 I woke up next to JD who was fast asleep. Now was my chance to get out of here. 

 I wouldn't say I hated being with him, but I didn't enjoy it. It was either I'm getting out here or I'm doing something I should of done weeks ago. I push myself up off couch, standing up straight, then walking to an open window which wasn't too high. I pushed the window open a little making sure it made no noise. I climbed through it, then jumping. My feet landed on the mixture of different leaves which made a little noise. 

 I rushed or rather jogged knowing at any moment he'd notice my absence. I ran back through  the woods and past the house we once stayed in. As I rushed through the city many glared at me confused as to why I was running. Without thought I did something stupid and knocked on my parents' door.

"Veronica where have you been?" My mother said with tears in her eyes. 

"I'm not gonna answer that." I mumbled, then rushing to my bedroom, locking my door making sure my windows were closed and my curtains shut. I'm sure he's looking for me. Then knocking... It was coming from the other side of my window. I looked at my walk in closet. This will be the second time I've had to hide in there. 

Smash. 

That was the sound of my window being broken.

"Veronica," A voice quite obviously belonging to JD sang, "I know you're here somewhere."
