Ava's POV:

It was time for Jackie's track race

I haven't seen her since we walked to school i was busy talking with Noelle and Louie and she was busy with training for her track and classes

I also haven't seen Isaac since we went to school skateboarding together. Wich was weird because normally he would randomly come and say flirty stuff or put his arm around me...

He was probally with Paige. Maybe she was right, maybe he likes her, maybe they started dating, maybe he forgot about me, what if our friendship ends because of that...

''Collins just said she wants me to run the 400 meter, Erin's out...'' Jackie said running over to us really nervous

''Erin wants to be the main character again... But don't worry miss Collins asked you for a reason'' I answerd

''Hey, hey you got this, just uh remember to breathe' Alex said and kissed Jackie

''Wow how cute now you guys are making me feel lonely'' and as i said that i felt someone put a arm around me

''Now you're not lonely'' He said

I looked to the person that putted his arm around me and it was...

Isaac!

He wasn't dating Paige! He came to see me again, he was probally practising for theater!

''Hey little love birds'' Noelle and Louie came and sat next to us

This time none of us said: We're just friends. Instead Isaac just smiled so i smiled aswell

And also nobody said anything to us about not answering what Noelle just said. Do they know something...

''So are you too okay now?'' Grace asked Jackie and Alex

''We are'' Jackie answerd happy

''That's good finally people say that they like eachother'' Noelle said and looked over to me and Isaac

''Hey i forgot something in my locker'' Alex said and ran away

''And everything is good again at the Walter house?'' Skylar asked

''Yeah everybody is okay with eachother now'' Jackie answerd so me and Isaac just looked weird at Jackie because we knew she was lying

''Interesting, because i heard Cole and Alex still haven't spoken'' Skylar said wich made Jackie looked confused because how did Skylar know...

''It's not my fault Nathan shares a room with you're boyfriend'' Skylar added because he saw Jackie's face

''Howard! To you're mark'' Miss Collins yelled and Jackie ran over to her mark

''You got this Jackie!'' I yelled

''Have fun!'' Grace yelled

''Hey look who i found'' Alex said with Nathan walking beside him

''Hi, Sky'' Nathan said to Skylar and sat down next to him

''She would probally burn that'' I said to Alex as he pulled out his foam finger

''No, she wouldn't'' Alex answerd and the race started

Me,Isaac,Grace,Skylar,Nathan,Louie and Noelle we're waiting for Jackie and Alex to come out so we can congrats Jackie

''She doesn't run like that in the morning'' Nathan said talking about Jackie

''She littarly went like, pew!'' Grace said and we all started talking about the race until we finally saw Jackie and Alex walking out off school

''There she is!'' Nathan said

''Ladies and gentleman, future Olympic gold medalist Jackie Howard!'' Alex yelled

''Whoo!'' We all yelled as they walked over to us

''So proud of you Jackie!''

''We are however defently burning this'' Jackie said pointing to the foam finger Alex was still holding

''Tols you'' I said to Alex

''Whoa never'' Alex said and hid the finger

''So, what's our game plan for tonight?'' Grace asked

''Well, we have pizza plans'' Skylar said talking about him and Nathan

''Really! Im starving'' Grace said clueless

''Oh you meant we as in you and Nathan'' She said after she figured it out

''It's just that all of our dates have been within shouting distance of my entire family since the seizure'' Nathan said

''Yeah its okay, im fine. Go have couple-ly fun'' Grace said happy for them and they left

''And then there we're seven'' Grace said turning to the rest of us

''Me and Noelle we're planning to hang out at her house so...'' Louie said

''Oh yeah okay have fun!'' Grace said and they walked away

''Well i think Isaac has to do some theater practicing and me and Jackie we're going to mountain view wanne come?'' Alex asked Grace

''Yes, i wanne come ill drive!" Grace answerd excited

''Ava are you going to watch Isaac or are you coming with us?'' Jackie asked

''I promised i would watch Isaac sorry'' I answerd

''Well i hope you will do good Isaac'' Grace said knowing Isaac sucked at acting

''Thank you he really needs it'' I said

''What no i don't'' Isaac said and i chuckeld

I sat next to Danny watching Isaac try to act but he really sucked at it like i dont mean just a little bit but alot i don't know how he is going to make this work. I felt bad for him he was manipulating himself

''Okay, uh, we've done some great work, uh, lets call it for tonight, okay?'' The teacher said

''Just remember we still have another week till we open, so we will start smoothing out all these kinks, at our first dress rehearsal tomorror, okay?'' He added

I looked at Isaac and saw he had tears in his eyes of dissapointment

He looked back at me and just shook his head and walked away so i went after him

''Isaac wait!'' I said so he stopped walking away

''I can't do this, i really sucked at this and you just saw this!'' He said to me

''Hey maybe you did but im sure you just have to learn a little bit and you will be good at it'' I said amd hugged him

''I already screwed up, didn't you see the people laughing when i was on stage. They probally hate me now because i screwed up their play'' He said and hugged me tighter

