In drawing room of Kim mansion,

As soon as they entered, Mr Kim stood near the center keeping hands behind his back, Mr Jeong took a seat calmly, like he had all the time in the world

Meanwhile, Suga didn’t bother standing formally, He walked straight to the couch and dropped into it casually, crossing one leg over the other

Jin stayed standing for a moment, looking at his father, Mr Jeong looked at them both, then directly at Suga

Mr Jeong : Suga! I'm asking you, why are you denying it? *soft*

Suga : Because I’m not interested or what? *rolled his eyes*

Mr Kim : Suga! Behave--

Suga : Please dad! I’m not interested in marrying someone and taking responsibility for her my whole life! *angry*

Mr Kim : Look--

Mr Jeong : My second daughter doesn’t need anyone to take care of her! *chuckled* She’s a warrior herself!

Suga : *rolled his eyes* Well! Good for her! But marriage isn’t my thing!

His gaze turned slightly cold and he simply looked at Mr Jeong

Suga : I’ve never even thought about it! I've my dreams to follow and it will take my whole life! *cold*

Mr Kim : *sighed*I’m not your enemy, Suga! I’m your father, I know who can be your partner! The girl like Aria can only match someone like you! I know her---

Suga : But do you know me? *scoffed* and Mr Jeong, you! *smirk*

He leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees keeping the cold smirk on his face

Suga :I think... My dad didn’t tell you the real thing about me! *smirk*

Jin’s eyes shifted toward him like What is he doing but Suga continued

Suga : I’m into mafia! My business is just a cover! My real work is gun dealing! I fight, Literally every day! *smirk* I smoke, I drink, Everything you wouldn’t want for your daughter!

He looked straight at Mr Jeong now with A challenging smirk on his lips

Suga : So tell me...Do you still want to marry your daughter to me?*scoffed*

Mr Kim didn't say a word and Suga was waiting for hesitation, For doubt, For rejection but instead, Mr Jeong smiled

Mr Jeong : Yes!

Suga’s smirk faded instantly

Suga : What? *confused*

Mr Jeong leaned slightly forward, and tapped on his shoulder

Mr Jeong : I like your honesty! You told me everything about yourself without hiding anything!

Suga blinked and tilted his head, For the first time, He didn’t have a comeback ready

Mr Jeong : But son! I already know all of this ! *chuckled*

Suga straightened slightly, His brows furrowed and Mr Jeong didn’t break eye contact

Mr Jeong : I know what you do! And that’s exactly why I want you as my son-in-law!

That hit harder than expected to Suga

Mr Jeong : My daughter is just like you! *smile*

Suga : Excuse me? *confused*

Mr Jeong : She doesn’t listen, She doesn’t stop and She doesn’t fear anything, a person like you...is the only one who can handle her! *smile*

Suga stared at him and For once he was Speechless, The entire conversation had flipped completely, He coughed lightly, trying to regain the confidence

Suga : T-That’s not how it works! *annoyed*

Jin : Yes! This isn’t a business deal! You can’t just decide something like this!

Mr Kim : We’re not deciding alone! Jin ---

Jin : Oh really? Because it sounds exactly like that! *sarcastic*

Suga ran a hand through his hair, clearly frustrated now, stood up immediately

Suga : T-this is insane! I'm not doing this! *annoyed*

Mr Jeong : Why? she's also a Mafia--

Suga : B-but I don't want a mafia girl! *annoyed*

That made Mr Jeong raise an eyebrow and Suga leaned back comfortably

Suga : Yes! I want a simple girl! Someone who can stay behind me, handle business quietly, Not someone who jumps into fights every second! *smirk*

It was clear, He was flipping the situation, Testing them but instead of resistance, Mr Jeong nodded instantly

Mr Jeong : I’ll convince her!

Suga : * blinked* What?

Mr Jeong continued like it was nothing

Mr Jeong : What else do you want? *smile*

Suga : *scoffed* Are you serious right now? Why are you doing this?

Mr Jeong smiled and looked at Mr Kim

Mr Jeong : Mr Kim and I go way back! Son? We’ve known each other since school! We’re like brothers And we don’t want our children to choose the wrong people! That’s why we’re guiding you!

