After a few lessons, tests, projects and announcements given, it was finally the first day of the field trip.

Their destination is Sunagakure. Though Gaara doesn't have any plans on meeting his father. Only Baki will be assisting them on their trip, the former sensei of the sand siblings. Clearly, everyone has partners for the whole trip. Particularly in the airplane ride, sleeping rooms and the zoo. They will be staying there for two nights and three days. The first day will be at the zoo. The second will be a whole day at the beach to swim, play sports and games. The last day will be a relaxation day. You can stay at the beach, or just sleep at your specified rooms. It's also the day that they will go back to Konoha.

Few days back, Kiba 'rescued' Sasuke against Ami's possession to be her partner. Which automatically makes Kiba and Sasuke partners. If Ami didn't get Sasuke as her partner then who else is she gonna pick next? Of course it would be Ino without a doubt. On the other hand, Ino who was left with no choice since Hinata's partner is Tenten and Sakura's partner was Temari. Ino confirmed Ami's invitation as her partner.

As for the other boys, Neji was stuck with Naruto because Kiba already has a partner which is Sasuke. He also didn't want Sasuke, his so-called rival, to be his partner. Naruto gladly accept Neji's request even though he's alright with anyone to be his partner as long as it's not a fangirl/fanboy but we all know that Naruto can be a hand-full due to his stubbornness.

Obviously Gaara and Kankuro are partners. Although Shikamaru was left with Choji, a chubby student who eats a lot, but he really doesn't mind.

Sakura met the sand siblings a day after the field trip announcement. She had fun hanging out with them. She already met Temari a few weeks ago also Gaara in connection to what happened in the recent days. So, the only one she actually met was Kankuro. Based on Sakura's thoughts and observations, Kankuro was almost like her former friends, Kiba and Naruto. He's obstinate as Naruto but also solemn from time to time like Kiba. Except Kankuro likes puppets and he acts older. Whenever she's with Temari, it reminds her of both Ino and Tenten. Temari is girly as Ino but also sporty like Tenten. When she's around Gaara, it reminds her of Sasuke. Both earnest, attractive, intelligent, athletic and a little cold-hearted.

Nevertheless, the field trip is one of the most awaited events in the school. Even the teachers and Tsunade waits and prepares for the best for it. She also packed her clothes and valuables for the trip. All of the teachers will be going along with the students to the trip. Probably except for the staff who will be guiding the school without the proximity of the principal around.

When the students entered the depths of the airport,they encountered people with either tears of joy or sorrow flowing down their eyes, seeing their loved ones leave or come back to their arms. Also various voices and noise were crowded inside the airport as they marched straight to the waiting area.

Tsunade stood up, facing the whole student body. She brought above the microphone at the edge of her chin and turned the volume higher. "Attention!" The sudden action made everyone silent. Even the airport employees stopped what their doing and took a few glances at her. A couple of amazed men would also check her out due to her chest and looks for an 'old' woman. However she didn't bother and proceeded her announcement. "Before going inside the airplane, just a few rules for the field trip." The whole student body sighed and waited for their principal to speak. "Rule number one, always be with your partners throughout the trip. Rule number two, always check if your things are with you at all times. Rule number three, Never leave a place with a mess. Last and the most important rule of all.." Tsunade closed her eyes, making the students lean of curiosity.

She shut her eyes open and continued. "Enjoy the trip!"

Everyone cheered, howled and clapped at Tsunade's final statement. "Alright students, let's go to the airplane with proper disposition!" She raised her hand and moved it slightly as a signal to the teachers and students to go inside their assigned planes. Three grade levels per airplane.

Haphazard girls' cheeks were turning into the shades of pink, their visual orbs stuck watching, whispering with quite full of giggles. Some even screamed and went nuts. In other words, fangirling when Sasuke, Kiba, Naruto, Gaara and Neji walked by the canteen. Neji rolled his lavender orbs, ignoring the situation. Gaara cursed the girls silently through his thoughts. Kiba sighed, looking down to avoid contact while Naruto was waving and smiling at the girls as if he was a superstar. Sasuke turned his toxic onyx eyes to the girls giving a deadly glare at them. He's very sick of fangirling. It was giving him the power of letting him impale the irritating fangirls through his lethal fury.

