Chapter 7 Servant

So, I thought that since AE is experienced with honkai I thought it will not create a commotion but I was wrong. As soon as We landed in the helipad, members of the cavalry consisting of several mechs surround us, also a couple of honkai-resistant squads (HR squads) similar to us is present, it seems that in the rush to return I forgot to actually tell command that we are arriving, thus the base went full alert.

"Oops"

"Don't tell me you haven't told command that we are arriving?" Libertia asked

"Ehe~"

"Don't Ehe~ me, this is serious, we are lucky that the base doesn't just fire missiles at us" Libertia said while clutching her forehead. I forget ok? Normal people forgot too.

"Captain Liana" The red-haired scientist, Tesla is standing in front of one of the mechs with an annoyed look while crossing her arms. Tesla has been calling me Captain Liana when we are still in a mission setting but reverted back to calling me just Liana when we are in a more casual setting. "Command told me about you acquiring a new pet, at first I thought that it is a joke, but it turns out I underestimate your actions, taming a honkai beast, this is my first time hearing such a thing"

"Well, Tesla..." Oh yeah, mission settings, mission settings "Dr. Tesla, I for some reason feel connected to the dragon thus I am able to tame it, if it is not that fact, I am sure that I can't tame it."

"Why do you feel a connection to the dragon?" Tesla asked

"I don't know, Aaah! Dr. Tesla, Lilia is injured, I need to take her to the medical bay" I lifted Lilia up in a princess carry and opened a portal, and enter it to go to the medical bay.

Tesla POV

'That stupid girl, didn't Welt tell you to not use your Herrscher powers? and you use it here in front of all these people, shouldn't she, as a person from the future, be smart and wise? Now I need to clean up her mess, shit'

"A portal?" one of the member of a HR squad speak

"She teleported?"

"Hey, isn't that the 2nd Herscher power? how is captain Liana able to use it?"

Then I heard Liana's squad member whispering

"Hey Berti, should we tell them that Captain is a Herrscher picked up by AE somewhere in Siberia?"

"Why is that?"

"I mean the captain never told us that it was a secret, so we can spread it out right? plus we can say that she is Cecilia's daughter to help her [Welt's Lover] rumor to die down."

"Alright let's do that"

Wait, what rumor? Liana is Welt's lover? this is my first time hearing it. As the two of them whispered, the commotion amongst the soldiers grew louder.

"Ehem, calm down everybody" I try to calm them down

"But Dr. Tesla, why did captain Liana able to utilize void power? Did she train to copy the 2nd Herrscher?"  one of the member of a HR squad speak with stars in her eyes. It seems that due to Liana being a strong fighter even without her Herrscher power, she is quite influencial within the HR squads. Perhaps she thought that Liana is such a dedicated person that she can learn how to use Herrscher powers.

"Well, captain is actually a Herrscher" Libertia said "She is also Cecilia's daughter so it makes sense that she can control the powers well"

'What? Liana told them' I facepalm internally

"What? Captain Liana is a Herrscher? but there should only be two Herrschers right? Welt and Cecilia's daughter Sirin" One of the HR squad member said

"Wait, you are saying that the captain is Cecilia-sama's daughter?" one of the other member said

"Yeah thats right, she save us back then when this dragon shot out a beam" Griselda said "Anyway, speaking of dragon, Dr. Tesla, what do we do with this dragon."

"What can we do, just let it live somewhere in the hanger, ask captain Liana to look after it ok?"

Suddenly the dragon turn around and look away to a direction.

'What is it seeing? Sirin?"

Oh yeah, she should have return from school and entering the base. Suddenly a portal appear near the dragon and Sirin comes out.

"Avrora?" Sirin said with tears in her eyes.

The dragon growl, lower its head and nuzzles Sirin

"Avrora!!" Sirin hug the dragon "I thought you are dead when you are killed by mom, wait a sec, I will give you the gem" Sirin give the dragon a gem, when it touches the dragon, the dragon transform into a human girl with grey hair and yellow eyes with a green crown-like decoration on her head.

