Time skip to Evening,

In Korea,

At Jin's mansion,

Two cars parked infront of Kim mansion, and In one of them, Jin was sitting on the back seat keeping his hands clasped tightly together, fidgeting his fingers without pause, His eyes were fixed ahead, but he wasn't really seeing the road but His thoughts were elsewhere

Beside him, Suga was leaning against the window when the mansion appeared, This was the place he had walked out of two years ago without looking back, The place where everything between him and Jin had shattered in a single night, he let out a slow breath, but there was no relief in his voice

Suga : You shouldn't bring mom dad here--

Jin : Y/n and Jk are living in this house so it's better if we keep parents here! *cold* You can go if you don't want to come!

Suga rolled his eyes and ahead, Their parents stepped out from the first car, both looked around with mild confusion but soft smiles, To them, this was just another property, not a real home

Jin opened the door first, and Suga followed a moment later, slower, his eyes drifted toward the front doors of the mansion, Jin walked toward his parents, and Mrs Kim smiled warmly

Mrs Kim : It's been so long since we came here! I thought no one uses this place anymore! *confused*

Mr. Kim glanced around, then looked at Jin with a curious frown

Mr Kim : I thought everyone shifted to the new mansion. Why are we here? *confused*

For a split second, Jin froze and then smiled

Jin : A-ah...actually there's some renovation going on at the new place, It's just temporary. I thought it would be more comfortable to stay here for a few days! *nervously*

Mr. and Mrs. Kim exchanged a brief look, and nodded

Mr Kim : That makes sense! *smile*

Mrs. Kim : You should have told us earlier! *smile*

Jin : I-It was decided last minute! And that was actually J-jhope's plan! *nervously*

They accepted it just like that but behind them, Suga scoffed softly under his breath and Jin shot him a warning glance, but Suga wasn't even looking at him anymore, His eyes were on the mansion because he knew, This wasn't about renovation, This was about them, The moment grew heavier, but before anyone could say anything more, Mr Kim took a step forward toward the mansion

Mr Kim : Let's go inside first! *smile*

Mrs Kim nodded and They started walking, The guards at the entrance immediately straightened and bowed respectfully

Guard : Welcome, sir! Welcome Ma'am! *smile*

Mr Kim gave a small nod and walked past them without stopping, Jin followed right behind his parents, trying to stay normal and Suga, however, didn't move, He stood there for a moment, just looking at the mansion, Two years of silence, distance, and cold war between him and Jin nd now he was back here again, His feet felt heavy, almost numb, For a second, he thought about turning back but he didn't

He slowly started walking and followed them inside but his feet stopped when he saw Mr and Mrs Kim had stopped walking and Jin had stopped too

Suga frowned slightly and tilted his head, trying to see what made them stop and then he saw

On the living room floor, Jungkook was sleeping peacefully, resting his head on Namjoon's lap

Namjoon was sitting on the floor, resting his back against the couch, his head was tilted slightly to the side as he slept

On the couch, Taehyung and Jimin were also asleep, with Y/N lying between them, One of Taehyung's hands rested protectively over her, while Jimin leaned slightly toward her

Y/N was sleeping peacefully, unaware of everything and The whole scene looked too calm

But Jin's breath got stuck and Suga's expression hardened

Suga : *in mind* Namjoon? taehyung? *shocked* what the hell they're doing here? *confused*

He couldn't believe it because When he had left this house two years ago, they had left with him and now, They were here back in this house

Mrs Kim's eyes softened instantly, Her lips curved into a small smile, and her eyes slowly filled with tears

Mrs Kim : My kids...! *soft*

She took a step forward, wanting to go to them, to hug them but suddenly Mr. Kim grabbed her wrist and pulled her back, Mrs Kim looked at him surprised and He looked at the sleeping figures again, tightening his jaw

Mr Kim : Doors open? No awareness? *cold* Anyone could walk in!

