Late Night Swim Pt 1

Akira's POV

We had a plan which we didn't tell Lo'ak.

Why? Because he would freak out.

After walking away from the party, Neteyam glanced back.

"Hmm?" I hummed.

"Just checking," he said and gave me a grin. I laughed a little. 

" I'm sure he's too busy with Tsireya than to spy on us," I smiled as I placed my hand on his arm. He chuckled.

"I know, just making sure," he replied. We walked for a small distance before heading towards the water.  I called my ilu as he called his.

" We're not going to get into trouble, right?" I asked uncertainly.

" We'll be fine, don't worry, I'll protect you," he grinned playfully. I rolled my eyes at him.

" Come on, skxawng, let's not waste time," I told him before bonding with my ilu and speeding off.

From behind, I heard him curse and yell out, " Hey! No fair!"

I chuckled.

He finally caught up and nudged his ilu with mine.

" I won," I grinned.

" Cheater," he said before we laughed.

" Let's go for a slow swim," he smiled as he touched my arm.

"Okay, let's do that."