Temari shook her head while her eyes closed. "Typical girls." She muttered while walking to the airplane together with Sakura.

Sakura just laughed silently at Temari's response and at the prospect she saw.

They felt strong wind passed towards them as it moves their hair slightly because of the airplane's engine, entering the airplane. "Welcome aboard."  A couple of lovely stewardess in about at their age of late 20's greeted them, bowing their heads a little while the teachers and students walked in a huge airplane, carrying a small bag with them.

Inside the airplane, the teachers were up front. The lower level came in after the teachers then the juniors sat behind them. At the back were the seniors, the graduating students.

III-A students were sat at the first seats of the juniors. Sakura and Temari was seated in the front, behind them was Gaara and Kankuro. Beside the aisle of Temari's seat follows the other students. Kiba and Sasuke were seated next to a walkway that Kankuro was staying at the other side. Sasuke wore his headphones as his head rested at the soft seat, shutting down his eyes slowly while disregarding the world.

Kiba plugged his earphones at his ears as he took a glimpse of his surroundings. Almost all of them were sleeping, resting or talking to their friends. Until his sight halted at Sakura. She, along with the sand siblings, was blabbering about something with a mixture of laughter in their conversation.

How he missed his old best buddy. How he missed the memories the cherished, wondering if that's even possible to bring back. Those times when they were playing video games he would find a way to cheat and Sakura would always caught him which led them to a friendly fight on who would be the first one to be speechless. The times when he cheers up Sakura in terms of family problems. Times when he'll be there for his best friend throughout their path in life.

Their friendship actually started when Sakura was once alone at the school's garden. He saw tears escaped her emerald eyes. He comforted her and she explained what happened. It was because of her parents who often compared her to others and the fact that  they're always away makes it worse for not having the presence of a mother and a father. Kiba somehow relates with her past since he never knew his father and his mother, Tsume Inuzuka, was at work most of the time. His sister, Hana Inuzuka, was a soldier at the Konoha Military force and a police officer at Konoha Police Department together with the Uchiha corp.

Kiba was the one who came to solace Sakura, consoling her. Ever since that day, they shared the same likes and dislikes, excluding some.

Kiba exhaled heavily to refresh his inner thoughts and tried to move on. "It's over." He thought to himself. "She has another best bud." He stared at Sakura in sorrow as he shook his head, escaping from the sea of regret. "I'm just a memory."

Yet again when the poor boys got out of the plane, they met a crowd of fangirls waiting for them outside of the Sunagakure airport.

They may be just normal high school students, but their popularity reached the whole world due to the internet and because of their looks which led them to the access to be famous in the world, especially Uchiha Sasuke. Which also means that they have international fangirls even though they don't like being famous that much. How ironic that girls would automatically fangirl over them by just one snap in the world of the international network.

Next stop, beach resort. Sakura got out of the bus, dragging her luggage with her. She moved her sight around the luxurious place, breathing in to embrace the tropical atmosphere in Suna. "This is amazing." She murmured as she walked in a five-star resort, staring in awe at the lobby which has a perfect view of the swimming pool before it shows the magnificent sight of the endless sparkling ocean colliding the soft white sand.

"First time you've ever been in Suna?" Kankuro spoke. Sakura just nodded her head as response, her gaze still glued in amazement, with her mouth wide open.

"That explains it." Gaara simpered, crashing his hands inside his pockets. He raised his right hand at Sakura's chin to close it . "Careful, you might eat bugs."

"Oi! Here's the keys to your rooms." Temari gave the hotel cards to Kankuro and Gaara. "Kaka-sensei said that we should be down here at the lobby after an hour to prepare going at the zoo."

"Yosh!" Kankuro stretched his arms, bringing up his backpack while walking to the elevator.

"See you in a while." Gaara said before following Kankuro's tracks.

Temari pulled Sakura's wrist  and ran to the building where the girls were staying. "Come on Sakura!" She said as Sakura grabbed her bag quickly and ran along with Temari.

