" Chapter 20 - Nightmare "

"Your Majesties, run!!" A bruntted woman yelled, struggling to let go from the grasp of the rebel.

"Lily no!!" A blonde haired girl screamed.

"Athanasia, let's go!!" Her husband grabbed her hand pulling her out of the palace.

"I won't go!!! I can't leave Lily!!!" Athanasia wriggled her wrist.

He pulled her with more strength, "We can't save her!! There's no way!!"

"No!!! Dad... Felix... Hannah.... Cess... and now Lily.... Lucas, I can't... I can't lose another love one..." She cried, struggling to let go of his hands.

As she turned towards Lily, her eyes widened..

*Slash!*

The sword cut through the brunette's neck.

"LILY!!!" I screamed, waking up from the horrible nightmare, tears running down my cheeks.

"Ahh.. Ahhh..." I trembled, hugging myself, then I cried loudly that my parents ran up to my room.

"Athy!!" Mom called as she sat on my bed, "What's wrong?!"

"Mom!!" I screamed, hugging her tightly.

Dad patted my back softly and hugged me, "It's alright... we're here..."

I just cried in their arms, until morning.

My dreams came more and more realistic... And scary... It pains me to look back again..

I did not touched my food at breakfast looking so pale, "Sweetie, just a bite..." Mom muttered looking all worried.

I shook my head and walk back upstairs. I don't want to go to school right now.... I just buried myself through the covers.

"Lily!!!"

Stop..

"Capture the empress!!!"

Stop it..

"Athanasia!!! Let's go!!! We can't save them!!"

I don't want to hear it..

"Lily!!!"

"I SAID STOP IT!!!!" I breathed heavily, my head starts ache again. Mom came in to my room looking at me worriedly, "Athy?!"

I sat up, tears came running down again. Mom hugged me and rubbed my back softly, "It's okay sweetie... Mom's here..." She muttered. I snuggled in her embrace, I feel drowsy.. I shut my eyes to sleep, praying not to see that nightmare ever again.

I woke up hearing some rustling sound beside me, I turned and saw a familiar raven head sitting beside my bed.

He smiled at me, "You okay?" He whispered. I held his hand and nodded, smiling at him.

"Lucas, what time is it?" I asked as I sat up. He checked his phone then replied, "It's 1:35 P.M."

Wow. I haven't slept that long, it's record! I coughed, my throat's dry, no wonder it hurts when I speak. Lucas stood up, "Do you need water?" He offered, I nodded. He immediately walk out of the room to get some downstairs.

I checked his phone at the table realizing something.. wait.. It's 1:37 right now. There's still class at that time!!

Lucas came back with a glass of water in his hand, I immediately took it and drink it in one gulp.

"YOU!-- *Cough, cough*" I wish I drank it slowly!

Lucas patted my back, "That's why you need to slow down as you drink."

I cleared my throat and sighed heavily, "Why did you come here, when there still class?! Are you an idiot?!"

Lucas was taken aback by my words and said, "I was worried you know! Your mom said that you were crying all night and then suddenly you got a fever... How can I let that go?!"

I looked at him, my eyes widened.

He skipped class just because he's worried.....?

"What's with that stare?" He raised his eyebrow at me.

I shook my head, "It's nothing... thank you for being here..." I smiled at him, then he spread his arms and said, "C'mere.." I followed him and jumped towards his embrace. I caught a wisp of his scent, I don't know why but I suddenly cried.

He immediately let go and looked at me worriedly, "W-what's wrong?"

"Eh- haha... that's funny.... Why did I cry... It won't stop.. It's- ugh..." I sniffled wiping the tears away.

"Sia.." He muttered. I look up at him, my vision blurred because of this stupid tears. I hugged him tightly, still trembling. He hugged back, caressing my hair.

"I was so scared!! There's fire!! Everyone died in front of me!!! I hate this!!" I screamed in his chest, I feel Lucas' hand tremble as he caress my hair. I look up to him, "Please.. make this nightmare disappear.. I'm begging you..." I whispered, clutching his uniform, Lucas hugged me tighter, "It's okay... I'm here.." He mumbled.

After hearing those words, I calmed down and slept on his chest, not letting go of his hand.

Lucas' Perspactive:

"Is she asleep?" Sia's mom asked, nodded, trying not to wake her up.

"Then I'll leave this here," She put down the medicine on the table, then left the room.

I looked at her hand that was holding mine, it's kinda lame to say this but.. I'm scared.. scared of her memories to come back.... scared that she will be worst than this.

I caressed her face with my free hand, "It's gonna be okay.." I whispered.

I looked at her face. She looked very pale. These past few days she's not smiling as usual, I just ignored it at first thinking that I was just hallucinating but.. I'm so stupid!! She's been suffering because of the f*kng past and I just ignored her, I'm so stupid as f*ck!!!

I kissed the back of her hand, "I'm sorry.." I said, my hands trembling.

"I'm so sorry.."

If I can change the past.. She wouldn't be suffering right now.. it's all my fault!! I promised to make her happy.. I vowed to her... yet I failed...

I buried my head on the covers, holding her hand very tightly.

"I promise that I won't let you suffer more than this... I promise..."
