Chapter 4:

Back at Sieko's house: Okarun and Jiji are both sitting at the table in the middle of the room, turbo granny's lying on the table with one leg over the other. Jiji tilts his head back staring behind him before swinging forward, " Okarun, what are we doing now? ". Okarun straightened his glasses, " we're thinking of another idea, Jiji,". " What was wrong with my idea? " Jiji asked straightening up. Okarun looked to Jiji, " Oh, no, there was nothing wrong with it, except.... ". Jiji sighed, " It's a bad plan isn't it? ". "No...." Okarun said, " .... We just need to be sure first whether Miss Ayase is possessed or if she's just acting a bit strange first. Jiji stared at the cat lying on the table, " Sorry, Okarun, but I don't really get how Momo being possessed or not affects anything,". 

Okarun sighed, " Jiji, you said that if Momo has been possessed, then water might make it go away, ". "Yeah," Jiji smiled, " Like evil eye, but we might have to use cold water, as it's fire," . "Right," Okarun agreed, " But if it is possessing Momo we'll need a way to catch it afterwards, ". The two paused thinking of what could trap the black fire, Jiji sighed putting his head back again, " I got nothin', ". Okarun stared as turbo granny who had now fallen asleep, " We'll just have to try and figure out if Momo's possessed or not for now, ". "But we have no idea where Momo is," Jiji yawned. "Or Sieko," Okarun added. " Yeah Okarun, why do we have to figure out if Miss Ayase is possessed or not again? " Jiji asked. " Okarun turned his head to Jiji, " You don't want an angry Miss Ayase coming after you because you chucked water at her, ". Jiji laughed, " Yeah, that would be scary, ".

The next day at the school gates: " wow, Jiji! These walky-talkies are really cool!! ". Okarun beamed staring at the green walky-talkie in his hands. Jiji grinned, "I thought they'd be good for communicating to each other while apart. He handed a pink one to Aira, who turned it over in her hands examining it thoroughly. " So Momo got possessed by the demon she made Jiji summon? " she asked grinning at the idea. Okarun knew there was no point arguing, " We don't know if she's possessed or not, that's why we have to spy on her, ". Jiji held an orange walky talkie in the air, "And that's why we have these! " he shouted. 

DING, DONG!!

Jiji stared up to where the sound came from, " that's the bell, ". Okarun stared around him at the other two, " Ready, remember use the walky-talkies if you see anything strange, or if you see Momo, ". Then they turned towards the building, and got ready to spy on Miss Momo ayase.

As Okarun walked into his classroom, he couldn't help thinking about how Miss Ayase hadn't been waiting for him at the gate like usual. Something was wrong with her, and part of him hoped it was because she was possessed, because that would mean she definitely wasn't planning world domination. 

Rooftop: "So did anyone see anything suspicious of strange?" Okarun asked curiously. " Well there was a girl who picked up a pair of scissors rather than eyelash curlers, and she tried to curl her eyelashes with it!" Aira laughed, tears coming from her eyes. Okarun shook his head, "No, anything supernatural, alien-like, or if anyone's seen Momo," . "Haven't seen a thing," they both replied. Jiji looked at the disappointed and worried look on Okarun's face at this news, " Hey, Okarun, ". Okarun looked to Jiji , " yeah? ". "I thought if we all split up and find Momo it would be easier, ". " It's worth a try  I guess," Okarun replied. " We shall communicate with these! " Aira yelled showing the two her pink walky-talkie. 

Jiji hid behind a bench, his place to look was the gate round where people played football, which was also near the school store. Aira had decided on a code-name for him; eye. Probably because of the evil eye. He was currently watching the football game though instead of spying, and he was getting a bit side tracked watching the ball as it shot from foot to foot scoring goals. 

Okarun crept round the classrooms looking to see whether Momo was there, it had been decided that he should see if Momo went to find them in the iflassrooms. Aira and Jiji had been set on having code-names, his was turbo, it was most likely because he had turbo granny powers. Aira had picked names relating to the yokai powers they had for some reason.

Aira hid around the rooftop like a ninja, she had been taking her job extremely seriously. She did a ninja roll from behind the bench to behind the stairwell hut, and grabbed her walky-talkie, " this is acro reporting to turbo and eye, do you read me? over,". Of course she'd given them all code-names, hers was acro, because she had acro-silky powers. A sudden crackling response came through the walky-talkie, " ~yes, we hear you, acro, any news on Miss Ayase? Over,~". Aira looked over the wall on the rooftop, "Well I see target fire, she's heading towards 'unit eye', over," .

Jiji looked up from the walky-talkie and stared around him wildly, target fire was Momo. They'd also named the places each  of them were patrolling, 'unit eye' was Jiji's unit! He stood up to get a better look around, he walked stealthily over to the school store. There was no sign of Momo. He picked up his walky talky, "This is eye reporting to acro, I don't see target fire, over," . A crackling response came through the walky-talkie, "~ This is acro reporting to eye, target fire is behind you!, Over,~" . Jiji looked up and turned round, Momo was behind him talking to Miko and Muko by the bench he was just at. 

Aira stared down from the rooftop, if Jiji didn't hide soon he was gonna get seen!! 

Okarun stared down from a window in a classroom, he'd heard everything, Momo was right there. This was a good opportunity to see if Momo was possessed or not! But Jiji wasn't doing anything, he was gonna be seen!!
