3 Months Later

"That was for today, see you next week." Mr. Clark walk off from the classroom.

I take my bag and about to walk out but suddenly my stomach doesnt feel really good.

"B, you still want me accompany you to buy Sam's birthday gift?" Larissa asks me.

I really wanna vomit. I look at my clock and it's 10am. I didnt answer Larissa but make a little run until I got the nearest girls toilet.

I found the empty closet and vomit there. Damn! This morning sickness. I really hate this but I cant avoid this.

I went out from that closet and look at myself in the vastavel mirror as Larissa frowns at me.

"You sick?" Larissa frowns at me.

I shake my head. "No, I'm fine."

"B, did you pregnant?" Larissa asks curiously.

I sigh and nodded. "Yeah, it's been two weeks I got morning sickness like this."

"Oh my gosh! Did Sam already know about this?" Larissa asks excitedly.

"I havent. Tomorrow is his birthday so I'm about to surprise him with this but I throw my pregnancy test away." I chuckle.

"God, you will be a young beautiful mom." Larissa chuckle. "Do you already check out to the doctor?"

"Not yet but I already make an appointment today. So would you accompany me today?" I grin at Larissa.

"I will accompany this pregnant mom to wherever she wants." Larissa chuckles.

"Alright, I already make an appointment at eleven and I guess we can take a cab to get there then we can buy a birthday cake and some gift for Sam since tomorrow is his birthday."

"You have to pay me a lunch." Larissa simply said.

"Yes but accompany me please because I really want to go out with a girl." I laugh.

"Fine, for the pregnant mom and the unborn baby." Larissa chuckles as we walk together.

Yes, I'm pregnant. It's been two weeks I got my morning sickness but since Sam is busy with his new commercial project and he usually went home late and woke up later than me so he didnt notice that I got morning sickness like everyday.

I havent tell Blaine or Kurt also. I want to make this as a surprise besides tomorrow is Sam's birthday and I want to surprise him with my pregnancy result.

It's been three months Sam and I married and we still live in New York. He had his work here and I'm still have my college but when my unborn baby growing up, maybe I will take online course until the baby born. I really cant wait for this.

Blaine and Kurt also still living in the same apartment with us and I guess no one of them notice this since they usually stay for a night in Bushwick to take care their unborn baby with Rachel.

According to Rachel's pregnancy which already five months. The unborn baby is a girl. And I dont know what's mine. Not yet because it didnt show off but I hope that it will be a twin baby like what Sam wants.

Larissa and I enter the cab and we will go to the doctor and see my unborn baby. I cant wait for this and tell this to Sam actually.

"Be careful, sir. You bring a pregnant mom here." Larissa says to the driver.

"Alright ma'am." The driver nod and drive carefully.

I turn my face at Larissa and she just giggle at me. I just can roll my eyes and strokes my belly. That's why I feel fatter these days and I eat more that the usual.

One hour later

I pay the cab and then enter the hospital. I already make an appointment since three days ago by email.

"Excuse me." I called the receptionist.

"Good morning. How can I help you?" The receptionist smiles at me.

"I already made an appointment with Dr. Frank to check out my pregnancy." I said to the receptionist.

"Let me see." The receptionist turns her face to the computer. "With Mrs. Bianca Evans?" The receptionist asks me.

"Yes I am." I nod.

"Well, Dr. Frank already waiting for you in his office on the third floor." The receptionist smiles at me.

"Thank you so much." I smile back at her.

"You're welcome." She smiles at me.

I turn my face to find a lift until I got it. Larissa and I walk to the lift to get to the third floor.

"Sometimes I wanna protest when they call me Bianca Evans not Bianca Anderson but at the end that I realized I'm married to Sam Evans and he changed my last name." I chuckle.

"B, you and him already married since three months ago." Larissa rolls her eyes.

"Yeah I know that." I giggle.

Larissa just chuckle until we enter the lift and I press number three. We went out from the lift as we got to the third floor. I look around to find Dr. Frank's office until I found it.

"You want to wait in here or get in with me?" I ask Larissa.

"I better wait here because I'm not ready to have a baby like you." Larissa chuckles.

"Alright. I'll be back." I chuckle and knock the office door.

"Come in!" A voice yells inside.

I open the door and smiling. "Excuse me, Dr. Frank I already make an appointment with you three days ago."

