Chapter 10: Trial

After Giyu banged Sanemi (literally)  he was sore, Sanemi sat up from his futon placing his palm on the wall for support, he tried to get up, but to no avail he fell back down, "Ugh..." Sanemi groaned in annoyed, this woke up Giyu, "Sanem? Are you alright?" Giyu asked smirking "Im fine." Sanemi protested. 

(ID JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE DATING!! I CAN MAKE A SIDE STORY TO THE CONFESSION TOO) 

As Giyu got up, he took Sanemis hands, and propped him to his feet. "I'll prepare breakfast." Giyu stated before helping Sanemi to the living room. Giyu then started breakfast, he made some western food, Waffles; as Giyu placed the food on the table, he walked over to Sanemi, offering his hand. Sanemi took his hand, as he stood up, well at least tried.

As the two said their thanks they began to eat, but they were interrupted "CAW CAW CAW!! HASHIRA MEETING!! HASHIRA MEETING!!!" Kanzaburuo states, going the wrong way. "Kanzaburuo the wrong way.." Giyu sighs, "How are you going to hide your limp?" Giyu asks, "By walking it off, this happened because of you asshole!" Sanemi replies. The two knew to call eachother by last name around the other hashiras, and treat each other as they did beforehand.

Iguro knew he was going to be punished, he knew Kagaya was going to find out.

As the hashiras came one by one, finally, Giyu showed up, getting stares as he was almost late. "Ne Tomioka! Why are you so late? Is it perhaps...you didnt want to come?" Shitnobu questioned. Giyu gave his usual calm attire. "The master of the mansion, has arrived." The twins stated, as all the hashiras bowed, Kagaya smiles at them, "As some may know...Iguro Obanai, has been put on trial, for the attack of another fellow demon slayer." Kagaya's usual smile turns into a faint frown. "W-What?!" Some of the hashiras said in unison, "May Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kochou, Mitsuri Kanroji, please rise.." Kagaya requests, as the three hashiras stand up, everyone shift their gaze on them. "Now..please explain what happened." Kagaya demands, "Hai.." The three say in unison. "As you all know, Tomioka had snapped at us, not intentionally...he apologized to me and Kanroji, however. When he tried to apologize to Iguro, he was having none of it, in the middle of Tomioka apologizing, Iguro hit hm, he kept going, Tomioka didnt fight back...and ended up with injuries, bad ones if that." Shinobu informs, "Arigato Shinobu." Kagaya replies, Shinobu nods in response, "Now, as all know fighting or hurting other members of the Demon Slayer corps is taboo. So we will not be getting rid of Iguro, but he will be punished, is anyone willing to take this punishment?" Kagaya asks, "I will.." Giyu says, not wanting gto get Iguro in trouble, some of the hahiras look at him, Sanemi however wasnt so happy. "Very well then, plese go get them." Kagaya requests, as Amane does so, you can tell some are not so happy about whatever is going to happen, "So ill say this once more, this will be a beating, are you still up for it Giyu?" Kagaya questions, "Yes master..!" Giyu replies, "W-What?! Tomioka! You cant just do that! Im the one who is being held responsible!" Obanai protest's, however Giyu is already up there,  "Its alright Iguro.." Giyu replies, trying to calm him down.

((I just wanna say that there is a lot of violence in this next paragraph, as Giyu took Obanais beating, so hes going to be injured sorry))

As 3-5 people walked in, they approached Giyu, "Is this him?" One of them asks, Kagaya nodded in response, one of the men nods and gives a signal. The 5 take turns kicking, cutting, and punching Giyu.

"Ah-" Giyu silently screams, no tears, as one of them lifted up Giyus sleeves, they reveal the several cuts he had previously made a few nights ago, cutting over them once more, as Giyu looks up at them, a faint smile "More.." Giyu demands, those words were a mere whisper, but they heard him, the continued to cut his arms, "Thats enough." Kagaya demands, as the other hashiras look at GIyu, blood dripping from his arms, his head, and his legs, bruises everywhere, Sanemi had enough and he took Shinobu by her wrist and ran towards Giyu, picking him up and running to the butterfly mansion.

"Shit!" Sanemi screams, Shinobu trailing behind, "Im...sorry.." Obanai manages to say, he felt bad, Giyu flashed him a lazy smile, as he passed out. 

Late he woke up bandaged, "S-Sanemi?" He asks, Sanemi looks up at him, he smiled "Thank god.." Sanemi said, as Sanemi pulled Giyu into a warm embrace, he kissed his cheek "Who b-bandaged m-me?" Giyu questioned, "Kochou did, but she wouldnt let me see you until she finished bandaging you." Sanemi stated before giving the "Tch." Obanai walked in, his head held low, "M-May I speak to Tomioka..?" Obanai asks, Giyu nos in approval, before Sanemi heads out. "H-Hey Tomioka..look. Im sorry for what I did, when I saw what you did for me, taking my punishment, seeing you all bloody made me ralize how much of an asshole ive been to you." Obanai apologizes, "Its o-okay.." Giyu replies.

The two kept talking letting Sanemi enter, they had fun, they bonded really, well.

Eventually the time came when they broke the news,"Hey Iguro?" Giyu asks, Obanai turns his attention to Giyu, "Hm?" Obanai replies it was simple, Giyu fixed his gaze towards Sanemi, "Me and Shina, no Sanemi have something to tell you.." Giyu nervously responds, Obanai looks at Sanemi before looking back at Giyu, "And that would be?" Obanai asks, "Me and Sanemi have been...together for a few weeks now, and me and him thought it would be a good idea to tell you..we would like you to keep this a secret, especially around Kanroji.." Giyu replies. Obanai's eyes widened "Out of everyone you chose himmm??" Obanai asks in disbelif, Sanemi chuckles knowing Obanai was joking, "Yeah got a problem snake boy?" Sanemi laughs, "HaH?! Cum hair!" Obanai replys, Giyu giggles, but it doesnt go unnoticed, "Did you just laugh?" Obanai asks, Giyu went quiet, he nodded.

As time passed, the three of them got closer, they hung out almost everyday, they were a trio, however, theres never a happy ending to these storys...
