Chapter 14

The next morning you wake up yawning and stretching when your fist connects with something and you immediately look over to see Legolas scrunching up his face which makes you giggle. He grabs you and pulls you closer to him then buries his face into your long ruffled hair while groaning "Mmm, Good Morning (Y/N) and that hurt" you giggle again and scoot back into his warm muscular body when you feel his morning wood sticking into your back and then remember you were both naked as after your bath he carried you bridal style to the bed before drying you both then getting into bed not worrying about clothes.

You must've fallen asleep again as when you woke up it was a lot later in the day and when you looked behind you Legolas was nowhere to be seen so you got up and got your clothes out for the day. As you picked your dress you noticed the wedding ring on and smiled remember the day before events. You decided on the white dress that blended down to black, a Tiara the had a simple white stone in the centre and white flats with your hair in a simple side braid.

When you finished getting dressed you started making your way to the Dining room for some food when you spot Haldir walking towards you, He stops in front of you and bows My Lady (Y/N)" you smile "Good day to you Haldir, I would say morning but I've just arisen from bed" you giggled. He gave you a nod and a soft smile "I'm sorry about last night My Lady, I did try to tell you when I saw you before the wedding but your Father came" you smiled and nodded "It's ok Haldir, I understand that you couldn't tell me again but... Did you have to be there? To watch.. Hear the consummating" you looked down sadly and sighed.

Haldir nodded sadly "Yes. Your Father found out about us...About our..." he smirked a little and looked into your eyes " About our trainings" he winks and you gasps "What? How'd he find out?" he shrugged "I'm not sure My Lady but he said he had always known but he let it go because it made you happy" you sigh and nod "So he made you attend as punishment?.. For both of us?" he nodded "I think so My Lady, I think he thinks it was because we are in love and not the fact we were just passing the time and wanted company" you nodded "There's nothing we can do now, Shall I let him know that's not the case?" he shook his head " No my Lady, No point really, Besides I also came to tell you goodbye as I shall be on patrol until tomorrow night and wont get to see you again before you leave"

Sighing and nodding then pulling Haldir into a tight hug you say quietly "I shall miss you Haldir, Your my best friend and I shall never forget you, You have been there for me for everything" he hugs you back just as tightly and nods then as you let go of each other he kisses your cheek "Goodbye my Friend, I hope to see you again one day soon and wish you the best on your Marriage to Prince Legolas" you nod and smile at him before watching him turn and walk away as a tear rolls down your cheek.