''Hey maybe everyone hates you or is mad at you, but just know that i will always be here for you no matter if you screw this up, or if you even murderrer someone i still have you're back'' I said and pulled out of the hugged and looked at him in the eyes

''Thank you'' He said and started kissing me but i pulled out

''What's wrong?'' He asked

''Are you sure we are still at school'' I asked him

''I dont care if anyone sees us i love you Claire'' He said wich made me shocked

''I love you too'' I said and kissed him

''Well do you wanne be my girlfriend?'' He asked

''Yeah!'' I said and we started kissing

The next day i was sitting in the canteen talking with Noelle and Louie until Danny came to us

''Hey Ava, Isaac needs you. He won't say to me whats wrong'' He said to me and i followed him

''What's wrong?'' I asked Isaac

''Im defently going to quit the play'' Isaac said nervous

''But we open in a week'' Danny said

''Look, this is what you wanted the part is yours'' Isaac said to Danny and handed him the jacket

''First, justust tell us why you want to bail. Then we can think if it's a good idea or not'' I said

''You guys saw me last night. I can't do this, all right?'' Isaac said while trying to laugh off what he just said but deep down i knew he was about to cry

Isaac started to walk away

''Isaac wait'' I said and stopped him

''Im not going to lie, rehearsals have been kind of rough, but you know all the lines it's just that you need to know how to act like you love someone'' I said to him

''Yeah that is the hardest part if you don't like the person, but you just need to work on it and you will be great'' Danny added

''You guys think i can do that in a few days'' Isaac said frustradded

''Yeah'' Me and Danny said at the same time

''Nah, pass'' Isaac said and started walking away again

''Come on'' Danny said and sighed

''Do it for me atleast'' I said

''You know how much i love you but i will just make a fool of myself'' Isaac answerd and turned around to us

''Hold up did i miss something?'' Danny asked because Isaac just said out loud that he loved me

''That's for later'' I said

''Okay, hey Erin? if you don't mind could you help?'' Danny asked to Erin who was talking to some people that we're also in the play

''Sure'' She answerd

I get that Erin is beatrice but why did he have to ask her. I bet she just joined theater so that she the main character again because Jackie got better at her with track

''Okay, the key of acting is committing to what you say'' Danny explained to acting

''Right, so just watch'' Danny added and putted on the Jacket

While Danny and Erin we're showing Isaac how to act all i just thought that they we're about to kiss

''It's all about believing the other person and trusting in the words'' Danny said

''Wow. I actually thought you guys we're gonna kiss'' Isaac said so apperantly he tought the same thing

''It's just acting, right Erin?'' Danny said

''Yeah'' Erin answerd but it sounded a bit like she did want to kiss him...

''Now, come on lets go you got this'' Danny said and turned Isaac around to rehearsals

Now me and Erin we're just standing there watching them leave

''Hey, i know you hate me but can i ask you something?'' Erin suddenly said

''Yeah of course'' I said and faked a smile

''Do you by any chance talk with Danny about any girls?'' She asked

''No, why?" I asked confused

''Nothing'' She said and smiled

''See you'' She said and walked away

''Bye'' I said back and walked back to the canteen still confused

Does Erin like Danny???

It was one week later this night it was finally time for the play. Everyone was getting ready but i think Cole took people's bathroom time because i heard the boys yell his name

I walked out of my bedroom and saw that Lee was standing by the bathroom door waiting for Cole to be done

''Look Cole, hurry i gotta get ready man'' He said

''You can use the one downstairs i don't mind'' I said

''Thank you! I hope there is any hot water left tho'' He thanked and walked to downstairs

We we're sitting in the car this time we had space to sit since Isaac and Danny already left

''Are you and Isaac dating by any chance?'' Lee asked who was sitting next to me in the car

''Uhm no'' I answerd quickly because me and Isaac wanted to tell people later

''You can't lie to me i saw you and Isaac kiss when he sucked at his rehearsal'' Lee said

''Okay yes, we are officaly dating but we don't want everyone to know yet'' I said and sighed because he found out

''I promise ill keep it a secret'' Lee said and we pinky promised

''What will you keep a secret?'' Alex suddenly asked from in front of us

''Nothing'' Me and Lee quickly said at the same time

''Okay guys we have arrived!'' Cole yelled

We all sat down i sat next to Parker and Lee. Parker was telling me how she got a really pretty new hockeystick.

''Ladies and gentleman the play has begun!'' A man yelled from stage wich made everyone go silent

The curtains opend and we saw Danny standing there we watched him perform and it was beautiful he was really good at it i could see him becoming an actor later.

But then it was time for Isaac to come on stage...

