Chapter 17- Rule number 3

I still can't believe that Jean luc's in a coma. I thought him being kidnapped was the worst thing that could happen.Lucky said he'll tell the cops everything, he does know that he can't tell them about nightmare right?

At this point I don't even care about anything else, all I care about Jean luc.

I look over to see Lucky talking to the cops. I have no idea what he's telling them and like I said I don't care.

I sat down next to Jean luc. I held his hand and whispered * please wake up *I didn't even realize that I was crying.

" I thought she was with Mackenzie, I didn't know she's with Jean luc " I heard Lucky whisper to Indy.

" Same " Indy whispered back.

" GUYS NOW'S NOT THE TIME " I yelled while wiping the tears on my face. At that point I was really angry. Jean luc's in a freaking coma and they decide it's time to talk about that.

" Sorry " Indy and Lucky replied.

I don't even know how much time has passed cuz the cops left. How long have I been sitting here?

" Where's Honey? " Indy asked as we all looked around.We went outside and looked around but we just couldn't find her.

" Where could she be? " Lucky asked.

Just then My phone rang and I answered the call.

" Hello, who is this? " I asked.

" Aren't you exited? " He asked.

" Excuse me, who are you? " I continued to question.

" if you insist call me Nightmare "

I was shocked, like really shocked. This was the first time nightmare had ever called me on the phone, every other time we just text.I didn't even notice at first but he was using those voice changing thingy that makes you voice sound really deep.I didn't even realize that Lucky and Indy we're standing next to me listening to the conversation.

" Aww you missed me " Nightmare said.

" Shut up we don't miss you, you psychopath " Indy yelled. She was right, who would miss a deranged psycho.

" You've got me wrong. You missed me. As in, I was at the hospital but you missed me " Nightmare said. I just remembered, nightmare did say he'd be at the hospital. And we didn't even look out for him.Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

" But you're friend Honey didn't " he said.

" YOU TOOK HONEY! " Indy yelled.

" Calm down Indy, I told you about my rules. What was rule number one? " He asked. Indy was quiet. I could tell she was still in shock. She just couldn't answer." Let me help you out. RULE NUMBER THREE; ALWAYS ANSWER WHEN I ASK YOU A QUESTION! Now tell me what was rule number one? "

" Do... whatever you say " she managed to say.

" And rule number two? " He asked.

" Don't tell anyone about this game " Indy replied.

" Now tell me, which one of those rules have you broken? " Nightmare asked.

" Rule number two " she replied.

" NO YOU IDIOT. IT WAS BOTH OF THEM. YOU AND BLUEY BROKE BOTH OF THEM. BY BREAKING RULE NUMBER TWO YOU AUTOMATICALLY BREAK RULE NUMBER ONE. USE YOU BRAIN! " Nightmare yelled." And Bluey what did I tell would happen if you don't do exactly what I say "

I hesitated to answer. I was just too scared. And Indy was already crying which made things even worse.

" Remember rule number three " nightmare reminded.

" You said someone's gonna die " I quickly replied.

" Exactly. You're glasses wearing friend was just the unlucky victim " he said.

" Please let her go " I begged.

" You know none of this would have happened if you had just followed my rules. Did you think I wouldn't find out. Like your friend lucky once said the school has CCTV cameras that anyone could literally hack into. But he was wrong it has audio and I love hearing your conversations ".

We all just listened cuz there was nothing else we could do.

" Please " I begged

" I would love to kill her but I'm going to let her live " he said. " The only reason I'm doing this is because, she's the only reason you guys succeeded in completing your first tasks. The part where she hit that dude with a spanner, that shit was hilarious " he chuckled.

I never thought a maniac like nightmare could ever laugh.

" Anyway, you have two days to find her, that's today and tomorrow. If you don't succeed, she dies. Am I understood? "

" Yes " Indy and I said.

" Good luck " Nightmare said before ending the call.

" AAAAGGHHHHHH. I HATE EVERYTHING " Indy yelled as she sat on the floor with her hands on her head and elbows on her knee, staring at the floor causing the doctors and nurses to stare at us.

I could feel her pain. I didn't want anyone else roped into this mess. Jean luc's in a coma and Honey has been kidnapped, what's the worst that could happen?

" What do we do now? " Lucky asked hopelessly.

" We have find her, that's the only thing we can do " I replied.

" How? We have no leads, no ideas, nothing, and we have until Monday to find her, It's impossible " Lucky said.

He's right where do we even start looking?We have no idea what to do and the worst part is, we can't tell anyone about this.

" But still, we have to try " I said trying not to loose hope but honestly I was starting to.

" Yeah I know but, what can we do " Lucky replied.

Just then I received a text from my phone, it was from nightmare.

Nightmare- Have you found her yet?

I hate this guy, how did my life come to this?

" Is that from nightmare? " Indy asked as she looked up at me.

" Yeah " I replied. " He asked if we've found Honey "

" The nerve of this guy, ughh, I hate him so much " She replied gritting her teeth

" Same. What should I reply? " I asked.

" Beg him, I guess. To release Honey " she replied.

I guess it's worth a shot.

Bluey-No.-Please let her go

Nightmare- no, but I'll try to help you.

Bluey- how?

Nightmare- I'll give you clues. If you still can't find her then you're just stupid. Got it.

Bluey- yeah.