Without another word, He reached behind and pulled out his gun, before anyone could react, He pointed it straight at Jungkook's head

Jin froze but before he could say anything, The sound of the gun loading echoed in the silent room and In an instant, Rm's eyes opened, Jimin moved at the same time and both of them reacted without hesitation

Rm quickly shifted, gently sliding Jungkook's head off his lap while standing up, pointing out his gun already in his hand

Jimin stood up from the couch, pointing his gun directly at Mr. Kim

The peaceful room turned tense within seconds and From the kitchen, Jhope rushed out, holding two guns, pointed both guns at Mr. Kim

Jhope: Don't move! *cold* Wait! *shocked* D-dad?

Everything was happening too fast and Mr. Kim looked at all of them, he smiled and Slowly, raised his hands in the air

Mr Kim : Seems like I walked into a trap! *smile*

Jhope : *blinked* W-when did you come? *shocked*

Rm lowered his gun slightly, and his eyes moved to Mrs. Kim, then back to Mr. Kim, Jimin slowly relaxed his stance and On the couch, Taehyung opened his eyes, looking around in confusion

Taehyung : What's happening? *annoyed*

Jungkook : Why are you all shouting? *annoyed*

Jungkook blinked a few times, trying to understand what was happening, Then his eyes landed clearly on their parents, For a second, he just stared, Then his expression lit up

Jungkook : M-Mom..Dad? *excited*

He got up quickly from the floor, almost stumbling in the process, and rushed toward them

Jungkook : Mom! *excited*

He pulled Mrs Kim into a tight hug, then quickly hugged Mr. Kim too

Jungkook : When did you come? Why didn't you tell us? I.. i missed you so much! *excited*

Mrs Kim held his face gently, smiling through her tears

Mrs Kim : We missed you too! *soft*

Mr Kim's expression softened as he placed a hand on Jungkook's shoulder and smiled

Mr Kim : You've grown! *soft*

Jungkook smiled, a little shy but happy and behind them, Suga's eyes slowly moved toward the couch

Y/N was still asleep, completely unaware of everything that had just happened

For a moment, Suga just looked at her and then a small smile appeared on his face thinking Y/n was same as him

He walked closer, sat beside her and Gently brushed a few strands of hair away from her face with his fingers

Suga : Hey! Don't you want to meet Mom and Dad, kitten? *soft*

Y/n's brows moved slightly as she slowly opened her eyes, For a second, her vision was blurry then she saw him

Y/n : Oppa? *mumbled*

Suga : Yeah... it's me! *soft*

Her eyes widened and without a second thought, She sat up and wrapped her arms tightly around him

Y/n : You're home, oppa! I missed you so much! *excited*

He slowly hugged her back, closing his eyes briefly

Suga : I missed you too, kitten! Look... Mom and Dad are here too! *soft*

Y/N blinked, she turned her head and saw them, Her eyes widened again and Mrs. Kim immediately opened her arms

Y/n : Mom dad! *excited*

Y/N jumped off the couch and ran straight to them, she hugged them tightly, almost crashing into them with full force, Mrs. Kim laughed softly through her tears, holding her close and Mr. Kim bent down slightly, then lifted Y/N up into his arms

Mr kim : how's my princess? *soft*

He held her tightly, closing his eyes for a moment as if he just wanted to feel that she was really there, Y/N smiled widely, wrapping her arms around his neck

Y/n : Good! I missed you! *pout*

Mr Kim : I know! *smile*

After a moment, she pulled back slightly from the hug and looked over his shoulder, Her eyes found Jin, She slipped down from Mr. Kim's arms and walked toward Jin to hug him

Jin : *chuckled* missed you! Princess!

