Attack on Titan: What Makes Mikasa's Scarf So Special
21:05, 17 December 2018
It was another day inside Wall Rose for a certain blonde headed coconut. It was completely normal...except for the fact given that Armin had stole Mikasa's red scarf when she wasn't looking and wrapped it around his own neck.
Why did Armin do something so vile like this? It was simple really. He was innocently curious about Mikasa's red scarf and curious as to why she worn it everyday. Everybody, of course, knows one of the biggest reasons of all she wore the Scarf constantly to the point she never takes it off is because of Eren.
The night Mikasa's parents were murdered by a bunch of bandits, Eren wrapped this scarf around Mikasa's neck, giving her many things-- warmth, kindness and a home. Eren gave the scarf to Mikasa due to the kindness in his heart. Or at least, that's what Mikasa firmly believes.
Today she discovered yet another tear and hole in her precious red scarf and she began to soe it together. The moment Mikasa fell asleep while stitching it, Armin quitely swiped it away and took off wearing it.
Once he got far away from the Private Quarters and felt safe and secure from any possible harm, he snuggled against the scarfs warmth and sighed in happiness and content. While he stood out in the open, nuzzling against the cozy scarf....
"Armin...the hell you are doing?" A dark voice came out of nowhere and gave Armin so much of a fright, he nearly got a heart attack! "J-J-Jean?!" Armin squeals out in startelement.
"Armin, what are you doing with Mikasa's scarf?" Jean raises a question. "Eh? Mikasa's scarf? Well....she's always wearing it every day. I know one of the reasons is because its special to her because Eren was the one who gave it to her. but...I really wanted to know for myself what else made this scarf so special to her. And now...I think I know what it is. The delicious warmth this scarf is coated in....its....amazing! It's no wonder she wears it everyday!" Armin smiles all giddy.
"Well....weird, but anyways Armin, now that you know the reason behind why she loves that scarf so much, don't you think it's about time you return it to her? She must be worried sick as to where her precious scarf has gone!" Jean made a point. But...
"B-But, no!! I only just got my hands on it! I-I'm going to borrow it for just a little bit longer, I promise!" Armin immediately begins to panic as tears threatened to escape from his eyes. He couldn't bare to part with Mikasa's wonderful scarf! Not yet, at the very least!
"Then I guess you leave me with no other choice. I'm going to have to take it from you." Smirks Jean deviously. "A-Ahh! N-N-NOOOO!!!" Squeals Armin as he makes a run for it, still keeping Mikasa's scarf tight around his neck.
"Armin Arlert, get back here!!" Screams Jean as he pursues. "N-Never!!" Cries out Armin in fear. "Come back here or else, or so help me, I'll steal your most prized possession!"
"I'm sorry Jean, but that's impossible! My most prized possession was left behind back in Wall Maria!" Yelps Armin. "Then...I'll...steal your second most prized possession!" Jean corrects himself.
"M-My s-s-second most prized possession?!" Armin immediately halts in his tracks and tears escapes his eyes just from the very thought of Jean's threat coming to be. Jean smirks when he realizes that he might just get his way.
"Oh, yes! I mean, don't we all know what your second most prized possession is, Armin?" Jean couldn't contain his amusement. "Y-You better leave bigbee alone, horse face!!" Squeals Armin.
"H-H-.....HORSE FACE?!!?! NOBODY CALLS ME A HORSEFACE AND GETS AWAY WITH IT!!!" Jean charges towards Armin with the goal in mind to beat the little precious coconut into a bloody pulp.
Armin screams, or rather squeals out in horror as he runs away from Jean who, in Armin's eyes, has transformed into a demonic Horse. Armin runs and runs, he screams and he squeals, and he cries and he cries, before running into something. It...was Mikasa?
"M-Mikasa?!"
"Armin, what are you doing with my scarf?" Mikasa raises a brow as she eyes the scarf that belonged to her but was wrapped about Armin's own neck. From the far distance the two heres a aggressive neigh from afar, and Armin screams out in horror before hiding behind Mikasa and grabbing hold of her while trembling in fear.
The horse known as Jean arrives before Mikasa and his hateful and angry, along with his very savage-like face gazed towards Mikasa, the expression melted away in a flash and turned into a glad one.
"M-Mikasa! There you are! Armin the nasty @##%%#@! Stole your scarf!" Jean explained quite calmly. Upon hearing so many censorphips in one word, Armin screamed in fear as he hid his face in Mikasa's shirt.
"Jean, your scaring him!" Scoulds Mikasa.
"So? He deserves it! Nobody steals your scarf and gets away with it!"
"Nobody scares Armin and gets away with it." Resorts Mikasa with a harsh glare.
"B-But Mikasa...! Your scarf! I thought it was dear to you!"
"It is, and Armin was simply borrowing it. Isn't that right, Armin?" Mikasa turns to face Armin who simply nods as he wiped away his tears.
"See, Jean? He was just borrowing it. So fuck off."
"Geez, fiiiine." Jean rolls his eyes before making his leave. After a short moment of silence....
"Armin, are you alright?"
"Eh? Y-Yes....sorry for borrowing your scarf without your permission Mikasa." Armin alologises.
"It's fine, Armin. If you like it so much, how about I buy you one?"
"R-Really?! R-Right here and now?! Y-You....you'd do that....f-for me?"
"Of course, Armin! Weir family and family takes care of each other. So of course I'd go buy you one."
"T-Thank you so much, Mikasa!" So in the end, Mikasa took Armin to an accessory shop and Mikasa bought Armin a blue scarf just for him.
Armin began to where it all day every day, just like Mikasa does with her own red scarf, and since then Eren has shipped the two matching amigoes despite the fact that Mikasa had feelings for Eren instead.
"B-But Eren, please! It's not like that at all! I love you!" Mikasa panicked.
"I don't care, I still ship it." Eren crosses his arms stubbornly.
