Chapter 25

The moment Goshiki entered the café he immediately apologized to Tendou, he already expected to receive a sermon from him but instead Tendou laughed and gently flicked his forehead.

"Thank you." He pulled Goshiki into a hug. "We already reconciled and you're part of it because he would not be able to contact me if you did not gave him my number."

Goshiki let out a sigh of relief and hugged Tendou back. He knew how bad  Tendou's relationship with his dad for the past years and hearing him say that they already reconciled made him happy. Thank god he's not mad.

Miko who's watching them chuckled as he pulled Goshiki away from the hug that kinda lasted for a minute. Tendou was shocked when Miko pulled Goshiki away.

"He was on the verge of crying last night Tendou-san, because he was so nervous that you would scold him." Miko laughed.

"Hey! don't tell him that!"

Goshiki covered Miko's mouth.

Tendou looked at them and smiled. I'm rooting for the two of you. He thought before he decided to tease Miko.

"So you two slept together last night."

Miko's face immediately turned red. "Of course not! "

"What's with that reaction? I was just asking if you spent your night at Goshiki's place." He paused and leaned closer. "Are you thinking about dirty things Miko-kun?" he said with a teasing tone.

Miko stared at him for a second,then he realized that he just dug his own grave for misunderstanding Tendou's question. Take me now.

"No!of course not! and your question can be easily misunderstood by people!" Miko said, his face is turning even redder and Goshiki surely is enjoying the sight.

Tendou laughed. "You're so red, you look like a tomato Miko."

"Okay guys enough. Let's prepare for the opening." Ushijima said, suddenly pulling Tendou to a quick kiss.

Goshiki and Miko groaned at them before turning away.

After the preparation, they opened the café and a few minutes later customers started coming in. Tendou's father also stopped by at the café, the three of them talked for awhile.

"Tendou-san really looked like his father."  Miko whispered.

"Yeah that's what I also thought when I first saw Tendou-san."

"Take care dad."

"Thanks Satori." He smiled and then tapped Ushijima's shoulder. Ushijima nodded at him and handed him the box of chocolate cake. Tendou's dad also like chocolates.

"Take care sir."

"Look Ushijima, if you want, feel free to call me dad. You're also my son now."

Ushijima was shocked at what his father said and then he smiled and nodded. While hearing what his own father said, Tendou blushed.

"Then, take care on your trip..." Ushijima paused. "Dad." he said with a smile.

Holy shit, he called him dad too. Tendou thought, somehow it makes him think that they're already married. Marriage...aha we're so far for that.

"Bye dad."

Tendou's father drove off and they went back inside the café.  Tendou smiled the moment they got inside because he's finally free from the pain that he's bringing for a long time. It also took him a lot of courage to talk to his dad, to sort out things between them and to forgive him. Forgiving someone who caused him pain took a lot of courage but it definitely made him feel like he finally let go of the burden in his life. He never really thought that this time will come, that the two of them will be reconciled and he's so happy right now.

He looked at his boyfriend who's already standing at the counter, taking the orders of the customers and smiled. If it weren't for Ushijima telling him to meet with his dad, maybe until now they're still on bad terms.  He still felt bad about that time were they argued though, he never saw Ushijima made that expression before and to think that it's because of what he said.

"Cupcake.." Tendou whispered,the café is full of customers today and he can't flirt with his boyfriend because they're busy.

Ushijima looked at him while he continued making the orders.

"I'm really sorry for the words I said last time." Tendou apologized again.

Ushijima smiled. "It's okay Cinnamon, you already apologized to me."

But Tendou is still pouting so Ushijima moved closer and kissed him on the cheek. "Stop pouting Satori because I really want to kiss you right now and you wouldn't want that." he whispered.

Tendou blushed and immediately pursed his lips because he knew Ushijima would definitely do it. Kissing him, right here, with all the other people watching. He can be so showy sometimes. So he turned around and focused on making the smoothie.

"Hi Goshiki-kun!"

Miko slightly frowned the moment he heard the voice. He knew who that voice belongs to. Stop being jealous, you knew Goshiki likes you and not her.

"Hi Miko-kun." She greeted with a smile.

"Hello." He smiled back.

Aya moved closer towards Miko and whispered something. "Miko-kun you don't have to worry, I know everything and I'm rooting for you and Goshiki-kun." she winked at him.

"I'll order one bubble tea please." Aya ordered.

"Thank you." Miko shyly said as he entered Aya's order and gave her a pager before she went to her table. He saw that she's with a guy.

They started giving pagers to the customer since the number increased and they can't serve all the orders at once. Also most cafe uses pager now.

"You two." Tendou called.

They are currently cleaning the café and preparing it for tomorrow. Goshiki who's mopping the floor stopped and looked at Tendou.

"Ushijima and I are planning to eat outside, do you guys wanna come with us? we can get some drinks too."

Goshiki and Miko looked at each other as if they're talking only with their eyes after a few seconds they nodded.

"As long as we won't pay." Miko said.

"Wakatoshi-kun will pay." Tendou grinned looking at Ushijima who just finished cleaning the counter.

"Okay."

The three of the smiled when Ushijima said yes. After they closed the café they went to a sushi house to eat. Tendou finished only 3 plates of sushi, Ushijima finished 5 while Miko and Goshiki finished 8.

Miko was about to get another serve when Ushijima stared at him. "That serve will be taken from your salary." he said.

