"Such feelings are forbidden between Demons and Humans" Kihyun said

"In our world, Demons and Humans can't be together. It's forbbiden" Delancey said

END OF FLASHBACK

She said the same thing..

"I know... Because Wonho and Dani are.... But even so, that doesn't change my feelings" I said

"Not just that. These feelings are not allowed between the Contractor and the Partner" Kihyun said

Not allowed?

"....But why.." I said

I don't understand..

Am I not allowed to love you because of these restrictions?

"Please understand. I know it's hard--" Kihyun said

"I don't understand" I said

"Jaeryeong--" Kihyun said

"I don't understand! Tell me why!" I shouted

"It's just forbidden! It can't happen... Even if I want us to be togeth..." Kihyun muttered

I paused.

"What.. did you say?" I asked

"Nothing" Kihyun said

"Kihyun..." I said

"Mianhe Jaeryeong. Please forget your feelings for me. If you don't then what you sacrificed is pointless" Kihyun said as he walked pass me

I watched Kihyun walk away...

I clenched my chest..

This painful feeling...

I don't remember.. whether I experienced this or not..

"Jaeryeong? Kwenchana?"

I turned around and saw Minhyuk..

My eye sight suddenly became fogged by tears..

"Minhyuk..." I cried

"What's wrong? Kwenchana?" Minhyuk asked

I bumped my head onto his shoulder and grabbed his shirt..

"Jaeryeong... Tell me. What happened?" Minhyuk asked

I couldn't reply.. I just cried..

I just wanted to be comforted...

"Jaeryeong... I can't really help you if you don't tell me what happened" Minhyuk said

"Mianhe, I can't tell you" I said

"...Is it Kihyun?" Minhyuk asked

I flinched from hearing his name.

"It is... isn't it?" Minhyuk asked

I bit my lip..

"Alright.. Just stay at my place for now. Until you feel like returning home, then you can go" Minhyuk said

I nodded...

Right now, I'm at Minhyuk's house and I'm staying over.. Without Kihyun's knowledge..

"Here's some clothes. Go take a bath" Minhyuk said as he handed my clothing

I took the clothes..

Oh? Women clothing?

Isn't Minhyuk the only child?

Hmm...

"Kumawo Minhyuk" I said as I entered the bathroom

I looked around..

Have I been in this bathroom before?

It all seems familiar...

But this is my first time at his house..

Minhyuk gave me a cup of coffee.

"Kumawo" I said

Minhyuk smiled and drank his cup.

I ate the biscuits on the table..

"Haha. Crumbs are spilling" Minhyuk said

"Oh.." I said

I went to look for tissues.

I walked to the storage room and grabbed out a tissue box..

"Oh?" I said as I paused

How did I know that this is a storage room and there were tissue boxes in it?

I immediately sat down at the table and wiped the crumbs with the tissues I got.

....It's so quiet..

"T-These clothes are cute! Who do they belong to? Your girlfriend?" I asked

"Huh?" Minhyuk asked

I looked at him..

"What is it?" I asked

".....Neh. They belonged to... my girl.. friend " Minhyuk said

He looks a little offended?

"Your girlfriend must be very pretty. Introduce me to her one day" I said

"...I don't have a girlfriend right now" Minhyuk said

"Huh? But you said those clothes belong to--" I said

"Yeah. It belonged to my girlfriend. These are your clothing" Minhyuk said

I frozed..

.....My clothing?

I'm confused..

"Haha... You sound like we dated or something.." I chuckled

"We did" Minhyuk said

My eyes widened..

"Mwoh?" I said

"We dated before.. Don't you remember? Last year, on Christmas..." Minhyuk said

Last year... Christmas....

"Jaeryeong.. Are purposely.. trying to hurt me or.." Minhyuk frowned

"No! You're wrong! I--" I said

My head started to hurt...

I dropped my cup and held my head..

The cup shattered onto the floor.

"Jaeryeong? What's wrong?" Minhyuk asked

"Argh.. My head hurts" I said

"Kwenchana? Let's get you to bed" Minhyuk said

He took me to a bedroom.

I sat down on the bed..

"Kwenchana?" Minhyuk asked

"Neh.. Kwencha--" I said but suddenly, everything flashed before me

Last year on christmas, we broke up... and that's when I met Kihyun...

Kihyun? Why Kihyun appeared on that day again??

["You sacrificed something important to summon me and now I have to pay you something back. Which is One Wish. It can be anything" Kihyun said]

My sacrifice?

What was it....?

["I had enough of love.. I'm so tired of it.. Someone save me.. from this pain" I cried]

Save me from this pain?

Was my sacrifrice... My Love For Minhyuk?

Wait.. how come I didn't remember all this?

The reason why I forgotten everything because...

My eyes widened..

"Jaeryeong! Answer me!" Minhyuk shouted

I snapped out of my thoughts...

"Kwenchana? Jaeryeong!" Minhyuk shouted as he shook me

"...I.. I need to go" I said

"Go? Go where?" Minhyuk asked

I stood up and ran.

"I need to go back to Kihyun! There's something I need to do!" I said

I ran out of his house and continued running down the streets..

Everything started because of me.

Minhyuk, Kihyun, everyone else. It was all fate.

I.. wanted someone to save me from the pain.. And it was Kihyun..

["Mianhe Jaeryeong. Please forget your feelings for me. If you don't then what you sacrificed is pointless" Kihyun said]

I understand now.. I know why you said that to me..

Because you didn't want to hurt me... right?

You didn't want me to be in pain. You were afraid..

The door slammed open.

I saw Jaeryeong at the front door.

My eyes widened...

".....Where... WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU?!" I exclaimed

"Kihyun!" Jaeryeong smiled

"Don't 'Kihyun!' me, young lady! Where were you?! I was worried you got abducted or something! I hardly heard any of your thoughts too so it was hard to track you down--" I said until she suddenly hugged me

I blushed..

"I remember everything Kihyun... I know what my sacrifice was" Jaeryeong said

I frozed..

".....Oh.. Really?" I said

She seperated from me and nodded.

I see...

She found out huh?

....She remembers her feelings for Minhyuk again..

Now she can be with him again huh?

My chest tightened..

No.. Kihyun, you can't.

You're fully aware of your position..

I... can't get in between those two..

Because I'm a demon.. and they're humans

However, is it bad that I don't want them together?

"Hey Kihyun, you said that these feelings of mine are not allowed between the Contractor and the Partner right?" Jaeryeong asked

"Neh.." I said

"I understand. I'll give up.." Jaeryeong said

She's giving up on me..

My chest tightened even more..

"......I see" I said

It's suppose to be like this anyways..

"I'll give up... On being your Contractor" Jaeryeong said

I stared at Jaeryeong.

"Mwoh?! G-Give up on being a contractor? Why?" I asked

"Because I have finally made a decision. I'm going to make my wish" Jaeryeong said

A wish...

But once she makes a wish, I'll be sent back and.. I won't have any reason to stick by her side..

......Well, I have to do it..

For her..

"Your... wish is mine to command" I said as I bowed

"I wish..." Jaeryeong said

"Your wish is?" I asked

Jaeryeong suddenly grabbed my neck.

"W-What are you--" I asked but she suddenly pulled me down towards her

My eyes widened and her lips were pressed onto mine

Blood raced all the way to my cheeks.

She seperated from me and had a determined look in her eyes..

"I wish for you to fall in love with me!" Jaeryeong demanded

I touched my lips..

I could feel heat radiating from my ears to my cheeks..

This woman..

Is Truly a Demon..
