chapter nineteen

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Kenzie? What are you doing here?" Hayden asked as he walked down his stairs.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Well, I don't really know actually." Kenzie answered. "It's just when I saw you just before, I don't know, it just felt like I had to get to know you more." She lied, giving a sweet smile, it was almost as if lying was Kenzie's oxygen and she would suffocate without it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Hayden furrowed his brows. "Okay?" He spoke. "But we've never really talked." He added.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Kenzie shrugged, taking a step towards him. "Maybe, but that doesn't matter."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Hayden looked confused. Kenzie got closer to him, looking deeply into his brown eyes, he could feel her soft breath touch his skin.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"We can still have a little fun." She chuckled.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀A smile made it's way across Hayden's face. And Kenzie wrapped her arms around the back of his neck. He bit his lip. Was he really gonna do this? But it was too late to think, Kenzie had already crashed her lips against his. He didn't pull away, he kissed her back.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀They began to make their way up to Hayden's bedroom as he unzipped the back of her dress. But before he could fully remove it Kenzie snuck her phone out of one of its pockets. They continued to make out as Kenzie swiftly put her phone onto camera and pressed record, laying it down, without Hayden even noticing. Wow, she really was good at this.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀If Johnny wanted to play with fire she was going to come back, with a lot more than just a packet of matches. He wanted to flirt with her best friend?
