I was working out in my room while I watched family feud. I had gone through crunches and now I was doing push ups, my least favorite. Klaus just got the coffins back and I knew if I was in a house with all powerful originals that had been trapped for years, I'd need to keep up my strength.

I heard things braking downstairs and I quickly went downstairs to see what it was.

"Don't make me do this to you again Elijah!" Klaus yelled as I looked to see him standing over Elijah with a dagger. Klaus looked at me but I was speechless as I watched the two originals fight.

"Come on. Use it." Elijah replied not noticing my presence. "I dare you. You'll have Kol to deal with." He caught his breath.

"Mikael is dead." Klaus breathed.

"What did you say?" Elijah asked as he stood up.

"He's gone, Elijah, forever. I killed him." Klaus explained but Elijah was on the fence.

"It's true I saw it. He bursted into flames." I replied as Elijah looked at me.

"Of what you two say is true then why is our family still in coffins?" Elijah questioned angrily. "Finn for over 900 years, Kol for over a century." He spoke worried.

"Because of Stefan Salvatore, he holds the one thing keeping me from freeing them." Klaus explained. "There are things you don't know about our mothers death, about our father, but I'm ready to tell you know. I only ask the oath of loyalty you once swore to me." Klaus spoke as he dipped the dagger in white oak ash.

"What are you doing?" Elijah questioned looking to Klaus as he put the dagger back in the person in the box. I was curious as to what he looked like, but I kept my distance.

"Always and forever." Klaus looked to him. "I need you to stand by my side. Help me destroy Stefan and I promise our family will be whole again." Klaus said closing the coffin. He nodded to Elijah and walked out and past me.

I looked at the broken door in shambles and sighed lightly. "Emmaline." Elijah said as I turned to him. "Why is it that you're helping my brother?" He questioned.

"He was going to hurt Damon and Elena. I made a deal and now I'm his secret weapon or something." I explained with a sigh.

"So you aren't still helping them out?" He questioned.

"I haven't talked to them in two months. I haven't seen my dad in two months." I looked down crossing my arms. "He won't let me out of the house. I barely know what's going on most of the time." I explained as he pulled a card out of his pocket.

"Does he compel you to obey?" He questioned as I shrugged.

"He compelled me not to talk to them once. I listen most of the time." I replied. I was hoping being nice to Elijah would help me out here. He was the nice brother.

"Most?" He questioned.

"Klaus is an ass. I'm not always the calmest person so we clash a lot." I replied simply looking at the paper.

He put his finger over his mouth and handed it to me. "Yes you both are very strong willed." He spoke to make sure Klaus didn't think they were being suspicious.

"Yeah, it's annoying to be honest." I replied as I read the note. He was meeting up with Damon to talk about a plan against Klaus. "Sometimes I wish he would let me talk to them. Tell them to let me go and that I'm okay." I explained trying to convince him to tell Damon that. I pointed to his name and nodded.

"Yes. I assume it's hard not being able to." He spoke putting the paper back in his pocket.

"I made a sacrifice to save my family. As long as they're alive, I'll be okay." I nodded to him as he nodded back. I smiled lightly and he walked away.

I went back to my room and after a few hours Klaus knocked on the door. "I need a favor from you." He said walking in as I paused the station and looked to him. "Stefan and Damon are coming over to dinner." He started as I sighed lightly.

"You want me to find my way far away from here." I stood up and looked at him.

"I have reason. I've had hybrids on everyone making sure they stayed in line. Especially on Damon and Elena." He started.

"What are you trying to say?" I asked confused.

"It turns out they've developed feelings for each other." He explained as I looked at him confused.

"Is this some sick way to get me rilled up because it's not funny." I crossed my arms looking at him.

"No, love, this is genuine." He sighed lightly.

I took a deep breath and thought for a moment. "When?" I asked curiously.

"They kissed a few weeks ago." He replied.

"They what?" I asked in a whisper. "Why are you telling me this?" I asked normally. My heart was beating hard and I couldn't comprehend what was going on.

"I heard you speaking to Elijah. I don't want you to be miserable here, it makes you more angry. I want you to know what's going on." He explained.

"This is really happening." I stated looking at him. "I mean I wanted him to move on, but it's been two months, I don't-" I started as I felt my stomach drop as if I was going down a rollercoaster. I cleared my throat.

"You can go out. Go to a club go shopping, just don't see your friends okay?" He asked and I could see the remorse in his face.

"What about Stefan? Did Elena forget about him?" I questioned as I looked up at him my eyes glossy.

"I believe she is stuck between the two." He replied as I looked away.

"Okay." I nodded. "I'll just stay in my room. I don't really want to go anywhere." I bit my bottom lip and breathed fast pace.

"Do you want dinner?" He asked as I rubbed my arm. "I can bring you someone."

"Okay." I replied as a tear fell and I quickly wiped it. "I'll stay here." I nodded as I looked up to him. He furrowed his eyebrows lightly and walked out.

