Chapter 9

When they get off the carriage lucas was in daze until athy called him..

"what are you thinking about..? See we reached.. This place is so beautiful right..?" she said looking out.. He nodded a silent yes as he get down..

"sia.. Let's go.." he said helding his hand out and she grabbed it with a small smile as she get down at the same time as jennete.. They all walked to the entrance and the king was standing outside and welcomed them with garlands..

"their culture looks a bit similar to Mom's" athy whispered and he nodded a yes

" siodanna is next to  valeris.. They look kinda  similar but actually different"  lucas said and she nodded a yes.

"we welcome your highness the sun of obelia.. And the princesses with their partners to Valeris.. It's our honour to have you here.. We are glad to know you accepted our invitation your majesty..."  King Benjamin said. Claude nodded a yes and felix did all the talking...

Benjamin was a charismatic man with tan skin and honey brown hair... Standing behind him was his two sons..

" your highnesses please come Inside "he said and they all entered..

Everyone in the palace stared at them gasping...their  fair skin and their jewele like eyes made them a fascinating topic among them...

They all went to the guest palace ..

" your highness.. This is my first son Mathew  carlson de valeris ..and this is my second son  jacob carlson de valeris"

He said introducing his twin sons.. Who are tall dusky with a charismatic face and manly looks.. They bowed to claude and he greeted them..

" she  is the first princess.. Jennete de Alger obelia..and she is second princess Athanasia de Alger obelia.."

claude  said and they both bowed lifting thier skirt and Benjamin and the princes greeted them back..

" They are their partners.. Heir of alpheus dukedome  ijekeil  alpheus and heir of black tower lucas skyler " he then introduced them and they  exchanged greetings..

" your majesty must be happy.. You found such an amazing talents as partners for your both daughters.. "Benjamin said and claude had a blank face until felix nudged him from the back.. He nodded a yes with a fake smile..

Felix sighed in relief as he dragged claude to the guest room

Mathew guided  jennete and ijekiel  and jacob took care of lucas and athy.

"Princess Athanasia..this is your room.. And the next to your's is for the first princess.. And sir lucas.. Your's is that one in the opposite.." he said and they nodded a yes.. Lucas was about to walk to his room as athy moved to her's...

" Princess athanasia.. "jacob called and she stopped turning back. Lucas also looked back

" you know I have a habit that if I had something on my mind I would  definitely said it out... I have to say this.. You are so beautiful.. I almostcant believe my eyes.. You are so gorgeous  like a  goddess.." he said smiling 24  bright blushing..

Athy stared at him with a blank  face  and gave him a business smile..

" thanks Prince jacob " she said and went inside her room.. He turned to see lucas staring at him with a blank  face and smiled sheepishly..

"I am. Sorry sir lucas if I offended you.. I just wanted to say that"

he said and smiled bright... Lucas stared at him for  a while.. His dusky skin and mahogany hair looked charismatic and his chocolate brown eyes looked pure and innocent..lucas  give him a small smile

"it's ok.. I am not offended you just stated the fact" he said and jacob smiled

"and I have to tell you this.. You look so cool and handsome sir lucas" he said

" yeah I know" lucas said nonchalantly and he started laughing..

" wow.. You are intresting" he said

" if you need anything call me.. Dad told Us to take special care of you guys ourselves... Nice meeting you sir lucas" He said helding his hand out...

" you can just call me lucas.. I heard we are same age" lucas said returning the handshake  and he nodded a bright yes

"then you can also call me jacob.. Let's be friends lucas" he said and smiled.

They saw kiel and jennete coming with Mathew...he showed jennete her room. And she went Inside...

" sir Alpheus.. This is your room.." he said and he nodded a yes

" thanks Prince Mathew.. Hello Prince Jacob" he said with a bright smile.. Jacob smiled back as he greetted them.. Lucas walked towards his room..

"hello sir lucas.." he turned to see mathew  staring at him with a business smile..

" hello Prince Mathew" he said in a blank tone..

" feel free to ask us if you need any help.. I hope you enjoy your stay here" he said... Lucas stared at him and he looked the same as jacob but too different.. His eyes looked sincere and honest..

"yeah..thanks" he said and entered. Mathew stared at his room then smiled a little.. . . .

"hello princess athanasia.. Do you wanna come for a walk with us...?" he asked as soon as athy came out of her room..

She saw lucas  standing there looking dazed in his black pant  and shirt with sleeves folded  he took of that heavy coat he was wearing while coming

" yeah Sure.." she said smiling..

