Chapter 59

23:40, 12 April 2014

Today's thursday, the party is tomorrow. I told Cameron that I'd go but I didn't want to stay past twelve. Cameron agreed and insisted he'd bring me home so that was sorted. I'm excited but also worried about it, I've not been to a house party since I was with Josh so yeah..

"Lauren! Get your head off the desk." My teacher shouted at me, I sat up and grinned. "I was just looking at the desk." I smiled at my come back. "Really close?" "I wanted to take in every little detail." I smirked. Kyle, who was sat next to me, let out a chuckle.

"Just pay attention." I nodded and looked at my book. "Have you written the notes down?" She asked, I sighed and sat back in my seat. "Yup." "Are you sure?" "Yup." "Are you lying to me?" "Yup." The class laughed at me, I smiled too.

"Do you want a detention?!" "Don't jump to conclusions!" I held my hands up in surrender. "Well then cut the smart ass comments." "Miss, you're not supposed to say that." I tested. "Say what?" "Smart ass." "Just be quiet!" I smirked at Kyle, he laughed at me. We all know who won that one.

"I'm asking mom if I can be homeschooled." I said to Cody as he drove the car. "Why?" "Everyone today were surrounding me like "oh my gosh you're famous!" and all kinds of crap. I don't like it, I want it to stop so I'm asking to be homeschooled." "You can do school with Alli." "Yes!" I applauded the idea.

"Let me talk to your mom, she'll understand more." He offered. "Okay." "And another question is, when do you wanna get back in the studio?" "Not today." I denied. "Please get back in there soon." "I've written some things." I said, his head wipped towards me.

"Look at the road!" I pointed forward, he laughed and returned the road. "I was doing homework on tuesday and some lyrics just came to me and then through the week more and more have come to me and I've got a first verse, bridge and chourus." I explained.

"I wanna hear it." "You can read it." "No I want you to sing it to me so I can hear the melody and the way you want it sung." He told me, I sighed. "You have to do something for me?" "What is it?" "Take me to that empty place and let me drive?!" I sat up and looked at him.

"Why don't you ask your dad for lessons?" "He shouts at me when I do it wrong, come on? Please?" I gave him puppy eyes. "Don't look at me like that." He looked from me to the road. "Alright fine." He sighed and turned off the road, I grinned and sat back in my seat.

"You nearly hit a tree!" Cody blammed as we walked through the front door. I giggled and shook my head. "I didn't hit it though!" "You could of hurt my baby." "Well I'm fine." "I meant the car." I pushed him playfully and went into the kitchen.

"How long does it take to drive home? It's gone past five!" Mom sounded worried. "We went to the mall." I lied. "What did you buy?" "Nothing, we just looked." I shrugged as I got something out of the fridge. "Don't eat too much, we're going out to dinner tonight."

"Alright." I smiled. "Oh yeah, can I talk to you about this weekend?" Cody asked my mom. "What's happening this weekend?" I asked. "Hey, can you go and pick up Lilly from Amy's?" Mom asked me, I nodded slowly. "Cody? You coming?" "Nah, I need to talk to your mom."

"Fine, I'll go on my own." I narrowed my eyes at the pair of them. I grabbed a jacket and walked to Paul and Amy's house. "Lauren!" Jasmin, Amy and Lilly greeted me, I hugged them all together. "Hi girls!" "Guess what? I'm going to ask mommy for a sleepover this weekend." Lilly said as I walked into the house.

"I don't think mommy will let you do that. Where's Paul?" "I'm right here." He walked into the hall with Dan. "Hey guys. I kinda need to take Lilly home now." I pointed to where the three of them were stood. "Where did they go?" I heard Lilly's cute little giggle come from the kitchen.

"Lilly?!" I called her, no answer. "They're probably hiding." Paul laughed as we walked into the kitchen. "Lil, Cody's at home." I tempted her. "He'll go in the pool with you.." A cupboard opened and Lilly climbed out, Dan laughed at her.