Suga : *scoffed* Guiding? This is forcing--

But before he could push back further, Mr Jeong added something that changed everything

Mr Jeong : I know what you’re doing And I know what your dream is, I can help you in the underworld! After all...We weren’t always businessmen! *smirk*

He looked at Mr Kim and then they both looked at Jin and Suga

Me Jeong : We’ve worked in that world too! *smirk* I can give you access to the most powerful network here!

Suga : W-What kind of access? *confused*

Mr Jeong : The biggest mafia group in Australia!  *cold*

Jin looked at Suga immediately but Suga didn’t look at him, His eyes were fixed on Mr Jeong, his mind started moving fast, Power, Territory, Connections and control, Everything he had been building could expand overnight

Mr Jeong : And Aria is already a part of it! *cold*

Mr Jeong watched his reaction carefully, then added one more line

Mr Jeong : And if you don’t want her involved, I’ll remove her from it too!

Suga : *scoffed* This is too much to handle--

Mr Jeong : I said I can manage everything! *smirk* You just say Yes and I’ll make sure you have the full backing of Australia’s network from day one!

That was it, Jin's fingers turned into a fist and he glared at Mr Jeong

Jin : This is not a deal! You can’t just buy him with power! *angry*

Mr Jeong : I'm not Buying! I'm offering! Jin! *soft*

But Suga didn’t respond, He was thinking, He didn’t want the marriage, Especially not with someone like Aria But This offer wasn’t small, It was everything, Everything he had been working toward Faster

Mr Jeong : So What else do you want? *smile*

Suga let out a slow breath, His fingers brushed through his hair, His mind was split, between what he wanted and what he could gain, Jin looked at him carefully and added

Jin : Don’t even think about it! *cold*

Suga finally looked at him and then back at Mr Jeong not fully convinced and not fully rejecting, just interested

Suga : I need time! *cold*

Mr Jeong : *nodded* I hope your answer would be yes!

Jin : *scoffed* You really know how to negotiate! Nice way to convince him! Impressive, honestly! *sarcastic* But I’m still not giving a shit! *angry*

Jin stepped back, clearly done with the conversation, ready to walk out but Mr Kim stood up immediately.

Mr Kim : What’s your problem, Jin? *angry*

Jin stopped and His hand clenched slightly

Mr Kim : It’s not like you like someone, right? Just tell us! We won’t force you!

Jin slowly turned back, His eyes weren’t angry now, They were tired, he run his through his hairs and sighed

Jin : I don’t have time for this, dad! *annoyed* When you left Korea, The whole business, The responsibility of kids, everything came on my head, dad! I have already my siblings to take care of, I don’t need anyone else to take care of! You already know, my brothers...and my Princess! *smile* They’re everything for me!

Mr Kim looked down and Suga looked at Jin

Jin : If I marry someone, I’ll have to take care of her too! *shook his head* And I don’t want that! I don’t want anything to come between me and my family!

For a moment, No one spoke and Suga felt something shift inside him, because for the first time, he wasn’t seeing Jin as just stubborn Or controlling but as someone who had been carrying everything alone for years while they all fought, Stayed apart, Ignored each other

Suga’s gaze dropped slightly thinking Jin really did everything alone

Before the silence could grow heavier, Mr Jeong stood up, He walked toward Jin slowly, then gently placed a hand on his shoulder

Mr Jeong : Son! I understand what you feel! I know how you spent these years! I know what it means to be the eldest! To carry everything without anyone guiding you! *sighed* I know your father couldn’t be there for you the way you needed!

Mr Kim looked away slightly but Mr Jeong continued

Mr Jeong : And still you raised everyone, You kept them together, You made them grow and We’re proud of you for that! *smile*

Mr Jeong patted his back and Jin’s eyes softened just a little but he didn’t say anything, Mr Jeong’s hand tightened slightly on his shoulder and he added

Mr Jeong : And that’s exactly why...I want my daughter to learn from you! *chuckled* She and her sister never stayed together properly, Both busy in their own worlds,Business...mafia...They don’t understand family! *sighed* And I want that to change, That’s why I want her to marry someone responsible like you!

Jin looked at him for a long moment then exhaled heavily

Jin : I understand what you mean, uncle, But I’m sorry, I can’t! She’s an independent businesswoman! And sorry but I personally don’t like that type! I want someone who can take care of my family when I’m not around! I want peace at home, Not another responsibility that pulls me away from them! I hope you understand! Sorry!