"My queen, so glad you are alive, but why is there 2 queens? just now a person with white hair is so similar to you that I thought she is you, but now that you are here, she must be an imposter, let me take care of her for you my queen" Avrora said

"Wait, what white hair?" Sirin asked

"Liana just now rode the dragon back to the base" I said with a sigh, Avrora, the prince of wind, one of the pseudo-Herrschers that wreck havoc back when Sirin is still an enemy, she should be killed by Cecilia in Finland, how is she here in NA? can she sense her queen presence hear?

"Nee-san did? that means that the white haired person is my sister Avrora" Sirin said

"Sister? I don't know you have an elder sister my queen?" Avrora said

"Well, I just got her recently, anyways welcome back Avrora" Sirin said as she hug Avrora again this time with her human form.

"My queen, this subject is not worthy to be hugged by you, I failed my mission" Avrora said as she bowed her head.

"Shut up!! as long as you are here thats fine" Sirin said as she silence Avrora.

"Ahem, you are saying that you are Avrora? didn't Cecilia killed you in Finland? why are you here in NA?" I asked the dragon

"Who are you human? dare to speak in that tone in front of my queen, I will kill you alongside that Cecilia girl" Avrora tensed and becomes hostile

*slap "Avrora!!!" Sirin slapped Avrora, "don't be like that, she is Dr. Tesla, a benefactor to me, also Cecilia is my mom, I will not let you kill her you hear me?"

"Cecilia is my queen's mother?" Avrora said in disbelief

"Later I will explain all the things after you are defeated. I also am curious, why are you here?" Sirin said

"I see, then I should call her respectfully." Avrora said "My queen, about why I am here, I actually don't know how much time has passed after I was defeated but when I woke up, I can't sense my queen's precense. I thought that my queen has perished due to my incompetence thus I lament and stay there. Suddenly I started to sense your presense in here so I go here to see you. Then I met your sister and her squad my queen, at first I though them as just regular humans, I never thought that your sister is there until she uses her powers to defend against my wind beam. At first I thought she is you since she uses the same power and she healed me. So I arrived here with her."

"I see, so that means you are attracted to Sirin's power right?" I asked

"Yes" Avrora said

"Sirin, how many dragons you have?" I asked Sirin

"Four, wait are you saying that they are alive?" Sirin ask

"Perhaps, I mean Avrora here is alive, Bella is too, so perhaps the others just haven't woken up yet." I said "For now, all we can do is wait, since Avrora can sense your power, the others will be also be able to do it."

"I see, I hope they will return soon" Sirin said with a sad look in her eyes

The matter is resolved, since Avrora has a human form, she will life alongside Sirin and Bella. But the condition in base is different, in addition to the fact that there is another Herrscher living in AE, she is also Cecilia's daughter, and to make matter worse, a honkai beast Avrora is living with them in the base. As I heard briefly however, perhaps because Welt is a Herrscher, the chatter in the base are positive so I am glad for that.

When I drop off Lilia in the medical bay, all the people inside was shocked, but I just explain to them briefly about me being a Herrscher and tell them to treat Lilia. After that, I immediately exit the room. As I walk back to my room, I hear whispers about me from the people in the hallway, I guess the news already reach these people huh? I hope that Welt will not be to angry about it, I mean, I don't have a choice other than using my powers back then.

"Nee-san" Sirin call me from the other side of the hallway.

"Ah Sirin, have you return from school? Where is Kiana?"

"She is in mom's room, hey nee-san meet Avrora, she is one of my old friends, the dragon you just rode" Sirin said as she points to a figure beside her.

"Hello my queen's sister, I am Avrora, pleasure to meet you" Avrora said as she bowed respectfully

"Hello Avrora, nice to meet you."

"Nee-san I have been discussing with Avrora. I have Bella as my friend and servant, but you don't have one, so from now on Avrora will be yours" Sirin said

"Wait, I have friends ok, I also don't need a servant" I said hurriedly. Why do she thinks I don't have friends, I am not antisocial.

"I don't have much of use with her, don't get me wrong Avrora, I like you, but I have Bella, so that's why nee-san, she will serve you" Sirin said

"Please take care of me my Queen sister" Avrora said

"Fine, also please just call me Liana, Sirin said you will become my friends right?"

"I will Liana-sama"

That is how I have a servant dragon.
