Robot?

Lexi Pov

"You know with how much time we have spent together these 2 months you'd think we were married at this point." Thomas said smirking at Lexi as they worked continuously on some more mechanics on the satellite.

"Well sorry to tell you Thomas you'd be the last person I'd marry." Lexi said trying not to laugh when Thomas's faces drops at her words and he playfully pushes her.

"You hurt me, Doll. But fine I get it your waiting on Robot boy." Thomas gruffly complains

"Yes I am." Lexi said smiling as she finished her work.

Will, Mary and Ben have been gone for two months now. Alot has happened, at first everyone thought we would die from the wilderness. But the colony has excelled at every challenge from food to technology.

However even with the change the Robinson's were still the same. With some minor upgrades.

Judy is now one of the head nurses, she's about to be promoted to being a doctor. Don has become a team leader for engineering. They still are happily together and even better, engaged.

Doctor Smith has sorta bettered herself (for now). She helps gardening and provides herbs for meditation. Robert has become a coleader with Captain Griffin.

Lexi has now became the second hand with Captain Griffen who once he seen her again after everything that happened gave her assignments and gained his support and trust while working along side John Robinson alot. She still also works as a doctor, engineer, and scientists in the colony.

Then there is Penny who has become an icon in the community, everyone loves her books and she even started an art program for the kids of the colony. She's a true leader just like Judy.

Lastly, the most important of all Debbie who loves to wander around the colony site and enjoys resting and being a chicken. Plus it helps that Don makes sure everyone knows that she's a friend not food.

All of the society became close and wanted a future just like the original plan for Alpha Centrai.

But to Lexi and the Robinson's, life wasn't fully complete because Will and Mary weren't back. Without them it wasn't home.

Plus the colony needed Ben to help with building and being apart of the leaders commission made the community struggle.

Will Pov

Searching the galaxy for Robot had wore Will out but they finally found the planet Robot most likely was on.

Will, over the last couple months, had been learning to fly the pod, spent most of this time reading, thinking of Lexi, and spending time with his mom and Ben since it was just the three if them.

This trip had been hard at first but even with missing his family, Lexi, and the Colony. It helped that now they were so close.

As they landed on the planet it looked deserted and felt off. However, it did have oxygen and was safe for humans so that's a plus.

Will, Mary, and Ben got off the Pod. They immediately started to search the planet. Caves, valleys and just forest areas.

Finally they split up to try and find Robot and would alert the others if they found anything with their devices and, if not, would simply meet back at the Pod.

As they went their own ways Will started into the forest. He couldn't help feeling dejavu while he walked around.

Just several years back he had been in a forest just like this and that's where he met Robot. He saved him but in all honesty, Will felt that Robot saved him instead.

Robot was his first friend. That meant everything to him and he would find him. Will just knew it this was their 15th planet they searched this time he would find him.

As he walked his eye caught on to something shiny in the far off distance. It was metallic.

Could this actually be something of Robot or lead me to him?

Without thinking Will ran towards the object, feeling his lungs swell and feel numb from running that far.

As he panted and stood in front of the metal.

Instant regret filled Will as horror took over him.

Lexi Pov

"Oh come on Scarecrow you're getting weak this is the only way." Lexi complained as she tried to hook wires to the injured Robot.

Scarecrow was dying and Lexi knew it so she visited the Resolute alot to work on him and get supplies for the colony with Thomas and Penny.

Plus she wanted to give him a second chance and help Scarecrow its what Will would have wanted. Lexi thought.

"Just leave him, he's trash anyway I don't see why you waste time on him. His kind attacks us." Thomas said glaring remembering the attack that still was vivid in my mind as well.

"Shut up, you jerk. How about you work for once? And Lexi keep going I'm sure all he needs is care." Penny says as she picked up some supplies near us.

"I will plus let's be honest humans are just as bad so I can't blame him too much." Lexi said eyeing his broken legs.

Thomas just sighs clearly not agreeing but seeing my side as both nod and Penny has Thomas help her in another room.

"I'm sorry this happened but please let me help you." Lexi said quietly as she reached cautiously around Scarecrow.

As she did, Lexi finally hooked the wires and made electricity flow into him.

For the first time in the two months, Scarecrow looked energized and the lights in his eye glowed bright.

Lexi was smiling it was working she knew it. As Scarecrow took in the electricity it seemed to work too well though.

