Chapter 35

3 week has passed and Akiko has finally mastered aiming. She also mastered a moving target, standing on a moving log while sticking onto it with chakra and aiming. Basically all aiming. And then mastering the fire stuff. You could say she got really burnt. (AHahhahHhahHa-)

Nanako-Sensei also taught you some kenjutsu, jujutsu, and some medical skills that might be handy. And I tell you, bro. This was one hell of 3 weeks. It was crazy. And now the leaf will be having a new Hokage. Anyways. Akiko heard that the new Hokage was going to the hospital so she thought she would stop by too.

"Naruto!" Akiko yelled as she jumped down, seeing a familiar face while going to her destination.

"Akiko!" Naruto said.

"Are you coming for Sasuke and Lee?" He asked.

"Yep!" Akiko looked at the lady behind her. She had blonde hair and a purple diamond mark on her forehead.

"Who's that?" She whispered to Naruto. (Akiko only has read about Jiraiya.)

"That's the new Hokage...and guess what. She may look young but she's actually in her fifties!" Naruto said as Akiko's eyes widened. What- 😀 (Sarah was finally home. Kaiyu was so happy. Kaiyu, ni how. What? 😀 yea, that 'what')The four reached into Sasuke's room.

"Sakura-Chan, Sakura-chan!" Naruto yelled as he ran over to Sakura.

"Everything will be ok! I brought along an awesome person. Sasuke will be fine now!" He said. Sakura turned towards the old lady.

"I heard from Guy Sensei. Please save Sasuke." Sakura said and bowed.

"Leave it to me." The old lady said and looked at Sasuke who was asleep. She placed her hand on his head as a green aura surrounded it. Sasuke slowly woke up as he groggily opened his eyes.

"Sasuke!"

"Sasuke....."

"Sasuke." (Guess who is who .3.)

He slowly sat up. Sakura went over and hugged him as she cried on his shoulders. (Though there may be a little disgust in his eyes 😏) Naruto stood there, looking at Sakura's crying self and walked out of the room. Akiko followed.

"You know, fate can change." She said to Naruto.

"Hm?" He said, looking at Akiko, confused. Akiko only smiled. The four now walked to Kakashi's room.

"How disgraceful. To be taken down by just two insurgents. And here I thought you were a genius." The old lady said as she finished Kakashi.

"All right! Next one!" Akiko yelled. The four followed Guy Sensei.

"Lee! I brought Lady Tsunade here!" Guy said.

"I see...Naruto, Akiko! Don't you have better things to do then just dawdling around here?" tsunade asked. Naruto immediately left since he had an appointment with Iruka Sensei as Akiko just left. I mean, why not sleep?

She walked around the village of the hidden Leaf. I mean, she could visit Sasuke again. Akiko walked over to the flower shop that Ino's family ran.

"Ino, 2 daisies please." Akiko said.

"Ok!" Ino went over to get 2 daisies as Akiko went over, paid, and set off for the hospital once again. And while she was walking there, she caught her Sensei who was drunk. Yep, drunk.

".....I could care less." Akiko said and walked away. She entered Sasuke's room.

"Sasuke." She said as Sasuke looked at her. She smiled. She placed a daisy down on the table.

"Get well soon. I have a new technique I learned that I want to show you." She said and left.

"Now Lee." She walked towards Lee's room but Lee wasn't there. She looked around but no one was still there. She left the daisy and walked away. (Bro- I'm laughing at episode 101 PFFFFFFFT- BAHAHAHA, SASUKE, YOUR FACE-)

"Yes! New mission! I'm hyped up!" Naruto said.

"but where's Kakashi Sensei?" Sakura asked.

"Is he late as usual?" Naruto said.

"Probably."

"No, Kakashi won't be coming on this mission." A voice said. Lady Tsunade and her assistant, Shizune came in. Including the pig.

"Oh! It's old lady Tsunade!" Naruto and Akiko yelled.

"Don't call me old!" Tsunade said and sat down.

"Um, Hokage-Sama. What do you mean by Kakashi Sensei will not be coming?" Sakura asked.

"As you may already know, most of the Jonins including Kakashi are on different missions. This time, the three of you will have to execute the mission by yourselves. This is a B rank mission, escorting an important figure!" Tsunade said.

"An important figure...?"

"Of course the mission has the possibility of becoming an A-rank." Tsunade said.

"Then who are we protecting." Sasuke asked.

