Jungkook

I've known Soyoon for two years, and we've been married for one. Everything happened too fast. We barely had time to understand each other before we were thrown into a life of luxury, responsibilities, and expectations. We are the heirs to the two biggest corporations in Seoul. Our marriage wasn't just about love—if love was ever even there—it was about business, power, and keeping the family names strong.

In the beginning, at least, we had passion. The sex was good, even if our relationship wasn't perfect. But now? We argue more than we talk. We sleep in the same bed, but there's a gap between us that feels impossible to cross. I can't remember the last time we touched each other without anger in our eyes.

Tonight, we sit across from each other at the dining table. The food is untouched. The fight we had earlier still lingers in the air. I don't even remember how it started, but I know how it ended—just like always, with both of us exhausted, staring at our plates in silence.

Then, she speaks.

"We need to do something to fix this."

I sigh, rubbing my face. "I know."

She hesitates, playing with the stem of her wine glass. Then she looks up at me, her expression unreadable. "Maybe we should try something new."

I raise an eyebrow. "Like what? Therapy?"

"No." She tilts her head. "Something more... exciting."

I take a sip of my drink, already losing patience. "Just say it, Soyoon."

She exhales slowly, then says the words that nearly make me choke.

"A threesome."

I cough, setting my glass down before I spill it. "What?"

She leans forward slightly, her eyes locked on mine. "We used to have at least one good thing between us. Maybe bringing someone else in could... bring back the excitement."

I let out a short laugh, shaking my head. "Right. And then you'll use it against me in our next fight. 'Jungkook, you actually enjoyed it, didn't you?'" I mimic her voice mockingly. "Nice try."

"I'm serious." Her voice is steady, no hint of a joke. "I don't care if it's a man or a woman. I just think we need something different. What do we have to lose?"

I stare at her, searching for any sign that she's playing with me. But she's not.

She means it.

I lean back in my chair, my mind racing. The idea is crazy. Stupid. But maybe she's right about one thing—we don't have much left to lose.

Finally, I let out a breath and nod. "Fine. But only if it's a woman."
