part 39(tangled thoughts)

"yes Mr.bang I'll set a meeting with you as soon as i got time...yes yes everything is clear from my side..it would be a pleasure to work with your company...-"I got cut off by one of my workers.."Mam ms.kim send these dress samples from her side..-"i cut her off by showing her the front of my hand.."excuse me mr.bang I'll see you then...in a few days..yes..thanku"i hung up the call and looked at her.."mam ms.kim send these..she said she's willing to collaborate with our company..."i nodded and took the file from her..."okey...are you done with your work ms.kate?"I asked her...

it's already ten pm and everyone is already gone...soobin didn't come to the office today cause today is his birthday..so I asked ms.kate to do extra hour..

as to why I am here till now is because i have too much pending work to do...my work desk is full of papers,files, design samples..

"yes mam I am done"she said and waited for my answer..

"okey..you can go home now..."i said and she bowed before heading out...

"let's clean it..."i said to myself and started cleaning the mess made by papers..

"i am home..."i said to no one...and sat down on the couch...the house is too silent...

earlier,i was talking to mr.bang si hyuk...after thinking too much about this I came to this conclusion that work and personal life shouldn't collide...it should remain separate..so I decided to say yes to mr.bang's request about collaborating with our company...

suddenly i remembered what soobin had said yesterday...i am still in shock..i never thought of soobin like that...he was just a good friend of mine... although sometimes I felt that flickering feeling in my stomach whenever I was with him but I am sure that i don't love him like that...

to shake off the voices in my head I stood up and goes straight to my room..i opens the lights and step inside...i then open the cupboard and took my night clothes out...just as I was about to step in the bathroom my phone buzzed..

i step backward and hold the phone in my hands which was placed on the bed...it was my brother..i picked up the call only to met with loud music bursting through his phone...

"hello"i said...after a minute he replied...

"hey y/n..where are you man?!"he said... almost shouting..

"i just came home why ?"i said..i know he called me to ask when I'll come...

"okey when are you coming here? everyone's already here and yong is asking for you"he said...i took a sigh..

"i don't know if I'll come..i am tired... there's was too much work at the office today..."i said trying to sound like I was really tired...

i don't know if i should go or not...I want to go but soobin will take it as a yes...and if i don't go everyone will think somthing's going on...cause i never missed any of his birthday's before...

"is everything okey?"he asked...just as i thought...

"yeah don't worry...i am just tired..."i said convincing him..

"okey...take rest.. I'll drop yong home...and today we are I mean kyung me,haewon and me...are staying at your home... it's been so long "he said..

"okey.. that's good...enjoy... I gotta go take shower"i said and hung up...

i dropped my phone on the bed and rubbed my face with my free hand...

I took a step towards the bathroom.....after exactly fifteen minutes i came out...i dried my hair and laid down on my bed while my one hand was on my stomach resting peacefully and the other covering my eyes...

yoongi's p.o.v

I was sitting in a quite corner at soobin's house,watching everyone dancing,talking, laughing at jokes made by themselves...

I was bored....i didn't wanted to come here..I was having g a bad feeling about it...but mom said y/n is going to come as well..so just for her I had to come..but the only person I came here for us not here...the party is about to end..every outsider is already gone..just the close one's and family remains...

I asked yong why y/n didn't came he just shrugged maybe even he doesn't know the reason...I looked around and my eyes caught soobin and kyung mi in the kitchen...it seems like they are arguing over something...

in the whole party... whenever my eyes falls on soobin i noticed him looking at the main door of the house...like he is waiting for someone...

and I guess that someone is y/n..I went to the kitchen..

"why she didn't come?"I asked kyung mi cutting their argument..they both looked at me ...

"she is not coming...she said she's Ill.. that's what I am telling him from the past ten minutes..."I looked at soobin then at kyungmi and nodded my head and walked back towards my mom...

"mom let's go home it's getting late"I said to her and she nodded and said farewell to yong and his uncle aunt..

seeing us going,soobin came to say us goodbye...

soobin's p.o.v

i waited....i waited the whole day...i waited the whole party that was organised only for her....but she didn't show up...I know I gave her options to come or not....but witnessing what I was thinking literally hurt the most....in the whole birthday party I was looking towards the front door in hope that maybe just maybe she'll come...

the cake cutting ceremony,the gifts giving,the dance,in everything...I wished for her to come...but till the end of the night... there's no sign of her...I asked dae hyung about her..he said she's not feeling well.. she'll just rest at home... that's it...no more explanation...

and somehow me and kyungmi ended up arguing in the kitchen...

"are you crazy?think before you speak"she said yelling at me.."what? she'll come you call her and request her to come here now"I said sounding just as crazy as she emphasizes.."she said she's not well that's why she can't come right?you told me this yourself no?then why can't you understand that she has a reason to not come otherwise she would have been here..."she says trying every possible way so that I'll believe her..."no!...why are you doing this to me...to us?why are you ruining-""why she didn't come?"I looked towards him,yoongi...yes he had to come in between me and whoever I am with..."she is not coming...she said she's Ill.. that's what I am telling him from the past ten minutes..."i exhale through my nose...he looked at me before nodding his head and walking away..."please try to understand soobin..."she said calmly this time...

we looked at eachother for a minute then I looked away and see mrs.min is saying goodbye to everyone...

"mark my words"I said before walking away towards mrs.min...

"eommoni you're going already? please stay here for a few days...I don't have my mom with me anyways.."I said smiling warmly at her...