"Don't know."

"What do you mean 'don't know'?!" Naruto yelled.

"In the neighboring nation of the Land of the Tea, they have a dedication ceremony at the Todoroki Great Shrine once every four years. (SHOTOOOO) We've received a request to escort the runner who will be participating in the race that will be held there. But an assailant from the opponent's side attacked the messenger before they arrived here."

"Assailant?"

"Sorry but....I don't still quite understand this mission..." Sakura said.

"Well, you should get the details directly from Boss Jirocho." Tsunade instructed.

"Jirocho?"

"Boss Jirocho? Oh yea! The boss from last time!" Naruto said.

"Yep. Now that you four understand, depart immediatley! Get to the land of Tea immediately!"

The four began their mission as they arrived at the land of the tea.

"Ne, Sakura-Chan. Are you hungry?" Naruto asked.

"Well, now that you say that. Yea."

"Great! There's a teahouse right over there!" Naruto yelled as he ran over there. The four settled down as the old grandma setted down the tea on the table.

"Welcome!" She said.

"I'll have a sweet bean soup!" Naruto requested.

"I'll have Dango." Akiko said.

"Same here." Sakura said.

"How about you young man?" The lady asked.

"Jelly..."

"Ok, please hold on a minute." The old lady said and left. The boy sitting at another table got up.

"Having sweet bean soup when it's so nice outside. The ninja profession sure is carefree." The boy said. Akiko's red eyes flashed as she narrowed it at the boy.

"What did you say?" Naruto said.

"Things must really be peaceful for the Leaf Village. Such a dense looking bunch of guys..." He said and looked at the four.

"What!?" Naruto yelled at the boy and stood up.

"Hey, I didn't know there was such a cutie here. I take that the previous comment." The guy said to Akiko who ignored him.

"I'm Idate Morino. (Wait.....this name reminds me of someone from Ouran....) What's your name young lady?" Morino asked Akiko.

"Don't talk to Akiko in such a familiar tone!" Naruto yelled.

"Akiko....That's a good name. Hey, even a chance meeting is due to karma from a previous life. Why don't we talk about the future."

"The future..? what about it?" Akiko asked.

"I'm talking about you quitting the ninja life and become my bride..."

"No." She replied. Sasuke smirked.

"Hey! Why are you hitting on Akiko!" Naruto asked.

"Just Joking. But hey, you idiot. I hate ninjas! If you wander around the Land of Tea anymore, there'll be a price to pay!"

"Bring it on!" Naruto said. Sparks flew across the room as the two glared at each other.

"Hey Naruto!" Yelled Sakura.

"Ridiculous. (Utterly ridiculous!) We don't have time to waste on a hooligan. (I thought that said Hilichurl-)" Sasuke said.

"Shut up Sasuke! I'm not going to forgive a guy who makes fun of Shinobis! I'm going to punish..what?" The guy called Morino disappeared.

"Where did that guy run away to!?" Naruto yelled, jumping up and down.

"Here's your food." The old lady came out and served the food and left. The four ate quickly and began to run.

"He has incredible speed. He must have trained very hard." Sasuke said.

"Doesn't matter, we're definitely going to catch up to him!" Naruto yelled, determined. Morino ran.

"Heh, stupid ninjas. There is no way they're going to catch up with me!" he said. He then trips and falls.

"Hehe, serves you right." Naruto said as Morino looked shocked.

"You have some nerve, trying to run away from us." Sasuke said. He clenched his jaw.

"I'm so sorry!" He said and fell to his knees.

"Huh?"

"I'm sorry....I had my wallet stolen and was at a loss, then you guys showed up. So I did that!" He said. The four jumped down.

"You kinda feel sorry after hearing his story..." Sakura said as Akiko snickered.

"Such blunt lie." Akiko said. Something landed on Naruto's head as Morino got up and dropped his weights on his legs.

"Ready...Set..Go!" He dropped it, making dust fly everywhere as he took off. The four went after him once again.

"This guy will never learn." Akiko said and sighed.

"Such speed!" Sasuke said as Naruto and Sakura had trouble keeping up.

"No way! Even we can't keep up to him!" naruto said.

"Well....who said I couldn't?" Akiko asked. She didn't even sweat.

"I guess we can just let him off this once."

I have to take the state test tomorrow so I'll see if I can post. Not me writing this in the middle of my teacher explaining algebra- Oh shi- there goes my brain cells ;-;
