Chapter 15

Calum's POV

Waking up to her laying with me would instantly make my day any day. We were in a pretty comfortable spooning position. I didn't want to move. I wanted to stay like this forever. She was safe in my arms.

I decided to take a picture of this perfect moment. I slowly stretched my arm out to my nightstand searching for my phone. I found the square shape of my iPhone and picked it up. I unlocked my phone hearing the click as it opens. I quickly snap a selfie for twitter tweeting it a minute later.

Goodmorning guys! From us! (: Xx

Sending the tweet and tagging her in it her phone buzzed on the nightstand.

I placed my phone back down and wrapped my arm around her once again.

I must've fell asleep because I woke up with a camera click sound going off. I opened my heavy eyes so see Misty sitting up against the headboard grinning down at me. My eyebrows came together from confusion.

"What?"

"Nothing."

She said grinning looking at her phone typing something quickly. She locked her phone and set it down beside her my phone ringing seconds after. My eyes grew wide as I scrambled out of bed picking my phone up and seeing a twitter notification with Misty. Unlocking my phone I see a selfie of Misty while I was sleeping with my mouth wide open. I heard her laugh as she quickly walked out of the door.

"Misty!"

I shouted jumping out of bed chasing her down. She laughed and ran in front of the couch running away from me. she bit her lip trying not to stifle a laugher to wake the boys up. I jumped on the couch and grabbed her arm before she ran away.

I pulled her down on the couch and sat on her legs so she wouldn't move.

"Ok ok ok I'm sorry!"

She shouted in between her laughter.

"No! delete the picture!"

I poked her stomach making her squirm under my grip.

"No you delete the picture of me!"

She smiled trying to push me off of her. I shook my head and tickled her sides making her squirm and laugh harder making herself cry of laughter.

I stopped and entwined both her hands with my hands. I leaned down and whispered in her ear.

"Delete it or else."

"Or else what?"

She challenged me. One of her eyebrows arching up. I leaned down and kissed her. I felt her smiled through our make out session. we were interrupted with someone clearing their throat.

"Goodmorning it is huh guys!"

Ashton said covering his eyes walking directly to the kitchen. Michael came out seconds later. I climbed off of Misty pulling her up and making my way to the kitchen.

Ashton went over to the coffee maker making himself a cup of coffee yawning and scratching his chin.

"What's for breakfast?"

Luke asked as he walked in the kitchen as well.

Michael opened out fridge and shook his head.

"We have 2 eggs left, 3 slices of bread, a soda can, a slice of pizza and a box of salad."

"I'll get the salad Mike"

I offered getting weird glances from everyone.

"Calum."

Luke said shaking his head.

"You don't make friends with salad! you don't make friends with salad!"

Ashton started singing and the boys joining in as well. I flipped them all off and heard Misty laughing and she sat down on a chair.

"Fine do you guys want to go out and eat then?"

I yelled over their singing. They were currently dancing in a conga line.

"Yep"

Luke said.

"Alright let's go get ready."

We all walked down the hall walking into our individual rooms. Misty followed close behind. I went to the drawer to pick out an ombré white and blue shirt with black jeans.

I realized Misty didn't have any extra clothes since she stayed the night so I got her my nasa shirt and set it down on my bed.

"You can wear this if you want."

She nodded and took her jeans from yesterday picking up my shirt on her way out of the room.

"Misty you can change in my bathroom if you want."

I laughed as she turned around and quickly went in locking the door behind her.

I shook my head and slipped my shirt off pulling the other shirt on. I pulled off my shorts leaving me in my briefs. The door unlocked from the bathroom.

"Calum! Put some pants on!"

She said covering her eyes. I rolled my eyes and walked up to her turned around covering her eyes.

"And this is why I love you."

I said my lips next to her ear kissing her on the cheek and slipping my jeans on.

We walked out and sat on the couch waiting for the others to finish getting ready. We sat in silence until she broke it asking me a question I was trying to avoid throughout the night.

"What happened to your face?"

She turned and traced her fingers over the scar on my cheek bone traveling down to the bruise near my jawline.

