Nicki and drake we sat on drake bed watching some judge judy reruns. Nicki was hardly paying attention but was thinking. She only had 10 months left and she could see her time was getting shorter. She was thinking about all the things she wanted to do before she died and she knew she couldn't do them by herself. Nicki: breyDrake: yes Nicki: I wanna make a listDrake: what for Nicki: a list of things to do before I die. I mean I only have 10 months leftDrake: okay so lets get started on this listHe got up and went and got her one if his notepads and a pen. Drake: so number 1 Nicki: I know it sounds strange but I wanna fall in love. I know if the other person catches feelings that its going to be horrible for them but I wanna know what it feels like to be in loveDrake: okay. Fair enough number 2...They continued on with the list and by the time they were finished it was filled with 27 things nicki wanted to do in her last ten months. It consisted of things as big as a trip to London and others so small as running into the sea wearing only her underwear, either way drake was gonna help her complete all if them... Or at least the ones he could. They were now downstairs sitting in the dinning room as Sandi bought dinner to the table for them. Sandi: so how are you two doing Drake: can't complain. Nicki: neither can ISandi: good goodShe finished putting the food into the table and they began eating with a bit of small talk. -Drake was sat in his room thinking , he had a thought. He looked back at the list him and nicki had made. 'A trip to London'. That was one of her wishes that stood out to him. He decided to go online and look at tickets. Once he had decided on the tickets he decided to call carol. She picked out on the third ring. Carol: hello Aubrey how are youDrake: I'm good thanks ma and yourselfCarol: not too bad. I'm guessing you're calling for nicki is there something wrong with her phoneDrake: oh no not at all I wanted to talk to you actually. Carol: okay go aheadDrake: well it's about nickis condition. You see today nicki and I made a list of all the things she wanted to do in her last ten months and one of these happened to be a trip to London. As her bestfriend I really want to help her make the best out of her last ten months and I really wanna take her to London but I need to know before I book everything whether she's in a good enough condition to be flying. Carol: I feel that's very sweet of you but I can't let-Drake: I'm not takin no for an answerCarol: well she in a fine to be taken out the country so yes if you decide to take her to London she is in a good enough condition to goDrake: okay thank you. I'll speak to you laterDrake: okay maThey hung up and drake went and purchased their tickets and got everything else like accommodation and transport sort for when they went. He was excited and couldn't wait to tell nicki but he knew he would have to keep it a surprise for a little longer...-Drake woke up the next morning with nicki cuddled next to him in bed. He looked at her and smiled. How she had gotten there he had no idea but these were the reasons why he loved her. He slowly slipped out of bed and went and got in the shower...Drake walked back into his room now showered and fully dressed again and found nicki now also awake and watching TV. Drake: morning sleeping beautyNicki: heyDrake: sleep wellNicki: kind of. Now really Drake: what's upHe went and took a seat next to her on the bed. Nicki: I don't even know , just struggling to sleep I guess. I started a new book thoughDrake: aww my baby. Drake: so what's this new book about thenNicki: it's called 'The Fault In Our Stars' it by John Green and it's about a girl with lung cancer, who meets a guy named Augustus Waters at support groupDrake: sounds interesting. How about I get the book and read it with youNicki: I'd love thatHe smiled at her. Drake: so are you hungryNicki: starvingDrake: come one then. Let's go and get you something to eat then.
