CONTEST

Thomas summons us all, a big smile on his face. He clears his throat as we all look over at him. "I will be the judge. Okay?" We all nod. "Okay, good." He pauses but goes on. "Now who wants to go first?"

Patton squeals, "We will!" Grabbing Logan's hand and throwing it up. Logan blushes. I shrink back, their happiness being too much.

Thomas chuckles. "Okay, you guys can go first."

Patton squeals again and him and Logan stand in front of the rest of us. Patton announces, "We will be singing 'Love the way you lie'!" Then they begin.

(Italicizes is Patton, bold is Logan)

We all clap, Thomas smiling and exclaiming, "That was awesome, you guys!"

"THANKS THOMAS!" Patton yells.

"Thank you, Thomas," Logan says, taking Patton's hand in his and sitting back down.

Thomas looks over at me and Princey and says with a smile, "Your guys turn." We both nod and stand.

"We will be singing 'The Contemptress' for my little emo nightmare here." Roman exclaims. I blush at his nickname for me. "He will be singing the bigger part since his singing is beautiful." I blush harder. "...and he knows the song more than I do." We begin.

Thomas stares at us in disbelief. Confusion takes over me. "What?" I ask.

"You guys were..." He trails off.

"Amazing," Logan finishes for him.

I blush, not used to having all of these compliments thrown at me. I shrug. "I was okay. Roman was pretty good, as always."

"Virgil, you were amazing!" Thomas exclaims.

I cover my blush face with my arms and mumble, "No I wasn't..." I walk towards the stairs, trying to get away from all of these compliments, but I bump into someone. I peer up to see a smiling Roman staring down at me.

"You were amazing, Hot Topic." Then he picks me up bridal style and brings me back to everyone else. "I have brought back the hottest person in the world." I feel my face turn a deep shade of red so I cover my face with my arms again. Everyone chuckles and I bury my head in Roman's chest.

"Why do you have to embarrass me with compliments?" I mumble.

"Because you're adorable when you blush," he says. Not even looking up, I can tell he has a smile on his face. Goddamn asshole who I love.

"I'm not adorable..." I mumble.

He runs his fingers through my hair and pulls me closer to him. "I love you," he whispers in my ear and kisses it.

"Love you too."