"Oh yeah Mrs. Evans. Have a seat." Dr. Frank smiles at me.

"Thank you." I giggle and sit down in front of his desk.

"How can help you, Mrs. Evans? I though you already an old woman." Dr. Frank chuckles.

"I'm twenty but I'm married since three months ago and I want to check out my prrgnancy because it's been two weeks I got morning sickness and my pregnancy test said that I'm pregnant." I said.

"Well, you can lay your body on that bed." Dr. Frank points to the bed. I nod and walk to the bed. I lay my body on the bed and he lift my shirt a bit to show my stomach. "This gel might be little bit cold." Dr. Frank says and put a gel into my belly and a scanner.

"How?" I ask curiously.

"According to this you're pregnant and the unborn baby already one month old." Dr. Frank says as he look at the screen.

"But I got my morning sickness since two weeks ago." I frown at him.

"It usually happened. You got pregnant but you dont realize it even there are some cases that you dont know you're pregnant until the baby bump show up." Dr. Frank says to me.

"What about the baby gender?" I ask.

"We cant see that now. But you can come back here two months to go and I'll tell you your unborn baby gender." Dr. Frank smiles at me.

"Can I get the sonogram to surprise my husband? I havent tell him about this and I want to surprise him." I giggle.

"Sure. Just wait." Dr. Frank says and walks back to his table.

I stand up from the bed and walk back to the seat in front of his table. "Oh can you make the copy and send it to Ohio Medical Center for Dr. Anderson, DDS. Please?" I ask.

"You have insurance to that hospital, ma'am?" Dr. Frank asks me.

"That's my dad's hospital and Dr. Anderson is my father and I want to surprise him with this." I giggle.

"Well, just write down the address in this paper and I'll send this sonogram there this afternoon." Dr. Frank give me a paper.

I write down dad's hospital address to surprise him that I'm pregnant and I'm carrying his grandchild. And I really want to labour in that hospital soon.

"Here." I give the paper back to Dr. Frank.

"And here is your sonogram." Dr. Frank give me a cd.

"Wow I though it would be a photo." I chuckle.

"If you want to make a photo compression you can." Dr. Frank says to me.

"No thank you. This is enough." I smile at him.

"Congratulations Mrs. Evans. You just need to be more take care with yourself and dont be too tired. This is your vitamin receipt and you can take that from the drug stroke on the first floor." Dr. Frank smiles at me and give me a receipt.

"Thank you so much." I smile at him.

"You're welcome." Dr. Frank smiles at me.

I went out from his office until Larissa suddenly stand up from her seat and raises her eyebrows at me.

"How?" Larissa asks excitedly.

"I'm pregnant. It's already one month old. I cant wait to tell Sam about this." I said happily and hug Larissa.

"God, congratulations! I'm happy for you." Larissa hug me back.

I pull her body away and smile at her. "Thank you so much."

"And how about the gender?" Larissa ask excitedly.

"In the next two months, you'll know that. For now, lets find some birthday stuff for my husband." I giggle.

"I hope it will be a girl." Larissa says to me.

"Sam really wants a twin baby. Doesnt care the baby is boy or girl but he really want twin baby." I said to Larissa.

"Of course because he can get two babies at the same time." Larissa rolls her eyes.

"I just need to tell someone in dad's hospital to send me some vitamins and pregnant book. And I have to keep this little tiny human in my body." I grin at Larissa.

"I'm happy for you." Larissa smiles at me.

I just chuckle and walk off with her to the mall and buy some stuff to celebrate a birthday party for Sam this midnight.

I enter my empty apartment. I look at the clock and it's already 6pm and nobody's home. I take my phone from my bag and Blaine told me that him and Kurt will stay for a night in Bushwick. It will be a great night to surprise Sam.

I walk to my room and place all these birthday stuff there and hide it. I change my clothes into a simple one then place some pregnancy milk in the cupboard and it means that I'm not allowed to eat potato chips too much.

Suddenly my phone is ringing. I look at the screen and got a call from Sam.

"Baby, I have a meeting and I might be go home late. Is it okay?" Sam asks me.

"Yeah, Blaine and Kurt stay in Bushwick tonight. I just got home." I answer.

"I promise you that right after I finish my work. I'll go home. Take care. If you hungry just order some food. I love you so much."

"You too." I hung up the phone.

