*Alyssa's p.o.v*

I woke up to find Ash already dressed.

"Hey," he said, grinning at me

"Hiya," I replied. "How come you're up so early?" Ashton wasn't one to wake up early, he could probably sleep all day

"Helping Luke out with something," Ashton replied simply

"What something?" I asked curiously

"Ah, I can't tell you that," Ashton winked

"Why not?" I replied

"Secret!" Ash laughed

"Sometimes, I really don't like you," I informed him and left the room. As I wandered into the bathroom, I checked my phone to see I had a text.

Hey, what you doing today?xx

I quickly replied seeing as she sent it an hour ago and I didn't want her to think I was ignoring her.

Nothing, you?xx

She replied almost immediately

Me and Zoe are going to Starbucks later, want to come with?xx

Straight away another text popped up

We were also thinking about getting our nails done?xx

Sounds good, what time?xx

I checked the time to see that it was currently 11 o clock. ( I know I said that Ash woke up early, but for him, this is early). I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a piece of toast. As I sat down at the kitchen table, I saw a magazine with four very familiar faces on. Pulling it towards me, I saw Ash and the boys all grinning at the camera. Wow, Luke looked hot! I flipped open the article and began to read.

By the time I had finished, it was half 11. I went back upstairs, and went into the bathroom to have a shower. When finishing in there, I wandered into mine and Ash's room to decide what to wear. Ash was no longer there - he had left earlier to help with Luke's mysterious project - so the room was empty. It took me ages to decide what to wear but I eventually decided on a flowery patterned skater skirt, a pink halter top and my white converse. By now it was 12:45 so I decided to watch some "Friends" before I had to set out to meet Phoebe and Zoe.

*Luke's p.o.v*

I was so nervous, yet so excited for tonight. I had everything planned, I just needed the boys help to set it all up. I knew that Phoebe and Zoe were taking Alyssa out today so I could prepare so I decided to drop Zoe a quick text.

Course, but I'm nervous as hell!x

*Zoe's p.o.v*

I have no idea why Luke wanted Alyssa to get her nails painted red or what on earth he was planning on doing tonight, I just knew he needed me and Phoebe to stall Alyssa. I checked the time and saw that it was 1:40. I decided to set off to meet the girls. But before I did, I had to text Luke.

I'm just leaving to meet the girls so Ash's house should be empty soon. Good Luck!x

*Luke's p.o.v*

I received a text from Zoe that Ash and Alyssa's house would be empty soon so I made my way over, as it took 15 minutes to get there. I had a rucksack on my bag which held everything I would need for tonight. When I arrived, I pulled my keys out my pocket and unlocked the door. (Yes, me and the boys each have a key to the other's houses, we practically live with each other, okay?) Making sure the coast was clear, I began to set up my plan

*Alyssa's p.o.v*

I was currently sat in Starbucks with Phoebe and Alyssa, just well, gossiping basically.

"Ooh, we should go, it's almost time for our nail appointment," Zoe said suddenly, checking her watch

"Okay, let's go, then," I replied and the three of us stood up and left the coffee shop.

It was only short walk to the nail salon and me and the girls were currently deciding on what colours to get.

"I might go for a pink..." Zoe said thoughtfully

"Mm, pink would suit you," I replied and Phoebe nodded her head in agreement

"Pink it is then!" Zoe said, picking the bottle off the shelf and sitting down.

"What about you, Alyssa?" Phoebe asked me

"I don't know, I was thinking maybe a blue?" I suggested

"Ooh, this sky blue would look really nice!" Phoebe replied, pointing to one of the bottles

"It's a very nice colour!" I said. "What do you think, Zoe?"

"No, I think you should get red!" Zoe replied, quickly

"Why?" I asked confused

"Because red suits you really well," Alyssa replied. "Don't you agree, Phoebe?"

I saw Phoebe and Alyssa exchange a look and then Phoebe said quickly: "Yes, that red would look lovely on you!"

"Okay; red it is, I guess," I said, confused about what the look was about. We all sat down at separate tables and chatted while we had our nails done. Phoebe in the end had chosen a deep purple colour.

By the time we'd finished having our nails done, it was 4:45

"Crap, I just remembered I need to be home at 5!" Zoe said suddenly

"Me too!" Phoebe exclaimed

"I'll text you later, Alyssa!" The two of them chorused and ran home.

Hm. That was weird.

I walked home alone. When I reached the house, I found a note stuck to the door with my name on

To Alyssa (I read)

When you go inside, follow the rose petals to find your next note xx

Confused, I opened the door. The hallway was dark, lit only by a line on candles going upstairs and somewhere down the hall, and strings of fairy lights draped over the banister. More confused than ever, I looked down and saw a long trail of rose petals disappearing upstairs. I slipped my converse off and followed them curiously. They led into my bedroom and I pushed the door open to find the next note stuck on my wardrobe door.

To Alyssa,

So you listened to the first note! Inside, you'll find a dress and a pair of shoes. Put them on and then follow the candles to find you're next clue xx

Wondering if this was some prank that the boys were playing on me, I cautiously pulled open my wardrobe waiting for something to jump out at me.

But nothing came.

Instead I saw a dress, hanging up. I took the hanger off the rail and looked at the dress. It was a gorgeous deep red colour that matched my nails. It had one thick strap going over the left shoulder and a black empire waistband. It would hug my body and stop mid-thigh. It was so simple, yet so beautiful. Sitting in the floor in my wardrobe was a pair of shiny, black stiletto heels. Still confused, but now kind of excited to find out what was happening, I slipped on the dress and shoes to find that they both fitted perfectly. I also brushed my hair and reapplied my make up. I then headed out my room, following the candles back downstairs and into the kitchen. Here I found my third note, sat on the kitchen with a rose.

To Alyssa,

You're almost done! Pick up the rose and head outside!

Feeling more excited than I did before, I picked up the rose (which was beautiful!) and headed outside where I could here soft violin music playing. I heard a very quiet switch being flicked and then suddenly the garden was illuminated with more fairy lights, strung from the trees, the bushes, and, well, everything! I looked around, confused and then a figure came out of the shadows. I recognised him straight away, and it was only when he came closer that I realised that he was wearing a tux

"Luke?" I asked. "You did this?"

"I did," Luke chuckled

"Why?" I said, confused

"Because," he said softly, walking forward and taking one of my hands, making my breath catch in my throat.

"Because..?" I asked, trying to breath steadily

"Because," Luke said, playing with my fingers. "I want to ask you on a date tonight,"
