Chapter 16

Echo POV

"So wait you're saying that Beck got jealous during your trip?" Jade asked when we met at school since I stayed with Beck until school started and here we are.

"Yeah." I say chuckling as Beck rolls his eyes.

"It was only one time." Beck says.

"Don't fight it bro, just accept it." Erik says making me chuckle and nodded.

"So you had fun?" Jade asked.

"Yeah, we went to the beaches, to the pools, jacuzzis and we got a whole room to ourselves.. plus Danny was pretty cool." I say smirking and glancing at Beck.

"Who's Danny?" Erik asks.

"My cousin." Beck answers.

"Nicely played." Jade says as we high five each other and link arms going to class.

"I knew you'd get me." I say chuckling as we walked to class.

"Well yeah we're evil." She says making me chuckle opening the door and we walked in taking our seats next to each other as Erik took a seat next to her and Beck next to me both me and Jade placing our legs on their laps. Soon the classroom started filling and suddenly Tori asked a random question.

"Ok if you had to keep the internet or one of your feet?" Tori asks.

"Foot." Cat says first.

"Foot." Andre says.

"Foot." Me and Jade answer at the same time.

"Foot." Erik answers while Beck raises his legs and looks at it.

"See ya foot." He says stomping it on the ground as I chuckle.

"Really? You'd all give up a foot to keep the internet?" Tori asks.

"Totally." Beck says.

"Wouldn't you?" Cat asks.

"You love the internet." Andre says.

"I know but my foot is a part of my body and the internet is.. yeah bye foot." I chuckle shaking my head curling my legs a bit to get closer to Beck resting my head on his shoulder as the bell rings and the teacher walks in.

"Alright future super stars take your seats because at this point in your lives I am in charge of you. Come on hurry up, we've got some excitement today." The teacher says.

"Yey I love excitement!" Cat says making me smile.

"Who doesn't love excitement?" Tori asks.

"Damien." Cat says pointing to the creepy kid next to Tori.

"She's right.. Tori." Tori takes her seat and moves a little farther away from him.

"Okay so today instead of discussing the differences-" The teacher got cut off as Robbie walked into the classroom all sweaty and.. is he missing a shoe?

"Hi, sorry I'm late, sweaty and out of breath." Robbie says walking in.

"Somebody get me some coffee." Rex says.

"Robbie just sit down." The teacher says.

"Why are you late?" Tori asks.

"Cause my uncle Marty gave me this old car, which I was really psyched about, except it keeps breaking down. And on my way here the motor died in the middle of a really bad neighborhood, now don't get me wrong. I like all people, but look a mean guy took my left shoe and Rex's!" Robbie complained.

"Put my foot down." Rex says.

"Ok let's all shut up and let teacher talk. Now I bet you're all familiar with the short film called 'Butterface'." The teacher starts as a chorus of 'yes' and 'yeah's were heard around the room.

"Oh my god I've watched that movie online like a billion times." Tori says.

"Who hasn't?" Jade asked rudely.

"Well I'm glad you're all aware of the film because I'd like you to meet the director of 'Butterface'." The teacher says.

"No way!" Andre says.

"Don't tease me." Jade says.

"A former student of mine, Dale Squires." The teacher says as the guy walks onto the teacher podium and the class starts clapping but I just lay my head on Beck's shoulder as he claps.

"Okay, Dale the podium is all yours." 

"Nice, I've always wanted a Plexiglas podium." Dale says making the class laugh.

"Uh, what happened to your shoe?" He asked Robbie.

"Oh, it was taken by street toughs." Robbie answers.

"Hey, is it true you're gonna be directing Johnny Depp's new movie?" Tori asks raising her hand.

"Uh, looks that way yeah." Dale answers for murmurs to go around the class.

"That even excites me." We all look at Damien as the ones closest to him took their seats and moved them away much like Tori did before. And out of nowhere this crowd just tries to come inside with Trina in the front. But soon the teacher told them to leave if they weren't in this class and they all left except for Trina of course which left after Tori told us that she peed on Santa Clause she she was little.

I spaced out after that not really interested in what Dale was explaining our saying just hugging Beck as he rubbed my arm and kissed my head once in a while playing with my hair until the teacher explained the reason why he was here.

"Well Chris asked me if I'd help you guys make a short film, kind of like a class project." Dale says and everyone started to get excited, even Beck looked pumped.

"And you'll directed?" Tori asks.

"Is that cool with you?" Dale ask her.

"Uh, that's very cool with me, Dale Squires. So what kind of movie are we gonna make?" Tori answers/asks.

"I don't know. I was thinking something maybe intense, scary." Dale answers.

"Like Jade?" I move my body back getting closer to Beck knowing Jade would swing something at the mean puppet and I was right she hits him with her notebook knocking him out.

"You knocked him unconscious!" Robbie says and I glance at Jade to see her smile satisfied.

"Hey Beck, maybe we could rework that one act play you wrote last semester." The teacher asks and I look at Beck.

"Yeah, I'd be into that." Beck says.

"Oh and I talked to the guy in the biz, he's gonna let us use professional film cameras, lights, whatever we need." Dale says.

"Where are we gonna film?" Andre asks.

"Oh, we can shoot it at my house!" Tori says.

"Alright, I think we're making a movie." Dale says as everyone clapped and I smiled happy that Beck's play was gonna be the one used for this. Until my eyes landed on Trina.. how the hell did she get there?!