She just held him tighter for a moment, then pulled away with a small smile

Y/n : You brought Mom dad home! *smile*

Jin nodded with a smile and around them, everyone was finally relaxed, Taehyung stretched lazily, Jimin smiled softly, and Rm watched quietly with smile on his face

After a few minutes, the tension completely faded, and everyone slowly settled in the living room

Mrs Kim sat in the center, with Y/n beside her, while Mr Kim sat across from them, The others took their places around them, some on the couch, some on the floor

For a moment, it felt normal, Like nothing had ever been broken, Mr. Kim picked up his tea and looked at RM and Jhope

Mr Kim : So... how is the company going? *smile*

Rm : I-it's going well, dad! We handled a few big projects recently!

Suga : *nodded* Namjoon works faster than any experienced person! *cold*

Mr Kim : *nodded* Obviously my Son! *chuckled* and Hobi! What about you?

Jhope : Everything is stable too! You don't have to worry!

Mr Kim : Worry? *chuckled* come on! I heard that you're collaborating?

Rm and Jhope froze on their places and Jin and Suga just exchanged a glance

Suga : Collaborating? *cold*

Jin : With whom? *confused*

Mr Kim : *nodded* With each other? Namjoon told me about that earlier! *confused*

Jhope widened his eyes and looked rm who closed his eyes with a gulp, Suga and Jin looked at him but he just kept his eyes down

Jin : Y-yeah! Collaboration! We're just planning for now! *nervously*

Rm looked up when Jin and suga didn't yell but just agreed for now as if they already knew about that thing

Suga : But we still have so many things to arrange! *cold* may be it will take time! Right Rm?

He glared at Rm who nodded his head multiple times and Mrs Kim smiled warmly at Rm and Jhope

Mrs Kim : You both have grown a lot! *soft* And you two? How is college?

She turned to Jimin and Taehyung

Taehyung : It's going fine! *cold*

Jimin : we're managing! *smile*

Everyone let out a small laugh, Then Mr. Kim looked at Jungkook

Mr Kim : and Jk! What about you? *smile*

Jungkook : My exams are on next week and after that, I want to start college in Australia! *excited*

Taehyung : Finally! *rolled his eyes*

Jimin : *chuckled* Let's see if he even attends classes there without us!

Taehyung : He'll probably sleep through lectures and play video games--

Jungkook : I'm not like that! *annoyed*

Taehyung & Jimin : You're definitely like that!

They smiled and everyone turned to Y/n now,She was sitting between her parents, Mrs Kim looked down and smiled softly as Y/N had fallen asleep

Her head rested gently on her mother's shoulder, and Mrs. Kim whispered, brushing her hair back gently

Mrs Kim : She fell asleep! *soft*

Everyone smiled at the sight and Mrs. Kim carefully tried to wake her

Mrs Kim : Y/N... wake up, baby. You didn't even talk properly---

Jin : Mom! It's her nap time. Let her sleep... otherwise she'll wake up angry later! *chuckled*

Mrs. Kim : She still does that? *chuckled*

Jin : *nodded* Nothing has changed!

Mrs. Kim slowly adjusted herself so Y/N could rest more comfortably but as she slightly turned her head, Jin's expression changed and Suga's too, Both of them noticed the awkward angle of Y/N's neck, before Jin could say anything, Suga stood up

Without a word, he walked closer and carefully lifted Y/n into his arms.

Suga : I'll take her to her room! *soft*

Mrs. Kim : No, it's okay! let her sleep here! Suga--

Suga : She'll get neck pain like this, mom. Let me take her! *soft*

Jin : Yeah... let him! Mom!

Mrs. Kim hesitated then slowly nodded

Mrs Kim : Alright! *nervously*

Suga adjusted Y/n carefully in his arms and walked out of the room quietly, everyone watched him leave.

Mrs. Kim smiled, but there was something nervous in it, Before she could say anything, Jin turned to Jungkook

Jin : Jk! Go study! Come on!

