chapter 1

Walker's POV

"ANDD CUT! Walker! Leah! that shot was great thank guys..that's a wrap on season two!" yelled out the director

i smiled cheering with everyone as me and Leah shared a hug, she held me so tightly and her vanilla scent perfume filled my nose..i hurried my face in her neck taking in the hug.

"oh my god i already can't wait for season 3 i hope they give us the okay to continue!" she exclaimed happily i chuckled watching her run to the snack and i follow behind her and grabbed some oreos "oh they definitely are, people want to see percabeth Leah...we should atleast get too season 5" i said eating my oreos, she looked up at me and nodded tapping my shoulder excitedly

well someone's cheerful today

but im not surprised Leah is always so enthusiastic on set, and its honestly one of the things that brings everyone together when time to film

she's the heart of the cast, she's Annabeth

im so happy i'm friends with her, we tell eachother everything

"oh my goodness your so right! i love percabeth and by the way your literally percy in real life" she giggled i smiled at her awkwardly "..and your annabeth in real life" i said

we went to the sitting room and sat on the couch waiting for our friends to finish their shooting for the day

Me , Aryan, Leah, Charlie, and Dior pane on going out today to celebrate our last day of filming, we mostly will go to disneyland to see fans and promote the show

and then after me and leah are gonna go to in and out burger, i don't know why but it's our favorite fast food place and leah has been talking about it like crazy since yesterday and now im craving it too, it's so good.

i looked over at leah and she was cuddled up in her blanket fast asleep for a quick nap, she's always sleeping anyway she can and it's so cute. i smiled as i watched her steady breaths.

i then went on my phone and opened tiktok and started scrolling through my for you page quietly laughing at the tiktoks and comments

the comments are always the funniest part

i came across a Waleah edit, i watched it and smiled i always thought the edits were so cute.

it was a edit of me staring at leah every chance i got in almost every interview we've had. i suddenly realized i never noticed how much i stare at her..i mean she is really pretty but i don't like her or anything.

but she is my bestfriend and i love her dearly, maybe that's what happens when you care for someone..you look at them with love but not inlove, atleast that's what i think but the caption and the comments say otherwise

user1 : the way he looks at her omg, hes literally inlove with her user2 : oh waleah you are literally everything user3 : if he doesn't look at me like this i don't want ituser4 : just from looking at this i can tell the siren scene is gonna end us all and idk if i can take that

i laughed at that one cause it's so true, the siren scene was the most intense, Leah and i..our tears felt so real it's so weird, rewatching it back you can feel the emotions through the screen.

that scene will change lives within the fandom i just know it, and everyone already ships me and leah and percabeth...i can't wait to see the edits.

user5 : can someone tell walker he's on camera? the staring this hard but no feeling for her is crazy

i slightly rolled my eyes at the comment and liked the edit not thinking much about what i just did, i usually don't like waleah edits but i don't know i really liked the edit so why not?

"guys were ready let's go!" dior said waking up leah and jumping excitedly

we all hugged eachother excited about finishing season 2 and went outside and got in Charlie's car and started heading to disneyland

it was nighttime around 8pm, but it's okay disneyland it best experienced at night

trust me.

Leah was still a bit drowsy from her nap so she laid on my shoulder, music was playing and dior was recording us dancing in her seat while lip syncing the song with Aryan and Charlie i smiled in the background watching them

i didn't wanna move to much to dance along cause Leah was resting and i didn't wanna move her but i sung along happily.

dior laughed as the video ended and she saved the moment to her gallery and then posted

i instantly got a notification from her that she tagged me in her story, i opened it and rewatched it smiling she even tagged leah who was sound asleep on my shoulder...i reposted it on my story and closed my phon.

when we arrived leah woke up and did a big stretch "oh look who finally woke up guys " i laughed , leah chuckled and everyone looked at her playfully teasing her and calling her sleepyhead

it was adorable

"oh hush i was exhausted, we have been filming season 2 nonstop and i felt like i haven't gotten amnnnny sleep" she explained which was so true..i don't know how im awake or any of us are tbh, we've been working so hard.

"it's okay leah i get it..hey after in and out we are gonna come by your place and have a sleepover and we can all just sleep!" i said out loud

everyone agreed groaning desperately for a good night's rest

i laughed

"ughh yes! i'm so tired bro! and my ankles are so sore from walking like a goat all day" Aryan exclaimed.

we walked in disneyland and got on rides bought food and a bunch of stuff from the gift shops.

we met up with some fans and took a bunch of pictures

it was so fun but for some reason everyone wanted pictures with just me and leah, the cast wasn't mad about it tho cause they still got asked pictures and plus percabeth is talked about more then anything in the show.

but still...i noticed something was wrong because of the questions they asked "um walker? are you and leah like dating?" one fan asked and the other girls nodded wanting to know the tea

Leah cleared her throat and gave a confused look "um no we are just friends" she smiled and i nodded "yeah bestfriends guys" i added

they nodded but there faced showed they didnt believe us "well you guys need to check your phones...you guys ended up of the shaderoomteens" they said before walking away

me and leah looked at eachother and then at dior, charlie, and aryan confused

"um what are they talking about?!" me and leah panicked they looked at us almost like shocked "wow you guys didn't know? you are trending right now..i honestly thought you did it on purpose to promote the show" Aryan said

"yeah and plus the video i posted from the car didn't make it any better with leah sleeping on you..everyone is freaking that Waleah is a thing now.."she said

me and leah looked at eachother and she was shocked she instantly pulled out her phone and so did i, the first thing i opened was instagram and leah opened tiktok

the video of us and the fact i liked a waleah edit was trending on every platform

the shaderoom teens posted us using the baewatch hashtag and i gulped.

oh shit

"walker what are we gonna do? why did you like a waleah edit dude?!" leah whispered/ shouted

i shrugged not knowing what to say "i-i don't know i thought it was cute and showed our friendship.." i said

everyone gave me a really man kind of look

"now yk damn well..."dior said shaking her head i sighed knowing they were right, i shouldn't have liked it

but for some reason i didn't mind it

i really care about leah and it doesn't bother me that people ship us..but i also don't want it to ruin our friendship though..the others walked to a restaurant leaving me and leah to talk about this in private i looked at her worried as she almost looked like she was gonna cry..

"i'm sorry leah but it's okay it doesn't bother me ..i care about you and our friendship, a little ship won't hurt us" i said she looked at me calming down slightly "i get that but i just don't want people making up things between us..ive seen this before..shipping people too hard can tear them apart" she said worrying about our bond

"leah we have nothing to worry about we are fine, you are my bestfriend..can nothing or no one ever change that" i said looking into her big brown eyes i held her hands not caring about the people around us

i only cared about what leah thought of me, no one else "walker people are gonna take pictures of us like this..." she whispered

i shook my head shushing her "i don't care, i don't. you are my bestfriend..im not gonna let something so stupid make things awkward between us" i said

i watched into her eyes for an answer, her lip quivering as she looked down and then back up at me, i don't know why but this felt like the science we did in season one in the tunnel of love

but it just felt more...real?

i don't know what im thinking right now but i need to snap out of it

Leah hugged me and i instantly hugged back, i knew people were taking pictures but i didn't care, i didn't wanna loose our friendship.

i dig my face into her neck smelling her vanilla scent, i swear everytime we hug i yearn to smell her..she always smells so good

"we are gonna be okay leah, i love you" i whispered , i felt her smiling in my neck

"i love you too walker"
