CHAPTER 20: hanging out

SUNNY woke up right on top of AUBREY today, as they stayed in the couch the whole night.He was far too comfy, and went back to sleep.At least he TRIED.He couldn't sleep anymore, he was just awoken now, so he decided to tidy up some things.He ate breakfast, switched the bed sheets, polished his knives, organized his eyepatches (and put a new one) and took a bath after all that.AUBREY then woke up, and sneak hugged SUNNY.

AUBREY: Good morning Sunshine!

SUNNY: G-good morning AUBREY.

AUBREY: you already tidied everything up eh?*Sniff* your hair is smelling good!

SUNNY: W-well, i just got out of the shower.Maybe it's because of that.

AUBREY: i love a good smelling man~

She kisses SUNNY in the cheek, and eats her breakfast.

SUNNY: you're really teasy today.

AUBREY: you don't like when I tease you Sunny Bunny?

She puts SUNNY against the wall, and starts making out with him.

SUNNY: i *smooch* love it, but don't you that's *smooch* too early for that?

AUBREY: it's never too early to love you.

SUNNY: it's never too early to help me tidy everything up too you know.I still have to separate our clothes.

AUBREY: ok.But after we're done with that, can we go out?

SUNNY: Sure, but i still have questions about the bunny suit.

AUBREY: i already told you sweetie, only on your birthday!Let's just go tidy up our stuff, so we can go out!

They separated their clothes, and sat down.

AUBREY: that was easy!

SUNNY: that's the power of teamwork, i guess.

AUBREY: I'm going to take a bath, and then we can go out ok?

SUNNY: Ok.

SUNNY waited patiently for AUBREY, while sipping a cup of coffee.AUBREY got out of the bathroom, with her hair tied into a ponytail.

SUNNY: your hair is different.Cool.

AUBREY: i just applied a new batch of dye and tied my hair!It's not that much.Wanna dye your hair too?

SUNNY: No.I like my hair this way.

AUBREY: Ok!Let's go!

They exited the dormitory, with AUBREY leading the way.

SUNNY: where are we going?

AUBREY: a special place.

SUNNY looked at AUBREY with a bit of confusion.

SUNNY: what do you mean by a special place?

AUBREY: You'll know when you see it!

They reached the special place AUBREY talked about.It was an enormous library.SUNNY'S eyes shined with happiness.

SUNNY: Can we live here?I want to live here.

AUBREY: sorry Sunny Bunny, we can't.But you can always come here if you want!But first..

AUBREY put her hand into SUNNY'S pocket.

SUNNY: what are you doing?

AUBREY: looking for knives.You can't go inside the library with those.

She found 10 knives on SUNNY'S pockets.

AUBREY: how don't you have a hole on your pockets yet?

SUNNY: i have very sturdy pockets.

AUBREY: that doesn't make sense.

SUNNY: it does.

AUBREY: it dose-*Sigh* let's not talk about this, and go into the library.

They entered the library, and looked through all kinds of books, from how to cook certain food, to the history of the rise and fall of a powerful warrior.While on their reading spree, they stumbled onto BASIL and SOPHIE.

BASIL: those books are quite interesting right Dear?

SOPHIE: they really are!This library is impressive!I'm so glad you took me here Darling!

AUBREY: are we interrupting something?

BASIL: AH!Oh, it's you AUBREY.And SUNNY too!

AUBREY: sorry if I scared you BASIL!You look like you've seen a ghost!

BASIL: I'm just not used to people recognizig me all of a sudden.

SUNNY: hey there SOPHIA.

SOPHIE: hello SUNNY!How are you and AUBREY after BASIL and KEL moved?

SUNNY: we're doing fine.Coffee?

SOPHIE: yes please!

SUNNY grabbed two cups, and filled them with coffee.He gave one to SOPHIE, and started drinking the other.

AUBREY: SUNNY!Don't drink coffee in the library!You could spill it on the books!

SUNNY just drank his coffee, and threw the cup on the trash.

AUBREY: how have you two been since BASIL moved?

SOPHIE: it has been wonderful!I'm so glad someone is there to help me take care of the children!

AUBREY and SUNNY: WHAT.

BASIL: it's not what you guys are thinking!She just calls her plants "children"!

AUBREY: ohh, that makes more sense.I thought you two already adopted kids!

SOPHIE: it's too early for that!Haha!And even if we had children, i would like them to be our children, that we made together.

She held BASIL'S hand, with both blushing.

AUBREY: You two are adorable!

BASIL: Thank you AUBREY!You and SUNNY are also adorable together!

SUNNY: thanks.AUBREY, let's go look for more books.

AUBREY: Sure!Bye BASIL! Bye SOPHIE!

SOPHIE: Good bye AUBREY!

SUNNY and AUBREY kept going through the library, reading more books, and some comics too.

AUBREY: look at the time!I guess we should go.

SUNNY: No.I want to live here now.

AUBREY: Sorry sunshine, we can't.We have to go.

SUNNY: ok....

They left the library and went back to their dormitory.AUBREY'S stomach growls.

AUBREY: I'm hungry....

SUNNY: don't worry, I'm making dinner!What do you want to eat?

AUBREY: maybe a pizza?I don't remember the last time we ate one!

SUNNY: leave it to me.

SUNNY did his magic in the kitchen, preparing a beautiful pizza, for him and AUBREY.

SUNNY: it's in the oven now.All we have to do is wait.

AUBREY: my stomach is killing me!

SUNNY: we didn't eat lunch today.

AUBREY: How do you look so fine?

SUNNY: Meh, I'm used to it.

AUBREY: i think that's not healthy sunshine.

SUNNY: what doesn't kill me, makes me stronger.

AUBREY: you almost died enough time.

SUNNY: the key word there is almost.And once is not much.

AUBREY: it's more than enough for me.

*Ding*

SUNNY: the pizza is done!Let's eat?

AUBREY: of course!

They ate the whole pizza.They were absolutely stuffed.

AUBREY: oof.I'm stuffed.I could go to bed right now.

SUNNY: me too.I think i made that pizza too big.At least we probably won't wake up for midnight snacks.

AUBREY: the only snack i want, is you.

They kissed, and went to sleep.
