15． 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑝 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑤𝑜𝑒

How well do we really know our parents take my father I've always considered him an open book. A man given to misguided schemes and exaggerated displays of affection. But when he was a student he was accused of a murder that took place right up there.which leads me to wonder what really happened that stormy night 32 years ago?

Today was parents weekend your parents will be staying the weekend how great let's hope mother or father doesn't find out about Xavier and me

"Never more was created as a safe haven for our children to learn and to grow, no matter who or what they are." Principal Weems say as everyone started clapping "the unfortunate incident involving one of our students. But I'm happy to report that Eugene is on the mend and is expected to make a full recovery. So let's focus on the positive and make this parents weekend our very best yet." She announced as everyone was clapping once again

While we were at the rave'n Eugene had gone out into the woods before we could Wednesday found him almost life less the Hyde was apart of it

"Talk about mend try in a coma." I said to Wednesday and Enid as the three of us were standing together "Have you girls been able to see him? Wednesday you are his friend you too y/n but they are closer" Enid said as she looked over at me

"I'm the reason he's in the hospital." Wednesday replied

"That is not your fault, okay? The monster hasn't attacked anyone in the past week maybe you finally scared it off." Enid told us

"Then why did it all happen that night I mean paint poured everywhere and at the same time Eugene was in the woods I'll keep on saying this until I found out if it's true or not but if Wednesday was right about this lobster changing from monster to human then he or shoe must of known Eugene was in the woods" I said make a theory

"Or maybe it went into hiding to avoid this weekend." Wednesday said

"Look at this some things never change." I heard my mother voice from afar as the three of them walked in mother, father, and Pugsley

"I knew I should have worn my plague mask." Wednesday said as I nodded

"Would you look at my family? Talk about toxic pack mentality. I give my mom 30 seconds before her judge-y claws come out." Enid said as she sighed "let's get this over with." Enid told us as we nodded and parted our ways

Wednesday went towards our parents I went back inside the school and Enid went to her family

I walked up the stairs to the balcony Xavier and Bianca were there

"Hey" I said as I walked towards them "why aren't you with your family" Xavier asked me "because the more I look at her the more I realized everything she wanted me to do at this school has happened I'm turning into her and I don't want her to notice that" I told him as I leaned on the rail beside him

"Not sure how much more of this family togetherness I can take." Xavier said

"Think you skipped where you apologized for acting like a jerk last weekend. Y/n already apologized and we are good but not you" Bianca said as I stood up straight

"I'm sorry for what happened at the dance. I shouldn't haven asked you to siren-song me like that." Xavier said as she just shook her head

"Guessing your dads a no-show again this year?" Bianca told him "yeah" he replied

"I got a text this morning. You?" He asked her

"Gabrielle hasn't shown her face since I started here. Probably sunning herself somewhere in the Seychelles." Bianca told us as we heard from behind

"My darling daughter" a woman said behind us Im guessing she was related to Bianca "I made it" she said as Bianca face was in shock but in disgust at the same time

"Wouldn't miss this for the world." She said as I fixed my shirt

"Guess you missed judged her" Xavier said as we walked away

"I think you should go with your family" Xavier asked me as I looked at them "yeah and where are you going to go" I asked as our hands interlocked with one another "I'll wait for you" he told me as he looked at me I stood in front of the door

I fixed my uniform "wish me luck" I said as he nodded and I walked towards mother and father

"There you are my little stormy cloud we were just about to go to the principals office why don't you join us" mother said as I nodded and walked with them towards the office

My mother gasped "our old year book I haven't laid eyes on this in over 20 years. Such good times we had, didn't we, Larissa?" Mother asked principal Weem "some of us better than others." She said with a fake smile

Something must had happened between the two

"Oh, don't be so modest. You always filled the room with your presence. Like a stately sequoia tree"mother said looking back at the year book

"And I guess that would make you the lumberjack" she replied as mother laughed

"There's that bitting sense of humor that I always adored. Do you remember when we did that duet for the solstice talent show? Your Judy garland impression was a dead ringer." Mother said

"Sounds positively suicidal" Wednesday whispered

"Oh" mother said "my pictures gone"

Weems must have taken it out I'm not stupid

"Really? Well, that's odd." Weems said like she didn't know about it

"Can I borrow this for the weekend? That way Gomez and I can take a little walk down memory lane." Mother said as she looked at him

"Rawr" father replied

"Certainly disgusting" I whispered the Wednesday

"All right let's get down to the matter at hand, shall we? Hmm?" Weems told mother to sit down

"Unfortunately, Wednesday and y/n's assimilation has been rocky at best." She told them as Wednesday spoke up

