"There she is!"

"Hey Imogen!"

I hear Johnnie and Bryan say as I walk up to where they are in the park.

"Hey guys! Where's Shan?" I look around, searching for her around the park.

"She went to go pick up Kyle." Bryan speaks up.

"Oh, goody!" I say sarcastically.

After about 10 minutes of Bryan teaching me his cameraman ways, we see Shannon and Kyle approaching.

I can feel my heart thumping faster and faster and I decide its best if I look away. I feel tears pooling on the corner of my eyes, threatening to pour out, but I look up quickly to stop them.

I will not show him that I care. Because I don't. Not anymore.

"Hey guys!" I hear Kyle greet Johnnie and Bryan from behind me.

At that point, I decided I'd be the better person and turned around, but I didn't look at Kyle, my eyes went directly to Shannon, who greeted me with a warm smile and hug.

"Hey, best friend" she says while giving me a hug.

"Hey." I reply, in monotone.

"Are you going to be okay?" Shannon leans closer to me and whispers into my ear.

"Totally." I look at her and smile. A fake smile, of course.

"So, let's get this started!" Bryan shouts out of nowhere and claps his hands.

"What video are we doing again?" I ask, making sure I knew.

"The Chapstick challenge."

"Riiiiight." I say, dragging the "I" sound for effect. "But, how? That has to be done in pairs, and there's 5 of us..."

"Oh my god, I didn't think of that!" Bryan says, seeming confused.

"Well, four of us can do the challenge, and the other could stay behind the camera, making sure we're filming and stuff, right?" Johnnie suggests.

"Good idea. I think we shou- I CALL SHANNON!" Bryan begins to talk and then abruptly stop and shouts, earning a giggle from Shannon.

"I agree!" Shannon shouts, just as loud. Bryan begins to blush like crazy and Johnnie begins pointing out.

"Ooooh look, he's all reeed! Awwwe!" Johnnie pokes Bryan's cheek, and Bryan just swats Johnnie's hand away.

"Okay, who's gonna be with Imogen?" Bryan asks.

"I'll be camera man." Kyle looks at me with a look in his eyes that I can't describe.

I feel my heart crack a little, but quickly put itself back together. 

I can't let him get to me. Not now.

"So... Johnnie, you're kissing Imogen , right?" Bryan asks one last time.

"Right" Johnnie answers with a nod of his head.