Great that I have enough time to prepare this before midnight. I start to decorate this apartment with alphabet balloons wrotes 'happy birthday, daddy Sam' hangin on the roof.

I take the cake and place it on the refrigerator. Since I bought a cheese ice cream cake so I have to save it in the refrigerator and it wont be melt.

It's just half but I'm already tired. Yes I easily get tired these days. I take a box with the cd sonogram inside and place it on the minibar table where I will place the cake and champagne there later.

Maybe a little rest will be fine. I lay my body on the sofa and turn on the TV until my eyes closing and I fell asleep.

Sam's POV

I look at my watch and it's already midnight. 12.15am. I never go home this late and Bianca must be alone and already sleeping inside.

I take the key from my bag and unlock my apartment door. The lamp is still turning on and Bianca is fell asleep on the sofa with the tv is on. Right, she is been waiting for me.

I look around until I see a bottle of champagne on the minibar table, a birthday cake, also a gift box. I turn my face until I see some alphabet balloons hangin on the roof write 'happy birthday, daddy Sam' how cute is this.

She always be the first one who remember my birthday and I know that she want to surprise me with this but she fell asleep because she was waiting for me.

I walk to her and strokes her hair and kisses her softly. She is the best thing in my life and I just really love her.

Bianca's POV

Suddenly a soft lips crash my lips and kisses me softly and wake me up. I open my eyes slowly and Sam is smiling at me and strokes my hair.

"Sam, you home?"

"Yes, baby. You must be waiting for me again." Sam strokes my hair.

"Ugh what time is it?" I rub my eyes.

"Almost 12.30am, why? Move to our room or you will be freezing sleeping here." Sam kisses my forehead.

I suddenly sit up and frown. "How long I've been sleeping here? God, I'm forget!"

"I dont. I just went home and found you sleeping here and I know that you must be waiting for me." Sam frowns at me.

"Dont tell me that you already see that cake and that balloons and anything else." I sigh.

"You were about to surprise me?" Sam raises his eyebrows at me.

"But I always can make a surprise for you because you always can find out." I sigh and groan.

"Hey, this is beautiful. I dont even remember that today is my birthday but you always remember that." Sam hold my hand.

"Actually I have one more surprise and I bet you dont know what is that." I smirk at him and walk to the minibar table and take the cake. And light up the candle. "But for now, make a wish first." I chuckle and bring the candle to him.

Sam close his eyes and seems like he wish for something until he open his eyes and blow up the candle then kisses my forehead.

"Happy birthday to someone who will be a dad for my children soon." I smile at Sam.

"You're the best wife ever. I love you so much." Sam smiles at me and cup my cheeks then kisses me softly.

I just smile at him and place the cake on the minibar table then take something from my room. Sam really loves Macaroni arts so I secretly learn macaroni arts from my lecture in arts club and I draw his face.

"Open it. And read the card." I give Sam the frame cover with paper gift.

Sam look excited then open the paper then turn his face at me and smiles at me. "Wow you made this? Baby, this is beautiful. Thank you so much." Sam hug me tight.

"One of my lecture in my arts club know about macaroni arts so she taught me how and I hide it in my room since we never sleep there so you cant find it." I giggle.

"This is really surprise me." Sam chuckles.

"Read the card." I grin.

Sam take the card and read it. "Happy birthday to the most adorable man in my life. I hope that everything you wish will be come true this year. Thanks for being born and be here with us. Lots of love your wife and a little tiny who call you dad in the next eight month?" Sam frowns at the last words.

"You need to open this." I give the box with the cd sonogram inside to Sam.

"What is this, baby?" Sam frowns at me and show me the cd.

I take my laptop and place it on the minibar table and put the cd inside. "Now, you press play." I smile at Sam.

Sam just frown at me until he press the play button until a baby sonogram is playing and I can see clearly what inside my belly now. Sam turns his face at me and raise his eyebrows.

"Isnt this baby sonogram? Babe, you pregnant?" Sam asks excitedly.

I just nodded and smile at him. "One month old."

Sam suddenly hug me tight and swing me around until he cant stop kisses me and smiles at me.

"God, this is the best birthday gift that I ever got." Sam smiles at me.

"I'm sorry, I hide it from you. Actually since two weeks ago I got morning sickness until yesterday I went to doctor with Larissa and the doctor said that our unborn baby already one month old so I made this as a surprise for you." I giggle.