"Here." He said as a lead a girl as he walked in. She had already been compelled. The girl sat down and I looked at her. I was still in some sort of shock. I was glad I knew but at the same time, I wish I didn't. "Emma." Klaus said softly as I looked up to him. "I'm truly sorry."

"My life has always been bad luck. I was stupid to think he would be any different." I replied quietly looking to him. So much for telling Elijah to kindly ask him to move on. He already did and that made me- I don't even know. It was like I felt nothing. I should've been sad but I felt like nothing, like I was empty, alone.

"At least now you won't have to worry about being attached to him anymore." Klaus said as I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at him.

"Did you tell me so I'd be more loyal?" I asked looking up to him. He stayed quiet. "What the hell, Klaus?" I asked as the emotion started coming. "I'm a person you know? I feel things and I hurt. If anything this just makes me more upset that I agreed to come with you." I looked at him and started crying. I knew I looked so weak but I couldn't help it. I sat down and rested my elbows on my thighs and hid my face in my hands as I tried to calm down.

"Emma-" he started.

"Please, just leave me alone." I mumbled through my hands. He stood there a moment before walking out of the room, closing the door.

I looked at the girl and she sat still in the chair looking at me. I vamped over to her and I ate. I didn't care how much I took I just knew I needed relief and this gave me that. Before I knew it there was nothing left to gulp from her.

I looked at her and she was completely limp. The worst part was that I was okay with it. I moved her hoping that she'd twitch or something but I got no response. I picked her up and put her outside of the room for someone else to take care of when my anger started to take over. I went back to my room and closed the door. I began pacing. I could hear mumbles of them talking downstairs. I couldn't help but somehow feel betrayed or something. I hated how everything was and I needed to punch something.

I went to my closet and grabbed the punching bag Klaus bought me. I hooked it up to the ceiling, tied my hair up and threw a punch. I kept going grunting as I did. I knew I shouldn't be loud, but I couldn't help it. I was getting angrier and my punches harder. The bag was swinging crazy as I punched and then it busted. My hand went straight through the bag and the insides fell out when I pulled out my hand. I shook my head as I punched it again. At least it got the anger out even if it was useless now. I sighed lightly catching my breath before getting dressed for bed. I laid there for hours trying to fall asleep.

I don't exactly remember falling asleep but I was waking up now and it was morning. I changed out of my pajamas and got into some normal clothes. I walked out and the body was gone. I started walking down the stairs. I had no idea what happened last night but I got downstairs and there was a whole bunch of people I didn't know getting dressed for a ball or something. I looked to Elijah confused.

"Um, what?" I questioned looking at him.

"Ah, so Niklaus hasn't informed you on our new guests." Elijah said walking over. "These are my siblings." He added. "Finn," he pointed to a brunette man who seemed older than him who nodded, "Kol," he pointed to a younger guy who gave me a mischievous smirk, "And Rebekah." He pointed to the blonde girl who looked at me.

"You look like Elena." Rebekah commented and I knew she was angry about it.

"Yeah she's my twin." I replied.

"And who exactly are you?" Kol asked as he faced me.

"Just your friendly neighborhood vampire slave." I replied with a small smile. "I made a deal with Klaus, now I'm here indefinitely."

"Imagine that but in a box." Kol spoke looking to me.

"Sounds rough." I nodded lightly. "So you obviously know about Elena. How?" I questioned looking to Rebekah.

"The wench daggered me. She's the reason I was in the box again." Rebekah spoke through gritted teeth.

"That's- I don't know if I should apologize." I replied looking to her.

"No there's no need because it's behind us, right, sister?" Elijah asked looking to the blonde who humphed lightly. "Besides it's not your fault Emmaline." Elijah nodded once to me.

"How do we know she's not trying to side with them?" Rebekah asked eyeing me.

"I haven't talked to anyone for a little more than two months." I replied. "No contact was part of the deal."

"So you've been running around with Nik this whole time?" Rebekah asked.

"Yep." I nodded.

"Poor girl." Finn commented.

"Yeah I haven't done much either. It's like being locked away in a tower except I feel like no ones coming to save me." I explained looking at them.

"Well then you should come to the ball tonight." Kol suggested as I looked at him confused.

"Our mother is throwing a ball to welcome us to the neighborhood." Elijah explained as I nodded.

"Is Klaus okay with that?" I questioned.

"I don't know but I need a date and he has no room to tell me what to do right now, so what do you say." Kol asked smiling at me.

"I'd love to, but I don't have anything to wear." I explained looking at him. I had about ten outfits, the only fancy one being the homecoming dress I bought.

"Well Bekah has something I'm sure." He commented turning to the blonde.

"You look a bit smaller than me but we can work something out." She shrugged lightly.

"Great." I smiled to her. This was the first time I could do something enjoyable. Of course I was allowed to go to the homecoming dance, but with this I wasn't compelled or anything. I was definitely going to make the best of it.