Jungkook : *blinked* What? Now? But mom dad are here--

Jin : They're here for few days and they want to freshen up for now! So you go and study! I know I wasn't here, and you must have been playing games all day! *cold*

Jungkook : That's not true! *annoyed*

Jin : *sighed* Jk! We'll all sit together at dinner! Please go for now! *cold*

Jungkook : But they just came after so long---

Jin : Jk! *cold*

That was enough, Jungkook groaned in annoyance, standing up

Jungkook : Fine! *cold*

He looked at his parents once more, then walked away reluctantly, As he left, Mr. and Mrs. Kim exchanged a glance

They looked around at their children at how everyone listened, how naturally things moved around Jin and Suga's words, There was respect, Not forced

Jin : Mom! Dad! Give me 5 minutes! I'm arranging your room--

Mrs Kim : It's okay! Jin! We don't want to stay more! *smile*

Jimin : What? Mom! Are you planning to leave already? *sad*

Taehyung : Jk and Y/n are so happy! Dad! You should stay--

Mr Kim : *chuckled* Yes I know! They're so happy but you know our work Tae! There's no one to take care of our business!

Mrs Kim : *nodded* It's good that Aesha deals with our clients so we don't have to worry!

Rm : Aesha? *confused*

Mr Kim : yes! She's my bestfriend's daughter! So talented and workaholic--

Jin : Dad! *cold* let's talk about this later? Please?

Mr Kim stopped and Nodded at Jin who stood up from his place

Jin : Even if you're not staying here, I think you need a proper bedroom! So I'm arranging it! *cold*

He rested his hands in pockets and turned to maids, nodding at them for cleaning their parents room

After a while,

In Jungkook's room,

He was sitting on his desk for so long but barely opened his book, suddenly got a message from Jimin to Come to Jin hyung's room urgently

Jungkook got up instantly and walked toward Jin's room but as he crossed right side of their mansion, Suddenly, someone grabbed his arm and pulled him inside another room

Jungkook : What the--?! *angry*

Before he could react properly, the door closed behind him and Jungkook froze, His eyes widened to see Suga's room , It had been closed for two years and now it was open, He slowly looked around and saw Rm and Jhope were sitting on the couch,Taehyung was leaning against the balcony door, Jimin was right behind Jungkook, blocking the exit And Suga was sitting on the bed, beside Y/N, who was still sleeping peacefully, completely unaware of everything

Jungkook : *gulped* W-why are you all here? You called me come-

Before he could say anything, The door opened again and Jin walked in

Jhope : Seriously? Hyung? Mom dad? *disbelief*

Jin : This wasn't planned! *cold*

Rm : You just brought mom and dad here like nothing is going on between us. Like we're all one happy family, right? *sarcastic*

Suga : They told us not to inform! *cold* but why are you two here? *confused*

His eyes shifted to RM and Taehyung , Rm sighed, running a hand through his hair

Rm : Y/N and Jungkook insisted!

Taehyung : *nodded* They didn't listen!

Suga slowly turned his head toward Jungkook who immediately panicked and stepped back hiding behind Jin

Jungkook : It was Y/N's idea! *gulped*

For a second, no one spoke, then Suga sighed, closing his eyes briefly

Suga : whatever it is! It was good that you were here! Now mom and dad shouldn't find out about this! *cold* You already know how they punish! *rolled his eyes*

At that, Taehyung made a face

Taehyung : Yeah! no, I don't want that again in my life! *annoyed*

They all drifted into their childhood when their parents always punished them by forcing them to stay in one room for whole week

Jin : *annoyed* Then act normal! All of you!

One by one, they nodded and Suga glanced down at Y/n who shifted slightly in her sleep, as he brushed her hair back gently, He frowned and leaned a little closer, parting her hair slightly with his fingers

Suga : Dandruff? *confused*

Jin turned to him, immediately walked over and bent down to check

Jin : Who washed her hair? *angry*

Slowly, All eyes turned to each other and Jimin froze

Jimin : *gulped* H-hyung! She said she washed it herself!

