Frank followed Olivia and Rafael back to her house. Olivia knew that Frank had to keep an eye on her, but she didn't know why he had to do his first visit when she hadn't even gotten into her schedule with Clayton.

"Do you think he'll have a problem with me?" Rafael mused, as he grabbed his girlfriend's hand and squeezed it as he pulled into her subdivision.

"I hope not... because I refuse to break up with you... I love you too much." Olivia sighed.

"I love you too... and honestly, I was more than willing to make a kid with you last night." Rafael spoke, and Olivia blushed deeply as she heard Clayton start to whimper from his car seat.

"It's okay, baby. We will be home soon." Olivia cooed, and Rafael smiled as he looked over at her.

Once at the house, Olivia got out before Rafael could. She quickly moved to the backseat and got her foster son out before snuggling him close. He nestled himself into her sweater and his small hand found a few stray hairs and tugged on them.

"He seems to love you." Frank spoke as he moved to where Olivia stood and snuggled Clayton close.

"I don't know if this will make you hate me or something... but I really am starting to love him too. Sir, I sat with him for the week he was in the hospital, and I cannot wait to take care of him."

"Olivia, you work in a high risk job. You are unmarried. You don't own a house yourself, but instead room with someone else and your son. There is a lot against you right now."

Olivia did her first tube feeding with Clayton as Rafael showed Frank around the house. Alex and Cade got home while Rafael was showing Frank the sanitizing stuff that he and Olivia went out to buy so that everything Clayton needed to use was as clean as humanly possible.

"Wow, uh, I'm sorry. I thought we had been out longer than we actually were." Alex said, as she carried Cade into the house.

"Rafa!" Cade exclaimed, and Rafael smiled as he moved over and took the little boy into his arms before holding him close.

"I'm assuming you are the roommate?" Frank asked, as he moved to Alex.

"Yes, sir. Uh, I'm Cade's godmother and Olivia's best friend."

"How many rooms is in this house?" He questioned, as Rafael and Cade slipped off to find Olivia and Clayton.

"Three currently, but we are going to be changing the office into Clayton's room as soon as he is off his tube feeds."

"Where is he sleeping currently?"

"In Olivia's room. She has a crib in there for him." Alex spoke, and all Frank did was nod as he took notes.

Alex finished the tour, before going into Olivia's room with Frank. They found Cade sitting on the bed with his new foster brother held close.

"So, this is where you plan on keeping Clayton?" Frank asked, and Olivia nodded.

"Yes, sir. Just until he is off the feeding tube. Then I can get up and grab him when he needs me and then also be just steps away from his changing table."

"Olivia, this house is small."

"It has four bedrooms if you count the office that will be-"

"How often are you home?" Frank sighed, cutting Olivia off.

"I have weekends off lately, and I only work from seven in the morning to six at night. Alex or I get Cade and then come home and have dinner almost every night together."

"Will Ms. Cabot be the one taking care of both boys when you have to work overnight?" Frank questioned quickly.

"She will be helping... but Rafael is here all the time helping out and my sitter is amazing."

"So you are rarely here?" Frank sighed.

"Sir-"

"Mr. Munson, Olivia is an amazing mother. She has made an agreement with her boss to make sure she can spend weekends and nights here with Cade and Clayton now. I know that you are here to make sure that Clayton has a good home. A good foster mother... but you aren't even giving her a freaking shot. Don't cross her off before you even get to know her and how dedicated she is to Cade and now Clayton. So please, show yourself out and come back for your next visit with a more open mind." Rafael spoke loudly, as he stood his ground.

Frank left quietly, but everyone knew that he was pissed off at Rafael for standing up for Olivia. Olivia didn't know what to say, so she just made dinner for them all as Alex helped Cade hold Clayton again.

"Babe?" Rafael asked weakly as he walked into the kitchen.

"Please give me space..." Olivia trailed off, as she quickly brushed a tear from her cheek.

"Olivia, I'm so sorry... it's just that he has it out for you. He just wants to hurt you for some reason."

"I was involved with a case... Frank Munson was the caseworker for the kid that was killed. He hated that I kept going after him... that's why he is now Clayton's caseworker so he can get back at me. I'm going to lose that baby because of a case that happened before Cade was born and before Elliot and I were even foster parents." Olivia sniffled, as she turned around and looked at her boyfriend.

"I'm going to CPS tomorrow to discuss how he has been treating you. You are going to be treated fairly. Okay?"

"Rafael, it's never going to happen. So I'm going to finish making this pasta shit that Cade wants... and then I'll go pack a bag of stuff for Clayton when he leaves... and speaking of that... can you please go home for the night?" Olivia whispered.

"Are you angry at me?"

"No, I'm not. I'm angry at the world right now. So please kiss me and go home."

"I love you, Liv. I love you and those boys."

"We love you too... I just wish that I knew if Clayton would end up being our son..."