The lights started to flicker and even worse the ship started to shake.

"Lexi!!! What's going on?" Penny yelled scared for her life.

Oh no that's to much Lexi thought trying to pull the wires off but Scarecrows lights in his eyes turned red.

I'm going to die, by Scarecrow or the ship losing power and crashing into the planet. Lexi thought fear coursing through her. Meanwhile Scarecrow used this new energy to fix his legs and become a new robot again. Lexi had fell to her knees helpless and fearful.

Get up! Her mind yelled. Now!

Last minute she ran as Scarecrow tried to grab her. Lexi escaped and ran to the power box as the whole resoulte shook from the energy drain and the lights burst or kept flickering. Making the ship dark and creepier with every step.

Lexi could hear the Robots feet behind her. Making her tremble and shake as she ran.

The worst part was Lexi could hear her breath but with the robot all she could make out was the sound of moving metal and the static of electricity.

One more turn, so close... she thought.

Lexi turned the corner as she almost reached the handle a hand.. no a claw reached her touching her on the shoulder.

The hand came close to her neck. The cold metal seemed to burn her skin and the claws of the robots fingers dug in a bit, almost drawing blood.

Making Lexi feel like a rabbit stuck in a wolves mouth. Waiting for it's life to end. Tears started to come down her cheeks.

Lexi had no clue what to do. She didn't want to die not yet.

When all of a sudden Thomas and Penny ran beside them. Startling Lexi and confusing Scarecrow. As that happened they turned off the electricity to the bay that had Scarecrows power.

All of us turned to Scarecrow. The Robot no longer had the extra energy but now looked very much alive. Still scared Penny and them tried backing farther onto the wall behind them but the distance between the humans and the Robot was thin.

Lexi still had tears on her face but she soon calmed down as she looked into his eye.

The light in its eye had turned a blue and in her mind she knew he wouldn't hurt them.

"Let's gather our stuff and go. We'll have to be careful when we come back." Lexi said softly looking at Penny and Thomas.

"You're crazy, he's going to kill us!" Thomas hissed looking confused.

"No Lexi's right, lets go Scarecrow means us no harm." Penny said calming down as they all moved sideways down the wall and then moved to walk down the hall.

Lexi, Thomas and Penny turned when they heard the creak of the metal. Turning slowly, they all stayed still as Scarecrow came up and moved his hand up.

Lexi couldn't help but flinch but he patted her head. It was like Scarecrow was trying to thank her in his own way.

"You're welcome, Scarecrow. " Lexi said cautious as she slowly hugged him knowing he could end her then.

He's not going to hurt you. Lexi thought calmly trying to enjoy the hug but still feeling scared in a way of the Robot.

As they pulled apart and went their separate ways. And reached the pod they took one last look as Scarecrow stared at them and then walked down the hall not attacking anything or seeming mad but instead seeming content as he walked.

"Lexi if you ever try to save another Robot again I'm going to kill you. That's too dangerous!" Thomas said as soon as they were safely on the pod

Lexi and Penny as a result of adrenaline and relief started to laugh as Thomas seemed to look upset then started to laugh himself.

"If I do try to help another feel free too, I think I'm out of the Robot business I'll stick to people." Lexi said smiling at them happy to be safe.

"Well I'll stick to books and the arts, it's even better." Penny said as they started to desend onto the planet where the colony is.

"So... who's gonna tell Captain Griffen and Robert Robinson about this?" Thomas said nervously.

"Not it!" They all yelled at the same time

Will POV (Caution violence upahead, Warning brought to you by a worried Debbie the chicken⚠️)

Run... Will thought as he looked at a Robot that for once as he meets the robots red eye could tell he meant Will harm.

This was just his luck, Will knew other Robots had to exist other than his Robot but he never felt this much fear in his life.

The robot in front of him was a bright sliver, being above about 6 ft, red eye and much scarier aura to his manner.

But Will swallowed his fear. Looking up at the Robot.

"I'm not here to hurt you, I just am looking for my Robot. So do you think we can work together. " Will said as he reached to touch the robots shoulder.

It seemed the Robot was examining him and last minute slashed at his hand barely missing him.

It was a nice try Will thought and quickly turned to run.

He started to run as he heard the Robot chasing him with the clanging of metal and hiss of the Robot.

He's adrenaline was high and immediately sent a distress signal through his device as he kept his pace.