"Because we refuse to embrace the culture of dishonesty and denial permeating this school." She said as I walked forward as well

"Starting with the monster that killed Rowan and put Eugene in the ICU although I do hear he's on the mend" I said as Wednesday and I looked at each other

"We have always encouraged our girls to speak their minds. Sometimes their sharp tongue can cut deep." Father said trying to cover us up

"Apparently her therapist feels she hasn't been very open to the process. Their time together has not yielded the results we'd hoped." Weems told them

"We are not lab rats" Wednesday and I said in sync

"Dr.kinbott and I have spoken, and we both agree it would be most beneficial for you all to attend a family session this weekend

"No" was all you heard from the two of us

"I thought that might be your reaction but your parents can see the wisdom in it." She told us

"Um, not to side with Wednesday and y/n , but, we are only here for the weekend" mother told her as she pointed to us

"Oh, come on. What can it hurt? To be honest, I've always been a big fan of head-shrinking" father said using his hands to express his feelings

"It's not that kind of head-shrinking mon chéri" mother said

"Well, that is disappointing but anything for our little girls" father said agreeing to her decision

Principal weems just smiled

And there we were off to Dr.kinbotts office

"So who wants to start" dr.kinbott asked us

"Maybe we can discuss what it's like having Wednesday and y/n away from home?" She asked

"I mean for me it's been hard not having them around I'd never thought I'd miss being waterboarded so much" Pugsley said as she just smiled at him

"Morticia, Gomez. How have you been coping?" She asked them

"It's been like torture for us too." Mother said which was probably true she loved telling about everything she did so I can

"Fortunately my brother festers rack fits two people" father said bringing up uncle fester I missed him I'll be honest

"Nothing like a good stretch to bring out the best in each other." Mother said as their hands connected

"Querida mía" father said kissing mothers hand like always

"Um" dr.kinbott said as I removed their hands from one another getting a look from the both but I couldn't care less

"I think it's high time my parents faced the music" Wednesday said as she got up

"I was waiting for you to say that" I said as I stood beside her

"It seems they have been lying to us" I said as Wednesday nodded "keeping secrets murderous secrets that need to be addressed"

Wednesday pulled out a document with a picture attached to it of Garrett gates,

"Who was Garrett Gages, and why are you accused of murdering him?" Wednesday said

"Those charges were dropped. Your father is an innocent man." Mother said as father face expressions changed

"Local sheriff doesn't seem to convinced." I said as the two got up

"You girl need to stop. This is neither the time nor place" Mother said but was cut off by dr.kinbott

"Actually, this is the exact place these sessions are—" she started when mother and I cut her off

"Doctor. This does not concern you." Mother and I said at the same time "and I refuse to debate a decades-old witch-hunt with you girls right now" mother said as she started walking away

"Daring we should" father was trying to say as mother cut him off

"This session is over" mother said

"Have it your way than" Wednesday said as we followed mother

"Of you refuse to tell me the truth I'll just have to excavate it myself." Wednesday said as we stormed though them

"What were you girls thinking" mother said as she followed us out of the building

"How could you ambush your father like that? Wednesday and y/n" mother said as we turned around

"How could I? You insisted we go to this school. Did you really think I wouldn't find out your secret?" I said to her

"You don't know the full story your father did nothing wrong" mother told us

"We will be the judge of that" Wednesday said as we parted our ways

Wednesday and I were at the hospital looking at Eugene as she brought a can of honey

"I haven't hive number three the bees miss you. Eugene. We all do. Thanks for keeping an eye on him" Wednesday told thing

"Any updates?" I asked thing

He shook his hand as a signal of no

"He didn't deserve this.I should be in that bed. Why did you go without me?" Wednesday asked Eugene even tho he wasn't going to answer

We both felt a hand on our shoulders as we turned around it was two lady's

"You must be to twins y/n and Wednesday we are Eugene's moms. Sue and Janet" she said as she introduced them

"You girls were all he could talk about lately. He was so happy y'all joined the Hummers" the lady known as sue told us

"Eugene hasn't had the easiest time fitting in at Nevermore" Janet told us

"He was so excited to finally make a real friends." Sure told us

"Well I brought him some honey" Wednesday said trying to leave

"Eugene loves those dang bees like they are his kids. His fuzzy-buzzy babies"

"We should go" and with that Wednesday and I had left the hospital

Wednesday and I had walked to the statue we had destroyed and in the Conor of our eyes mother was walking towards the cemetery we quickly followed behind

She had a rose in her hand taking off the petals and just leaving the stem she was gone
