Confessions

my weekly meetings with Idiia were something I was always looking forward to now a days. Sometimes it was at my Dorm sometimes at His. We seemed to be hanging out more and more. Grim and Hyde seemed to have also hit it off. I noticed Grim always getting excited when I tell him we're going over to see them. I personally think he likes having another beast around like him. Someone who he can relate to. Fire Beasts were of course more Powerful then regular beasts and often times more intelligent.

I looked at around campus as others passed us. I was sitting with a sleeping Silver. He had once again fallen asleep after his training. I had sent Grim to get Lilia or Sebek. Whoever he found first so they could come take him back to his dorm. I would wake him however he would just fall asleep again soon after.

I sat next to him and read my latest book. It was a cute love story about a Women who had fallen in love with the King of the Underworld. She had felt stuck in her role as barer of spring. She meet the King while she was picking flowers and he invited her to his palace. She saw her mother distracted and went with him. While there she told him of how her mother felt she must stay pure and had to stay in her role. The King having fallen for her told her he had a plan. He gave her Four pomegranate seeds and told her if she ate them that she could stay down in the Underworld with him. It was a sweet story honestly. how he wished to help her.

I saw Grim running back with a Hovering Lilia. Unlike Ortho's flying that seemed to bounce him slightly up and down. Lilia's was smooth and graceful. He landed in front of me and silver and rested his elbow on his arm.

"Dear me, What ever and I going to do with him" I shook my head standing.

"Do you want help bringing him back?" Lilia chuckled and nodded.

"I think that best. How about some tea when we get there? I have a new Orange blossom blend" I smiled and nodded.

"That sounds great," Lilia helped me to Levitate Silver onto my back. moving him so He was in a more comfortable position we started walking back to Diasomina. It wasn't hard to walk with Silver being slightly lighter thanks to Lilia.

"So I hear you've been spending more and more time with that Ignihyde House Warden" I blinked and looked up at a smirking Lilia.

"H-Have you now" He snickered and floated next to me.

'Oh yes, I heard your friends complaining about it the other day. How you seem to be disappearing more and more often. I heard from your Red haired companion it was to Ignihyde for gaming. I didn't know you gamed Yuu" I blushed brightly.

"I-I don't... Not really. Idiia is teaching me little by little." Lilia smirked.

"Oh on a first name basis as well" I groaned as Lilia laughed.

"I'm only teasing. It is nice to see the Ignihyde Warden out more often now a days. I am glad to see you making friends with others as well. I worried you would run off with your beasts" we walked through the Mirror and into Diasomnia dorms court yard.

"He's a good friend" Lilia nodded.

"Yes... just a friend" I blinked and Lilia smirked at me holding the door open. I blushed brightly.

"y-ya just a friend" Lilia chuckled and I set Silver down on the couch. Lilia took of his coat and placed it over his son.

"You know you can't hide it Yuu. You Obviously fancy the boy" I blushed worse and Lilia directed me to the Diasomnia kitchens for tea.

"I wish I didn't" He gave me a look.

"Is he not treating you well?" I shook my head.

"It's not that... I just don't want to ruin our just starting Friendship. I have so much fun with them." Lilia sat me down and handed me my cup. He joined me and sighed.

"young one you must not hide this from him. How will you know if you do not try?" I made a face.

"Easy for you to say. Your always so confident" He gave me a soft smile.

"Yes however I am far your Elder. I have had years of practice learning not to let others opinions get to me. If you like him tell him" I shook my head and took a sip. Giving a soft smile at the cup.

"Perfect as always." He might not be able to cook but Tea he could always make. He chuckled.

'Thank you, Now back to you young one" I groaned and put my head down. Lilia laughed.

"Lilia I really don't want to talk about this" He raised an eye brow.

"But we will anyway, You need to talk to him." I pouted.

"I would rather just keep this between us. He doesn't have to know I like him. I'm sure he would just laugh at me" Lilia made a face setting down his cup.

"I don't think you honestly believe that. If you did you wouldn't fancy him as you do. Tell me what you like about him instead?" I took a breath.

"He is antisocial like I am so its nice to know I can hang out with him quietly. I feel like I don't have to put a front up in front of him. Instead of doing things together we can just Coexist in the same space you know" Lilia chuckled and nodded.

'Yes I know what you mean. Go on" I blushed.

"He is passionate about what he loves. We once had a whole discussion about a manga series he had gotten into. He also is so smart. He can be funny when he wants to be and ambitious. He loves his work and puts his heart into all his creations." Lilia chuckled.