Mr Jeong : *nodded* I understand! but She’s the eldest too! Jin! You can imagine how she was raised! And I’m sure...She can become the person you want for your family! Trust me!

Jin looked at him, conflicted now, Because for the first time, This didn’t sound like pressure, It sounded like someone trying to fit into his world and that made it harder to reject immediately

He looked away really thinking about that, For the first time since the conversation started, Jin didn’t have an instant 'no'

Mr Jeong : And you also need someone to take care of your family, right? You can't be single whole life! So think about that! *soft*

Across the room, Suga noticed that and Jin looked at him, he didn’t answer which was an answer enough and just like that both brothers stood at the same place, not agreeing, Not refusing but caught in something much bigger than they expected

Time skip after dinner,

The dinner night ended and No one brought the topic up again

But later at Jeong Family's house, A glass vase shattered against the floor making  everyone shut up for a second, Vase broke and Pieces scattered everywhere when Aesha stood there, breathing heavily

Aesha : Are you serious right now? Huh? Dad! I’m not marrying that arrogant man! *angry* He wants me to leave my business behind for his family? *scoffed* Do I look like a maid to him?! *angry*

On the couch, Aria scoffed, equally annoyed when they heard about demands, she leaned forward, resting her elbows on her knees and looked down

Aria : And what about that cold man? *scoffed* He wants me to leave my mafia work? And you agreed to that, dad?

She looked straight at Mr Jeong and stood up

Aria : How can you even think of doing this to your own daughters? *angry*

Mr Jeong stood there for a moment, watching both of them quietly and then sighed

Mr Jeong : Sit! Come on! *soft*

Aesha : No dad! You--

Mr Jeong : Aesha! Please Princess! Come! *soft*

Neither of them moved immediately but after a second, Aesha crossed her arms and dropped onto the couch

Mr Jeong looked at Aria and she just looked away

Aria : I'm not your princess! *angry*

Mr Jeong : *chuckled* Okay my prince! Please come here!

Aria rolled her eyes and Mr Jeong walked toward them slowly, then, like nothing had happened, He gently placed his hands on their heads, Caressing their hair softly with a small smile on his face

Mr Jeong : I never forced you before, did I? *soft* You got everything you wanted!

Aesha : But dad, it's different---

Mr Jeong : I wanted you both to become doctors!

Aesha looked away immediately and Aria rubbed her neck

Mr Jeong : But you followed your own dreams! And I let you! But now when you’ve achieved everything, I’m asking for one simple thing And you’re refusing me like this? *sad*

Aesha immediately shook her head and stood up to hug him

Aesha : We’re not ignoring you, dad! But look at this situation! You made us this strong...this independent... And now someone is telling us to leave everything behind? *angry* What is this?

Mr Jeong smiled, placing a hand on her head and Aria watched them quietly now

Mr Jeong : You know! *soft*

He looked between both of them and ruffled Aria's hairs

Mr Jeong : Mr Kim never wanted his children to marry early! He always wanted them to grow, To become stronger,To build their own world first! *smile*

Aesha : Then why this now? *pout* and Why with us!?

Aria : Exactly! *rolled her eyes*

Mr Jeong’s expression turned thoughtful and he smiled

Mr Jeong : He only agreed if I married my daughters to his sons!

Aria : So this is a deal? *scoffed*

Mr Jeong : *shook his head* No! Never! It’s trust! He’s trusting me with his sons! And I...

He placed a hand on Aesha’s shoulder and looked at Aria

Mr Jeong : I am trusting him with my daughters!

Aesha’s grip on him loosened slightly and Aria looked away

Mr Jeong  : I know that family! Aesha! Better than you think, They may be broken right now, But they’re not wrong! They value family more than anything And I don’t see anything wrong in giving my daughters to a family like that! *smile*

Aesha : *pout* But I Still don't like him!

Aria : I don’t like mine either! He's so rude! *annoyed*

Mr Jeong : *chuckled* I didn’t ask you to like them immediately!

Both girls looked at him and he nodded

Mr Jeong : Yes! Take your time but Just don’t reject it without trying!