I just got to keep this pace I'll be fine, I'll make it. I got to survive... Will thought with fear edging at his mind.

As he continued to run, the metal sounded stopped.

Will still running but slowed down abit looked behind him.

Crack!

The enemy Robot slams his arm into Will throwing him into a nearby tree in the forest.

Will looked up as the Robot walked towards him.

His body felt numb and in pain. Will tried to get up but caught a root and tripped as the Robot grabbed him off the ground by his throat.

As he looked into its eye trying to free the metal hand off his neck as he chocked.

Will tried and clawed begging for breath as his eyes spotted up with black dots from lack of breath.

Then the Robot as if knowing he was close to out of breath. Took him up high and slammed him hard into the rough earth.

Will felt the air knocked out of him. As pain swelled into his body on all his limbs and airways.

It felt as if this enemy Robot was just playing with him. And liked seeing the pain on Will's face.

Slowly the Robot reached down and took its claws and dug into Will's chest.

The pain was indescribable, Will wanted to live but he couldn't move all he could do is scream and in his mind the only thought now was for this to all be over.

I'm sorry, Lexi I wanted to return to you.. I failed my mission. Will thought as his whole world went blank.

"Danger Will Robinson. " A voice that Will had come to miss over time.

He slowly open his eyes, the pain still overwhelming his senses. Making it hard to stay conscious with his chest being ripped open and probably several broken bones.

"Robot?" Will said weakly

There standing infront of Will was Robot. The same as he remembered him with his eye full of his blue lights, his softer more dull tone of metal.

It was him, Robot found him..

Will found it ironic he searched everywhere for Robot and instead the Robot found him and was going to save him just like Will did to him in the past.

As if a cord was cut in the open the two robots started to clash and fight eachother.

Robot made sure to keep the enemy from hurting Will or them stepping on him.

"You got this Robot, please Win and be safe." Will said softly as his energy drained.

The last thing Will seen was Robot hit the enemy as he drifted into a deep of his mind.

All on his mind no matter how deep was the thought,

please let me survive this, I'm not ready to die. Not yet..

Mary Robinson Pov(I know it's not the right name, it's easier for the Author this way)

"Ben, I think I should go look for Will he has been gone for too long." Mary said nervously as she paced outside.

"You worry too much, how's the boy ever going to go with you hovering over him. Just give him a bit I'm sure he's just enjoying himself" Ben said

Mary just sighed "I don't try to hover, but I am his mom I'll let him grow however, I am going to protect him Ben. Plus these devices are acting up on this planet."

"Hm sure, but yeah I noticed it's probably something to do with the atmosphere, it happens." Ben says casually as he reads his book on the hatch door.

They both wait as the sun starts to get closer to sunset. The both worry more about Will.

"You know I agree with you we should go look for Robot Boy." Ben says realizing how much time has went by.

"Really, I wouldn't have guessed. By the way if he's hurt, I'm going to kill you." Mary said with a smile as she grabbed her gear off the Pod.

Ben gulped but nodded in shame as they walked.

"His last signal was here." Mary said confused

"Wait ain't this where we separated from." Ben said looking at the surroundings.

"Yes it is." Mary said as the realization hit here.

"I'm sure he is fine maybe we should split up and look for him." Ben said hoping to get away from the angry/worried mom.

"Not a wise Idea come on!" Mary said frustrated heading towards the forest.

As night came closer they walked the forest.

Mary felt helpless, this long trip in general felt that way with hardly any signs of Robot, another dead end.

At this rate, we'll never get home or find Robot. Mary thought sadly.

Plus Will could be hurt all alone, she knew they shouldn't have split up. Ben better never suggest that again or there would be consequences. She thought aggravated.

As they looked around, something caught Ben's eye.

"Hey Mary, what's that heading towards us." Ben said worriedly

"Ben you better not be joking..." Mary almost finished as she spotted Robot in the distance holding a beat up Will.

In fear and desperation Mary ran towards the Robot and her boy leaving a confused Ben to run after her.

The sun had pretty much set making it hard to see besides for the lights Robot gave off and the tiny bit of reflection off his metal body. But for what she could see when Mary reached her baby she could tell that saving him would be hard.

But one things for sure she'd save him because Robinsons always find a way.

Will POV

"Will?" Mary said worriedly as the Iv from her arm was connected to his.

