Chapter 41

Choi Seungcheol POV

I drove to work and as I got inside my office my dad came in.

"Son" my dad said

I got up and walked over to my dad.

"Yes dad" I said

"We have a business to do in Busan starting in two days. We have to go and sign the contract with the others companies. We will be gone for three days" my dad said

"Okay. I'll prepare as soon as possible"

My dad pat my shoulder and walked out.

I sigh and walk back to my chair.

I spin my chair around and look out the window.

"3 days....." I said

Jeon Hayoung POV

I just got back from grocery shopping. Right now I am putting all the things I bought away.

"Ramen goes in here...milk goes in the fridge...rice bag in the cabinet" I said to myself when the door rang.

I close the cabinet and walked to the front door.

I opened it and it was Dino, Wonwoo and Mingyu.

"Oh hey guys" I said

"Hi Hayoung" they said

"Come in in" I said and let them in.

"Do you guys want water" I asked

"Sure" Dino answered.

"Okay please go ahead and make yourself comfortable" I gestured them to sit on the couch.

I walked to the kitchen and prepare 3 cups of water and brought it to the living room.

"Here's your guys water" I said placing the waters down.

"Thank you" they said

"What bring you guys here" I asked

"Nothing much. We were close by so we decided to drop by. Seungcheol hyung at work" Wonwoo asked.

"Yes. He's working these few days"

"You don't work" Mingyu asked.

"No but I am looking for a job so I don't just stay home all day. It gets very tiring and lonely" I said with a chuckled.

"How about working at the place I'm working at? It's not far for here and we are hiring at the same time" Mingyu said

"Where at?"

""Frozen Bites"

"Frozen Bites? The ice cream by the mall?" I asked

"Yea that place"

"I'll love to work there" I replied.

"Great. Come by tomorrow at 12. I'll tell my manager"

"Thank you Mingyu" I replied.

"Hayoung Noona" Dino said

I turned my attention to Dino.

"Yes Dino?"

"You should visit us soon. We miss you and Seungcheol hyung" he said with a smile.

"I'll tell Seungcheol to visit you guys soon" I replied.

We talked for a few more bit until the sun started to go down.

"Maybe we should get going" Wonwoo said

"Yeah it's getting late and maybe you have stuff to do noona" Dino said getting up and fixing his shirt.

They walked to the front door and I followed.

"Bye Hayoung"

"Bye guys"

I closed the door as soon as I see their car driving away.

I locked the door and went to the living room to grab the cups and washed them. I finished up putting the stuff I bought.

When I finished, I closed the curtains and made sure very door was locking before going upstairs to shower.

I finished showering and now I am drying my hair with my towel. I grab my phone and check the time. 8:49.

"Maybe he's working late today" I said and place my phone down.

I turned on my night stand light and hanged my towel. I then turn off the lights and crawl inside the blankets.

I open my nightstand drawer and grab a book to read for a bit.

An hour passed since I first read this book and Seungcheol oppa is still not home.

I closed the book and put it back inside the drawer and closed it.

I turned off the lights and fell asleep.

Choi Seungcheol POV

Because of the business we are going to in two days I have to work late then usual to get the documents in place and make sure everything was right.

I loosen my tie and lay back on my chair.

It is currently 9:57 when I finish the last business folder.

"She's probably asleep but now" I said.

I grab my jacket and turn off my lights and went to the parking lot and drove home.

When I got home the lights were off and the curtains were closed.

I unlock the door and walk straight to the room.

I opened the door and see Hayoung sleeping figure asleep on the bed.

I place my jacket on the chair and grab my night clothes and my towel to shower in the bathroom outside the room so I won't bother Hayoung.

After showering I dried my hair with the towel as I opened the door to the room.

I hung up the towel and walked towards the bed.

I gently try to get into the blanket trying not to wake Hayoung up.

I success in getting in the blanket but Hayoung moves facing me now.

I wrap my arm around her body and smile.

I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Jeon Hayoung POV

I woke up hearing little snores.

I opened my eyes to see Seungcheol oppa hugging me.

"When did he get home" I wonder

I slightly moved making room between us but it woke Seungcheol up.

"Hayoung" he said stretching.

"Morning oppa" I said smiling

He stop stretching and smile.

"Morning Hayoung"

"When did you get home" she asked

"Umm probably around 10"

I nod.

"Time to get up" I said shaking him.

"What time is it" he said rubbing his eyes.

I reached over Seungcheol and grab my phone. I turned it on and it was 10:27.

"10:27." I said and drop my phone.

"Okay. Oh Hayoung"

I look at him.

"Yes"

"Tomorrow I have a business to go to with dad. I'll be gone for 3 days" he said

"3 days?" I said

"Yeah" he said and grab my hand.

"I'll come back as soon as possible Hayoung" he said and kiss the back of my hand.

I blushed.

"Okay. It's business so I understand" I answered.

"Go wash up. I'll start packing your bags" I answered.

He smiled.

"Thank you Hayoung" he said and got up to wash up.

I smiled and also got up. I grab the suitcase that was in the closet and started packing his clothes.

I was about to finish packing his clothes when the bathroom door open meaning Seungcheol finish washing up.

He walked into the closet and chose and outfit to wear for work.

He was putting his pants on in the clothes when he said something.

"Are you doing anything today" he asked

"I'm going to Mingyu work pack today" I replied zipping the suitcase up and leaving it at the end of the bed.

"Mingyu work place? Why?" He asked putting on his white button up shirt.

"Mingyu, Wonwoo and Dino came over yesterday and I told them I was looking for a job and Mingyu suggest for me to apply at his work place. So today I'm going there around 12" I replied.

"Do you need a ride there" he asked

I grab my outfit for today and replied " it's fine. I'll take a taxi"

"It's fine. I'll drop you off there" he said tying his tie.

"Thank you then" I said and walked into the restroom.

I changed into my outfit and walked out the bathroom.

I notice that Seungcheol oppa wasn't in the room so it meant be downstairs.

I grab my purse, phone, wallet and keys and walked downstairs.

I place my purse down on the couch and walked into the kitchen.

"Do you want breakfast" he asked

"Sure. I'll make it" I said grabbing the bread from the cabinet.

"It's fine. I can make it" he said

"I'll do it. I don't want you to smell like eggs and toast" I said with a chuckle "plus you got home late so go rest. You'll probably still tired"

I turned around and place two bread inside the toaster and turned it on.

I walked to the fridge and grab 4 eggs to make scramble eggs. I cracked it and stir it and seasoned it.

I took out a pan and pour oil on it. I waited until it started getting hot and pour the eggs in.

I turned around and see Seungcheol just sitting on the dinning table.

I chuckled.

"You can pour us some juice if u want" I said

"Okay"

He grab two glass cups and pour in orange juice.

Soon I finish making breakfast and place them on the plate and brought them to the table.

"Here's your breakfast" I said

"Thank you"

We ate in silence because we were too hungry.

After breakfast Seungcheol volunteer to wash the dishes as I went to brush my teeth again.

After I finish he went inside the bathroom to brush his.

I walked downstairs and waited on the couch.

"You ready Hayoung" he asked

"Yeah. We can go now"

We walked out the front door making sure to lock it and drove to Mingyu work place.