"oh my child .. you're so sweet... I'll definitely stay the next time...but now I am tired..I wanna go home... that's where I feel most relaxed"she said and raise her hand to rub my head...i lower my head for her and she rubbed my head...

"thanku eommoni..see you next time"I hugged her then they started going...

i watch them going..they were mid way to the front door...

when my eyes widened...i can't believe my eyes... everyone in the room looked a little bit shocked...yoongi too frozen...

there she comes.....

she came nervously looking at everyone one by one...not yoongi though or i thought...

she was wearing a light pink bodycon dress... although it was long...still she was looking too beautiful...words can't describe just how perfect she is...her hair was open.. straight...a light necklace, few rings,a bracelet and light makeup...still she was looking beautiful...

i smiled at her or tried to smile...I was shocked...i thought she wouldn't come...I looked towards my side at kyung mi...she was as shocked as all of us...but then she looked at me and smiled warmly real one or fake i can't tell...

I looked forward again..she was greeting mrs.min by hugging her... passing few words with her the. she started coming towards where all of us were...

yoongi turned back still in his place just with a confused and tense expression..

I looked in front of me...she was greeting everyone one by one...

the last one was me..she didn't greet me she just looked at me..for a minute then slowly a warm smile made it's way to her lips...that made me smile as well...

in this moment..only we knows what this smile is for...

only I know what this smile means other than her...

and with this smile I know her answer is 'yes'.....

"but you said you'll not come?you were sick right?"dae asked..."i..took medicine then I was alright and was getting bored so I came..."she said while her eyes kept drifting to me as she spoke...i smiled..."come with me...the. ake is waiting for you"I said and dragged her playfully towards the kitchen while the others started their fun again...

once in the kitchen...

"i thought you wouldn't come"I said.."i think a lot about it...then I.... decided that maybe that's what God wants..."she said focusing on her words...i hugged her...

"thanku...i promise I'll never let you down"i said and she chuckled..

we broke the hug and i saw her tears just about to fall even when she is smiling brightly...

"hey why are you crying now?"I asked as i cup her face in my big hands...

"no...I am just happy i guess"she said shaking her hand and wipe her tears...

"don't cry...you look ugly while crying"i said and she laughed while wiping her tears again...

"moron"she said while she hit me lightly...

yoongi's p.o.v.

i froze mid way when she entered the house...y/n...the one i was here for...and she was looking damn pretty...too pretty that my heart started beating faster like I am some highschool boy seeing his crush...she came towards us... greeting mom..

then she looked towards me for one minute straight then back to my mom..."oh...why did you came so late? evrything is over now.."mom said while she smiles and said..."nothing is over mom.. it's the beginning.."it gave me bad feeling... she's too calm...then she went past us to meet others...

completely ignoring me...i turned back..and looked at her she greet everyone then the last one soobin...

i saw it...she didn't greet him...they just smiled at eachother...the kitchen d of smile when agreed to deal....

just then he took her with him...

"mom...stay here... I'll be back in a minute"..i said to Mom and followed them...

they were in the kitchen...i heard them talking... everything....but what they are talking about?...

somthing's fishy...

I went inside on the pretext of drinking water.

seeing me...they both seprated from eachother...

"let's go?"soobin asked her and she nodded...he walked out first...just as she was about to walk away I held her wrist...

"what's going on?"I asked her...she didn't replied...

"y/n what's going on?...?"I asked again this time she looked at me...

"I am getting married...to soobin...and we are gonna announce it in a few minutes"she said with no emotions...and my heart went cold...that's it...simple...no explanation...no detail...

"why?... you're my wife...we are not divorced"i said to which she chuckled...ughh i hate it already...

"I am not your wife anymore Mr min yoongi...our relationship ended the day you were declared dead..."she said with her numb eyes....

"but i....I am sorry...i apologise..and I am trying to make everything as it was... please give me a chance..."i said now desparately holding her hand...

"your apology will not give me my six years of being traumatized back...the six years of me being in dipression...the six years of me blaming myself for your fake accident!only for you to come back casually to use me after you got bored with your chic!"she snapped...and it hurt deeper than anything....tears were now flowing down her chin...she wiped them aggressively...the music was loud again so no one could here it...

"please listen to me just once... let's have a talk calmly"i said trying to grab her hand again but she backed off...seeing her hurt like this hurt me more now...and I was the one to made her like this...

"there's nothing to talk about...and please don't create any scene in my marriage"she said and left...

i stood there head down...blinking my tearfull eyes ....hopeless...

after fixing my makeup in the bathroom...i came outside..in the mini garden.. everyone was sitting there...

soobin came towards me and held my hand and take me to the centre of the circle...

"everyone we have something to announce...pay attention...."everyone quite...

"me....and y/n ....have decided to get... married to eachother....."his close friends Cheers up but my brother sister son and mom were quiet...they were surprised....

"is it true y/n?"dae asked I nodded hesitantly...thinking he would scold me but they all started cheering up as well...

"yong are you okey with me being your dad?"soobin asked yong... crouching down to his level...yong nodded slowly...not happily bht he was okey...

everyone started enjoying....

"so let's go shopping Tommorow?we have to start from Tommorow...you know girls take time"soobin said and I smiled while nodding my head....

i was happy then why is my heart not allowing me to celebrate like it's my first wedding?

yoongiis everything over?...was my story fated to end like this or i still have chance?... obsession what happened to it?..

soobinam i doing the right thing?...I am happy with both of them ..she came..she loves me...or else she wouldn't have come...i can't break her heart now...

yongsoobin uncle is good...I like him...but if mom wants to marry again...why not marry yoongi uncle...he feels like home...