Aesha crossed her arms again and looked at her father

Aesha : but what about your business then? *pout*

Mr Jeong : Aish! Are you worried about me? Huh? *chuckled* I'm still young enough to handle my business--

Aria : And what about my deals? *annoyed*

Mr Jeong : Suga will handle it! *smile*

Aria : *annoyed* Dad! But why him? I don't like him, didn't they have any other son? *pout*

Mr Jeong : *chuckled* well! They're five more!

Aesha & Aria : FIVE? *shocked*

Mr Jeong : *nodded* But suga has a match with you! *smile*

Aria : *scoffed* Match? Already forcing me to leave my power, which type of match? *pout* and the hell! *shocked*

She stood up and Mr Jeong and Aesha looked at her

Mr Jeong : What happened? *confused*

Aria : What about my studies? I still have two years to complete! Dad, deny them--

Aesha : *scoffed* Oh! Ms Jeong Aria! Everyone knew that you're not even going to college! So stop this drama! *disbelief*

Aria : But--

Mr Jeong : You wanted to study in Korea right? *smile* Continue there then!

Aria : *rolled her eyes* Why do I feel like you're that suga's father, not mine! *disbelief*

Aesha : Me too! I also think that!

Mr Jeong : *smile* I'm just trying to show their good sides! Girls--

Aria : Yeah! Yeah! Enough of tonight! I'm going to bed! *annoyed*

Mr Jeong : Wait! At least tell me what did you decide? *smile*

Aria : *sighed* Dad--

Mr Jeong : Okay! Sorry! But at least give a chance, for me? *soft*

She looked at her dad's smile and turned back to leave, Aesha also looked at her and left, Neither agreed nor refused but one thing had changed, They were no longer completely against the idea

Time skip to Next morning,

At Kim's house,

Suga and Jin were sitting across from their parents crossing their arms, Mrs Kim kept placing things on their plates, and Mr Kim kept glancing at his sons until he couldn’t hold it in

Mr Kim : So..? *cold*

Both brothers looked up and Mrs Kim looked at her husband

Mr Kim : What’s your decision? *cold*

Jin sat straight and ran a hand through his hair

Jin : *sighed* I don't know! Dad! I mean this is new for me! I’ve never thought about something like this--

Mr Kim : Don’t worry! Everyone feels like that at first! We just want to know one thing, You don’t have any objection, right? *cold*

Mrs Kim : *nodded* Yes! So we can fix the wedding date! *smile*

Suga : *coughed hard* M-mom! What are you even saying? *annoyed*

Mrs Kim : What? *annoyed* I just said the truth! *whined*

Suga : Mom! *annoyed* Y/n? Jk? no one knows about this! We need to tell them first And I want to ask Y/n! *annoyed* I’m not sure about that girl...If Y/N says yes I’ll be okay! *rolled his eyes*

Mr Kim : *scoffed* Suga! *angry* She’s 13! She can’t decide your life!

Suga : *rolled his eyes* But she’s part of my life! *cold*

Mr Kim : But--

Mrs Kim : Okay! If you're really concerned about your siblings, we'll talk to them! Okay? *smile*

Suga leaned back, closing his eyes for a second and muttered

Suga : This is insane!  *sighed*

He opened his eyes again and looked at his father

Suga : That’s all, right? *cold*

Mr Kim : What do you mean? *confused*

Suga : This marriage thing! *annoyed* That’s the only reason we were called here, right?

Mr Kim nodded slowly and Suga picked up his phone

Suga : Good! Then I have work in Korea! Can I leave?

Mr Kim : *blinked* Already?

Before he could react further, Jin stood up too

Jin : Me too! *adjusted his sleeves* I’ve already postponed four meetings to come here! I need to go back!

Mr Kim looked at Mrs Kim and They exchanged a glance, She nodded and both brothers relaxed slightly

Mrs Kim : alright! Then! Wait till afternoon! We’re coming with you!

Suga : W-what? *blinked*

Jin : What? *shocked*

Mr Kim : We have a board meeting in 10 minutes! And After that, we’ll leave for Korea! *cold*

Jin : B-but w-why? *shocked*

Mr Kim : we need to discuss this marriage properly with everyone! *looked at them*

That hit hard, Jin and Suga both exchanged a quick glance because in Korea, nothing was normal, They weren’t living together, They weren’t even on good terms and their parents knew nothing about it, Jin’s mind immediately started racing that he needs to inform Namjoon or Taehyung but before he could even reach for his phone Mrs Kim smiled sweetly

Mrs Kim : We’ll make it a surprise So No one will call them, okay? *smile*

And before they could react, She calmly took both of their phones from the table

Mrs Kim : I’ll keep these!