"Ugh.." Will said feeling his body wake up but at the same time the pain in his chest, arm and back was excucating.

As he slowly opened his eyes, he seen a horrifying site. The whole table he was on had blood all over it, his body looked mangled, and he could tell Ben and Mary were worried and exhausting.

"What happened?" Will groaned as he slowly sat up.

"For what happened to you, we have no clue but we found Robot carrying you, then brought you to the ship, your mom transferred blood and stitched you up. It was a hard process I wasn't much help your not a machine so it wasn't my specialty. But you should thank her and Robot." Ben said calmly as Will soaked in the information still trying to focus and get his mind cleared.

"Thank you mom and Robot..." Will said slowly as he looked up to see Robot fully for the first time.

"You saved me from that other Robot." Will said trying to resolve his memories.

"Must save Will Robinson. " Robot said with the lights in his eyes swarming faster.

Will smiled at Robot as he came over and he patted his metal arm. He could tell he definitely was different this time but he was determined to stay his friend and learn about him.

"Well he has new words. That's unique but at least your safe above all else." Mary said smiling.

"Thanks mom I'm happy to be safe." Will said smiling

But then as he looked at Robot realization hit him in the face.

"Mom are we still on the ground?" Will said cautiously

"Yes we are, why is something wrong?" Mary said confused

"Ben, get to the wheel we need to get off this planet now!" Will said weakly trying to get off the table as Robot quickly held him down. Giving him a look of no stay.

With this Will sighed but obeyed as Ben and Mary went to fly the ship

"Whats wrong Will?" Ben said as he started everything up.

"Robot saved me like I said earlier from a dangerous Robot. I think he could be after us plus there could be more. And so far only Robot seems to like us." Will said feeling his mind reel with possibilities of other Robots.

As the pod flew off the planet into space, Will's adrenaline from earlier went down and he slept for a bit.

However during the night he woke up. But for the first time in forever he found Robot beside him.

"Hey Buddy. " Will said happy to just have finally found him, Will could now let it sink in that he got back Robot.

"Hello Will Robinson. " Robot spoke as he stood near the table Will layed on.

Will couldn't help but sit up and hug Robot feeling all his problems amd fears melt because Will could finally celebrate that he finished his goal.

Will got his bestfriend back. And man could he not wait to be home and show Lexi, Robot again and to be back with her.

As the minutes past Will finally let go feeling the cold after the metal being in contact with his skin so long.

But he couldn't help but smile. Will wasn't going to waste a moment now that he felt better.

"Want to play some games?" Will said as he slowly got off the table still sore but could move around.

Robots lights flashed and Will knew that meant yes and so slowly they both went into the common area.

For the whole night Will and Robot played small games together and watched the galaxy out the window as the pod floated in space.

But for once Will felt safe and that he would no longer worry at night for Will finally had Robot back.

Lexi POV

"I need you and John Robinson to come up with a plan to get to Alpha Centrai." Captain Griffin said while looking outside.

"But Captain is there anyway that's still possible, most pods don't seem stable and life here is growing. " Lexi said trying to sound respectful

"Do you honestly believe we can raise a future here?" Captain Griffin said turning to me.

Lexi pondered for a minute the possibilities and risks of staying here.

This planet can't support that many. No big future is here. The captains right we need to move on.

"There's nothing here, what would you want me to do Griffin. " She said looking down at her feet.

" Lexi, I know its hard, I left family behind on earth. I didn't want to but they couldn't make it. Sometimes we must move on, I don't know how much longer we can wait for Will and them. Do you understand?" Captain Griffin said putting his hand on her shoulder.

Lexi felt like she was being crushed, move on from Will. To leave this planet means to leave him.

It made logical sense but her heart and soul yelled No at just the thought.

"I... I can't guarantee anything from me or John but what do you want us to do?" Lexi said barely able to speak.

"I trust you and John, you both have worked beside me these last months. I want you both to fix the ships, figure out a fuel source and prepare the colony to leave. Can I count on you?" Captain Griffin said looking me in the eyes

"Yes sir always. I'll try my best and get Robert on board as well." Lexi said confidently

"Good, I'm happy to hear." Captain Griffin said smiling at her as Lexi nodded.

Lexi slightly bowed and turned to leave "Don't worry child I believe it will work out. Just try to help me keep this Colony afloat. " Captain said

"Of course Captain Griffin. " Lexi said smiling as she parted from his office

This was alot to take in, for sure though Captain Griffin could trust her. He has helped the colony survive everything. Plus he did make Lexi one of his Closest workers along with John Robinson.

