ch.13
02:59, 1 March 2025Ddot sat on the couch, this time alone, as Helen carefully placed Kali in his arms. Their fingers brushed for just a second—brief, almost unnoticeable. But everyone else caught it.
Malachi raised an eyebrow. Sophie smirked. Kylie side-eyed Ariana, who was already trying to suppress a grin.
Helen, completely oblivious, turned back to Ethan, who had climbed into her lap, resting his head against her chest. She ran her fingers through his soft curls, focused on keeping him calm.
Meanwhile, Ddot adjusted Kali in his arms, his eyes flickering toward Helen for a moment. He didn’t say anything, but there was something there—something unspoken.
The room was quiet, but the tension wasn’t lost on anyone.
Ddot shifted Kali in his arms and looked over at Helen. “So… you ever thinking about coming back to New York?” His voice was casual, but there was something behind it, something that made everyone pause for a second.
Helen, still focused on Ethan, hummed in thought. “I don’t know,” she admitted. “I mean, New York will always be home, but…” She trailed off, glancing at her friends, then at Ethan.
Ddot nodded slowly, his eyes not leaving her. “Just wondering,” he said, but the way he said it made it seem like he meant more than just a simple question.
Malachi smirked, clearly picking up on the tension. “Sounds like someone misses you,” he teased.
Helen rolled her eyes, brushing off the comment. “I’m good where I am.”
But Ddot just gave a small, knowing smile. “Yeah… for now.”
Helen raised an eyebrow at Ddot’s words but chose not to respond. Instead, she focused back on Ethan, adjusting him in her lap. The room felt quieter for a moment, like everyone was waiting for her to say something.
Sophie, never one to sit in silence for too long, decided to break it. “So, if Helen did go back to New York, what exactly would that mean?” She wiggled her eyebrows playfully, making the others chuckle.
Ddot smirked but didn’t answer right away. He looked at Helen, as if waiting for her to speak first.
Helen sighed, shaking her head. “It’s not even about that. New York just has… a lot of memories.”
Ddot nodded. “Good ones, though.”
“Some,” Helen admitted, her voice softer now.
Kylie leaned forward. “But you love it there, don’t you? It’s where you grew up.”
Helen bit her lip. “Yeah, but I also left for a reason.” She glanced at Ethan, then at her friends. “I built a life here too.”
Ddot tilted his head, watching her carefully. “So, no chance you’d come visit? Just for a little while?”
Helen finally met his gaze, and for a split second, something flickered between them. She wasn’t sure what it was, but it made her heart race just a little.
“I don’t know,” she admitted. “Maybe.”
Ddot’s smirk returned. “I’ll take a maybe.”
The conversation shifted after that, but the tension in the air still lingered. Helen could feel it, and by the looks of her friends exchanging glances, they felt it too.
Ddot leaned back against the couch, arms crossed as he watched Helen with a smirk. “So, if you come back to New York… or even if you don’t… you ever gonna rap drill again?”
Helen scoffed, a grin creeping onto her face. “Are you serious?”
Ddot raised an eyebrow. “Dead serious.”
Helen shook her head, then burst out laughing. “Of course, I am! That’s where I started. Y’all really thought I was done?”
The room filled with laughter, Sophie playfully clapping her hands. “Oh lord, Helen back on her demon time.”
Malachi smirked. “I ain’t gonna lie, I missed that energy.”
Javon, who had been quiet most of the time, just shook his head with a sigh. “Here we go again.”
Helen rolled her eyes at him---
---
After the music videos finished playing, the room was still buzzing with tension and excitement. Helen, sensing the energy shift, decided to drop another bombshell.
“Oh, and I forgot to tell y’all,” she said, grabbing the remote. “I made a new song… called Blue.”
Everyone perked up.
Sophie leaned forward. “Wait, like Blue Ivy?”
Helen shrugged, a small smile playing on her lips. “Maybe. Maybe not.”
Kylie gasped. “Helen… is this about—”
“You’ll just have to listen,” Helen cut her off playfully before pressing play.
The speakers filled with a soft but powerful melody. The song started off slow, her voice carrying raw emotion. The lyrics spoke of longing, of what could’ve been, of finding family in unexpected ways. But beneath it all, there was a layer of forgiveness—a bridge between pain and healing.
As the chorus hit, the beat dropped slightly, adding a subtle rhythm that made it hit even harder.