"I love you so much. You're carrying my baby now." Sam kisses my forehead. "Actually I know you woke up earlier than me and you usually had breakfast with a mint tea but I though you were in period but I was wrong. You're having my baby." Sam pinch my nose.

"I just hope that it will be a twin baby like what you want." I chuckle.

"You know what? I've been wish for you to get pregnant and my wishes come true and I also wish that I will get twin baby." Sam chuckles.

"Lets celebrate this with this champagne." I chuckle and pour the champagne to a glass and give it to Sam.

"And a glass of water for the pregnant mom." Sam chuckles and give me a glass of water.

We sit down on the seat in front of minibar table and toast our drink and chuckle at each other. I cant believe that in the next eight month we will have someone that complete our lifes.

"I think I better go back to sleep because the baby want to sleep." I'm yawning and stand up from the seat.

"I'll clean this dishes. You can sleep." Sam says to me.

I walk to the bathroom and brush my teeth. After that I walk enter Sam's room and sit down on his bed with my back against the wall. Since we are married, I slept with him here and my room is empty maybe I use ny room only for take a nap alone and study there also change my clothes.

Maybe after our baby born we will life in a new apartment with our own family.

Sam walks in enter the room and change his shirt with a simple tshirt and short pants then jumps to the bed. I look at his laptop and looking for some pregnant website to give me some informations.

"Hey sweetie pie, I'm your daddy and you can see me in the next eight month and I cant wait for that." Sam chuckles and strokes my belly.

"Sam, you happy with this?" I ask Sam.

"Never been happier than today." Sam smiles at me.

"I havent tell my brothers but I send the sonogram to my dad's office and I guess he can understand that." I giggle.

"I will call my parents and tell them about this." Sam chuckles. "Because this baby will be their first grandchild." Sam says and strokes my belly.

I just chuckle and close his laptop then place it on the side table and lay my body on his bed. Sam pulls the blanket to cover our body until he make aslant facing me and strokes my belly then kisses my forehead.

I close my eyes and fall asleep with my unborn baby and Sam hugs us. Such a warm one.

It's Friday and I got day off also Sam. So we both decided to stay in our apartment and he become more over protective to me.

"Sam, sing again." I said to him.

"I'm singing for our baby not you." Sam rolls his eyes.

"It's mean you sing for both of us. Come on, I feel sleepy." I said to Sam.

Sam sighs and put his hand around my belly and sing a song. "You know you love me, I know you care. Just shout whenever and I'll be there." Sam singing and strokes my belly.

"Daddy, you make me feel sleepy." I'm yawning.

"The one who is sleepy is your mom not you." Sam rolls his eyes.

Suddenly the door bells rings. Sam stand up from the sofa and walk to the door. I just lean my head on the headboard. This baby really make me feel easily sleepy and tired.

"Surprise!!" Mom and dad walks in.

"Mom? Dad?" I raise my eyebrows.

"A baby sonogram from New York came to my office yesterday. I though that it was from Blaine about his unborn baby but I asked the doctor from prrgnancy unit and she said that the unborn baby is only a month old meanwhile Blaine's unborn baby is already five months old so we came here." Dad explains.

"Honey, you gave a code to your dad to tell him you're pregnant?" Mom raises her eyebrows at me.

I giggle. "Yes, I just checked out that day then I told the doctor to sent it to dad's office."

"She even told me in the midnight right on my birthday." Sam says and give mom and dad drink.

"So she kept it for one month?" Dad asks Sam.

"She did." Sam answer and go back sit down next to me.

"At first I though my unborn baby only two weeks old but I was wrong. It's one month old." I roll my eyes.

"My daughter will be a mom soon." Mom chuckles.

"You already buy pregnant milk and vitamin and anything else?" Dad asks me.

"Yes, dont worry, dad." I giggle.

"This is such a comfortable place to stay." Mom says as she look around.

"I choose the right one for them to stay." Dad says proudly.

"You both will stay right? You can sleep in my bedroom. Blaine and Kurt didnt come home since two days ago and stayed in Bushwick." I said to them.

"So they didnt know?" Mom asks.

I shake my head. "Nope."

"We know that!" Blaine and Kurt suddenly walks in. "Sam cant lie to me and he told me." Blaine says.

"Where were you both?" Dad asks.

"Bushwick. Sing a song for our unborn baby." Blaine giggles.

