Chapter 19 – Adventures In Time And Space – Part 1

Asylum Of The Daleks

Madison's P.O.V.

“Haha, alright well I'd better be off!” I laughed, placing my tea cup on the table.

“What? Oh stay longer, please Maddy!” Martha begged.

“I wish I could, Martha! But The Doctor will be worrying if I don't get back in soon. I'll pop back soon, I promise!” I smiled.

“The Doctor. The Time Lord from Gallifrey, who I use to travel with, as did Mickey. He's now your fiancé and you're having his baby. Right?”

“Got it in one! You're to smart!” I smirked, ruffling her hair.

“Alright, don't be sarcastic.”

“When am I not? Haha! Anyway, must be going. Thanks for tea, Martha. Say hi to Mickey when he gets home.” I laughed, attempting to get up from my seat.

“I will. Need a hand?” She asked.

“Yes please. I hate being nearly eight months pregnant!”

“Nearly eight months, and now you decide to pop in?”

“I was a bit busy! I've still got over two months to go anyway.” I stated, as she pulled me up from the chair.

“Two months? I thought people got pregnant for nine months?”

“They do. I'm an alien remember. Time Lord's get pregnant for an extra month, as Time Lord babies need the time for their extra heart and brain capacity to develop.” I explained.

“Ah, I see. Makes sense really! So in two months you could quite easily visit me and Mickey. And after that two months as well!”

“Yes, I will try too! You've heard what The Doctor's like when he flies the TARDIS. I could promise you that I'd be back in one minutes, then fly with the Doctor and I'd end up coming back to see you in one year!” I laughed, rolling my eyes.

“I guess you're right. Oh, I'm going to miss you. See you soon then, Madison.” Martha smiled, hugging me briefly.

“Yeah, will do, Martha. Look after yourself, yeah? Get in any trouble, just phone me. Love ya gurl!” I called out, pulling the door open.

“Love you too. Bye, Maddy!” Martha giggled, leaning against the door frame as I walked through the large garden.

“See ya, Martha!”

I shut the garden gate, and made my way down the long driveway. After Martha had been reminded of her old life, Mickey and Martha had moved away to a new house, which was hidden away in a forest. Just to keep them safe, and I defiantly didn't have anything to do with the fact the house was very cheap....

I pulled my jacket closer round me, well as much as I could with my massive baby bump, and walked down the driveway to the road. Once I reached it, I pulled out my phone and was about to call for a taxi, when one appeared beside me.

“Madison Brown?” The man inside asked.

“Yeah, that's me.” I replied, furrowing my eyebrows.

“Taxi back into main London for you. Your fiancée called and said you would need one.”

“Oh bless him. Well, thank you very much.” I smiled, jumping into the front seat.

“No problem, Miss Brown. And might I say, for a pregnant lady, you are looking very fine today.”

“Thank you, Mr... ummm...”

“McKenzie. Jack McKenzie.” He replied, as he drove off.

“Well, thank you, Mr McKenzie. It means a lot.”

“Please, call me Jack, Miss Brown.”

“Please, call me Madison.” I giggled, before turning to look out the window.

We settled into a comfortable silence, as the song on the radio played lightly in the background. Suddenly the car slowed down to a halt in the middle of a forest, as I turned to face Jack.

“What are you doing?” I asked, subconsciously placing a hand to my stomach.

“Oh, your brother said to stop the car in the forest. He said he needed you to look at something.” Jack nodded, clutching the steering wheel tighter.

“Lier.”

“How can you know I'm lying?”

“1. Because earlier you said my fiancée phoned you, and you're saying my brother did. 2. I don't have a brother. Who are you and what do you want with me?” I spat.

“You are to clever... You will be needed.” Jack breathed.

I reached for the door handle, only to find it was locked. I banged against the window and screamed for help. A clicking noise took over from behind me, and I gasped in shock at the sight. A Dalek eyepiece had come out of Jack's forehead and a gun from his hand. It shot out a laser, and I was soon slipping in unconsciousness in my chair.

“MADISON BROWN IS ACQUIRED!”

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

I slowly came around to my senses, only to realize I was lead behind the TARDIS. I automatically reached a hand to my stomach, gladly to find everything was okay. I slowly got up, and saw that I was in a room surrounded by Daleks, but they weren't looking at me. I carefully peaked round the TARDIS to see them all looking at The Doctor, Amy and Rory.