“Blue like the ocean, blue like the pain,Blue like the love that we lost in the rain,Blue like the skies when the sun fades away,But blue means forever, so maybe we’ll stay…”
The room was silent as the song played. Cench nodded his head to the beat, impressed. Kylie had her hand over her mouth. Blue Ivy—who had been sitting quietly—looked at Helen with wide eyes.
Javon, arms crossed, just stared at the floor.
When the song ended, there was a moment of silence before Malachi spoke.
“Damn,” he said simply. “That was deep.”
Helen smirked, trying to play it off. “Y’all like it?”
Sophie shook her head. “Girl, we love it. That was beautiful.”
Cench nudged Helen. “That’s one of your best ones, still.”
Helen nodded, glancing at Blue Ivy, who was still staring at her with glossy eyes. She smiled softly.
“Guess it just had to be said.”
Helen leaned back with a smirk, stretching her arms out. “Alright, since we’re talking music—who else wants to make a song with me?”
Everyone in the room exchanged glances, excitement buzzing in the air.
Malachi grinned. “Oh, you already know I’m down. Been waiting for this moment.”
Sophie laughed. “Girl, you know I can’t rap, but I’ll do some background vocals or something.”
Kylie nudged Helen. “You should do another collab with Ddot. Y’all got crazy chemistry on tracks.”
Ddot smirked, leaning forward. “I mean… if you ready to get on some real drill again, you already know I’m wit’ it.”
Cench nodded. “If the vibe’s right, we could cook up something else too.”
Helen turned to Javon, who had been quiet. “What about you?”
Javon shrugged, cracking a small smile. “I don’t rap, but I’ll support from the side.”
Blue Ivy, who had been sitting quietly, raised her hand shyly. “Can I try?”
Everyone turned to her in surprise before Helen broke out into a wide smile. “Of course, you can, Blue.”
Blue beamed. “I wanna make something soft, though. Like Blue Ivy.”
Helen nodded. “Bet. We’ll get in the studio and make it happen.”
Malachi clapped his hands together. “Alright, so when we hitting the studio? ‘Cause I’m tryna drop some heat.”
Helen smirked. “Tomorrow. Be ready.”
The next day, everyone showed up at the studio, ready to put in work. Helen had booked the whole place for them, making sure they had enough time to create without any rush.
Helen & Malachi - "Die with a Smile"
Helen and Malachi were the first to record. As soon as the beat dropped, they locked in. Their chemistry was insane—Malachi’s smooth delivery mixed perfectly with Helen’s sharp, emotional verses. The song had a deep message about living life to the fullest, even in the face of pain. By the time they finished, the whole studio was hyped.
“Damn,” Ddot said, shaking his head. “Y’all went crazy.”
Helen smirked, dapping up Malachi. “We ate that.”
Helen & Central Cee - "Stay Ready (What a Life)"
Next, Helen and Cench stepped into the booth. The beat was dark and heavy, setting the perfect mood for their track. Cench came in with his signature flow, rapping about survival, success, and the price of fame. Helen followed up with bars about always being prepared for whatever life throws.
When they came out of the booth, Sophie was shaking her head. “Helen, the way you and Cench were looking at each other in there…”
Helen rolled her eyes, laughing. “It’s called performance, Sophie.”
Cench smirked. “Or is it?”
Helen & Ddot - "My Baby"
When it was time for her and Ddot’s song, the energy shifted. The beat was smoother, and the lyrics were more personal. It was about loyalty, love, and having each other’s backs through everything.
As Helen rapped her verse, Ddot stood on the other side of the booth glass, watching her closely. When it was his turn, she returned the stare. Everyone outside the booth noticed.
When they finished, Malachi let out a low whistle. “Y’all might as well stop playing and date already.”
Helen rolled her eyes. “Shut up, Malachi.”
Blue Ivy - "Blue Like Ivy"
Helen sat down with Blue Ivy next, helping her write her first song. Blue was nervous at first, but Helen guided her, showing her how to express herself in the lyrics.
“I want it to be about who I am,” Blue said, tapping her pen against her notebook.
Helen nodded. “Then write from your heart.”
Sophie jumped in to help with background vocals, and when Blue finally recorded her part, everyone clapped for her.
“You did amazing,” Helen told her.
Blue grinned. “Thanks, sis.”
