Part 7

Next Morning

Sunlight was spread in the room  disturbing the sleep of y/n, she wiggles and snuggles more into the blanket half awake but then suddenly something strikes in her mind and  she sits straight on the  bed. She looks around and  finds that Taehyung has already left.

She huffs in relief but then she remembers how close were they last night, her face gets flushed red after remembering the incidents of last night, that how safe  she was feeling in his embrace calming down slowly by his words, his  actions and his scent.

Y/N - ( puts her face in her palms) Shit! Now how will I face him.

Taehyung - Why are you staring at me  like that? ( still working on his laptop)

Junkook - because today  you are smiling more often  and happy more than usual days. ( still staring) and I remember neither we have cracked a big deal nor got a big project in last two three days. Then what is the reason for your happiness?

Taehyung doesn't reply

Junkook - Oh now I understand. ( teasing smile)

Taehyung glances at him and immediately looks away at his  laptop's  screen.

Taehyung - w-what? What do you understand?

Junkook - Acting like as if you don't know what I mean

Taehyung gulps and his cheeks turn red

Taehyung - I-it's not like w-what you are thinking.

Junkook - Then what is it

Taehyung - (looks at him) yeah! concentrate on your work. And why are you so much interested in knowing it by the way?

Junkook - because ofcourse then I will have to plan my marriage accordingly as  I don't want my nephew/niece to play alone, they should get a company too ( wiggles his eyebrows)

Taehyung - Aishhh ( he chuckles)  No its nothing like what you are thinking ( his face all red)

On the phone

Shin - Really! He is blushing since morning.

Shin - oh finally my ynie will get her prince charming * fake crying *

Junkook - ( chuckles) yeah, I guess our plan worked.

Shin - yes and  I know y/n she will definitely shift in his room after yesterday's night. ( Giggles)

Junkook - REALLY!

Shin - yes I guarantee you that.

Shin - huh! Once y/n's life will be back on track I will  die peacefully.

Junkook - why will you die! won't you wait for your Prince charming?

Shin - * whines *

Junkook - What happened?

Shin - Kook all my friends know this you should know it too that god has cursed me to die single so  I have no prince charming waiting for me anywhere * whines more *  I am the only  single lonely ass left in my friends circle rest all are married.

Junkook - ( laughs)

Shin - Yeah nobody takes me seriously even you are making fun of me *pouts*

Junkook - ( laughs more) No Shin I believe u.

Shin -  I don't know what's wrong with me that I am still single

Junkook - Maybe because boys fears that how will they be able to handle a dramatic girl like you

Shin - How Rude Kook ! Okay BYE BYE !!

Junkook - ( tries to control his laugh ) hey no Wait!

Y/N - Aishhh I am so tired of shifting my luggage since morning. Phew! ( she wipes her sweat)

Flashback

Y/N - Junkook was right yesterday's night was so scary even the  lights went off which never happened since I shifted to this place. And what is the guarantee she will not try to approach me again.

Y/N's POV - yeah I am the new member in this family she must be curious about  me.

She shudders at her thought

Y/N - I have no option I will have to shift in his room now *pouts*

Present time

She keeps the  special knife in her closet.

Y/N - I will thank mom and Junkook for it later  but Taehyung should have told me about this.

Y/N's POV -  Maybe he doesn't believe in such things

Y/N - yeah he is like me even I don't believe in such  things.

Time skip at evening

Taehyung comes home after work and his happiness just doubles after seeing y/n waiting for him again to have their dinner 'together'.

He hugs her and  gives a peck on her cheek giving fluttering 🦋 🦋 in her stomach.

Taehyung - ( caresses her cheek) how was your day love?

Y/N - hmm Y-yeah It was g-good.

Taehyung - Are you okay now? because yesterday ni

Y/N cuts him in between

Y/N - l-let's have d-dinner first.

She walks away quickly while Taehyung follows her smiling.

Taehyung - Wait! Have I come to a wrong room. ( he checks again) No it is mine then what her belongings are doing here?

Just then Y/N enters the room after washing the dishes. She avoids Taehyung's gaze and starts applying moisturiser after  sitting on bed nervously.

Taehyung - Have you shifted to my room?

Y/N - ( still avoiding eye contact) Why you don't want me to stay with you.

Taehyung - N-no it's not like that. Aishh Ofcourse you can afterall this house this room and even me everything is yours love.

A small smile forms  on y/n's face.

During Night

Y/N wakes up again at 3 am after seeing a nightmare.

( A/N - god knows how badly she will beat the shit out  of Shin and Junkook after knowing everything 😂😂. RIP in advance)

Then she sees the reflection of a tree moving due to wind 🍃 on the wall in front of her. Then she tries to  concentrate more on the shadow and finds someone is sitting on it.

Her body  starts trembling with dry throat. Her heart beats start  rising  violently.

She skakes taehyung still looking at the shadow

Y/N - Taehyung! Hey! TAEHYUNG!

Taehyung wakes up and immediately sits straight on the bed after seeing her trembling state.

Taehyung - What happened y/n? ( he snakes  his hand around her shoulder pulling her closer to him)

She points at the direction of shadow still looking at it.

Taehyung - Baby it's just the shadow of a tree.

Y/N - Nooo look clearly someone is there.

Taehyung hugs her caressing her hair.

Taehyung - Come let's sleep. It's just your imagination love.

Y/N - No believe me it's her.

( RIP in advance to Junkook and Shin 😆)

Taehyung cups her cheeks looking into her eyes.

Taehyung - No one is there y/n it's just your imagination.

He then lays her down, pulls her into his embrace and caresses her hair to make her fall asleep.