Suga and Jin looked at him and sighed heavily, Suga leaned back on bed and Jin straightened, closing his eyes for a second, Both of them exchanged a glance and That one silent look was enough because now one of them has to bathe that kid who's scared of water

Both of them looked at Y/n sleeping peacefully Completely unaware of the chaos she had caused and Suga sighed again

Suga : Waking her up is already a war! *soft*

Jin : And bathing her is worse! *sighed* let her sleep for now! We'll deal with it later

Jimin : I'm sorry! I woke up late--

Jhope : I'm sorry too! Hyung! Every time you take care of these things so--

Jin : It's okay! *annoyed* For now, mom dad are important! Jk, Go and ask them if they want anything!

Jk nodded and left, Jin turned to Suga and looked away

Jin : You've to stay in this house for few days! *cold*

Suga : *rolled his eyes* unfortunately!

Taehyung : H-hyung! Can I ask why Mom dad are here? They never stay in Korea then why--

Suga : Marriage! *cold*

Rm : Marriage? *confused*

Jin : Dad wants us to marry with his bestfriend's daughters and that's why they called us there! How rubbish! *annoyed*

Jimin : W-what? *shocked*

Jungkook : What? *excited*

They turned to door and Jungkook closed it behind

Jin : You're here--

Jungkook : mom dad had already freshen up! They don't need anything! Now tell me whose marriage? You both are marrying? Wow! *excited*

Jin & Suga : Shut up! *angry*

Taehyung : Jk please! Shut up! *angry* and Hyung! Can you please explain the whole thing! *Annoyed*

Jin sighed and explained everything what happened in Australia, everyone looked so disappointed by their father's decision but only Jungkook was so happy that finally he would see a new face in the family

Time skip to dinner,

On dining table,

Everyone was eating, but no one was really talking, Jin sat straight, calmly eating, Suga was quiet, focused on his plate, Rm and Jhope avoided looking at each other for too long, Taehyung and Jimin kept glancing around, Jungkook was scrolling his phone and Y/N, now awake, was quietly eating beside Mrs Kim

Mr. and Mrs. Kim noticed it almost immediately and exchanged a look.

Mrs Kim : What happened? Why is everyone so quiet? *smile*

All heads slightly lifted and Jhope replied quickly

Jhope : No, we're not quiet! *nervously*

Jimin : Yeah, mom! We're talking--

Taehyung : Just...eating! *cold*

Their answers overlapped, rushed and Mrs Kim raised an eyebrow, then chuckled softly

Mrs Kim : You all used to talk so much at the dining table! It was hard to even eat peacefully!

Mr Kim :Now suddenly everyone is so calm? *confused*

There was a small pause, No one knew what to say and Jhope cleared his throat

Jhope :Actually Dad! *nervously* we're now grown up so don't fight on food! *smile*

Jimin : *nodded* yes! Even if we don't like to see each other's face, we come together for dinner, that's an achievement!

Everyone turned to him and Mr Kim raised his eyebrows

Mr Kim What did you say? *confused*

Jin : *nervously* He meant about their usual fight! Dad! You know Tae and Jimin! Always arguing, fighting! Don't mind them!

Mr Kim : *nodded* Still.. You're brothers! Don't forget about that! Brothers protect each other and never tear each other down! *cold*

Jin : *nodded slowly* yes dad!

Mr Kim warned and everyone kept silent until Y/n crossed her arms

Y/n : But I'm not a brother! *annoyed*

Every brother turned to their little sister who pouted and glared at their dad, a smile crept on their faces and Jin ruffled her hairs

Jin : Yeah! Sorry! We've a sister too--

Jungkook : Really? She doesn't look like! *smirk* Minus is our brother too! Hyung--

Y/n : No! *angry* I'm not--

Taehyung : Oh someone's offended! *chuckled*

He leaned back on his chair and looked at Y/n with a smirk

Jimin : did someone feel left out? So sad! *smirk*

Taehyung : And Guess what? Someone can't join our brothers' lecture! Hyung! *pout*

Y/n : Jinnie oppa! *whined*

Jin : Tae! Jimin! Stop it--

Jungkook : but Hyung! Doesn't she always want her PrInCESs treatment? Huh? Then why so offended now? *sarcastic*

Y/n pouted and before she could argue with Jungkook and he gets angry, Jin stepped between in their argument

Jin : Enough! Now no one will argue about this! Jk focus on your dinner and princess You too! *stern*

Y/n : But--

Jin : He's an idiot! Just trying to tease you! You're not our brother but you're better because you're our cute little sister! *smile* and guess what? That means you get to boss all of us around!