The Aftermath
By the end of the session, they had four fire songs, and everyone felt accomplished. Helen looked around at her friends, her sister, and even Cench and Ddot, feeling grateful.
“This was a good day,” she said, leaning back.
Ddot nudged her. “Yeah, it was. But just wait till these songs drop. The world ain’t ready.”
The next day, everyone gathered at Helen’s place, excited to watch the music videos they had worked so hard on. The TV was on, the lights were dimmed, and the snacks were piled up on the table.
Helen sat in the middle of the couch with Ethan on her lap, Blue Ivy next to her, and Sophie on the other side. Malachi, Kylie, Javon, Ddot, and Cench were all spread out around the living room.
First Video: "Die with a Smile"
The first video to play was Die with a Smile with Malachi. The visuals were cinematic—flashing city lights, slow-motion shots of them rapping in
Second Video: "Stay Ready (What a Life)"
Next was Stay Ready (What a Life) with Central Cee. The tension was real—the way they exchanged looks, the smooth transitions between their verses, and the way Cench held onto her waist in some scenes had everyone reacting.
“Y’all were acting, right?” Malachi raised an eyebrow.
Helen shrugged. “Obviously.”
Cench smirked. “She was.”
The room went silent for a second before Malachi burst out laughing.
Third Video: "My Baby"
Then, My Baby with Ddot played, and the energy shifted. The chemistry between them was undeniable. There were soft, close-up shots, late-night city vibes, and moments where they exchanged deep glances.
Kylie nudged Helen. “So... you sure y’all just friends?”
Helen threw popcorn at her. “Next video.”
Fourth Video: "Blue Like Ivy"
Finally, Blue Ivy’s song played. The video was simple but beautiful—scenes of Blue in the studio, walking through a garden, and moments of her looking confident in the camera. By the end, everyone was clapping for her.
“You did that,” Helen told Blue, wrapping an arm around her.
Blue beamed. “I had the best teacher.”
After all the videos finished, everyone just sat there, letting it all sink in. They had all made something special—something that would be remembered.
Ddot stretched. “We really just dropped back-to-back hits.”
Helen grinned. “And we’re just getting started.”

Confessions
Later that night, after everyone had left, Helen was cleaning up the living room when there was a knock at the door. She frowned, wondering who it could be this late. When she opened it, Central Cee stood there, hands in his pockets, looking like he had something on his mind.
“Cench?” she said, tilting her head. “You good?”
He let out a small chuckle. “Can we talk?”
Helen stepped aside, letting him in. He walked in slowly, looking around before turning back to her.
“I gotta get something off my chest,” he started. His usual confident, smooth demeanor was replaced with something more serious.
Helen crossed her arms. “Alright, talk to me.”
He exhaled, rubbing the back of his neck. “Ever since we did Nice to Meet You and Obsessed with You, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about you.” His eyes locked onto hers. “I know we’ve been cool, but I won’t lie—I like you, Helen.”
Helen blinked, slightly caught off guard. She had always felt something between them, but hearing him say it out loud made it real.
She looked down for a second before meeting his gaze. “Cench…” she hesitated, trying to gather her thoughts.
“I know you just got out of something with Javon,” he added quickly, “and I’m not tryna rush you into anything. But I had to tell you. I can’t pretend I don’t feel this way.”
Helen felt her heart race. There was something different about Cench—something that made her feel… safe. Comfortable. But also excited.
She took a deep breath and smirked slightly. “You know… I’ve been thinking about you too.”
Cench’s eyes lit up. “Yeah?”
She nodded. “Yeah. I just—I didn’t know if it was real or if I was just caught up in the moment.”
He stepped closer, lowering his voice. “And now?”
Helen swallowed, feeling the tension between them. “Now… I think I wanna see where this goes.”
A small smile tugged at his lips. “Then let’s see.”
Before she could say anything else, he leaned in slowly, searching her eyes for any hesitation. When she didn’t pull away, he closed the distance, pressing his lips softly against hers.
Helen felt a warmth spread through her chest as she melted into the kiss. His hands found her waist, pulling her closer, and her arms instinctively wrapped around his neck. The kiss was slow but deep, full of unspoken emotions.
When they finally pulled away, Helen looked up at him, breathless.
“Well,” she whispered, smirking, “that was unexpected.”