Imagine this, a two-story building was at the front of the beach resort, containing the lobby and the broad canteen on the second floor. In the center was the extensive swimming pool and at the sides of it were two buildings, both enormous, fancy and equal in height. Also, the bedrooms were located inside them. After the pool and the buildings, comes in the majestic beach. To summarize it all in one word, it's 'paradise'. It's paradise because you are with your friends, you are staying in a prosperous resort, you can bring gadgets, you can enjoy, no studying, no tests and the best of all...

there is...

What else would you ask for? For a three-day field trip in a wealthy beach resort in Suna? It would be worth it even if you have to work part-time job to obtain money for it.

A trip to the elevator passed then Sakura and Temari finally reached their room. Once again, Sakura's sight dropped at exploring the whole room.

In front of the bedroom door was an aisle connecting to the beds. Beside it was a door which leads to the bathroom. The bedroom consists of two queen-sized beds facing a large flat screen television. Next to the television was a wooden cabinet that can be shared by two. Nearby the beds was a sliding door in access to the terrace with an absolute landscape of the whole beach.

Temari placed her things at the cabinet and gave out a small smile, seeing Sakura with amusement and all. "When we were young, we would always go here but without our father."  Sakura faced to her while closing the curtain, covering the sliding door. Temari sat down as her gaze at the carpet floor. "He would always go to work and disregard us even though he's the kazekage.. ..he should also have time for his family..."

Sakura walked to Temari's spot and patted her back. "I understand your feeling...My parents would always lecture me, compare me and most of all, leave me behind. They are always away for business trips. I know that they do that to earn money but just like you said...they should also have time for their family."

Temari shook her head and exhaled to let out her grief thoughts. "Anyways let's get your things fixed then go down to the lobby."

Sakura nodded and changed the topic of their conversation as she followed Temari's orders.

Revealing the view of the animal park when they arrived, it looked as if it was just a plain huge dome on the outside. The students were in doubt if that was the right location. However when they walked inside the place, their eyes enlarged seeing somewhat a jungle at the bottom of them. Tall trees and long grass was everywhere. Animals with various kinds was in sight along with their names encrypted at a stone near their cage though they have different spots to be organized.

"Man, this zoo is kind of scary. Dattebayo." Naruto glanced at the tiger. He avoided the tiger's contact from below and just drank his water.

A pale-skinned man with a furry mustache had a dark caramel hair while wearing circular glasses and the employee uniform approached them. "Yoo hoo!" The employee said in a Scandinavian accent with quite a high pitch...in a funny way.

Naruto spitted his water out of his mouth and covered it, trying to stop his laughter from hearing that voice. Most of the students held their laughter, hearing the employee's hilarious tone.

"Vhelco-ome to tha-a Zu-na-ga-kure Vhild life! Yah."

(Translation: "Welcome to the Sunagakure Wild life! Yah.")

He bowed at the sight of Tsunade and again, they forcedthemselves not to laugh while waiting for him to look back. "My-y name is Zte-eve! I vhill be yoh tow guide vhor thiz avhterno-oon! Yah."

(Translation: "My name is Steve! I will be your tour guide for this afternoon! Yah.")

Finally, he moved back and waved his hand up. "Come on, people! Vhe have a lot ov ani-malz vhai-ting vhoh yoh arrival. Yah." He walked down to the stairs as the people followed while laughing silently even the inner Uchiha was cracking up.

(Translation: "Come on people! We have a lot of animals waiting for your arrival. Yah.")

While walking to the first site, Sakura called out Kakashi and whispered. "Kaka-sensei, I don't understand a thing he's saying."

A sweat dropped Kakashi's forehead. "Just smile and pretend that you get what he's saying. Also, read the descriptions at the stones for more information about the animals."

Sakura nodded in agreement. On the other group, Naruto can't stop rolling on the floor while laughing his butt off.

"Vhirst ovh! Tha Vhrog Palaze! Yah." They entered a wide room which has numerous frogs with different colors and kinds. The frogs were placed inside a structure of a mansion at the sides of the room. Some of the girls screamed a little with disgust.