“The what? The nano what?” The Doctor asked.

“The gravity beam will convey you close to the source of the transmission. You must find a way to deactivate the forcefield from there.” Some other woman replied.

“You're going to fire me at a planet? That's your plan? I get fired at a planet and expected to fix it.” The Doctor exclaimed.

“In fairness, that is slightly your M O.” Rory muttered.

“Don't be fair to the Daleks when they're firing me at a planet.” The Doctor cried, as others placed bands on Amy and Rory's wrists. “What do you want with them?”

“It is known the Doctor required companions.”

“Oh, brilliant. Good oh.” Rory sighed.

“The Doctor is also known to require a fiancée and I'm not going anywhere or saving anybody until I know where she is.” The Doctor demanded.

“Better get ready to save people then, 'cause here I am!” I announced, walking out from behind the TARDIS.

“Maddy! When did you get here? Are you alright? Hows the baby? Did they hurt you?” The Doctor rambled, running to my side.

“Doctor! About two minutes ago. Yes, I'm fine. The baby's fine. No, they didn't. That fine?” I sighed, rolling my eyes.

“I thought I'd lost you.” He muttered, pulling me into a hug.

“Hey, you can ever lose me! Amy, Rory! Good to see you!”

“Hello, Maddy!” Amy smiled, as me and The Doctor walked over.

“So what's going on?” I asked, looking down the hole in the ground.

“We've been called in by some Daleks and we have to save them somehow, but they're firing us at a planet.” Rory sighed.

“Oh, just an average day then.” I laughed, earning a look from Rory.

“Don't worry. We'll get through this, I promise. Don't be scared.”The Doctor said,

“Scared? Who's scared. Geronimo.” Amy laughed.

“Ha! Oi!” The Doctor exclaimed, as he was pushed into the gravity beam.

“Doctor!” I yelled, going to jump forward, but only to be held back by one of the people. “Hey, get off me!”

“YOU ARE THE DOCTOR'S PARTNER! YOU ARE ALSO A TIME LORD AND IMPREGNANTED BY HIM!YOU SHALL BE HELD HOSTAGE!” The lead Dalek roared,as they shut off the gravity beam.

“Wow, nothing gets past you lot, does it?” I muttered.

“If you are held the hostage, the Doctor is more likely to fight to get back here and save the Daleks. Plus, you're pregnant with The Doctor's child. They fall would have killed your baby, and then The Doctor would have killed us.” The woman explained.

“Scared, are we?” I smirked, crossing my arms. “Who are you, anyway?”

“My name is Darla. I am a servant for the Daleks, after I went under a Dalek conversion.” The woman, Darla, replied.

“Oh, so you're their puppet. Great life you got here. Doing as the Daleks say, kidnapping innocent people, eventually murdering. You know, I could probably save you. Turn you back into a human.”

“SILENCE! THIS CONVERSATION IS NOT NEEDED! YOU, TIME LORD, SHALL BE DETAINED IN A CELL. DALEK SLAVES, TAKE HER AWAY!” The lead Dalek screeched.

“See, that's where you're making a mistake. I'm pregnant and don't want to be inside a grotty, Dalek cell. Also, if The Doctor, sorry, when The Doctor comes back, he'll be rather angry with what you've done to me. And actually, Daleks, there is one big thing that you've missed and you are complete idiots for doing so!” I rambled, edging towards the TARDIS.

“WHAT? THE DALEKS NEVER MAKE MISTAKES!”

“Well you idiots, you've made a colossal one right now!”

“EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN!”

“Never let me talk.” I smirked, darting into the TARDIS. “TARDIS! Maximum external shields up, quickly! Oh, please?”

A whirring noise sounded, indicated the TARDIS had done as I asked. I sighed in relief, as I sunk down against the door. Banging from outside and muffled 'EXTERMINATES', made me roll my eyes, as I realized I was now stuck on the floor.

Stupid pregnancy.

“TARDIS? Little help?” I asked.

Guess I was going to have to wait for The Doctor to come back for me. But what to do...

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

“If this is love, then love is easy. It's the easiest thing to do! If this is love, Then love completes me, Cause it feels like I've been missing you, A simple equation, With no complications, To leave you confused, If this is love, love, love, Hmm it's the easiest thing to do!” I sung loudly, now sat on the TARDIS steps.

