Chapter 35

KEIFER POV

Past Keifer needs to stop trusting drunk people. Next to Jay, in bed. Not naked but that flimsy fabric was not holding up. If she moved a slight bit, everything was going to be seen. And being the absolute gentleman I am, I should wait for the lady to give consent. And I couldn't move either. Why, because if I moved her sleep was going to get interupted.

Her body was pressed against me, cuddled up against me. Her head was nestled against my chest, her heartbeat syncing with mine. The kids weren't here so I couldn't necessarily make an excuse to leave.

FLASHBACK

"And that's how I ended up a model. I mean I had the looks and everything but the world must know of the handsomeness that is me."Percy said, gulping down his glass.

"That was really long."Reyna muttered.

"Percy's ego is the size of Jupiter. If he's annoying you, we can go." Yuri said to Reyna.

"As if your ego wasn't bigger once. It's all because of your fiancee'. If you won't me to be more humble, you should find me a girl. Thing is, the right one's right here."Percy said, looking at Honey for a reaction. This marked the 20th time this night that he tried a pick up line on her.

Honey however, played hard to get and was clearly going to make Percy beg soon. His ego is giant though so he might need some persuading.

"It's depressing here. I'm leaving."Grace said and stumbled out of the room and onto to the dancefloor. Denzel followed but he was already drunk himself.

I turned to my right. Freya and Edrix suddenly appeared from their time in the bathroom. I wasn't going to question why Freya's dress was wrinkled or why Edrix couldn't stop touching his lips. To my left, Calix was whispering things to Mica, who playfully hit his arm over and over. Honey and Percy were flirting or well Honey was trying to do something other than listen to CI N's explanations of how his PS4 games worked. 

"I'm bored. Jay, come with me."Rakki said, holding out her hand for Jay, who kept pouring herself drinks.

"Fine."Jay answered before leaving the room.

I looked at CI N and then at them. Was he going to take the hint or was I going to have to drag him? He did take the hint and then went after Rakki.

"Never thought I'd see the day. Mark Keifer Watson, wondering on where his girl was going in a club."Yuri teased.

"I never thought you would get a girl but there you are. The universe works in magical ways."I drawled and took a sip of my drink. The alcohol burned through my blood but that's how I liked. I had this gut feeling something might happen but I didn't know what.

I stared back at Yuri, who was covering Reyna's legs with his jacket and using his hands to cover her chest. She had fallen asleep, probably couldn't handle her alcohol.

"What a gentleman."I muttered.

"I know right. I remember one time he moved away from a girl and the girl ended up on the floor."Percy said, when Honey left to go follow Rakki and Jay.

"Shut up. You used to have at least 10 girls chasing after you and then make out with them in front of us."Yuri said.

"Yeah because you guys needed reminders to get girls. Aries was the only one who got one in the end."Percy answered.

"We're going. Freya is a bit too drunk." Edrix said. Edrix always had good feeling when something was going to happen and he was right. Freya had started cackling to herself and checking Edrix's phone.

"So where was I. Yes. Out of us, I was always getting girlfriends."Percy stated when Edrix had left the room. 

"At least I'm getting married. You two are the only ones left." Yuri pointed at both me and Percy.

"Have you seen the way he looks at Jay? You would think they're married and have two kids. Well, the kids part is right. You just the rings, man." Percy teased.

"I'll get married before you get with Honey. Be so for real, she does not seem interested." I said.

"Hey, at least I can take my time. Last time I checked, my niece and nephew are not getting younger. Make it official before they married." Percy practically begged.

"Hey yall. So me and Rakki are leaving-"CI N started before Rakki and Jay ran into the room.

Yuri covered Reyna's ears and CI N grabbed Rakki by the waist. 

"Hey drunk. Stop running. You're running my place."Percy went on and on but Jay ended up crashing into me. Into my chest. And that hurt like hell. 

"Fuck!"I cried. The pain hurt but at least she came to me. At least my heart didn't hurt.

"I think it's time we finish this."Percy said, hands on his hips.

"OI! Drunkard. I'm calling Angelo and telling him you broke his car when you were younger." Percy said.

"No! I want teddy bear."Jay said, hugging me like her personal toy. She could toy with me any day and I would still love her.

"Keifer has been reduced to a personal toy."Percy teased but his teasing stopped, when Honey knocked into him. They ended up on the floor, with Honey on top of Percy. Honey then started flirting. Like really really bad flirting.

"Hey handsome. If you wanted me, you could of just said so. Beating around the bush doesn't feed into my desires you know." Honey said, and placed a small kiss on the corner of Percy's mouth. Percy's eyes went wide as we all stayed silent to let him, you know, soak in the moment.

CI N looked horrified. Yuri looked done. Rakki giggled. Jay watched her brother in shock. I was also in great shock.

"Keifer look after your brother in law. We're leaving."Yuri said, standing up.

"No, I think Honey needs to take care of that hard-on he's having."I said, standing up while Jay clung to me like a koala.

PRESENT

It's that I hated being near Jay. The thing is I was getting a hard on myself. This was actually going to be struggle. Jay squirmed and then moved to the other side but that wasn't helpful since she was right on my thing. She was going to wake up sooner or later from this.

But she looked so beautiful. I want to just go with the moment but not in this situation.This was a really bad situation. Her dress had already started bunching up and I couldn't even leave yet. What a horrible night.