Jin : But mom--

Mrs Kim : Come on! You've to attend the meeting first.”

Mr Kim : *nodded* You should also see how our work is going here!  *cold*

Their parents left first and Suga and Jin looked at each other again, because now, They had no way to warn anyone, No way to prepare the house, No way to hide the truth and in just a few hours, Their parents would be standing inside that broken home in Korea, Suga ran his tongue over his teeth and Jin exhaled slowly

Jin : we're screwed! *closed his eyes*

He followed his parents with Suga, both brothers were thinking the same thing that They need to fix everything before it’s too late

On the other side,

In Korea,

Jimin was coming downstairs  holding his bag and sneaking inside it, A brand new purse was there, He had spent half the night choosing it, not because he liked shopping but because Inaya deserved something better than just a "sorry"

He didn’t even know her class, Didn’t know her schedule, Didn’t know anything, yet here he was, going early just to find her

Jimin : Aah! Why am I doing this? *embarrassed*

He shook his head lightly and stepped down the last stair but stopped, His eyes landed on the living room couch, Taehyung was lying there

Y/n was Curled up comfortably against him, and they both were watching a movie in Taehyung's phone, Jimin’s expression hardened instantly and he scoffed

Jimin : What the hell! *cold* Since when did he start coming here like this? *angry*

His grip on the bag tightened but he turned away straight toward the kitchen for breakfast

When he stepped in, he found Rm and Jhope busy at the counter, Jhope was flipping something on the pan while Rm was carefully arranging plates, Neither noticed him but Jimin leaned against the doorframe for a second

Jimin : *scoffed* What is this perfect family? *rolled his eyes* I’m not eating here.

His mood already ruined and He adjusted his bag again before heading straight toward the main door, planning to leave without breakfast but the loud sound of a game echoed and Jimin stopped

Jungkook : Level up!! Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! *excited*

Jungkook was sitting on the floor in front of the TV, with controller in hand, Jimin stared at him for a second then walked over to him

He smacked on Jungkook's head and Jungkook flinched, turning around instantly

Jungkook : Aaah! hat was that for?! *angry*

Jimin : *crossed his arms*  Aren’t you going to school today? *cold*

Jungkook rolled his eyes dramatically and turned back to the screen

Jungkook : We have reading vacation! *annoyed*

Jimin  : *froze* W-What? R-reading holidays!

His brows furrowed as that meant He had no idea where to find Inaya now, Jimin’s shoulders dropped slightly and He exhaled heavily, All that planning was wasted noa

For a second, he stood there, then suddenly, He pulled his bag off his shoulder and threw it onto the couch

Jimin : I’m not going either! *annoyed*

Jungkook : *blinked* Why? What happened?

Jimin ignored him completely and ran a hand through his hair, Jungkook shrugged and went back to his game

Jimin looked toward the living room again at Taehyung and rolled his eyes, Everything around him felt more irritating than usual

Taehyung rested one arm behind Y/n, occasionally glancing at her reactions and across the room, Jimin noticed everything, He tried to ignore it at first but when Y/N laughed again leaning even more comfortably into Taehyung, Jimin rolled his eyes sharply

He suddenly stood up from the couch and without a word, he walked straight toward them, Taehyung raised his eyes lazily, watching him approach, The blanket over them was suddenly pulled away and Y/n looked at Jimin

Y/n : Oppa! *annoyed*

Before she could react, Jimin bent down and picked her up in one smooth motion, Y/N blinked in surprise, wrapping her arms around his neck

Y/n : O-Oppa, what happened? *confused*

Jimin didn’t answer immediately but he just looked at her face for a second, then leaned forward and kissed her cheek softly

Jimin : Did you brush? Princess! *soft*

Y/n : *nodded* I did! I brushed and I took a bath! I washed my hair too! Now put me down! *annoyed*

Behind them, Taehyung let out a quiet scoff and A small smirk playing on his lips, The kind that said Really? Jimin noticed but didn’t argue and simply turned away holding Y/N securely

Jimin : Let’s go! You shouldn't start a day watching movies! *cold* Especially in the morning!

