Chapter 22

Remarkably Oregan only needed to stay in intensive care for two days, on the second day doctor's tried waking her up, it took a little time but eventually she woke up. She still had pneumonia but she had improved a little because she was given very strong antibiotics. As soon as she woke up she wanted Arlo, so Bam and I left for a while to get some refreshments. After a few days she began to get stronger and stronger and eventually was well enough to come out of hospital.

The first few weeks of her being home were perfect, Our family were stronger than ever almost loosing Oregan made us realize that sometimes we did take our family for granted. Bam had changed alot he would go out with his Friends less he would spend much more time with Oregan. Soon after coming home Oregan returned to school and began to get back into her usual routine, Time continued to fly by and weeks turned into months and months turned into years and before we knew it 5 years had gone by.

Oregan and Arlo were now 14 and 20 years old. Arlo had since won himself a sponsorship with Element which was great, Bam had helped him quite a bit over the years and for him to follow in his footsteps was absolutely fantastic. Oregan was now in her freshman year at high school, she wasn't a girly girl she would always want to be seen with her skateboard, she would carry it in her school bag all day long. She was very good at it too. Bam and I now had 3 children, 2 years ago I gave birth to a bouncing baby boy who we named Talison Matthew Margera, he was healthy and beautiful and was a great addition to our family.

Bam announced one day that Knoxville wanted to film another Jackass movie and was pretty pumped at the idea of having Oregan and Arlo skating in the film, Arlo wanted to go all out and actually do some stunts, he was 20 now and I or anyone couldn't stop him. Even though Bam wasn't Arlo's real dad he still reminded me of the young Bam all those years ago in the very early Jackass years. Oregan spent a while working out what techniques she would fax forward to the producers she hoped they would okay the things that she wanted to do. She wanted to be shown in between skits so the audience would have something different to watch. We were due to fly out to new York next week. We were going to be staying at the same hotel as we did the very first time I visited New York. Bam wanted to make sure that Talison and I were featured in the movie somehow too. I was intrigued to find out how we would be a part of it....