Cench chuckled, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “Yeah? Should I do it again?”
Helen laughed softly. “Maybe.”
And just like that, everything between them changed.
---
Something New
The next morning, Helen woke up feeling lighter than she had in a long time. Last night replayed in her mind—the confession, the kiss, the way Cench looked at her like she was the only person in the world.
As she stretched and grabbed her phone, she saw a text from him.
Cench: Morning, beautiful. Hope you slept good.
Helen smirked, typing back.
Helen: Morning, lover boy. I did. You?
Cench: Would’ve been better if I was next to you.
She rolled her eyes playfully, shaking her head before responding.
Helen: You’re getting bold now, huh?
Cench: Always been bold. You’re just noticing?
Before she could respond, there was a knock at her bedroom door. “Helen, wake up! We’re going out today,” Sophie called.
Helen groaned, throwing the blankets off. “Going where?”
“Surprise. Just get dressed!”
After quickly getting ready, Helen joined her friends in the living room. Malachi, Sophie, Kylie, Ddot, and even Blue Ivy were all sitting around, looking suspiciously excited.
“What is this?” Helen asked, eyeing them.
“We figured since your life has been crazy lately,” Malachi started, “you deserve a fun day.”
“So, we’re taking you out,” Sophie added.
Helen smirked. “Y’all sound like you’re kidnapping me.”
“Basically,” Kylie joked.
Helen laughed but agreed to go. As they piled into a car, she felt her phone buzz again.
Cench: What you up to today?
Helen: Apparently, my friends are kidnapping me for a ‘fun day.’
Cench: Damn, I was gonna see you today.
Helen bit her lip, thinking.
Helen: Come find me later.
Cench: Bet. Don’t run from me now.
She shook her head with a grin, sliding her phone into her pocket as the car pulled off. Today was going to be interesting.
---
A Day to Remember
The car ride was filled with laughter, music, and random conversations. Helen was seated between Sophie and Blue Ivy, while Malachi and Ddot were in the back hyping up whatever song was playing.
“So, where exactly are we going?” Helen finally asked, looking at Sophie suspiciously.
Sophie smirked. “You’ll see soon enough.”
After a little while, the car pulled up in front of a luxury rooftop lounge. Helen raised an eyebrow. “Okay, okay. Y’all went all out for this.”
“Of course,” Kylie said. “You deserve it.”
As they walked inside, Helen was surprised to see the place decorated with fairy lights, a private section for them, and a small DJ booth playing a mix of R&B and hip-hop. It was cozy but had a vibe to it.
“You acting like it’s my birthday,” Helen joked, sitting down on one of the couches.
Malachi laughed. “You’ve been through a lot. We just wanted a day where you can chill, no stress.”
Helen smiled, feeling genuinely grateful for her friends. She looked around, soaking in the moment. Just as she was about to grab a drink, her phone buzzed.
Cench: Where you at?
She smirked before responding.
Helen: Rooftop lounge. You tryna pull up?
Cench: Say less.
Helen put her phone away, deciding to keep that little detail to herself. She sipped on her drink, laughing at something Blue said, when she suddenly felt a presence behind her.
“You really thought you could escape me today?”
That deep British accent was unmistakable. Helen turned around and smirked as she saw Central Cee standing there, hands in his pockets, looking at her like she was the only one in the room.
Everyone else noticed too, eyes widening.
“Ohhh, this just got interesting,” Malachi whispered.
Cench sat down next to Helen, close enough that their legs touched. “Y’all really out here throwing secret parties without me?”
Helen chuckled. “Maybe. What, you mad?”
He leaned in slightly, eyes locked on hers. “I don’t get mad. I just get even.”
The tension in the air was obvious. Everyone around them exchanged looks, trying not to be obvious, but it was clear—they were waiting to see what happened next.
Helen rolled her eyes playfully. “Boy, chill.”
Cench smirked. “I’m chill. You the one looking nervous.”
“I’m not nervous.”
“Then prove it.”
Helen raised an eyebrow. “And how do you expect me to do that?”
Cench tilted his head slightly, his gaze dropping to her lips for just a second before meeting her eyes again. “You know how.”
The room fell silent for a moment as everyone watched. Helen didn’t hesitate this time—she leaned in and kissed him. It wasn’t rushed or dramatic, just slow and sweet, but enough to send a message.
