Chapter 2

Threw the day I became more nervous every second I'm going to tell Emily how I feel about Jason and I'm kinda scared for her reaction. When the final bell rang a quickly got all books and went outside to the courtyard where I saw Emily waiting patiently for me.

"I think I need to explain why this -A person sent me that text" I said approaching her

"Yes please I'm dying from curiosity" she said you can see the curiosity in her eyes

"But not here let's go to my house" I said as we both quickly went to our vehicles and driving to my house since my parents are on business trip they go alot on those really

"So tell me please" she whined as soon as we entered the room

"I've been inlove with Jason for 3 years now" I said as fast as I could

"What?! Really?" She asks shocked

"Yes and I literally told no one how does this -A person know that I love him?" I asked exasperated

"I really don't know Kody I mean really I wish I knew" she said

After that we decided to grab a bite so we walked to the grill past Ali's old how that was swarm with police cars, wait what?

We quickly ran over there and saw Hanna, Spencer and Aria standing together me and Emily quickly went to them to ask what is going on.

"Guys why are here police officers and ambulances?" Emily asked as soon as we got to them

"Kody, Em... they found Ali's body" Spencer said to us looking pale.

"What?" I asked as tears welled up in my eyes, Alison was maybe a bitch sometimes but we've been friends since diapers.

All of them embraced me in one big hug knowing how tough this is for me. I watched as they brouht out a body from the backyard and that is when I lost it I broke down in tears and fell to my knees while al of them just hold me.

*day of funeral*

"Are you okay honey?" Mom asked looking into my room with a concerned look on her face while I looked in the mirror putting my last earring ingo my ear.

Today is Alison's funeral I haven't talk to anyone since that night except the girls I haven't got any texts from that A person thankfully, I had dark hair with red in it but decided to change it back to my natural color, blonde. I'm wearing a dress that goes to my mid-thigh, my hair is pinned back and I'm also wearing my 5inch black high heels.

"Yes mom are we ready to go?" I asked grabbing my purse.

"Yes" she said grabbing her keys and both of us heading out.

The car ride was silent and when we got there alot of people already arrived, we got out linked arms and walked together we saw the other girls and their parent we went to them gave all of them hugs and I went inside were I Mrs. Dilaurentis.

"Hey Mrs.D long time no see" I said getting her attention and gave her a big hug and hold her for a moment, or more like we were holding each other afraid one of us will fall.

Mrs. D is like a second mom to me we were always close.

"Kody, I didn't even recognised you, I've never seen you with blond hair" she said looking at me to admire how much I've changed over a year.

"Yea, I'm actually dyed it back a few days ago, this is my natural color" I said giving her a small smile

"Can you go sit with the other girls in the front row please, Ali would've liked it?" She asked gesturing to the other girls already sitting

"Yes of course" I said hugging her once more than started making my way to them and sat down.

They looked at me in shock?

"What?" I asked panicked.

"You have blonde hair" Hannah said.

"Yes Hanna I'm a natural blonde but I decided to change it" I said cracking a small smile.

Aria phone suddenly beeped and me and Emily looked at each other wide eyed, Spencer and Hanna also looked at her in anticipation.

"What? It is just my mom. Wait did you guys also got a text from a person named A?" She asked in a hushed town.

"We tought we were the only ones" me and Em said in unison.

"We got one two" said Spencer and Hanna.

"Who is this person?" Aria asked

"I wish I knew" said Emily.

"Is that Jenna Marshall?" Aria asked with panic in her voice.

We all turned around and saw Jenna and Jason together, wow he is even more handsome than I remembered.

"Guys can we all go to my house after the funeral to talk about A?" Spencer asks us.

We all nodded in unison and became silent when the ceremony began.

I saw Jason after the funeral but I didn't went up to him to say hi or something so I just stood with the girls.

Beep!Beep!Beep!Beep!

Our phones went of in unison we looked at each other and than looked at the messege

"I'm still here bitches and I know everything.-A"

We read in in unison and looked at each other

"Spencer Hastings, Emily Fields, Hanna Marin, Aria Montgomery and Kody Reed?" An detective asked approaching us

"That's us" Spencer said for us all

"I'm detective Wilden I just to ask you girls about what happened the night Alison Dilaurentis dissapeared" he said

Not again if I have to tell what happened that night again I'm going to blow a gasket we all already told them like 50 times

"Again? I'm sorry but we already told you guys what happened that night" I said crossing my arms

"I know that Ms. Reed but this is not a missing person investigation, it's a murder" he said walking away

I don't like him, I have a feeling I'll be seeing him alot. We all went to Spencer's house I rode with her while my mom went home I will just walk home later on we luckily just live five minutes away from Spencer's.

"Okay guys we have to tell each other our biggest secret so A can't turn us against each other" Spencer said handing us all a soda

"Okay, I'll go first" Aria said

"I am secretly dating our new teached Mr. Fitz, when we moved back from Iceland I went to a pub the day before school started and met him there I told him I was in college causeI probably won't see him again but now he is our teacher so we are tryna making it work" she said fiddling with her fingers

To say I was shocked was an understatement

"That is kinda cute" Em said and we all gave her a smile while she sighed in relief

"I am gay" Em blurted out

"What?Why?" I asked concerned

"Ben tried to force himself on me, and alot of guys are like that and I don't want that" she said a few tears escaping her eyes

"Em, I'm so sorry about Ben being an asshole but we supportyou being gay" I said giving her a hug

"Thanks" she said hugging back

"I like Melissa's fiancé Wren" Spencer said

"Does he have a British accent?" Hanna teased

"Actually yes he does and he is a docter" she said with a dreamy look on her face

"I wanna have sex with Sean" Hanna said

We all just stared at her with wide eyes, really Hanna?

"Okay, Kody what is your secret?" Spencer asked while I looked down

"Umm I- I'm well I've been inlove with Jason for 3 years" I said looking down

"Ali's big brother?" Aria asked

"Yes, he really isn't so bad he is nice, caring and he will be there for you" I said smiling

"But why didn't you tell us?" Hanna asked

"I was afraid of your reactions, I'm sorry I literally told no one not even him" I said taking a sip from my soda

"So do you guys wanna sleepover?" Spencer asked changing the subject

"Sure I'm just going home getting my things, do I need to bring us food?" I asked

"Yes please" the rest said in unison

I started walking but stopped and pulled of my heels and carried them in my hands and started walking again, I walked past Alison's house and just stood there for a few seconds

"You changed alot you know I didn't even know you were a blonde" I turned my head and there stood Jason against the wall still in his suit

Damn! He looks good in a suit

"Yea, I decided to change it back" I said giving him a small smile

"I like it" he said giving me that charm smile that could melt any girl into a pubble

"Thank" I said blushing

"How are you holding up?" He asked me

"Well I cried alot but I guess fine" I said looking down

Next thing I know Jason had me in his arms and just holding me while I putted my arms around his waist, we stood like that for a few seconds and it was pure heaven.