"But now we are back to sing a song for another unborn baby." Kurt chuckles and sit down next to me. "How is the baby gender?" Kurt asks me.

"In the next two month we can see that." I said to Kurt.

"If the baby not twin babies, you die, Sam! You die!" Blaine points at Sam.

"Blaine, stop it." I roll my eyes.

"If our baby is not a girl, you die, Blaine." Kurt said to Blaine.

"Sam really wants twin babies and Kurt really wants a baby girl. So if when the baby come out with wrong gender. We can blame these two dads." I said.

"Agree with you." Kurt nodded at me.

"Why us?" Blaine protest.

"Because you both are the one who made Bianca and Rachel pregnant." Dad said and stand up from his seat. "Which one is the bathroom?" Dad asks us.

"Right across my room." I answer.

"Sam, you really want twin babies? You should ask me and I will tell you how to get twin baby boy and girl." Mom chuckles.

"I asked my dad actually." Sam laughs.

I turn my face and frown at Sam. "What the things you asked your dad?" I frown.

"Secret. It was a man to man talk." Sam grins.

"You will stay until when, mom?" Blaine asks.

"We will back until this Sunday. I'm tired because the plane got delayed." Mom sighs.

"You can take a rest in my room, mom." I said to mom.

"Alright. Which one?" Mom asks.

"The one right across the bathroom. Dad just got there." Blaine says.

"Alright wake me up before the dinner time." Mom says to us and walks off with her bag.

"Talking about my sister-in law pregnancy actually I can guess that because I caught you got morning sickness about three days. You vomit and you avoid drink milk but want a herbal tea." Kurt says to me.

"I didnt know about that." Blaine frowns.

"Me too." Sam nod.

"What kind of father are you both, huh?" Kurt rolls his eyes.

"By the way Kurt and I decided to give our baby's last name with Anderson. Rachel told us that her real father is Hiram and Berry it was his last name so we did the same thing." Blaine says.

"Kurt fine with this?" I turn my face at Kurt.

"I'm just like LeRoy Berry. But now I changed my name with Kurt Anderson." Kurt chuckles. "Anyway, only Blaine who can did that and he is my husband so I follow what he said." Kurt says to me.

"You guys already plan the name?" Sam asks.

"Not yet." Blaine shake his head.

"If your unborn baby is really a girl, name her Belle. It's from French and it means beautiful in English. Then the middle name is Jolie which mean happy." I said to Blaine.

"Belle Jolie Anderson. Sounds a beautiful name." Kurt smiles at me.

"Baby, how could you come out with a beautiful baby name?" Sam raises his eyebrows at me.

"I read the baby website you ever red." I chuckle.

"B, that's a cool name. You gave me an inspiration." Blaine grins.

"At the end her name meaning is a beautiful happiness from Anderson's. You know that when I was ten I really wish my name was Belle not Bianca." I chuckle.

"But Bianca is such a beautiful name." Kurt says to me.

"She got a Germanic first name, Greek middle name and Greek last name and I got Scottish first name." Blaine protest.

"Really?" Kurt frowns.

"Yes, Bianca is the white one fron Germanic, Denise is like a gift from God and Anderson is my dad's last name. So when my dad said that I'm his christmas gift is true, because you can see from my name." I said to Kurt.

"Dad happy because he finally got a baby girl." Blaine rolls his eyes.

"Stop talking about baby's name. I'm thinking about my unborn baby's name now. Twin babies name." Sam grins.

"Like you already know what gender of your unborn baby is." Blaine says to Sam.

"Blaine, just let this father do what he want to do." I said to Blaine.

"You see that I have the best wife in the world." Sam kisses my forehead.

"Kurt, you wanna watch movie in our room or not?" Blaine raises his eyebrows at Kurt and enter his room.

"Coming, baby!" Kurt stand up from the seat and enter Blaine's room.

I move my body and lean my back aginst Sam's chest and facing the tv until Sam turns on the tv then strokes my belly.

"I wish this baby will be twin baby." Sam kisses my forehead.

"Sing a song, Sam. So I can fall asleep." I said to Sam.

Sam still put his hand on my belly then strokes my belly. "You cant go to the bed without a cup of tea. And maybe that's the reason when you talk in your sleep..."

Sam still singing and strokes my belly when I lean my head on his chest and close my eyes while he is singing for me and our unborn baby.
