Four

Misaki and Kai played six games and the results were drawed. Kai won the first two matches and the last one. Still, it was a close victory. Misaki was one of the hardest opponents to deal with. Just because she rarely plays against strong cardfighters doesn't mean she's not one.

By the end of the game the sun rose. Then they realized they still had school.

" We should get going. We still have school." Misaki said.

" Yea. I'll walk you back." Kai offered. 

Miisaki wanted to decline but she didn't. So Kai walked her back.

" I'll see you later then." Misaki said.

Kai nodded.

" We should do that again sometime, it's fun." She smiled.

Kai returned her smile. " Sure." He said and walked back.

Misaki's head almost hit the counter during her shift again and her cat looked at her curiously.

" You seem tired, Misaki. You haven't slept well yesterday?" Aichi asked. 

" Funny, Kai here is fighting to keep his eyes open too." Miwa laughed. " You didn't do anything to her last night, did you?"

Kai and Misaki shared a look. Misaki blushed and quickly buried her head into her book. What happened last night was not really something she wanted to tell anyone.

" No." Kai said. " I had nothing to do with her."

" Really Misaki?"

" I slept late last night. What does that have to do with him?" Misaki said, trying to keep her cool.

" Really? But I seriously think both of you have something to do with-" Miwa was cut off by Misaki.

" SHUT UP OR GET OUT."

" Sorry. Sorry." Miwa apologized. Seems like she went back to normal. He smiled to himself.

" I'm going back." Kai stood up and walked towards the exit. 

" Hey, wait for me." Miwa grabbed his bag and followed.

Kai sent Misaki a small smile which she returned before walking out.

" Are you sure you guys did nothing?" Miwa stared at him curiously.

Kai sighed. " Shut up, Miwa. We did nothing."

" I don't believe you but okay, I'll shut up this once."