" are you OK..?" lucas asked as he saw athy looking tired..

" my  dress feels too heavy for this weather.. It's hot here " she said

"  do you wana try our culture dresses princess..?" jacob asked..

". Can I..?" she asked and he smiled  bright..

"of course you can... Actually my sister kept whining to  me about  meeting   you... She isn't allowed to come out before wedding according to our tradition.. So she is in  her room..do you wanna come now..?" he asked..she stared at him perplexed..

" just go and meet her.. You will be bored  without anyone around " lucas said and she nodded a yes..

" then let's go "she said and he smiled.

"  this is her room..don't worry about lucas.. We become friends so I will take care of him.. "he said and she smiled..

" yeah I guessed.. "she said staring at lucas with teasing smile.. Who had a ' I want to be alone' face

" let's go lucas.. Bye princess ". He said  dragging him  away...

Athy entered the room and everyone inside gasped... 

" please come this  way your highness."

The maid guided her to the Princess room..she saw a beautiful  girl  sitting on the couch  with curly mahogany hair and bright purple eyes.. Her dusky skin smooth with slim figure..

"  ohh.. Welcome princess.. Nice to meet you... I am princess Aurora.." she said smiling bright

"hello princess Aurora.. The pleasure is mine.. I am princess Athanasia.."  she said greeting her back...

"Princess Athanasia...  you are so beautiful like a  fairy..." she said smiling..

"Thank you.. You look stunning.." she said and she giggled..

"  princess.

"you can just call me by my name and if its long.. Just call me Athy." she said and she smiled..

"athy..The you too just call me aurora or ara... Come and sit here athy.. Let's talk..." she said..

They started chatting soon find they both have  similar taste in books and aurora felt so happy when athy explained about lippe tea and some other tea flavours which she also likes..

" Athy.. You know what... I really like you.. I wish We  met  sooner.." she said holding her hands..

" yeah me too.. I really don't have any friends so it's good to talk with you about our favourite things... We can continue to talk using letters right..? "She said and she nodded a yes..

" ohh.. I can't believe it's already lunch time.. Let's go for lunch athy.. I will introduce mom and aunt to you... "she said smiling and athy nodded a yes.

" princess Aurora, the first princess is here to see you.. " the maid soad and she nodded a yes

" hello Princess.nice to meet you.. "she said and jennete smiled greeting back.

" hello... Nice to meet you too.. Princess aurora..."she said

" wow.. You look so pretty.. "aurora said and she smiled bright...

" thanks princess..you are pretty too.. "she said.. As she saw athy.. Jennete Sat beside her..

" Athy.. Why didn't you tell me you are here..? "she asked

" I was actually took here suddenly by Prince jacob.." athy said..

"  what are you guys talking about..? " jennete asked..

Aurora talked with her for sometime and she realised... Athy and jennete  have totally different vibes..

" I would like to  continue our talk after lunch is that OK..? "she asked and they nodded a yes

" then let's... Huh.. Athy you look tired.. "aurora asked concerned..

" it's just.. It's soo hot here.. "athy said wiping her sweat with her hand kurchief

" yeah.. Would you like to try our clothing after a refreshing shower..? "aurora asked clasping her hands together

" yeah if  it's OK With you.. I would love to.. "athy said..

" then I too want to try... "jennete  said and aurora nodded a yes..

They came back after a while and aurora gasped seeing athy..

" athy... You look gorgeous "she said gasping..

" thanks.. " she said smiling...

" huh.. Where is princess jennete? " she asked looking around

" well.. She is picky so she may take some  time.. "athy said and she nodded a  yes

" then.. Make sure to bring princess back... We will get going.. " aurora said to the maids and walked out  holding athy's hand.

" lucas..what do you think about our place..? "jacob asked

" hmm. It's warm..not only the weather but also the people here.. I like it.. "lucas said and jacob smiled happily.. He turned to the side and stared at someone with a small blush..

"  lucas.. the nickname of second princess  is  goddess right..? " jacob asked with a bright smile still staring at the side.. Lucas saw kiel and Mathew coming towards us with their heads turned to side.. From the reaction of kiel he know who is it before even turning..

They saw athy  talking with aurora standing in the garden  looking  gorgeous like a goddess  .. Lucas saw how those guys are staring at her in awe .. He got used to these..all those guys in the palace always looks  at her in awe.. Her beauty is something ethereal.. He can understand why guys are like this, Still it pisses him a little bit...

" yeah she is.. Shall we go..?" lucas said as everyone walked to the dining  area

It's a huge hall bustling with guests..mathew and jacob excused themselves  to greet the other guests..