"Nice hiding place." He gave her a high-five. "Come on, let's go home." "Can we get an ice-cream first?" She asked me as she put her shoes on. "Sure." I smiled. "See you guys tomorrow." I smiled. "Bye." Paul smiled back, Dan didn't say anything. What's up with him?

Anyways I took Lilly's hand as we left. "Why can't I ask mommy if Jazzy and Amy can stay tomorrow night?" "Because it's your birthday party in a few weeks." I reminded her. "Oh yeah!" She jumped along the sidewalk next to me.

"Oh wait, we can't get ice cream because we're going to dinner tonight." I told Lilly as I guided her past the beach. "Ohhh!" "We're going with Alli as well!" "Yay!" She began to jump again. "And Cody?" She stopped on the spot, I nodded and she began to jump again causing me to laugh.

"I'm a kangaroo!" She held her hands infront of her chest as she jumped down the drive. "Want me to open the door for you, kangaroo?" I asked, she nodded. I opened it and she jumped into the house. "What are you doing, monkey?!" Cody laughed.

"I'm a kangaroo, not a monkey!" She told him, I laughed as I walked into the kitchen. "Can you pick something out for her to wear tonight?" Mom asked, I sighed and nodded. "I have to find myself something too." I walked out of the kitchen and took Lilly to her bedroom.

"What do you want to wear tonight?" I asked her. "Pink!" She jumped on her bed, I giggled. "This dress?" I picked it out, she shook her head and stood next to me. "I want to wear this." She pulled down a pink top with sparkles on it.

"Some leggings too?" I asked as I got them down, she nodded. "Okay, you get changed and then I'll curl your hair for you if you come to my room." "Yay!" She cheered, I laughed and went to my bedroom. Cody came into the room. "So what's happening this weekend?" I asked.

"Nothing." He lied, I gave him a blank look. "I'm not telling you, you'll have to wait and see." He smirked as he wrapped his arms around my waist. "What are you wearing tonight?" He asked me, I shrugged. "You could just wear this." He looked down at what I was wearind. My underwear.

"You're funny." I stated blankly, he walked into my closet. "But seriously, I think you should wear that black dress you showed me." "The one I showed you for my interview?" "Or you could wear this?" He held another black dress up.

I brought it when I was shopping with Alli one time, it's got one silk layer on the bottom and then a see-through black layer over it. It comes to my mid thigh and has thin straps. "Okay, now get out so I can change." I pushed him towards the door.

"I'm going home to get changed, I'll see you when we get there." "Alright." "You seem really calm.." "So?" "You know who else is coming, right?" "No, who?" "Bieber's.." He said slowly. "No way?!" I shouted, Cody nodded.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so excited!" I jumped up and down, Cody laugehd. "All of them?" I asked, he nodded again. "Well, there's four of them but yeah." He said. "Oh and I told Justin about you writing and he wants to hear it so bring what you've been writing." He smiled and then left the room.

"Cody Robert Simpson!" I called him back. He turned around and grinned at me, I laughed. "Why did you do that?!" I moaned. "He'll only do what I do." "But I don't really know him." I pouted. "Get changed." He said and then walked downstairs.

"Lauren! I'm ready to get my hair do- Why you got no clothes on?" She looked at me, I laughed. "I do have clothes on." "Not very much." She walked into my room. "That happens a lot." Trey walked up the stairs. "Excuse me?" "You heard me." "Are you calling me a slut?" "I ain't calling you a virgin." He walked into his room.

"What's that word mean?" Lilly asked as I closed my bedroom door behind me. "Which one?" "Virgin?" "You'll understand when you get older, don't repeat it though." "What about slut?" "It's a mean word to call someone, don't repeat that one either."

"If it's mean, why did Trey call it to you?" Her vocabulary is so cute! "Because he's angry at me." "So you tell it to someone when you're mad at them?" "I guess so." I nodded. "Okay." She smiled and sat on the chair infront of my dresser.

I put on one of Cody's shirts and then did her hair and a little bit of makeup for her. I let her help me apply my makeup and she watched me as I did my hair. "I like your dress." Lilly looked at it on the bed, I smiled. "Thank you. I need to choose some underwear to wear with it though." I said.