Y/n : *blinked* Really?

Jin nodded and she turned to Jimin and Taehyung who also nodded with a smile but Y/n pointed at Jungkook

Y/n : Even Him? *smile*

Jungkook : *pointed his chopsticks at her* Never! Don't even think about that! *annoyed*

Y/n : Jin oppa! *whined*

Jin : yaah leave him! I told you he's an idiot! You've Six more, ignore him! *smile*

He glared at Jungkook who just rolled his eyes and again started his dinner, Mr and Mrs Kim watched everything silently and smiled

Mrs Kim : This is more like it!*smile*

Mr Kim : *nodded* Much better!

Y/n glared at Jungkook but Jin held her face and turned her to her plate but Jungkook leaned closer to her, whispering something that made her angry again and Jin slammed his hand near Jungkook's plate to warn him

The table was no longer quiet, It was alive again and for that moment, No one thought about the past and the fight, They were just a family Sitting together Like they used to

Dinner slowly came to an end and suddenly Jungkook's phone buzzed, He glanced at the screen and immediately stood up, looking at Jin

Jungkook : Hyung! I'm going to Felix! And I'll be late!

Jin : *nodded* Going with car?

Jungkook : No! With bike! I'm actually late! *annoyed*

Jin didn't even look surprised, He simply nodded, like this was something normal

Jin : Okay! Don't stay out too late!

Jungkook : *nodded* Yeah!

He grabbed his jacket before walking out, and Mrs Kim looked at the door, before she could even ask where Jungkook had gone, Jhope stood up scrolling his phone and left outside, signing Namjoon to come, he nodded, already getting up, and without asking, Without explaining further, both of them walked out, Mr and Mrs Kim just watched them leave

Their confusion grew but At the table, Jin was still calmly eating, placing more food on Y/n's plate

Jin : Eat properly! Princess! *stern*

Y/n : I'm full--

Jin : No, you're not! Finish this! *stern*

She made a small face but still continued, A minute later, Suga stood up quietly, scrolling through his phone

Suga : I'll be outside! Don't wait for me! *cold*

He also just left, and Mrs. Kim's brows furrowed, one by one everyone left without permission and when Taehyung pushed his chair back, about to stand up, Mr Kim's hand hit the table loudly, looked angry now and His eyes moved straight to Jin

Mr Kim : How can you allow this? Jin They're just leaving like this? At this hour? *angry* Even Jungkook? And they didn't even ask you? Or us? What kind of behavior is this?

Jin didn't react immediately and slowly lifted his gaze, Not toward his father but toward Taehyung, they just looked at each other and Jin gave a small nod, Taehyung understood and Without saying anything, he turned and walked out

Mr Kim looked even more frustrated and Jin gently placed a glass of water in front of Y/n

Jin : Drink! *soft*

She did and Jin looked at her

Jin : Go to your room and Sleep! I'll come check on you, No more toys! *stern*

She nodded obediently and leaned forward, gently kissing his cheek

Y/n : Good night!

Jin: *smile* Good night!

She walked away quietly and Now Only Jin and his parents were left at the table, Jin placed his spoon down slowly and finally looked at them, letting out a quiet sigh

Mr Kim : Jin! Do you understand what I am saying?? *angry* Why don't you say anything to them--

Jin : Jk went with his friends! They play football at night and He practices regularly! *cold* Jimin went to a club! *sighed* I know I should stop him but It's Saturday and he just had a breakup so I don't think stopping him would help!

