chapter 3

i will be doing Walker and Leah's POV for this chapter, just so you guys can know what she's thinking too obviously lol.

Walkers POV

im excited, a little overwhelmed but excited..we just heard that we are renewed for a season 3 of percy jackson...and its literally never been done i dont know what to say..the movies never even made it that far.

im overwhelmed because i feel like this is gonna go further then i even imagined and im honestly scared shitless of witnessing Percy and Annabeth relationship grow from first hand.

if the seasons get any further i'm gonna have to kiss her...which i don't mind but you dont understand how hard it is to kiss someone you can't have..but what did i expect? Leah would never fall for me...people always see Tom and Zendaya, Jace and Riele, or Drew and Carlacia when they see me and Leah but one out of three of those end up as a couple. hopefully that's my luck with Leah.

anyways im currently getting ready for Disney upfront, i'm excited a lot of actors will be there that shows are also on disney plus including Percy Jackson but only me Aryan and Leah got an invite.

i hoped in the shower and did my usual hair routine for my curls, ill never forget it was a time i didn't even know how to do my curls until i met leah. she helped me realize mousse, a little water, and hair spray goes a long way for me.

i love going to house and watching her do her hair, i always tell her how much i loved her afro, she loves when i say that.

i love her braids and stuff too but hew afro is everything to me, and it always smells so good, like coconuts

and she always smells like coco butter and vanilla, ugh shes so perfect, shes literally the people's princess.

when i was done getting ready i had left out and got into the car with our red carpet crew as we went to go pick up Aryan and then Leah, obviously we get Leah last cause she's just a girl and she most likely need the extra time too finish up haha.

(lmao idk what's the name for the people that be with them when they are on the red carpet so let's go with that, but they usually are with celebrities to hold their purses, phones etc while they take pictures and do interviews before the even)

as we drove to Aryans place i went on tiktok and started scrolling through it and liking tiktoks just out of boredom, the gc with me and the rest of the cast was dinging like crazy from everyone wishing us a good time at the event.

as we pulled up to Aryans house he came out and got in and we greeted eachother with a side hug "duddeeeee looking sharp, smell nice too!" he said and i laughed "thanks, your not too bad yourself man, we look like twins" i said

he laughed as we pulled off too pick up leah

me: leah we are gonna be pulling up in like 15 mins, are you ready?

leah❤️: yes seaweed brain i'm just putting extra powder on my face, setting spray and perfume and then im done ;)

me: okay wise girl ;) see you in a bit

i smiled to myself loving how we use our nicknames from the books, it shows how much we are really percy and annabeth in real life

it's just this time im aware of it but she she might not be, god i wish she was mine.

Leah's POV

okay travel perfume check, lipgloss and lipstick check, mini edge control and mini edge brush check, and my wallet and phone, i also put my portable charger too just incase.

i prayed myself down will my favorite perfume, the vanilla one by billie eillish and ran downstairs to grab a my strawberry milk tea from the fridge cause i so wasn't going to waste that it's so good

i heard the car pull up and my phone dinged meaning walker texted me that they were outside, i went outside and got in the car sitting next too walker, i looked up at him as i fixed myself up and he smiled at me

aryan did too but walker seemed like he was daydreaming "wow you look great leah, as always" aryan smiled

i giggled and out my head down "thanks aryan.."

"yeah, y-you look gorgeous leah..always" walker whispered a bit but i'm sure everyone still heard, i looked up at him and i felt my cheeks get hot "thank you walker, you guys look great too" i said putting my head down

am i- am i blushing? no way.

as we drove too the even i started drinking my tea and scrolling on tiktok, i felt someone staring at me and looked up and met eyes with walker

but he wasn't looking in my eyes, i can literally see his eyes trailing my whole body, from my hands down too my legs and feet

i never understood it, even during interviews i would catch him staring at me like this but i always try to ignore it, i always thought it was just because he was admiring me

"walker why are you staring so much do i have milk on me or something?" i giggled, he shook his head and looked at me smirking a bit "u-uh no it's just you look really pretty, i mean you always look pretty i just- nevermind." he said shaking his head and looking down

i laid my head on his shoulder to signal him that it's okay "it's okay walker thank you, you always make me feel beautiful" i smiled

"your supposed to feel that way, all the time...now can you please share this drinking you've been downing since you got in the car? it can't be that good" he laughed taking my drink

i gasped "heyyyy it actually is that good try it!" he took a sip and his eyes widened as he kept drinking "oh my god this is amazing! Aryan try this!" he said handing it to Aryan" he also took a sip before passing it back too walker and his eyes widened as hell "jesus christ! thats AMAZING! we should bring everyone one of these after we get the burgers" he suggested

me and walker nodded "oh yes after the even ill place an order for pickup at both spots" i said

walker, aryan and i took pictures and did some interviews before heading inside for the event we couldn't stop laughing and making jokes as we talked about season two coming and beginning filming for season 3 as walker walked about his bond with logan lerman and how much he looks up too his i smiled watching him talk about something he's so passionate about

aryan was distracted from selena gomez which was also funny, but i couldn't stop watching walker. he looked down a me for a moment and my heart jumped

i quickly looked away smiling adoring my bestfriends even though Aryana barely was paying attention haha

liam: so are you guys excited to start filming season 3?

walker: oh yeah. this is probably my favorite season, probably gonna be my favorite season to shoot.