I had some how manged to get up onto the main TARDIS console area, and was now sat on the steps, singing to my hearts content. I was projecting the music videos of my favourite songs onto the TARDIS wall, while playing the music very loudly through a microphone and speakers out onto the Daleks ships.

“EXTERMINATE THE TIME LORD AND HER CHILD! SILENCE THIS ABOMINABLE NOICE!” The Daleks screeched from outside, causing me to pause the music and putting myself on speaker.

“OI! PEPPER POTS! SLAG OF MCFLY MUSIC AGAIN, AND SEE HOW LONG YOU EXSIST FOR! GOT THAT?” I yelled down the microphone, before changing the song and singing along again.

“Do do do do do doo, Do do do do do doo, Do do do do do doo!

“She's got a lip ring and 5 colours in her hair, Not into fashion but I love the clothes she wears, Her tattoo's always hidden by her underwear. She don't care.

“Everybody wants to know her name, I threw a house party and she came, Everyone asked me, Who the hell is she? THAT WEIRDO WITH 5 COLOURS IN HER HAIR!”

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

“You’re going to get out of this...you’re going to go on and you’re going to make babies and watch them grow and you’re going to die an old lady, warm in your bed. Not here...Not this night. Do you understand me?”

“I can’t feel my body.”

“That's because you're in the sea at night!” I muttered, eating from the bowl of popcorn.

“Rose, listen to me. Winning that ticket was the best thing that ever happened to me. It brought me to you. And I’m thankful, Rose. I’m thankful. You must do me this honor...promise me you will survive....that you will never give up...not matter what happens...no matter how hopeless...promise me now, and never let go of that promise. “

“I promise.”

“Lier.” I mumbled.

“Never let go.”

“I promise. I will never let go, Jack. I’ll never let go.”

“YOU LYING BITCH!” I screamed, throwing popcorn at a projection.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

“5...4....3....2....1.....CAKE!” I yelled excitedly, opening the over door.

I pulled on my oven gloves, and quickly yanked the now cooked cake from the oven. I placed it on the table, before putting the next batch in the oven.

I was getting rather bored waiting around for The Doctor, Amy and Rory to return. They had been gone for a few hours now, with no sign of returning. I was still safely inside the TARDIS, with the Daleks still screaming blue murder outside. Even down in the kitchen, I could still quietly hear them screeching away.

“INCOMING TELEPORT FROM ASYLUM PLANET. WE ARE UNDER ATTACK.”

“PREPARE TO DEFEND. DEFEND. DEFEND!”

The new Daleks screeching made me snap out of my thoughts, and go into panic mode. I grabbed a bunch of cakes and carefully made my way down to the console. I heard more voices coming from by the door, so I hid behind the wall.

“DOCTOR WHO? DOCTOR WHO?”

“Fellas, you're never going to stop asking.”

The TARDIS was suddenly set into flight, as people ran to the door. Someone yelled goodbye, as the TARDIS landed and the doors were opened and closed. Footsteps then started to get closer, so, me being me, being in panic mode, I decided throwing cakes at the people in the TARDIS would be a good defense tactic.

What? My panic mode is amazing!

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Get out the TARDIS, Daleks. You're not allowed to be in here! TARDIS, why did you take down the shields? GET OUT OF MY FIANCé'S TIME MACHINEY, SPACE SHIP THING THAT.... OH.. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!” I yelled, lobbing cakes at the intruders.

“Maddy, stop... Mad...Maddy! MADISON BROWN!”

“Ah... Oops?” I laughed, as I looked at the sight in front of me.

The Doctor was stood at the bottom of the steps, covered in cakes with icing. Looking relieved, angry and shocked at the same time. But mainly angry.

“What the hell are you doing?” He shouted, rubbing the cakes from off him.

“I thought you were an intruder.” I giggled, putting the rest of the stuff on the floor and walking down the steps to him.

“IT'S NOT FUNNY, MADISON!” He suddenly roared, making me flinch.

“Woah, Doctor. Calm down. It was an accident.” I replied, a lot quieter.

“I thought you were dead! I see you for a few minutes and then you just disappeared while I'm being fired at a planet! I thought I'd lost you and the baby! But all I could do was save some Daleks and try and save Amy and Rory's marriage! What, while you were just inside the TARDIS the entire time, having a laugh! Why didn't you call Amy or one of us? Tell us you were okay. No, you were to busy looking after yourself! I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD, MADISON!” The Doctor screamed.