Mrs Kim looked slightly surprised and Jin went on

Jin : Namjoon and Hoseok are working on the same deal, So They usually go to their cafe to discuss it!Taehyung is working on a car project with his friends! And Suga...*looked at his dad* he's handling your mafia business! So he never comes home on time!

The last sentence carried a hint of sarcasm and Mr Kim didn't answer immediately, Jin slowly stood up and looked at his parents

Jin : I'm sorry, dad! But you should know your kids first before getting angry at them! *cold*

There was no disrespect in his tone but there was truth, He turned slightly, and then stopped

Jin : And yes! me and Y/n are going to sleep because We're not late night people! Good night! *cold*

Without waiting for a reply, Jin walked away leaving Mr and Mrs Kim sitting there, Realizing how much they had missed

Neither of them spoke But both of them were thinking the same thing, They didn't really know their children anymore, Not their routines, Not their habits, Not even their lives

Mrs Kim looked down at the table, and her fingers gently traced the edge of her glass

Mrs Kim : We missed so much! Even if we were here 2 years ago, we never know about our kids! *worried*

Mr Kim : *sighed* don't be so sad! Darling! We had responsibility of our company--

Mrs Kim : But what now? Our children are grown up to take care of our business, I think we should atleast try to be closer to them again! *worried*

Mr Kim : *nodded* we will!

He held her hand tightly and decided to give them everything which they deserve

Time skip to next morning,

Mrs Kim woke up early and came straight to kitchen, and told the maids

Mrs Kim : Prepare everyone's favorite breakfast! *smile*

The maids looked surprised and looked at each other

Maid1 : B-but ma'am, Jin Sir always cooks breakfast--

Mrs Kim : Really? *shocked* but today's his holiday! I want all of their favorite dishes on table!

Soon, the kitchen was filled with activity and By the time the sun rose properly, The dining table was full, Mr Kim smiled at his wife and nodded

Mr Kim : They'll like it!

She nodded and Jin came downstairs, dressed properly for his meetings and adjusted his watch as he walked toward the dining area

Jin : yaah! I shouldn't wear this suit while cooking! *sighed* let's see how can I not ruin it!

He came to dining room and froze, His eyes landed on the table, so many dishes were there and he slowly crossed his arms, already understanding what's going on, Before he could say anything, Mrs. Kim walked to him and gently hugged his shoulder from the side

Mrs Kim : How is it? *smile* Call everyone. Let's have breakfast together!

Jin looked at her and forced a small, nervous smile

Jin : Mom, you made this? *shocked*

Mrs Kim : Not me! Maids--

Jimin : Wow! *excited*

Jimin walked in casually, looking at the table

Jimin : Hyung, you made all this? *excited*

Without waiting, He sat down and picked up a bite, Just as he was about to eat, Mrs kIm stopped him

Mrs Kim : Jimin, wait for others--

But he already ate and then slowly turned to Jin

Jimin : You didn't cook this, right? *annoyed*

Jin sighed, rubbing his forehead and before he could answer, Jungkook walked in, half sleepy but when he looked at the table, heimmediately smiled

Jungkook : Hyung made my favoritebreakfast? Yeah! *excited*

He quickly sat down and took a bite but stopped

Jungkook : This isn't yours! *annoyed*

Jimin : Yeah. This doesn't taste like Jin hyung's cooking! *Annoyed*

Jungkook leaned back slightly, disappointed and looked at Jin

Jungkook : Hyung... you should've told us. I thought you made it!

He looked at the food again, then at Jin

Jungkook : Can you cook instead? *excited*

Mrs Kim's smile slowly faded and Her eyes dropped slightly, Jin noticed immediately and stepped forward

Jin : Guys, just eat! You shouldn't--

Jimin stood up, grabbing his bag

Jimin : No Hyung! I'll eat in college. Bye, mom... bye everyone! *smile*

He left without waiting and Taehyung, who had been standing near the entrance, watching everything quietly shook his head slightly and walked out.