"WOW!" i said shocked and laughing as they playfully cut me out of the camera view, we all laughed

they are such idiots

Walker's POV

liam laughed with us "it's seems like every season someone gets separated that's like the new thing" he said "oh yes seasons 2 there was barely any grover now this season barely any annabeth, but unfortunately that's gonna be percy's biggest issue" i said

and deep down it's also gonna be mine too, im gonna miss seeing leah everyday, i know she'll be back but still, it's not gonna be hard to play crashout percy cause annabeth isn't around.

all i have to do is think about how i would feel without leah and ill nail it.

after the event

we all went to the car to go and pick up our food orders and dropped them off to everyone, after we dropped aryan home it was just me and leah left

"hey walker wanna come by my place and watch a movie?" she suggested, i quickly nodded smiling "hell yeah!" i smiled

we had the crew drop us off to leah's and we went inside, leah went too change and i changed into some clothes i left here the last time i slept over and we got in her bed and watched sinners.

as the movie played me and leah were locked in, we've been waiting to watch this movie since it came out but we haven't had the chance to go to the theaters yet so we just decided to watch it now.

as the movie was going i watched as leah got excited evertime micheal b jordan was on the screen (which was a lot) "that man is so fine and now there's two of them!" she said giggling too herself

i rolled my eyes but i wasn't that jealous, he's way too old for her anyways, i lowkey found it cute "leah he's a grown man" i laughed, she glared at me playfully "walker age ain't nothing but a number hun, im just kidding but he is cute" she said laughing

i shook my head laughing as we continued too watch and ate our food, as we were eating i felt a pair of eyes on me and looked over to see leah eyeing my burger i had a double double and she had a regular cheeseburger.

"are you okay leah? " i asked and she nodded "yeah it's just-can i try yours?" she asked and i smiled at her "leah it's the same thing just more meat...and bacon" i laughed

she whined and pouted "please i never had it with bacon before its looks so good, you can even get a bite of mine " she said and i smiled handing her my burger " it's okay leah go ahead try"

she bit the burger and nodded her head aggressively "mmmmm that's so good! i should get that more often, that's way better then mine" she said and i watched her chew while laughing "leah you wouldn't be able to eat a burger this big you always waste your food" i said

she looked at me shocked "um i do not! i always come back too it later on!" she said making me giver he a really kind of look "leah im always the one who eats the rest what do you mean?!" i said and she laughed out loud causing me too smile

watching her smile and laugh is the most precious thing, i couldn't keep my eyes off her

and moments like these i cherish because it's always just me and her, if only the fans knew how much leah was really in my life, we only show them what we want them too see because they will ship too much and cause unnecessary made up drama.

as much as i would risk that to be able to love on leah, i cant because it will only hurt her.

"hey um leah?" i said calling her name, she looked over at me and then back at the movie "yes walker?" she responded

i don't know if this is too soon to say, i don't know....i wanna tell her im inlove with her, but i don't want to ruin anything, but i can't keep hiding this...i promised her i would ease up

but maybe she will be okay with us if i just admit my feelings....no i cant i cant do that too us.

"you got some sauce on your upper lip" i faked laughed , i couldn't do it..not now or maybe not ever.

"oh my god thank you walker your the best!" she said wyoming her face with a paper towel as she continued to eat

the next day

Leah's POV

i woke up to the sound of the tv on the rest mode screen and realized i forgot to turn off the tv after we finished the movie i looked over and realized me and walker were cuddled up

did we sleep like this?

i laughed to myself, we are such bestie goals.

i got up and went downstairs to get a trash bag and came back up to throw our mess away after eating our in and out burger, i went downstairs to take the trash out and came back up for a nice hot shower

i went into the bathroom and took off my clothes and looked in the mirror and realized i forgot too take my makeup off too, its fine itll wash off in the shower "seriously leah get it together there's no way i was that tired.." i whispered to myself , i took my hairstyle out that i had in from the disney upfront even last night and grabbed my shampoo and conditioner and all of my skincare products.

i placed my skincare products on the counter and then hoped in the shower and wash my hair

once i was done i got out and dried my hair with a microfiber towel and oiled my hair and curling cream and put my hair in a bun and started my skin care

