ELEVEN

Olivia walked into the squadroom and couldn't help but smile. She finally could be open and honest with her relationship, even if everything was progressing faster than any previous relationships.

"Rollins, can I see you in my office?" Olivia questioned as she tucked a brown lock of hair behind her ear.

"Of course, Sergeant." 

Olivia shut the door once Amanda entered her office, then she closed the blinds. Amanda watched Olivia and smiled when she turned to face her.

"Babe, what's happening?" Amanda whispered.

"It's official. We don't have to hide our relationship... like we can't be banging each other at work. But we don't have to keep things quiet," Olivia spoke, her face bright with a smile.

"R-really?"

"Really, Mandy. C'mere, baby," Olivia replied. They met halfway before sharing a few kisses. Olivia leaned back and brushed hair away from Amanda's neck.

"Now I can tell Dominick and Nick that I'm with you. Maybe they will finally back off," Amanda sighed. Olivia looked at her for a moment before stepping back and walking to her desk.

"You can go back to your desk," Olivia spoke, as she opened her laptop.

"Liv? What just happened?" Amanda asked. She was confused as to why Olivia was happy one second then upset the next.

"Rollins-"

"No! You don't get to shut me down like this! What is happening? Did I say something?!" Amanda questioned rapidly. Olivia took a slow breath and frowned deeply.

"Did you want to disclose our relationship because then you were free to tell Nick and Dominick? So you could use what we have to get them to back off?" 

Amanda shook her head and walked around Olivia's desk. She settled onto the edge of her desk before reaching out and caressing Olivia's freckled cheek.

"I didn't want to disclose just to get them to back off. Liv, I wanted to disclose so I didn't have to hide the fact I've had feelings for you for a long time. I love you, and I want others to know that I love you too."

Olivia kept her eyes down since she knew the moment she looked into Amanda's eyes, she'd be able to tell if she was lying. She didn't want to see the fact that Amanda was lying about loving her and her want to disclose.

"Liv, look at me," Amanda whispered. 

Olivia hesitantly met Amanda's eyes, as tears blurred her own.

"I love you, Olivia. I have loved you for a while, and it has developed from love that one friend feels for another... To a love that partners have for one another. I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you, even if it's against your will. We will take it slow, but I want you to know that you are stuck with me," Amanda breathed. Olivia nodded slowly before standing. She leaned down and kissed Amanda's lips.

"Now I'm telling you to get back to work because I have some paperwork to fill out and if I know you... you have a shit ton sitting out there."

A little after five, Dodds came down and hand delivered the relationship paperwork. Nick and Dominick watched closely as Amanda joined Olivia in her office.

"Is someone in trouble?" Nick asked as he entered Olivia's office without knocking.

"Excuse me? Did you forget to knock?" Olivia huffed as she kneaded her eyebrows together. 

"Why was Dodds here?" Nick asked, as Carisi joined them in the office.

"He had to give me some paperwork. That is all. Now get out of my office!" Olivia ordered, but her detectives didn't budge.

"Paperwork from your boss? Liv-"

"Here, read the damn paperwork if you two are going to douchebags about this all," Amanda huffed. She took the paperwork from Olivia's desk and shoved it into Nick's hands. On the top they had already written their names, so this was the way they disclose to the rest of the squad.

"This contract states that Sergeant Olivia Benson and Detective Amanda Rollins are in a disclosed relationship..." Nick trailed off.

Dominick looked at Amanda with tear-filled eyes, since this isn't what he had expected. When Amanda said she was in love with another, he was praying she was lying to him. Now he knew she hadn't been.

"You two are... together?" Nick asked.

"Yes, we are dating," Olivia replied plainly. Nick swallowed hard before turning to face Dominick.

"So you wouldn't date us, but you'd date her?" Dominick snapped. Amanda could tell he was heartbroken, but she can't live her life to make him and only him happy. She had done that for too long, and now she wanted to be happy. Happy with the woman she loved.

"It is my right to love who I want to love. Olivia has been nothing but amazing to me since we met, even letting me and my unborn child live in her apartment. I fell in love with her, and we finally acted on those feelings. Just because you aren't happy doesn't mean I can't be either. So why don't you and Nick get out of my girlfriend's office so we can continue what we were doing?" Amanda replied, coldly.

Nick passed the paperwork back to Amanda before grabbing Dominick's arm. He pulled Dominick from the room before Fin poked his head in.

"Fin-" Olivia started, but stopped when she saw Fin smiling.

"Congrats, baby girl. Actually, baby girls," He grinned.

"Congrats?" Amanda asked, as she absently rubbed her swell.

"Yeah, on the relationship. Carisi wasn't quiet when he was talking, so I found out. So yeah, congrats on being happy."

Olivia walked into the bedroom that used to be only hers, but now that she shared with Amanda.

"Do you want anything before I climb into bed?" Olivia questioned. Amanda shook her head before slipping under the blankets.

Olivia shut their bedroom door before slipping her robe off. She padded across the carpeted bedroom floor and climbed onto her side of the bed.

"Are you okay?" Olivia whispered as she reached out and caressed Amanda's cheek.

"Dominick probably won't even want to be my friend anymore..."

"Honey-"

"We were friends before we slept with each other. Now he's angry at me because I chose to be in a relationship with you instead of him," Amanda whispered.

"He will come around to the idea of us being together. He just needs time. Now, c'mere," Olivia breathed. Amanda slipped closer to Olivia before leaning close and kissing her softly.