"I'll do it!" She jumped up and looked through my draw. "You should wear these!" She held up some black and red, lace underwear. "I don't think that's nec-" "Yes because Cody will like them." She gave me puppy eyes, I laughed at her.

"You think Cody sees my underwear?" "Of course he does, you share that with people you love, don't you?" She was so cute and innocent. "Yes, yes you do." "And I think you should wear your black and red bra which matches them." She stood on her tip-toes to look in my draw.

"Here!" She handed them to me. "I'm going for a wee so get changed!" She told me and walked out, she's so bossy haha. When she came back out I was fully dressed and looking at myself in the mirror. "My sissy is beautfiul." She hugged me.

"My sissy is just as beautiful." I kissed her forehead. "Can I chose you some shoes?" She asked, I nodded and she went into my closet. After a while she came back out with some black, heeled boots. The boots only came around my ankle and were quite high, I took them from her and put them on.

"Why don't you put your pink vans on and we'll go downstairs." I offered, she nodded and ran off. I got out a black clutch and filled it with my phone, lip gloss and other things I'd need. I applied my purfumes and walked out of the room.

"My two beautiful girls." My dad greeted us as we walked into the living room. "Daddy!" Lilly hugged him. "Oh and look, my beautiful boy!" He said sarcastically as Trey walked into the room. "Does this look okay?" He asked me, I shrugged.

"I have no idea why you'd want a slut's opinion." "Lauren, I'm sorry. Can we just move forward?" "Not until you appologize to Cody." I smiled and went to the kitchen. "But I don't want to." He followed me. "I guess we're not moving forward then." "Lauren.." "Nope."

As we got out of our car at the restraunt, Brad and Cody's cars pulled up. "Hey!" Angie greeted us all. "Hey baby." Cody wrapped his arms around me. "Hi." I smiled. "Hey baby." Trey mocked, Lilly giggled and I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Just ignore him." Cody whispered and then kissed my lips, I opened my eyes to look at him. He was looking at Trey as he kissed me so I pulled away. "What are you doing?" He asked, still whispering. "You're annoying him." I said, he let out a chuckle.

"I saw you, stop pretending." "Are you guys coming inside?" Brad interrupted before Cody could answer me. "Uh- We'll wait out here for Justin." Cody said, they nodded and walked inside. "How was I annoying him?" He let go of me and stood infront of me.

"You were staring at him as you kissed me." "No I wasn't!" He defended himself. "Cody, I saw you." "Oh." He said under his breath which made me laugh. "I'm not as stupid as you think I am, Mr. Simpson." "I talked to your mom about homeschooling."

"I know, she told me in the car. She said her and dad have been talking about it." Just then Justin's car pulled up along with a load of paperazzi. "Stay close." Cody held my hand protectively. "Hi!" I went over and hugged Justin. "What's up, Lauren?!" "Not much, not much."

"Careful!" Justin caught Jaxon, his younger brother, before he fell to the floor. "Watch yourself buddy." Their dad, Jeremy, said. "I am." Jaxon straightened his clothes. "Everyone else is inside." Cody said as he helped Jazmyn out of the car.

"My name's Lilly." I watched Lilly greet Jazmyn. "I'm Jazmyn." "I have a friend called Jasmin!" "Can we be friends?" Jazzy asked, Lilly nodded. They both grinned and began to color together in the kids menu. "What are you having to eat?" My mom asked me, I shrugged and picked up the menu.

Once we'd eaten we went for a walk along the beach, Lilly, Jazmyn and Jaxon all ran off in front of us as we walked by the ocean. "Cody told me that you'd been writing some things?" Justin said as he pulled me back so we were walking behind everyone. "I've done some writing, yes."

"He said he'd told you to bring it with you?" "Yeah, it's in the car." "Do you enjoy what you're doing at the moment?" "I haven't really done enough to decide whether I like it or not." "I watched your performance last week. You're a natural." "A lot of work went into that." I pointed out.