" tch.. Why every guys are gawking at athy..? Did they never seen a beautiful girl before..?"

kiel mumbled.. Lucas heard that and a twitch mark appeared on his forehead.. Which soon faded as soon as he spotted athy staring at him from the distance... As She was chatting with others

'pfft..she looks so bored..' he thought staring at her.. She slowly sneaked away and aurora saw that and giggled.. She slowly walked towards lucas.. Kiel was about to talk but jennete rushed towards him.. He sighed in frustration as she dragged him away...

" hey careful.." lucas grabbed her hand and pulled her near when she was about to bump with the server walking fast with drinks in his hand..

" I am sorry your highness .." he apologised and athy said it's ok..

" you don't look good" lucas mumbled..

"it's just..i am  feeling nauseous for a while .."  she said

He pressed the insides of her wrist at the Base of her palm  with his fingers and she slowly looked up at him Surprised..

"feeling better now..?" he asked

"hmm.. Better..  It's good having magic" she mumbled smiling

"it's not magic dummy... It's pressure  point" he said and  she made a 'I see' face.

" sia.. Look at that..." he said and they both had stars in their eyes as soon as they spotted a chocolate fountain.

" let's go.." athy said as she hold lucas's hand and they both started eating chocolate desserts..

" let's try this too.. Aurora said it's their traditional dish.." she said and they both started trying dishes curiously

" lucas.." she called him tugging to his sleeve..

" come with me.." she said  dragging him and  slid off to the empty room on the sides

" hey what happen..? "he asked looking dumbfounded.

" tie this for me.. It got undone.. "she said turning back putting her long wavy hair to the front .. Her back lace in the  dress  got  unwind.. Lucas got  perplexed and turned his head  to the side

" are you stupid..? Why are you asking me this ...? "he mumbled.

" then should I  ask any other guys..or walk past them to the girls..? "she asked turning her face..

" fine.. But I don't know how to tie this "he said his hands in the air

" just do it like tying your shoelace " she said and he did..

" is it OK..? "he asked and she turned back..

" hmm.. OK.. "she said sliding her hair back.. She saw the corners of his ears are red as he is looking to the sides

' pfft.. He is surprisingly too shy...I never thought  he have this cute side to him..'

She thought and smiled.. A hot air caressed her shoulder and she turned back.. She  Walked  towards the balcony in that room and saw the sea in the distance

"wow.. This place  is so cool..!! "  she said..

" nope it's hot" lucas mumbled as he stared at the sea bored standing beside her ..

" lucas.. Is this dress look good on me..? Aurora said I look pretty ." she asked with a smirk as she wanted to tease lucas more..

"huh..?" he turned to the side and immediately looked straight..the corner of his ears red again and she giggled

"yeah.. You look good.. But I think that dress suits you more."  he mumbled still seeing straight

"huh.. Which one..?" she asked tilting her head.. He slowly turned towards her and their eyes met..

" that one you wore when I first saw you... Is that your mom's..?" he asked.. She saw a hint of gentleness in his eyes and her heart skipped a beat..

"really..?! Thanks..!!May be I should wear them more.." she mumbled smiling..

He got reminded of how hot she looked in that dress and regretted saying it..

"still.. It's cold in our  country.. Don't wear it too often" he said and she nodded a yes smiling.

"Aurora" Mathew called

"yes brother..?"

"what do you think about the obelia siblings?" he asked

"hmm.. The first princess jennete is open.. High spirited.. A little bit childish and have that lovely girl vibe... Athy is..

" athy...? "Mathew asked raising one of his eyebrows

" yep.. We become friends.. She is reserved and silent but once you  get to know her.. She is a   wonderful person ... She is a genius.. Mature.. caring and lovely .. I really like her.. " she said with a bright smile

" hmm.. So she isn't just beautiful  outside huh.." Mathew mumbled

" brother.. Why are you suddenly investigating about the princesses? " jacob  asked

"  I am Just curious.. One of them will be the future empress  right..?  "he said smiling

" hmm.. Athanasia is really beautiful right.? She and lucas looks so good together. "

" yeah.. They two look stunning and he is so handsome " aurora said and smiled

"  You know what..he is the next heir of black tower " jacob said and aurora gasped

" really..? that legendary tower..?!! I thought he is only a royal magician but he look so young." she said

" yeah..sir  Ijekiel is a Duke and Holy  sword master.. They both have such a talented partners "jacob continued

" I see.. Holy Knight huh.. That suit his looks "she mumbled with a grin