The room erupted into cheers and gasps. Malachi nearly fell out of his seat. “Oh, nah! This is crazy!”
Ddot just smirked, shaking his head. “About time.”
When Helen pulled back, Cench licked his lips and smirked. “Took you long enough.”
Helen just laughed, shaking her head. Today really was a day to remember.

Unfinished Business
After the kiss, Helen tried to act unbothered, but she could feel everyone’s eyes on her. Malachi was grinning like he had just won the lottery, Blue Ivy was staring at her with wide eyes, and Sophie was already taking mental notes to bring this up later.
Cench leaned back, clearly amused by all the attention. “Y’all act like you never seen two people kiss before.”
Malachi shook his head, laughing. “Nah, it’s just—Helen? Kissing someone in front of us? And it’s you? Yeah, we ain’t letting this go.”
Helen rolled her eyes. “Y’all are so dramatic.”
Ddot smirked, sipping his drink. “So, what now? Y’all dating or what?”
The question made the room go quiet. Helen looked at Cench, who was already looking at her like he was waiting for her answer.
“I mean…” Helen started, but before she could say anything, Ethan ran up to her, climbing onto her lap. “Mommy!”
Everyone turned their attention to him, and Helen took the opportunity to dodge the question. She kissed Ethan’s cheek, letting out a small laugh. “You always know when to show up at the perfect time.”
Cench wasn’t letting her off that easy, though. He leaned in, just close enough for her to hear. “We’re not done talking about this.”
Helen smirked. “We’ll see.”
The rest of the night was filled with music, jokes, and a lot of teasing. Helen could feel the shift in the air, though—something between her and Cench had changed. Whether she was ready for it or not, things weren’t going to be the same after tonight.
---
Tension in the Air
The night carried on, but Helen couldn’t ignore the way Cench kept looking at her. Every time she glanced in his direction, he was already watching her, like he was waiting for a moment alone. The others definitely noticed too—Malachi and Sophie kept giving each other knowing looks, and Ddot was unusually quiet.
Ethan had fallen asleep on Helen’s chest, his tiny hands curled into her hoodie. She gently rubbed his back while talking to Blue, but the weight of Cench’s stare never left her.
Eventually, the group started to wind down, and people slowly began to head out. Blue was the first to leave, giving Helen a quick hug before Jay-Z’s driver picked her up. Sophie and Malachi weren’t far behind, Malachi whispering something teasing in Helen’s ear before she shoved him playfully.
That left Helen, Cench, Ddot, and Javon.
Javon, who had been quiet most of the night, finally stood up. “I’m heading out. You good, Helen?”
She nodded, shifting Ethan slightly in her arms. “Yeah, I’m straight.”
Javon hesitated for a second, eyes flickering between Helen and Cench before sighing and leaving. Ddot followed right after, but not before giving Helen a look that screamed we’re talking about this later.
Now, it was just Helen and Cench.
She carefully laid Ethan down on the couch, covering him with a blanket before turning around. Cench was already standing, his hands in his pockets, watching her.
“So,” he started, a smirk tugging at his lips. “Are we gonna talk about it?”
Helen raised an eyebrow. “Talk about what?”
Cench chuckled, shaking his head. “Don’t do that. You know exactly what.”
She sighed, crossing her arms. “It was just a kiss, Cench.”
He took a step closer, making her heart pick up speed. “Was it?”
Helen swallowed, forcing herself to hold eye contact. “Yeah.”
Cench studied her for a moment before speaking again, his voice softer this time. “You can lie to them, but don’t lie to me.”
Helen felt a lump in her throat. She hated how well he could read her. It had been so long since she let someone get this close, and she wasn’t sure if she was ready.
But then, Cench took her hand, rubbing his thumb over her knuckles. “I’m not gonna push you, Helen. But I’m not gonna pretend this ain’t real, either.”
Helen looked down at their hands, then back up at him. For once, she didn’t have a sarcastic remark or a witty comeback. She just nodded.
Cench smiled slightly. “Alright. That’s a start.”
Helen sighed, but this time, it wasn’t out of frustration. “Yeah. I guess it is.”
A Broken Trust
It had been a few weeks since Helen and Cench started dating. Everything had been perfect at first, like something out of a dream. They spent their days together, making music, laughing, and just enjoying each other’s company. The chemistry was undeniable. Helen hadn’t felt so happy in a long time, and for once, it felt like everything was falling into place.