"I know, only a week though. You can't fake what came to you on stage, you either have it or you don't." "What's 'it'?" "I don't know but you got it." We both laughed a little at him. "You know it means a lot to hear that from you. You're really talented and amazing and you've actually helped me through some bad times in my life- Well your music helped me, so thank you for that."

"Thank you for supporting me and I dunno what it helped you through but I know a smile like yours has been through a time when you thought there was no reason to smile. I can tell by the way you are that something bad happened and I just wanna tell you that everything happens for a reason and God doesn't dish something out to you that he doesn't think you'll make it through. He knows you're strong and he loves you, I never want you to forget that. You're a very special and talented person, you have a worth and meaning so never ever forget that, okay?" He looked me in the eyes.

My vision was blurry as I tried to hold back the tears that had formed. "I've never had someone tell me that in my life. Thank you for everything you've done for me." I pulled him into a hug. "I'm always here if you need someone to talk to or a place to run." He told me, I nodded as I pulled out from the hug.

"Whenever you need a place to run to, you have my number and I'll come and pick you up." He proposed, I smiled. "Thank you for that." "Justin!" Jaxon came running over to us. "Jazzy's being a meanie!" "What's she doing." "Them two are running too fast." He pointed to Jazmyn and Lilly.

"Wanna stay with us?" Justin asked, Jaxon nodded and he picked him up. He reached for me and Justin passed him to me. "You have hair like Selena." Jaxon told me as he played with it, I smiled. "I do?" "And you look like her." He added which made me feel good. "Well thank you." I smiled again, I could see the mentioning of Selena made Justin feel some kinda way.

"Do you miss her?" I asked Justin after we'd been quiet for a while, Jaxon was asleep on my shoulder. "I do." "Do you still love her?" "Forever." I knew he was sad by his short answers. "I believe you guys were meant for each other and soon enough she'll realize that and come back to you."

We went back to the cars in the parking lot and talked for a while. "Are you coming home with us?" I asked Cody he looked at his mom. Angie shrugged, he looked at my mom and she gave him the same signal as Angie did. "Sur-" "Why can't you sleep apart for just one night?!" Trey sounded annoyed.

"And for that, I'm coming." Cody smiled at me, I heard Justin snigger. "I'm coming in your car." I said and walked to Cody's car. "Can I come?!" Lilly asked, Cody nodded. "Here's her chair." Dad took it out the back seat and passed it to Cody. "Bye guys!" I said goobye as Cody fixed Lilly's car seat in his back seat.

"Let's go, princess." Cody picked her up and sat her in her seat and then did up her belt. "Get in the car." He whispered to me before walking over to say goodbye to the Bieber's and his family. I got into the car and did up my belt. "I want the radio on!" Lilly told me.

I turned it on and on came our song, Lilly grinned at me. "Yay!" She clapped and started singing along. I giggled at her. Cody got into the car with us and turned up the music. The two of them started jamming together which made me laugh.

"I'll carry her into the house." Cody whispered as he got out of the car, I got out too and went into the house. I had a shower and then came out in my towel. "I don't wanna go to school tomorrow!" I moaned as I fell onto my bed. "Why not?" "All week people have been obsesed with me, it's annoying." I said.

"Just one more day and then you can relax." "For two days." I gave Cody a blank look. "Nah, you're gonna be home schooled." "Not next week." "Hasn't your dad told you?" "Told me what?" "He's taking you to school tomorrow and telling the school you're leaving." "Yes!" I cheered.

"See, no more waking up early." He smiled, I did too. "Let's celebrate." I winked at him, Cody looked at the open door. "I'll close the door." "You better lock it, we don't want any visitors." I pointed out, Cody laughed as he turned the light off.

"It's so dark!" I used the torch on my phone to see what I was doing. I felt Cody behind me, he took my towel from around my body and threw it on the floor. "Cody! I'm nake-" "Shh." He whispered in my ear and then kissed it. "Turn the torch off." He added.

"And now turn around." He instructed, I followed his instructions. "Damn you want this a lot." I ran my hand over the bump in his pants. He tilted his head back in pleasure as I continued to touch him. He pushed me back on the bed and began to kiss me.