Miko's hand stopped and he smiled. "I'm full now."

Goshiki laughed. "Do you still want to eat another serve? I'll pay for it if you want."

Miko shook his head. "I'm really full now."

Ushijima nodded. He payed for their food and they went out. Tendou suggested that they will go to a karaoke house after they eat and they agreed.

"We will finally hear Ushijima-san sing!"

"Sing a song Ushijima-san! You can't say no."

They are already inside the room, Miko and Goshiki immediately tried to make Ushijima sing. Tendou looked at his boyfriend, who's sitting at the couch shaking his head.

" Only one song, please, cupcake." He smiled.

Ushijima looked at him as if saying really Tendou?. Tendou took the remote and music book and handed it to Ushijima. Ushijima sighed and took it and he started scanning.

Goshiki and Miko cheered but they got bored when Ushijima keep on flipping the music book so they proceed to choose their own song. While Ushijima continued to scan for a familiar title. Tendou chuckled and sat beside Ushijima.

When Goshiki and Miko already finished singing two songs and Ushijima is still on the book, flipping it, they groaned.

"You still haven't choose your song Ushijima-san?" Miko said.

"Okay, what about we sing together Wakatoshi-kun? We will split the song I'll be singing the first part and you will sing the next part,okay?"

Ushijima nodded, so Tendou immediately picked a song the title is ECHO, a vocaloid song. Goshiki and Miko immediately looked at Tendou.

" Are you sure you're singing that? That's kinda high note you know. "Miko said.

" He can sing that. " Goshiki whispered but Miko still won't believe him, so both of them sat down while Tendou pulled Ushijima up.

" You're familiar with this song right? I made you listen to this during high school." Tendou laughed.

The moment Tendou started singing, Miko's jaw almost dropped. He looked at Tendou and then back to Goshiki and back to Tendou as if he can't believe that it was really Tendou singing.

"I know, I know. We were shocked too when we first heard him sing that song." Goshiki said patting Miko's head.

Ushijima smiled while watching Tendou sing, he  ended up singing only 3 words and then gave the mic back to Tendou, he's not really that familiar with the song. So he sat back at the couch and drank his beer as he watch his boyfriend enjoying himself with the song.

"What the hell is going on, can someone tell me please? Why am I switching faster than the channels on TV. I'm black then I'm white. No!! Something isn't right!"  Tendou sang.

"Holy sht, wow. Tendou-san can sing like that?!" Miko said now looking at Ushijima.

Ushijima nodded with a proud face. "There's a rap part coming, brace yourself Miko." Ushijima smirked.

Miko was still not over with Tendou hitting the high notes when he started rapping the next parts. He was so shocked that he almost dropped his bottle.

After Tendou finished his song, he got 90 as a score and all of them clapped. Miko stood up and pointed at him.

"What?" Tendou laughed, putting the mic down.

"I can't believe you can do that Tendou-san."

Tendou smirked and went directly to Ushijima. "How's the performance?"

"It was amazing." Ushijima said kissing Tendou.

At this point, Goshiki and Miko are already used to seeing them flirt so they're not shocked anymore.

One hour later,  Miko and Goshiki started singing random songs, they're literally just messing inside the karaoke room. Tendou chose a song with rap parts again.

Ushijima suddenly stood up, took the remote and entered a number. He went to the center already holding a mic.

I guess he's already drunk. Tendou thought.

Goshiki and Miko cheered. They're drunk now. Tendou is a bit tipsy.

"Wooooohhoo!! Finally you're going to sing!"

Ushijima is not really that drunk but he admits that the alcohol is starting to get to him. He's been controlling his beer intake since he still need to drive. He's just in the mood to join their mini singing contest.

The song started and they're attention is on him now. The song he chose also came from a vocaloid song, the title is Iroha Uta.

"anata ga nozomu no nara ba. inu no youni jujun ni himo ni nawa ni kusari ni, shibara rete agemasho..."

Ushijima started singing and all of them stopped on what they're doing, even Tendou looked shocked. He already imagined how his voice would sound when he's singing but this is his first time hearing him actually sing something. I can't believe this, his voice is so deep, it sound so good. Oh my god. 

He's looking at Tendou the entire time he's singing. When he arrived at the part where the lyrics is just "Aaaahh"  Tendou blushed. I can't believe this, I'm turned on just by hearing him sing.

The song finished and he put the mic down. The three are just staring at him, amazed. Tendou immediately stood up.

"You can sing like that and you never told me."

"I don't really like singing, but since you said you wanted to hear me sing that's why i did it."  Ushijima said and looked at Goshiki and Miko.

"Wow. WOW." They both started clapping their hands. They really can't believe that Ushijima can sing that good and it feels like they've been blessed by hearing him. It's a very rare experience.

Ushijima shook his head and laughed. "Let's go home now, it's late."

Ushijima drove the two at their own place and after that he drove home. The moment they got upstairs, Tendou who's been quiet the entire ride because he's trying to calm himself from not jumping on Ushijima while they're still on the karaoke bar, immediately pulled him into a kiss.

Ushijima was surprised but after a few seconds, he kissed Tendou back. He let Tendou take the lead on their kiss.

"What's with the sudden  kiss?" He asked when Tendou pulled away.

"You..." Tendou stared at him, his face so close to Ushijima's. "Turned me on with how sexy you sound when you sing. I really want to fuck. Now."

Ushijima chuckled. "As you wish." he said kissing Tendou this time.