But things started to shift as time went on. The cracks weren’t visible at first, but they were there—subtle glances from Cench when he thought she wasn’t paying attention, late-night messages that felt more like secrets than conversations.
One day, Helen was scrolling through her social media while Ethan played with his toys on the floor when she saw a post that made her stomach drop.
Cench was sitting next to Ice Spice—both of them wearing matching chrome hearts outfits, laughing and looking far too comfortable with each other. And right beneath the photo was the caption: "."
Helen froze. She had seen the look on their faces in the photo before—too close, too intimate. There was no denying what was happening, and she hated herself for being in denial for so long.
The rest of the day was a blur. Her thoughts spun in endless circles as she tried to avoid everyone, but the nagging voice in the back of her mind couldn’t be silenced. She ended up on the couch with Ethan, trying to distract herself with some snacks and TV.
That’s when the door opened, and her friends flooded into the living room.
"Hey, you good?" Sophie asked, sitting beside Helen, clearly sensing something was off.
Helen didn’t say anything at first. She just kept staring at the TV, her fingers nervously picking at the edge of a blanket. She wasn’t ready to face the reality of it all.
Malachi, however, wasn’t one to let things go. "Yo, you’ve been off all day. What’s up?"
Helen took a deep breath and turned to face them, her voice quiet but shaky. "Cench is with Ice Spice. They’re... together. It’s all over social media."
The words hit like a punch to the gut, and Helen felt a tightness in her chest. Her heart ached for the trust that was shattered, for the love she thought she had.
"Are you serious?" Malachi said, clearly frustrated. He stood up, running a hand through his hair. "That’s messed up."
Sophie reached out, rubbing Helen’s shoulder comfortingly. "I’m sorry, babe. I know this isn’t easy."
Helen nodded, but she couldn’t hold back the tears any longer. "I just don’t get it. Why would he do this? After everything we went through, after everything we talked about..."
Malachi hesitated for a moment before speaking. "Look, I get that you’re hurt. But we’re here for you. Let’s watch something, maybe distract ourselves, yeah?"
Helen sniffled and wiped her eyes. "Yeah, I guess."
Sophie looked at Malachi, who nodded slightly.
"How about we watch Cench and Ice Spice’s music video?" Malachi suggested, a smirk tugging at his lips, trying to lighten the mood.
Helen let out a bitter laugh, her voice dry. "Sure. Why not?"
She knew it was going to hurt, but she needed to confront it somehow. It felt like a necessary evil.
Malachi grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. The video for Did It First started playing, and there they were—Cench and Ice Spice, looking like they belonged together. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and every moment felt like a knife to Helen’s heart.
The music played, and Helen couldn’t tear her eyes away. Every time Cench smiled at Ice Spice, every glance they shared, it felt like he was betraying everything they had.
Sophie and Malachi sat quietly beside her, but even they knew this was harder than anything Helen had ever gone through.
Finally, the video ended, and the silence that followed was deafening. Helen couldn’t speak. She didn’t want to.
She stood up abruptly, holding back the tears. "I can’t do this. I need to be alone."
"Hey, we’re here for you," Malachi said softly. "Don’t shut us out."
Helen took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. "I know. I just need some space."
With that, she walked out of the room, leaving the silence behind her. The weight of it all—Cench, Ice Spice, the broken trust—pressed down on her like a thousand pounds.
---The moment the diss track dropped, the internet exploded. Within an hour, Push-Ups was already trending #1 on YouTube and Twitter. Reaction videos flooded TikTok, and Helen’s name was plastered everywhere.
“Nah, she really went for their throats.”“This isn’t just a diss, this is a public execution.”“Cench and Ice better not even try to respond.”
Helen scrolled through the comments, smirking to herself. Her phone buzzed nonstop—messages from industry friends, producers, and even some rappers who wanted to work with her. But what caught her attention was a single text from an unknown number.
Unknown: You got a lot of nerve.
She raised an eyebrow and typed back.
Helen: Who’s this?
Three dots appeared. Then disappeared. Then reappeared.
Then another message came through.
Unknown: You know exactly who.
Helen stared at the screen, her jaw clenching. Before she could type back, Malachi, who had been refreshing Twitter like a maniac, gasped loudly.
“Yo.” His voice was thick with excitement. “Cench just went live.”