"oh my god leah im so sorry!" i heard walker yell as he stumbled back

i was shocked and quickly ran for my towel "walker why did you knock!?" i said as butterflies flew in my stomach "i-im sorry the bathroom door was slightly open so i assumed nobody was in im sorry leah i promise i didn't see anything!" he yelled from the room

i felt my cheeks get hot from embarrassment, jesus christ he definitely saw me nake, he had to lie too make me feel better but it didn't help at all

"ill be downstairs while you finish up, sorry leah" he said as i heard him leave the room, i sighed embarrassed and finished up my skin care and put on some comfy sweat pants and a tight fitted t shirt with sum fuzzy sock.

i went downstairs to see walker on the couch watching tv and his face was so red he looked like an apple, i laughed a bit realizing he was just as embarrassed as i was

"what's so funny?" he asked confused "you saw me naked and now your all red" i laughed and shook his head and went into the kitchen ignoring me, i followed behind him sighing from laughing so hard "i didn't see anything i-iswear" he said.

"walker it's okay, i know you did it was an accident im not embarrassed about it anymore" i said as i took out some bananas, strawberries, yogurt and oat milk to make a smoothie and then pancake mix bacon and eggs to make breakfast

he sat at the counter with a cup of orange juice and sighed while watching me "leah....im gonna have that imagine in my mind for the rest of my life.." he said i looked at him confused as i started to make the smoothie "and that upsets you?"

"no of course not, it was the most beautiful thing ive ever seen- i i mean we are bestfriends its not weird" he stuttered shifting his body.

he thinks it was beautiful?

"walker are you okay? " i asked watching him, he looked like he was holding something back and didn't know how to say it "im fine it's just...i don't know i just feel like because we are bestfriends it's weird i can't see you everyday and think of you...undressed, it defeats the purpose of me easing up leah" he said

"how so??? walker you only see me as a friend, a sister-" i said but he quickly cut me off "don't say sister PLEASE don't! i will never see you as a sister leah.."

ouch.

"um that hurts, walker it's fine..seriously i'm not weirded out by it" i said but he just shook his head disagreeing "no it's not fine leah, i swear you have no idea what your talking about...i can see you as a friend, a bestfriend, a...nvm but i can never see you as a sister not after seeing that" he said

"well why not? its happens to family sometimes too it's an accident..." he just looked at me and sighed "it's not the same leah, you are family to me but you- nvm let's just finish up breakfast we have to start filming season 3 today" he said changing the subject

i was so confused but simply ignored it

i don't know why he's acting this way.

Walker's POV

how can she be so clueless and not even see what i'm tryna to say? it's driving me crazy..

i wanna just grab her and kiss her, leaves kisses all over her body, Leah triggers me in ways i cant explain..i truly yearn for her.

she doesn't even know how happy i was so see her like that..shes beautiful with clothes and without, i feel bad that i invaded her privacy but i dont regret what i saw.

i need a way to go about this, without ruining our friendship...and the only other person that knows i like her is Aryan

"hey im gonna be right back i gotta go to the bathroom" i said "okay ima start the bacon" she said i nodded as i ran off into the bathroom and called Aryan.

when he answered i can tell he was hanging with this girlfriend cause i heard her in the background "hey walker what's up dude?" he said

"hey bro i need your help, ive been attempting too tell leah how i feel since last night but i keep punking out, dudes im scared shitless that's she's gonna hate me forever if i tell her im madly inlove with her" i said, i peeked out the bathroom door to make sure she wasnt listening and thankfully she wasn't, i can't still hear the bacon cooking and her humming from down the hall.

i closed the door and sat back on the toilet "well, personally i feel like because it's hard to say maybe you should just show her, and yes simple way is good but it's Leah we're talking about..dude you gotta go big...maybe make a instagram post about it something she won't expect...get her a huge bouquet of flowers and reserve a date at you guys favorite restaurant or something " he said

thats actually not a bad idea, mainly because the media is really whats stopping us from showing the fans how much we care for eachother, she loveeessss flowers and but maybe not the restaurant part we are always eating in and out

it's either a dine in movie theater date or a nice restaurant, i would've took her on a trip but we have to start filming for season 3 and i honestly don't wanna wait too long too tel leah how i feel, it's time and im ready, im ready for forever with her if that's what she wants. i hope it is.

"wow Aryana that's a great ideas thanks man, thank you!" i said "ahhh no problem what are friends for man?" he said and i laughed as the phone call ended

i left out the bathroom and went downstairs to breakfast being ready and leah smiled as she placed my plate down "breakfast is ready, i see them burgers had you in the bathroom for a minute " she giggled as we sat down

"yeah my stomach was doing jumping jacks" i smiled as we started to eat

i smiled to myself knowing i had something good up my sleeve, and hopefully leah loves it.