I shook my head attempting to shake it off.

"Nothing I fell on the ground."

I knew she didn't believe me.

"Please tell me. I won't get mad."

I bit my lip trying to form the words in my head to tell her.

"I went out to the bar near the theater since I had no where to go. I didn't have a ride since I told Mona to leave me."

I stopped hoping to satisfy her mind. But she didn't stop. She kept questioning me.

"Ok well why does your face look like it got beat up?"

"I uh. I got drunk because I sorta thought you left me again."

I broke eye contact with her scratching the back of my neck thinking of other things to say.

"I couldn't wait for your reply anymore so I got drunk to forget about it. I got into a random fight with a random guy who bumped into me while making out with some random chick."

I hesitated for a moment before continuing.

"I guess I felt jealous because at that moment I knew that I could never do that with you anymore because of what happened before. I felt as if that guy was taunting me so I fought him."

I looked down at my hands frowning waiting for her to say something.

She shifted in her spot and held my chin up to face her. She was smiling weakly. she stroked the purple bruise now turning greenish.

"You know i'd never leave you even if I wanted to."

She smiled and dropped her hand from my chin. I instantly leaned forward stealing a kiss.

"Can we leave yet or have you guys finished eating each other already?"

We broke apart Misty blushing from being seen.

I got up and pulling on my black converse and headed out of the door opening the passenger door for Misty to step in.

"Why thank you."

She nodded at me before stepping in. The boys piled in the back after I closed my door starting the engine. We soon headed to the diner that Calum and I have went to plenty of times.

We went in and sat in a much bigger booth for all 5 of us. After the waitress took our orders we continued to talk until a girl about 17 or 18 walk up to our booth her cheeks flushed pink.

"A-are you guys 5-5 seconds of summer?"

Her hands were shaking as she held a piece of paper and a pen.

"Yes we are! Would you like an autograph from all of us."

Her face brightened immediately.

"Yes thank you so much!"

As the paper was being passed around Michael spoke to her.

"Do you want a picture with all of us as well?"

She shook her head making space for us to walk out of the booth. she gave her phone to Misty as she snapped the picture handing the phone back to the girl.

"Thank you guys so much! You guys are like my favorite band ever!"

She waved and walked back to the table she was at with her parents apparently freaking out.

"Aw you guys are so nice and sweet!"

Misty said smiling brightly at each and everyone of us. I draped my arm over her shoulder pulling her close to me. The waitress came back setting down our orders and went away to get us out drinks.

I slowly wrapped my arm around her waist leaving it there as I picked up my fork to eat my omelette.

Finishing our plates we waited for Luke to finish his last pancake bit. Ashton paid and stood up starting to walk out of the restaurant. We all followed behind. I held Misty's hand in mine as we got into the car. This time Ashton was driving.

"Where do you guys wanna go today?"

Everyone shrugged. Clueless.

"Okay then we'll just head back to the house if that's okay."

Ashton turned the corner arriving at the house and turning off the engine.

"Do you wanna go to the park or something with me?"

I stopped Misty as she was walking toward the door.

"Yeah sure."

She agreed and waited for me to go inside and grab my keys. I went into my room and found my keys on my nightstand. I saw my guitar dusty from the lack of usage.

"Should I bring this?"

I asked myself staring at it just sitting on its stand looking back at me.

"You should."

Mikey said as he walked pass my room entering his.

I quickly brought out my guitar case and placed the guitar in it and walked out of the house seeing Misty waiting for me leaning on my car.

She looked up from her phone and cocked an eyebrow at me.

"You're bringing your guitar?"

"Yup I figured I should play for you while we're at the park. You know to be romantic and stuff."

She giggle and interlocked her hand in my freehand.

Misty's POV

I sat on the swings watching Calum open his guitar case and tuning it. I assumed he didn't play much since it seemed very dusty and was out of tune.

I looked up at the sky waiting for him to finish. It was a beautiful day for the park since the sky was absolutely clear and it was the perfect weather today.

Then there was a slight strumming next to me.