Everyone whipped their heads towards him.
“He's responding?” Sophie asked, eyes wide.
“Looks like it,” Malachi said, clicking on the livestream.
Helen exhaled sharply, shaking off the tension. "Let's see what he has to say."
They all huddled around the screen, waiting to see if Cench would really try her. The second his face popped up on the live, thousands of people flooded in.
"Ayo, first of all..." Cench started, running a hand down his face. "Y'all wildin’."
Helen tilted her head. Wildin’? That’s all he had to say?
Then Ice Spice’s voice chimed in from the background. "Nah, let her talk crazy. She just mad she got replaced."
Everyone in the room went silent.
Sophie’s mouth fell open. Kylie covered her mouth in shock. Malachi? He was already getting the beat ready.
Helen?
She just smiled.
“Oh, she wants to talk crazy?” Helen murmured, her voice cold and calculated. She turned to Malachi, eyes gleaming.
“Get me back in the studio.”
Helen wasted no time. Within an hour, she was in the studio with Malachi, Sophie, and the rest of her friends. The energy in the room was electric—everyone knew this was about to be big.
Malachi played the beat he had been working on, heavy bass and haunting melodies setting the tone. Helen bobbed her head to it, a slow smirk creeping onto her lips.
“This is perfect,” she muttered.
She cracked her knuckles, grabbed her phone, and started writing. Every bar was venom, every lyric laced with precision. She wasn’t just responding—she was ending them.
Sophie glanced over her shoulder, eyes widening as she read the lyrics. “Oh, this is personal personal.”
Helen chuckled darkly. “She wanted to talk crazy. Now she’s gonna see what crazy really looks like.”
Within hours, the track was recorded, mixed, and ready to drop.
Title: EuphoriaArtist: HelenDiss targets: Central Cee & Ice Spice
The second it hit streaming platforms and YouTube, the internet went insane.
“She really went there.”“Ice and Cench can’t come back from this.”“The way she dragged them for a full three minutes with zero remorse…”
But the real moment came when Helen posted a clip of the track on Instagram with a caption that set everything on fire:
"Don’t bite the hand that fed you. You can’t replace the real."
The comment section exploded, celebrities chiming in, fans hyping her up, even other rappers taking sides.
And then—just when things couldn’t get crazier—Central Cee went live again.
This time, he wasn’t smiling.
Helen and her friends were gathered in the living room, the TV playing in the background, but all eyes were on their phones. Central Cee had just gone live, and everyone knew he was about to respond.
Javon sat back with his arms crossed, shaking his head. “Man, he really got the nerve.”
Helen exhaled sharply, her jaw clenched as she watched the screen. Cench was sitting in a dimly lit room, his face unreadable.
“You lot are moving mad,” he started, rubbing his face. “I ain’t even gon’ say too much, but y’all taking things outta context.”
Malachi scoffed. “Boy, context? You were hugged up with Ice Spice in that Chrome Hearts store.”
Cench sighed. “Look, I rate Helen. Always have. But all this? The disses? The shots? This ain’t it.”
Helen rolled her eyes. “Oh, but what you did was it?” she muttered under her breath.
Then Cench leaned in closer to the camera. “And about that track—‘Euphoria’ or whatever—you know I could really say something, yeah?”
The comments were flying.
“Cench, don’t do it.”“Helen already ended y’all. Let it go.”“He sound nervous LMAOOO.”
Helen let out a cold chuckle. “Really say something? Then say it.”
Without warning, she picked up her phone, hit the “Go Live” button, and in seconds, thousands flooded in.
She leaned back in her chair, a smirk playing on her lips. “I see some people struggling to own up to their L’s,” she said, voice smooth but laced with venom.
The comments started going wild.
“SHE’S LIVE TOO???”“Oh nah, this is about to get crazy.”“Lmaoo Helen really don’t care.”
Javon and Sophie burst out laughing as Malachi added, “Nah, you violating now.”
Helen tilted her head, eyes locked on the screen. “Cench, if you got something to say, say it. But don’t act like you weren’t moving shady first.”
For a second, there was nothing but silence.
Then, Cench ended his live.
The entire room erupted.
“Ohhh, he FOLDED!” Kylie cackled.
Helen shook her head, completely unbothered. “Next time, think twice before playing with me.”
And just like that, the internet exploded.