So, Lexi was going to help this colony get to Alpha Centrai but she wasn't going to leave Will. She'd find a way but Lexi never abandon him.

"Not happening we got to wait for Mary and Will! She's my wife and thats my boy. I'm not leaving over my dead body!" John fussed angrily.

"He only asked you because you can convince me, plus your a kid you're more easily manipulated. I trust Captain Griffin but this is to far. I'm going to-" John is soon stopped by a Lexi who threw a knife close to his foot on the ground.

Immediately he can tell he just made the mistake of making Lexi mad.

Lexi took a deep breath took some closer steps as John watched nervously.

"Look I know your mad. But hear me out before I hurt you and then like the good Doctor I am, have to fix you up." Lexi said trying to control her anger

She'd worked alot with John Robinson and they were close with both liking to solve puzzles and mechanics.

Lexi even considered him as a father figure alot but the only down side was his stubbornness frustrated her.

"We aren't leaving Will or Mary. I'm just saying for now let's do as Captain Griffin says because he's right there is no future on this planet. " Lexi said trying to reason with John.

"Okay let's say we do all this, and they want us to leave and Will and Mary aren't back?" John said

"Well simple we stay behind, as the Robinson's we stick together and wait for them. But if we prepare everything when they do get here we can be safe and finally have a life." Lexi explained.

"Count me in. You should have said that in the beginning. " John said smirking.

"You know, now I know why Mary struggles with you." Lexi said teasing him

"Well you know me and Will are just alike, so just be prepared for that in the future. " John said making Lexi blush as they walked.

"It's different with him." Lexi said laughing.

"Hm sure well let's get started, getting a whole colony prepared to leave is going to be difficult. " John said rubbing the back of his neck as he pulled Lexi into his side as they walked.

Will Pov

"Checkmate!" Will said excitedly as him and Robot played another game of Chess.

Surprisingly Robot had beat Will 30 to 20. Both stayed up all night and into the next morning but it was worth it.

"I should of know you'd stay up, I'll let it slide this once." Mary said laughing fondly at the two.

"Thanks mom, I'll try not to do it to often." Will said as him and Robot prepared a new game.

"Good, because in another month, we'll be back to that planet and your family." Ben said intervening from my mom saying anything.

This causing her to shaking her head but her smile said another story.

But Will could tell just like his mom, he was excited. Will finally would be back to the others. He'd get to see his dad, Penny, Judy, Don, Doc Smith (not as excited for that) and finally Lexi..

He'd get to start his relationship with her. Will wanted to be official and just never leave eachothers side.

But for now Will wanted to enjoy this time with Robot. For friendship and trust didn't grow over night.

One month later (Still Will Pov)

Space had been quiet on the pod lately.

Robot had got invested into reading and puzzles so the activities on the ship had become more quiet.

But Will loved it, being with Robot gave him chances to get close and they never left eachothers side.

Plus his mom and Ben had been focusing on planning routes and studying on how to solve a Math theory that had been labeled impossible.

So far they've come pretty close at solving it.

But even with all that Will was excited only a couple days left and he'd be back with his family. So close..

He couldn't help but smile at the peaceful galaxy outside his window before he layed down while Robot read his book on a bunk position on the opposite side.

Will could finally sleep peacefully at night. And him and Robot kept eachother Company.

"Goodnight Robot." Will said sleepily

"Goodnight Will Robinson. " Robot said as he kept reading.

Bang!

"Hmmm..." Will Groaned

He looked over and Robot seemed peaceful and sleep like.

Will wanted to sleep but the noise brothered him so he got up.

Will looked around everything seemed in place and tranquil when he spotted some movement.

He quickly rubbed his eyes as he moved to the widow.

As he looked into space, it seemed normal till it didn't..

There is another ship out there. Will thought in horror.

The metal shape and how it flew in space was abnormal and even more reminded him of Robots old ship.

That ship was engraved into his memories from meeting Robot.

But Will knew these Robots, as much as he wanted them to be friendly most likely they weren't.

"Danger Will Robinson. " Robot said moving to the widow and pulling Will into his side.

For the first time as Will looked into Robot's eye the lights moved at a fast pace. He knew Robot was frighten just like he was.