As he tried to act he failed misserble people started laughing at him and the teachers didn't even tell people to stop laughing

Isaac stopped talking and just looked at the audience with tears in his eyes and then he ran off of the podium

''Oh my god what's happening'' Katherine said

''Ill go to him'' I said and went to the backstage area

''Im not going on there again'' Isaac said as he saw me

''Everybody was laughing at me'' He added in a panic tone

''Hey hey, calm down'' I said

''People will defently start hating on me and i will lose all of my friends'' Isaac said as we sat down backstage

''Maybe people will start hating on you, but just know that you're family and me,Noelle and Louie will never hate you'' I comforted him

''And i could tell Noelle wich people she can kill if someone says something bad about you'' I said wich made him chuckel

''Thank you Claire, i mean it'' Isaac said and hugged me

''No problem that's what couple's do or should i say friends'' I joked because we always said that we we're just friends

''Yeah, we're just friends'' he said laughing

''Also Lee knows...'' I said slowly

''How?'' Isaac asked

''He saw us'' I answerd

''But he promised he would keep it a secret'' I added

''Let's hope he will'' Isaac said because Lee would snitch alot on Isaac

''Hey, Isaac'' We suddenly heard

''Paige? What are you doing here'' He asked

''I brought you some flowers that's what couple's do right?'' She answerd

''Wait what?'' I said confused 

Did Isaac date Paige?

''We aren't even dating and get out you can't even be back here'' Isaac said

''Okay, but keep the flowers they we're expensive'' Paige said and handid him the flowers and then walked away

''Well the play isn't over yet and i will defently not go back on again, so what are we going to do wil still have 1 hour'' Isaac asked

''I have a good idea, lets burn the flowers'' I answerd with a grin

''That's a great idea'' He said and kissed me

We went outside to the football field to burn the flowers but suddenly we saw Cole and Dylan laying there

''Why are you guys outside?'' I asked walking over to them

''Just chilling'' Dylan answerd

''Aren't you supossed to watch you're brother?'' I said confused

''Aren't you supposed to watch Danny aswell?'' Cole said back

''Yeah but it was a bit boring and i went to Isaac'' I answerd

''Well what we're you guys going to do out here?'' Dylan asked

''Yeah and why do you have flowers in you're hand?'' He said and looked at the flowers Isaac was holding

''I got them from Paige'' Isaac answerd not mentioning the burning part because he was scared Cole would snitch

''We are burning them'' I said and grabbed a lighter out of my pocket

''Wait why do you have a lighter with you we didn't even knew we would do this before we got them'' Isaac asked as he saw the lighter

''No reason'' I answerd quickly

''Can we join you guys?" Dylan asked

''Yeah of course'' I answerd

We put the flowers on the concrete and lit them on fire and sat around it

We went and sat around it and looked at them burning down

''I have an idea let's play truth or dare but only with truth and when the flowers are gone we pretend like nothing happend and we don't tell anyone the truths we said'' Dylan suddenly said

''Sounds good'' Cole said

''Before we start, do you guys smoke?'' Dylan asked and grabbed a packet of cigarettes out of his pocket

''No'' Isaac answerd

''I used to'' I answerd wich made them look confused at me

''What i had to do something when Jackie got attention'' I answerd

Dylan smoked a ciggarete and then gave it to Cole and then he gave it to Isaac but Isaac wasn't sure if he wanted to do it

''I promise i won't tell mom and dad'' Cole said wich made Isaac smoke

As i got the ciggarete we started telling secrets

''Ill start'' Cole said

''Do you really like Ruby?'' He asked Dylan and this is how i found out Dylan was dating Ruby

''No, i don't'' Dylan answerd

''Then why are you with her?'' Isaac asked

''Because she says she will tell everyone my biggest secret if i break up with her'' He answerd

''Well what is that secret'' Cole asked

''That's for next round now it's you're turn'' Dylan said and we all looked at Cole

''Miss Garcia, name someone you pretend to like but actually cant stand'' Cole asked me

''Erin, she tries to be the main character so much it hurts my brain'' I answerd

''Wait i have a good question for you'' I said

''And that is?'' He asked

''Who do you like?'' I asked

''I think i love Jackie'' Cole said

''I knew it'' I said and we all started laughing because it was really obivous he liked her but he wouldn't tell us

''Isaac have you ever fallen inlove at first sight?'' Cole asked Isaac

''Yeah i have'' Isaac said smiling

''And who was it?'' Dylan asked curious

''Not telling'' Isaac answerd

''Fair enough he already told 1 truth'' Cole said

''Dylan, what was the weirdest thing you did while you we're drunk'' Isaac asked Dylan

''Probally kiss Paige and Erin while i was dating Ruby'' He answerd

''Wait you kissed my girlfriend!" Cole said

''Yeah but you also hook up with random girls even though u dated Erin'' Dylan said laughing

''That's true'' Cole said and started laughing with him

''I have a question for Ava, what is a secret you had as a child that you never told you're parents'' Dylan asked me

''That when i was playing outside i was making friends'' I answerd

''What we're you doing instead?'' Cole asked

''I threaned them for money so that i could but alcohol'' I answerd

''Why did you buy alcohol weren't you like 5?'' Dylan asked a bit joking

''Because otherwise my father would hit me'' I answerd dead serious

''Oh im sorry you didn't have to tell us'' Dylan apologized

''It's okay the flowers are gone so we aren't going to tell anyone right'' I said and faked a smile

''Yeah...'' Dylan said slowly still in shock and we alls tood up and went home