(Translation: "First off! The Frog Palace! Yah.")

Steve proceeded to do his job and went to the first structure. "All ovh theze vhrogz ah not juzt nohmal ani-malz. They ah end-age-red zpe-ciez. They ah kept savhe hee at tha Zu-na-ga-kure Vhild livhe! Ovah hee ah called 'Atelopus zeteki' or Gold-en Vhrog. It iz con-zi-de-ed az a good luck cham and it can kill 80% of na-tive amvhi-bi-anz with-in monthz. Yah."

(Translation: "All of these frogs are not just normal animals. They are endagered species. They are kept safe here at the Sunagakure Wild life! Over here are called 'Atelopus zeteki' or golden frog. It is considered as a good luck charm and it can kill 80% of native amphibians within months. Yah.") 

He moved to the next specie. "Hee we have tha 'Bufo baxteri', al-so knon az wyo-ming tod...." Steve continued telling them more about certain frogs on what it can do and its meaning.

A deceitful idea popped up at Kiba's brain when he saw frogs at the corner of the room with a sign that says 'Sticky Frogs'. He approached Sasuke who looks like he doesn't care a single thing on what Steve's blabbering about. "Oi Sasuke! Look at that!" Kiba slung his right arm at Sasuke's neck and pointed at the frogs on the corner. "You thinking what I'm thinking?" Kiba raised his eyebrow, letting go of Sasuke as a devious smirk crept on Sasuke's lips which means they have the same thought in their heads.

Quickly grabbing a frog, Kiba immediately placed it carefully at Naruto's jacket. Even though the frog is stuck at Naruto's back, he didn't notice it but he heard a sound that came from behind then again, he doesn't have a clue on where it came from. Kiba was keeping his chuckle to himself so that Naruto wouldn't recognize, same goes for Sasuke. Quietly, Kiba and Sasuke gave themselves a 'brofist' for a job well done.

"Let uz con-zinue oh tip to yha Snaykuh Habi-tat! Yah." Steve led them to a dark tunnel, he flinched the glowing lights open as it shows snakes in cages everywhere. The girls and Naruto shrieked with suprise, seeing the creepy snakes crawling inside the cages while moving their extensive tongue.

(Translation: "Let us continue our trip to the Snake Habitat! Yah.")

Steve left them for a while to savor the moment with those creepy-looking snakes besides you can't ignore when nature's calling. Snakes of dozens kinds were scattered all over inside their cages. Most girls received the chills down to their spine due to stimuli. Naruto went over to Kiba who was looking around with a disgusted expression on his face. "Kiba! Look at the size of that snake!" Naruto hid at Kiba's back as he pointed a large snake with its body twisted at one place.

Kiba closed his eyes a little to see a better range of vision at the snake. "It reminds me of our old biology teacher.....What's his name again?........Dasai?"

( meaning: "lame" )

"No it's more like.....Kimochi warui?" Naruto placed his index finger along with his thumb at his chin, slowly moving it like he has a fictitious beard.

( meaning: "disgusting" )

"Kusojijii?" Kiba remarked

( meaning: "old man" )

Naruto snapped his finger as he grinned widely. "I got it!! His name is Gee na otoko!!"

( meaning: "gay man" )

Neji slapped his hand at his forehead, giving himself a face palm for those two morons' answers were no where near at their old biology teacher's name. He went straight to them and spoke. "It's Orochimaru."

Both Naruto and Kiba thought for a few seconds to recall. Their eyes got bigger as they realized their guess was far away.

"Ohhh....well, he does look like a lame, disgusting, old gay man to me, dattebayo!"

 "That's because he is, genius." Kiba gave Naruto a friendly punch.

"He is?" Sasuke chimed in the conversation, not bothering the teacher's instructions.

"I don't know but it looks like it the way he licks his lips with those hideous tongue...." Kiba shivered from remembering the old horrible biology classes with Orochimaru.

"Orochimaru?" Ino heard from behind and went to the guys. "Isn't he a pedophile?"

"I think so." Shikamaru yawned.

They continue sharing their ideas about their former biology teacher until Steve came back from the restroom and resume the trip.