"sounds like your quite twitterpated." I blinked confused. what did that mean. Lilia laughed.

"Sorry, I meant that it sounds like you are quite Infatuated with the Ignihyde Warden" I swear I couldn't get more red then I was now. If I grew any more red I wouldn't have any more blood for my heart. Lilia smirked at me taking a drink.

"I-Its that is I um" laughing he set his drink down.

"Nothing to be ashamed of. Many would find him attractive if not for his Anxiety disorder making it hard to speak with him. I find you very lucky" I wanted to bang my head on the table. Damn it Lilia. I swear he just invited me to tease me.

"I'm not ashamed. I'm embarrassed, I am barely able to talk to people and now I have a crush on one" I sigh. Lilia gave me a look of sympathy.

"I understand that however you must remember he likes you to. He would not allow you to keep coming over if he didn't" Taking a drink I sighed and put my hand on my chin.

"I guess so" Lilia put his hand on mine.

"Talk to him, Treat him as you do your beasts. Talk to him and ask how he feels. You will find talking to Humans and talking to Creatures are quite similar" I made a face and Lilia took my now empty cup with a smirk.

"All will be well my friend and if not I owe you Dinner" I laughed.

"fine" Lilia smirked and nodded. What had I just agreed to?

Honestly it was easier said then done. I learned I was almost never actually alone with Idiia to tell him and when I was, I felt like my heart was going to explode out of my chest! When we weren't Ortho and Grim were with us or Hyde felt the need to interrupt us for a walk. finally one day while we were playing Beast Junction I started typing on my screen and then sent it.

"Yuu: Idiia Would you like to get coffee?" I took a breath. waiting for a moment I looked over and saw Idiia's hair start to flicker an pinkish red I winced and closed my eyes. Opening them I saw him looking at me his eyes wide.

"I-In game?" I shook my head.

"O-Out of game...m-maybe a-as a d-d-date?" that was cringy as fuck I just know it. His face turned bright red and his hair flickered pinks and reds. I winced at the colors. It was ok. It wasn't going to hurt me. It would go back to blue soon.

"A-A date!?!?!" I nodded and fiddled with my controller.

"I-if thats ok? I-I just.." I could do this just follow Lilia's advice.

"I like you!, alot...I get it if you don't want to and j-just wanna be friends b-but... I would like.. to maybe go out... sometime" There. It was all out on the table. I did it. So why did I feel so shitty? a moment passed. then another. Looking up Idiia was in full on shock.

"I-Idiia? you ok?" He stood up and stared passing. I reached out and he yelped. Retracting me hand quickly I looked down.

"y-you don't have to. I-its ok if you don't like me back i ju-"

"I DO!" I jumped and he did as well.

"I-I mean I do like you. alot alot. I-I just couldn't bring me self to ask you. I-I'm sorry you had to ask first" I shook my head and smiled a little.

"I-its ok. my friend had to hype me up so I could ask you my self hehe...so... Does that mean you will? G-Go out with me I mean?" Idiia blushed and nodded with a smile.

'S-sure... can it be somewhere with out alot of people though?" I nodded and sighed. I didn't even think of that. So many people would not be a good thing.

"Y-ya that sounds great actually." I smiled at him. This was actually happening. He had said yes! Going back to our game We stayed together on the map. Where he went I went. Where I went he went. It was alot of fun. We caught so many fish and bugs together I think the Wind Beast for the Museum was shocked. That is if he wasn't programed already.

The next time I looked at the clock it was past midnight. I didn't want to go but Grim would probably start worrying by now. Looking at Idiia I saw him stretch. Sitting in the same position all the time does kind a hurt your back.

"I-I should go..." I said. Idiia looked at me then the clock and winced.

"r-rights its pretty late. will you be ok walking by yourself?" I nodded. I wouldn't force him to walk me home. He nodded then blinked and grabbed a sweater from his Pile of clothes handing it to me.

"I-its cold tonight... Here!" I blinked and looked at the large Black Sweater with a Blue flame pattern at the bottom. Putting it on it was so big it came to right before my knees. I smiled at it. IT was really warm.

"T-thanks. I'll wash it and return it when I do wash next" He shook his head.

"I-its ok, I don't ware it alot anyway" I smiled and he walked me to the Dorm exit. Ortho was sleeping in his Charging station. It had been a shock the first time but now it was a Common thing to see. Apparently Ortho's body was almost all Mechanical and so needed to recharge to keep him going. It made sense now why Idiia was so worried back then to waking up and seeing his brother still at my house. He could have shut himself down if he stayed over night.