Jungkook sighed and walked off toward his gaming room

Jungkook : I'll eat later!

Within seconds, The table felt empty again and Mrs Kim slowly sat down on the chair, Her hands rested in her lap and she looked at the food

Mrs Kim : They just took a bite and--

Mr Kim : honey! They're spoiled! I'll definitely scold them! *angry* how can they--

Jin : Dad! Mom! I'm sorry! I will make them understand,it's just they're used to it! Don't mind them and please don't scold them for this! *worried*

Mrs Kim didn't reply and Jin sat beside her

Jin : Mom! They didn't mean to hurt you! They'll understand, just give them some time! *soft*

Mrs Kim gave a small nod, but her expression still showed disappointment when they heard a voice

Suga : It's good!

They all turned and Suga was sitting at the table, No one had even noticed when he came but he continued eating

Suga: Mom! It's really good but they'll like it if you cook for them! *soft*

Mrs Kim : But I don't know cooking--

Jin : But I do! Mom! And I know if I cook well that means you're definitely a good cook! I got your genes! Mom! *smile*

Mrs Kim nodded and Jin turned to take his plate

Jin : Jimin and Tae had college so they left early! So let's takle breakfast together! *smile*

Mr Kim : where's hobi, Rm and y/n? *confused*

Jin : Y/n is sleeping, it's her holidays and rm and hobi will come anytime! *smile*

After a while,

When Jin was about to finish the breakfast, he wiped his hands and leaned back slightly, looking at Suga

Jin : You have any meetings in the morning? *cold*

Suga : *shook his head* No!

Jin nodded once, thinking for a second

Jin : Then give Y/N a proper bath! I've a meeting!

Suga immediately let out a heavy sigh, leaning his head back slightly and nodded

Suga : Okay! *cold*

Mr and Mrs Kim, who were watching them, exchanged a confused glance and Mrs Kim frowned slightly

Mrs Kim : Wait she's 13! You still give her a bath? *confused*

There was genuine confusion in her voice and Jin shook his head lightly

Jin : No, mom. She bathes herself! But she's scared of water. Especially when it comes to washing her hair!

Suga : *nodded* and she avoids it everytime! *sighed*

Jin : So we have to wash her hair on alternate days, Otherwise she just pretends! *rolled his eyes* And yesterday we weren't here so she did it herself. That's why her hair is like that now!

Mrs Kim : *slowly nodded* Oh! It's okay. I'll give her a bath! *smile*

Both Jin and Suga looked at her instantly

Jin : No, mom--

Suga : It's okay! *cold*

Mrs Kim : But why? *confused*

Jin : Mom! She's very stubborn, She won't sit properly and She'll end up splashing water everywhere! She almost gives us a bath instead! *smile*

Suga : And I didn't bathe yet so I'll just handle it!

He sounded done already and Mrs Kim looked at both of them

Mrs Kim : Let me do it! Jin! Suga--

Jin : mom--

Mrs Kim : I'm her mother! *cold*

The words hit them hard, Jin stopped and Suga went quiet, Both of them looked at her and realized She was right, She was her mother And yet for so long, they had been the ones doing everything, taking care, Handling things, Without even realizing, they had stepped into that role completely

Jin looked down for a second and Suga's jaw tightened slightly, but he didn't argue

Jin :S-sorry! Mom! We didn't mean to hurt you--

Mrs Kim : No it's okay! I know you were just worried about me!

Jin : *gulped* okay then I'm leaving for the company--

He stood up and Mr Kim stood up as well

Mr Kim : I'll come with you! I wanna meet everyone as I'm here! *smile*

Jin looked at him, then nodded

Jin : Alright!

There was no hesitation and both of them walked toward the door together, Suga also stood up after a moment and stretched his neck slightly, looking at his mother

Suga : I'll be in my room till afternoon! Knock if you need anything!

Mrs Kim nodded and Without saying more, Suga turned and walked upstairs thinking the same 'mother' thing which was stucked in Jin's mind too