I didn't expect this. The Doctor looked away in anger, before walking down under the TARDIS. Once he was gone, I just burst into tears and headed off into the TARDIS. I found a spare bedroom, where I just fell onto the bed and cried.

I know The Doctor didn't mean to be angry, but he was right. I should have called him or Amy or Rory. I just roamed around the TARDIS doing my own thing. But he didn't need to shout or get angry at me. It was a complete accident. I was busy trying not to get myself or our child killed by Daleks. I was pregnant, for crying out loud, he knew I was all over the place.

If anything, I was now more angry at him.

Dinosaurs On A Spaceship

I hadn't spoken to The Doctor in two weeks now. I was too angry to see or speak to him. I had just sat in the spare room most of the time, occasionally leaving to get food. I bumped into him once about four days ago, as I was leaving the kitchen, it was rather awkward. He tried to talk to me but I just pushed past him, and made my way back to my room.

I knew he had come looking for me everyday since. The TARDIS had told me, but I just told the TARDIS not to let him find me. I seem to be able to talk to the TARDIS, and I'm not sure how. We seemed close, as she did a lot for me. Made sure The Doctor couldn't find me, played music when I got worked up, monitored the baby. Everything really.

I wasn't that mad at The Doctor anymore. I can understand him shouting at me, it was just a shock. I knew he wanted to apologize, and I guess it's about time to hear him out.

“You had better be good at this, Doctor, and beg for forgiveness with chocolate.” I mumbled, as I 'rolled' out of bed.

Yeah, I'm now officially eight months pregnant, and I'm huge. Everything is rather a struggle now, so having The Doctor round is going to be a help. And with two months still to go..... Oh joy...

Once I was out of bed, I pottered along the corridors until I made my way into the main console room. The Doctor as nowhere to be seen, as I checked the scanners to see where he was. Nothing showed up.

“How odd....” I muttered, as large bang came from outside the door.

I flipped on the external cameras, only to see The Doctor and some woman pressed up against the TARDIS. And The Doctor didn't seem to be putting up much of a struggle.

“Bye, then. Lovely meeting you. Sorry about the mess.”

“You think I'll just let you leave without me, after what we've just been through?” The woman asked, who I had now named the slut.

“You've got the Egyptian people to rule, Queen Nefertiti. They'll need reassuring after that weapon-bearing giant alien locust attack we just stopped rather brilliantly. The Doctor rushed,as his phone made a noise. “Oh dear, sorry. I've got it set to Temporal News For You. That's interesting.”

“What is?” The slut inquired.

“Nothing. Not interesting. Not at all. Ooo, never been there. Exciting! I'm off!” The Doctor smiled, as he pushed himself and the slut into the TARDIS.

“Well, what a pretty ship.” The slut admired, looking around as neither of them noticed me.

“Yeah, she's beautiful, isn't she.” I stated, glaring at the woman.

“Madison!” The Doctor exclaimed, walking up to me.

“Madison? And who might you be?”

“I'm The Doctor's fiancé. Well, so I thought I was.” I replied, looking at The Doctor.

“Madison, nothing happened, I swear.” The Doctor tried.

“Save it. You know after two weeks of not talking to you, I came out here to talk to you and hoped we could go back to normal. I thought for two weeks you were looking for me in the TARDIS, but obviously you were busy with this tart.” I snapped, before I stormed off towards the steps.

“How rude!” The woman exclaimed.

“Oh by the way love, I'm also pregnant with his baby! I expect he didn't tell you that when you two were getting it on!” I yelled, before walking down the steps to under the console.

I couldn't believe him! I was angry at him, we hadn't seen each other or spoken in two weeks, and he was having it off with some woman from the past. AHH! I could just kill him! I slumped into the seat under the console, and naturally rubbed my baby bump with my hand. I suddenly felt sleepy, and soon I was asleep.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

I awoke to the sound of something smashing against the TARDIS floor, followed by the noise of running footsteps. I slowly got up from the seat, just as the TARDIS door slammed shut. I waddled over to the door, and opened it up, just as The Doctor was having a rant at Rory's Dad. Hang on, Rory's Dad? Oh no...

“Don't move! Do you really think I'm that stupid I wouldn't notice? How did you get aboard, eh? Transmat? Who sent you?” The Doctor ranted, as I slipped out unoticed.