"Talk to you tomorrow?" I said as I opened the dorm front door. He nodded and gave a big grin.

"I don't know you down to get beaten again at Planet Warfar?" I pouted and he chuckled.

"please I'll never get to your level. I can't even defeat the first boss fight" Honestly even if I couldn't fight well I still had fun watching him defeat them. With Ortho or not Idiia was amazing at his games. He waved and Closed the door.

I made my way back to my Dorm. Idiia had been right it was really cold tonight. Walking back I saw the familiar Fireflies appearing around my Front Gate. Malleus had come for a visit. It had been quite a shock that Tsunotarou and Malleus were the same person but After a while I had become used to it. I was still allowed to call the Fae Prince my stupid nick name.

"Tsunotarou, Pleasure seeing you hear" I smiled. He turned and gave me a nod.

"Child of man, It is indeed a pleasure. Though it is quite late. Where are you coming from?" I blushed and rubbed the sleeve between my finger tips.

"I was out late gaming with Idiia, A game were playing just had a big Update so we were checking out all the new features" Malleus blinked at me then nodded.

"Oh, Yes Lilia did mention you were often with Shroud these days. He is an interesting character in his own right" I nodded.

'He really is hehe. How have you been though?" Malleus looked around then up at the stars.

"I have been well." I nodded. malleus didn't talk much. He did however like to wonder around on his own. He looked at me and gave me a gentle smile.

"I shale be moving on now, Get some rest Child of man. You will need it I'm sure for days to come" It was soon after he was gone. Lilia and Malleus had that way of them. Saying Mysterious things as warning. I learned to just live with it. Taking a breath of cool night air I walked up to my dorm and inside. It was quiet inside. It often was around this time of night. The ghosts would be out haunting the campus, Grim would asleep by now. Taking in the silence I walked to the kitchen for sometime to eat.

I didn't grab anything fancy just a sandwich with peanut butter on it and some Chips. It was good enough for who it was for. I finished with some Tea and walked upstairs to bed. The tea hit quickly. It had been a Lavender Mugwart tea. It was a tad bitter but on cold nights like this is was rather nice. I made it to my bed and took off my pants before falling into my covers.

I woke up warm and happy. opening my eyes I saw Grim asleep in his bed across from mine. After finally cleaning this place up a bit we had moved one of the beds into my room so Grim could have his own. He didn't always use it but for the most part he found he preferred his own sleeping arrangements. I saw up and rubbed my eyes. Looking I saw the long black sleeve and blushed. Last night rushing back to me quickly. I had actually confessed to him. I was going on a date with him!!!

Hell we were going to hang out again today! well after I cleaned the Dorm a bit and took a shower. Maybe I should make us something to eat. Date mates do that right? Make food for each other. I know beasts often brought their mates food as a courting present. Was that true for People as well? I shook my head. I was thinking about this to hard. I would just make us something. I walked down stairs and started making breakfast. Grim smelling food rushed down just as I had plated some Porridge down. Smirking I gave him his bowl.

"Thanks Yuu! This smells great!! How was your night with your mate?" I blushed and froze.

"F-fine... were hanging out again today" I said picking at my food. I heard a loud sound of metal hitting the table.

"Y-YOU GUYS ARE ACTUALLY MATES NOW!??! that's great!" I covered my ears and made a face at Grim. Volume Grim rememeber Volume! He smirked at me.

"So who asked who? come on give grim all the juicy details!" I laughed and shook my head.

"There is nothing Juicy to tell. I asked him in our game Chat. We had an Ingame Date. He gave me his Sweater to walk home in and thats that. Today were going to hang out again" Grim pouted.

"SO besides him scenting you its same as Usual. Boring" He groaned. I blushed bright red.

"S-Scenting me?!" Grim nodded.

"Ya, He gave you his Sweater so ya smell like him. Scenting ya see?" I looked at the sweater and sniffed the collar before blushing. It smelling like Idiia, Motor oil, and Nitroglycerin. An almost sweet burning smell to it. Now I didn't want to wash it but if I didn't it would be gross to wear. It was also really fricken warm so I didn't wanna take it off. Would it be weird if I wore it back today? Would he think I was gross for having slept in it and worn it again the next day? Grim smirked.

"Aww ya really like him don't ya" I nodded and drank some of my coffee. I really did. He was so cute and sweet! Damn it! Why did people have to be so complicated!! Grim smirked finishing his food.

"Well ya best finish up and get back to your Mate. Sounds like you two are quite the match" I groaned.

Damn it grim, Why did you have to point the Scenting thing out to me!!
