“What are you two mumbling about?” Izzy appeared from nowhere.

“Nothing…nothing…just about work” Magnus replied looking at Alec.

“It’s a party brothers…no more work talk…” Izzy said dragging the two of them to the living room.

“So guys should we play a game?” Izzy asked and everyone agreed.

“I’ll set the rules” Camille said standing up. “Okay so…spin the bottle is the first game, you can choose between truth or dare…if you can’t do what we ask you to do you have to drink a whole glass of beer in one go… Agreed?”

“Okay…” everyone agreed.

“Then let’s start” Izzy said spinning the bottle. The bottle stopped directed at Josh.

“Dare or Truth?” Camille asked.

“Let’s make it challenging…I’ll choose dare” he said.

Izzy thought for a while…” Okay I got it…” she said smiling “kiss the most handsome man in this room”

Josh smiled “That’s the simplest dare ever” he said and turned towards Aiden and cupped his face and pulled him into a warm kiss. 

“Woohooo” everyone shouted and the two of them pulled apart Aiden leaving another kiss on Josh’s cheek.

“You two are so cute” Catarina said smiling.

Josh smiled sinking his head in Aiden’s chest.

“Josh your turn to spin” Camille said.

Josh nodded and took the bottle to spin, it stopped right at Aline.

“Okay Aline, Truth or Dare?” Magnus asked.

“Truth…” she said nervously and waited for the question to be asked.

“Can I take the chance to ask her?” Alec said trying to take the opportunity and Aline nodded.