“Doctor. That's my dad.” Rory replied.

“Well frankly, that's outrageous.”

“What?” Rory asked.

“You think you can just bring your dad along without asking? I'm not a taxi service, you know.”

“Could have fooled me.” I muttered, rolling my eyes.

“You materialised around us.” Rory yelled.

“Oh. Well, that's fine, then. My mistake. Hello, Brian. How are you? Nice to meet you. Welcome, welcome. This is the gang. I've got a gang. Yes. Come on then, everyone.” The Doctor rushed, before walking off, still not noticing me.

“Tell him something, quick.” Amy panicked, as she walked off and I followed.

“Hello, stranger.” I smiled, walking beside her.

“Oh, hello Madison! There you are. How are you?” Amy rambled, pulling me into a hug.

“I've been better. You?” I replied.

“Yeah, I'm good. Hang on, I haven't seen you in ten months, how are you still pregnant?”

“Only been two weeks since I seen you. I'm now eight months pregnant. Not that certain people notice.” I muttered, glancing over at The Doctor.

“Has something happened between you two? You weren't around on the TARDIS earlier, and The Doctor hasn't mentioned you.” Amy informed me, folding her arms.

“Oh he hasn't, has he? NICE TO KNOW PEOPLE CARE AND NOTICE ME!” I yelled, as The Doctor turned to face me.

“Maddy! When did you get here?” The Doctor inquired, walking over to us.

“See what I mean?” I mumbled, rolling my eyes.

“No, I didn't mean that. I just didn't see you leave the TARDIS.”

“No, you probably to busy with Queen slut bag over there.” I smirked, shooting the other woman a glare.

“Madison, nothing happened. I was just helping her out. Nothing more.” He sighed.

“Yeah, sure.”

“Gee, nice to know you trust me.” He snapped, turning away.

“Gee, nice to know you love me and OUR baby.” I retorted.

“Don't you dare. How could you even say that? You know I love you both.” He asked, turning back to me.

“Yeah? I keep myself and our baby safe from Daleks, and you scream at me. I then don't see or speak to you for two week, and the entire time you're running about with another woman. You say you love us both? Well you've funny way of showing it.” I cried, before turning and walking back to the TARDIS.

“Maddy! Madison get back here now!” The Doctor demanded.

“No! I'll be waiting in the TARDIS! Actually, when you get back don't expect me there! I'm not waiting around for you again!”

“What are you trying to say?”

“I'm saying, we need a break. This is all getting to much. We've been around each other to much. I'm going to stay on Earth with some friends for a while! I'll call you when I want you back or I go onto labor. I'll return the TARDIS after. Bye, Doctor.” I sighed, stepping inside the TARDIS.

I locked the doors behind me, to stop the Doctor getting back in. I blinked back the tears, taking a deep breath, as I walked up to the console. I set the coordinates for Earth, before heading off into the TARDIS. I reached mine and The Doctor's room and grabbed a suitcase, before chucking most of my stuff inside it. I then dragged it back along to the main console room.

We then soon landed on Earth, and I walked up to the console, setting it's for it's next journey. I made sure the TARDIS would travel back to it's place on the spaceship with The Doctor after I shut the doors. I sighed, and dragged my hand along the console edge, before making my way to the door.

I walked out into the large garden, before shutting the doors behind me. The TARDIS soon set off, and I was once again stood alone. I trudged through the long, overgrown grass, and stopped at the porch. I rung the doorbell a few times, before realizing nobody was home.

“Huh. Guess I'll just sit and wait then. At least it's not raining.” I muttered, sitting down on the porch chair.

~*~ 5 Hours Later~*~

It was now raining. I had been lead on the chair for around five hours now, and it was now really dark. There was still no sign of anybody. I guess I should have phoned ahead. I was quite alone now. Just me and my baby bump...

I'm so alone.

“Who are you and what do you want?” Someone called out, from the darkness.

“Hi... I'm Madison... I'm looking for Martha? I need her. Really badly.” I cried, before bursting into tears.

“Maddy? Oh geez, sorry to scare you. It's me, Mickey. Quick come inside. Lets get you warm..... Blimey, you're huge.” Mickey rambled, putting an arm round me.

“Oh, shut up.”

A.N. In a very happy mood! You all remember how stuff happened at my party a while back and things got real awkward at school because of other idiotic teenagers?