Naruto heard that sound all over again and looked back to find nothing. He scratched the back of his head as the frog moved on the top. Naruto shifted his gaze and saw a snake swirl up at its cage, staring at the top of his head but he thought that the snake was looking at him. His body suddenly became stiff and he closed his eyes in fear but then the snake made its move to attack.

Despite the fact that the snake made a move, the cage prevented it to do any harm. Naruto slowly opened his eyes to see the snake gazing at the top of his head.

Once Naruto averted his vision at the sticky frog, moving its body to his forehead. He blinked twice and screamed until his voice ran out as he collapsed, meeting the icy rigid floor due to sudden terror.

"Hoo vaz tha one hoo zcremed like a ger-yl? Yah." Steve turned around and saw Naruto laying down at the floor.

(Translation: "Who was the one who screamed like a girl? Yah.")

 

"Ooh mama mia! The vhrog left tha cage! Yah." He grabbed the frog and returned it to its place at the other room. When he camed back, a crowd was blocking Naruto and he shouted. "Vhat happened to this kid?! Yah." The people backed away to give him space to walk.

(Translation: 1st sentence "Ooh mama mia! The frog left the cage! Yah."

2nd sentence "What happened to this kid?! Yah.")

"He needs CPR!!" A student yelled from the crowd.

Medical term of CPR is cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is an emergency procedure that consists artificial respiration and external cardiac massage. 'Cardiac' is also called as heart. It's the treatment you do when a person fell insensible and has no pulse which means the heart is not beating and if your heart isn't pumping, the blood circulation will stop and oxygen will not be distributed. If oxygen isn't delivered, it may lead to death due to lack of oxygen. In addition, resuscitation is an act of reviving a person, giving the victim air inside their body to wake them from consciousness and help the blood circulation to continue.

For all those who got lazy and skipped all that medical information, it's also known as 'mouth-to-mouth resuscitation'.

Steve looked up to the heavens and placed his right fist at his chest gently. "I vhol-unteer to zhave thiz kid! Yah." He sat down and lean unto Naruto to check his pulse and if he's breathing. Without any reaction that came from Naruto, he surrounded his hands at Naruto's mouth and began breathing in for him to collect oxygen.

(Translation: "I volunteer to save this kid! Yah.")

Hinata fainted the time she took a glimpse of the scene. Neji caught her in surprise as Tenten tried to wake her up.

While Steve was collecting air, Sasuke would definitely love to see Naruto getting his first kiss with Steve though this is just getting too weird for a field trip and the Uchiha just wants to get this over with. Seeing the perfect time to make a turn, Sasuke rapidly kicked Naruto at his danger zone.

"I-ITEEEEEEEEE!!!!" Naruto responded while covering his private part with torture and misery. "OI TEME WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" He exclaimed raising a fist at Sasuke as he twitched in madness.

Steve stood up and left the two knuckleheads to resume with the field trip. "Al-right, let uz con-zin-ue tha trip, yah?" He led them to the next location.

(Translation: "Alright, let us continue the trip, yah?")

"You should thank me rather to shout like an idiot." Sasuke faced back and began walking away. He stopped for a second and replied. "I forgot..." He glanced at Naruto. "....you are an idiot."

Naruto tightened his grip and mumbled with imaginary dark aura surrounding him. "Aho...."

Kiba, who was also the other one who attempted a prank on Naruto, just pretended that he didn't do a thing and followed Sasuke's footsteps.

On the other hand, when all of the students proceeded to the next habitat. When there were no sight of people but Gaara and Sakura. Gaara thought of something. If he wants to say the truth, he should make sure to trust Sakura and that she's the right one to hold on to. So he tested her in order to know the truth behind those lonely eyes and to make sure that his plan won't be a waste..

Gaara traps Sakura through pinning his arms at the wall where no one can see. Their faces are now inches closer to each other.

Sakura was in deep shock with her eyes wide open. "What the- Gaara what are you doing?!"

Gaara's lips formed into a smirk as his crimson hair was messed up, making him look breathtaking. "Can I be Sasuke's replacement?"