Y/n : But oppa--

Jimin : Your exams are next week! *cold*

Jimin placed her gently on the chair at the dining table, then pulled another chair and sat beside her

Jimin : You should focus! princess! *soft*

He adjusted her hair slightly, tucking a strand behind her ear

Jimin : Not waste time like this! *smile* okay?

Y/n nodded with a pout and Taehyung came behind them

At last when Jungkook was about to settle at the dining table, Two guards walked in

Guard : Sir! *Hesitantly*

Everyone turned and Guards bowed

Guard : One boy is outside the house!

Jimin : What boy? *confused*

Guard : He says he’s new in the society, and wants to say hello!

Jimin didn’t even think twice and turned back to dining table

Jimin : Tell him no! *cold*

He waved his hand dismissively and pulled a plate for Y/n

Jimin : We’re not running a welcome committee! *scoffed*

But before the guard could move, Jhope walked in from the kitchen, wiping his hands with a towel

Jhope : Let him come in! *soft*

Jimin : Hyung! *annoyed*

But Jhope ignored him completely

Jhope : Bring him in!

The guards nodded and stepped out again, Jimin dropped into his chair dramatically and looked at Jhope

Jimin : Seriously? We’re inviting random people now? *scoffed*

He rubbed his neck and the door opened again, A boy walked in around 18 in  a Casual clothes, slightly nervous posture but trying to look confident

Boy : H-hello! *nervously*

He bowed to them and Jhope passed a smile

Jhope : Hey! *smile*

Boy : I just moved here with my family! Next to your door! *smile*

Jhope : Oh! Nice to meet you, Umm? *raised his eyebrows*

Boy : Oh! I'm Tyler! *smile*

Jhope nodded warmly and gestured toward everyone

Jhope : Oh Tyler! Come, I’ll introduce you! *smile*

He pointed one by one

Jhope  : I'm Jhope! *smile* That’s Namjoon!

Rm gave a small nod and he smiled

Jhope : That’s Taehyung! *smile*

Taehyung just gave a slight glance and Tyler nervously smiled

Jhope : Jimin And Jungkook! We're brothers! *smile*

Jimin looked away and Jungkook barely looked up from his food, just lifting a hand lazily and the boy nodded politely to everyone

Y/n : And I'm Y/n! *smile*

Tyler : Hello! I saw you yesterday in the convenience store! *smile*

Y/n : O-oh! *nervously*

Jimin & Jhope : Convenience store? *confused*

Y/n : A-actually! O-oppa! *gulped*

Tyler : Take it! You were asking about it at the store yesterday! Right? *smile*

He offered a big box of her favorite chocolate and Y/n gulped before looking at her brothers

Jimin : Princess? Are you hiding anything? *cold*

Y/n : *gulped* N-no--

Jhope : Sunshine! *cold* what's this?

Y/n : O-oppa! I-i really don't know! I-i mean I went there to buy this but the shopkeeper said it's out of stock! *pout* so I didn't eat anything!

Taehyung : Sure baby? Look, you'll feel stomachache if you really ate--

Y/n : No! Oppa! I promise, ask him if he was there! *annoyed*

Tyler : Y-yeah! Sorry if I did anything wrong! Because I felt bad when she didn't get her favorite chocolate! She was looking sad! *nervously* that's why I bought--

Taehyung : *scoffed* That's why you bought her chocolates? *cold*

He clicked his tongue and stood up from his chair

Taehyung : *scoffed* Are you serious? Kid! *cold*

No one said anything for a few seconds and then Jungkook suddenly  turned to Y/n

Jungkook : Hey Minus! *cold*

She looked at him and he gestured her to come there

Jungkook : Come here!

Y/n : Why? *pout*

Jungkook : Just come! *angry*

His tone was weirdly serious and Y/N blinked but walked toward him anyway

The moment she came near, Jungkook grabbed the box from her hands

Y/n : Hey--

Jungkook : So This is the one you wanted? *annoyed*

Y/n : Yes! *annoyed* now give it back!

Jungkook flipped it on other side and Taehyung walked over, without asking, He took the book from Jungkook’s hand

Taehyung : Let me see! *cold*

He glanced at the cover and Then at Y/n
