He rushed over to her. He didn't think twice, Jooheon picked her up bridal style making sure he grabbed her purse. He grabbed his duffel bag before rushing out to the car where the driver was waiting for him.

"Change of plans, take us to the hospital." Jooheon said frantically.

The driver didn't ask any questions. He drove to the hospital as quick as possible. Bia groaned in pain as she felt one of the twins pushing against her.

"No. No." She cried. "Stay in there."

"Oh dear lord." The driver looked back at her.

"Drive faster!" Jooheon shouted.

Bia looked at Jooheon, her vision blurred with tears. She felt him squeeze her hand lightly.

"I'm right here." He said calming. "It's going to be okay."

He brushed her hair from her face. His heart ached knowing he was going to leave her today. Holding back his tears he needed to be strong for Bia. The car stopped and Jooheon looked up to see that they had stopped a red light.

"Why didn't you just run the damn thing." He clinched his jaw shut. "If we have these babies in your car it's your fault."

Bia took a deep breath trying to keep the twins in. She was not about to give birth in a car, but then again this will be a good story to tell her twins. Bia closed her eyes concentrating on not pushing.

"We'll be there in a few." The driver said.

They started to come up on a yellow light.

"Floor it." Jooheon shouted.

The driver speed up flying through the yellow light. He turned into the hospital. Jooheon hopped out the care getting a wheelchair for Bia. He grabbed his and her stuff from the car. He paid the guy thanking him.

"Help!" Jooheon shouted. "She's about to give birth."

Nurses rushed to their side. Bia groaned in pain. He followed them back into the delivery room. They got Bia ready. Jooheon texted Sariah about what was happening. She didn't text back but he knew she was on her way with the stuff Bia needed for herself and the twins. Jooheon stayed with Bia, helping her through the birth. He cut the cords, signed the birth certificates. Even held them for a few minutes while Bia was sleeping after just pushing out two healthy twins. He cried knowing that Bia used the names he suggested when they first found out they were having a boy and a girl. Tiago and Thalia Lee. He placed Thalia back into her bed. They were both so beautiful. He walked over to Bia. He kissed her forehead letting tears fall from his eyes.

"If only things had turned out different." He cried softly. "You, Tiago and Thalia will always be in my heart."

He picked up his bags walking to the door. In that moment he felt his heart truly break. He pressed his lips together. As he opened the door he turned looking at Bia.

"Someday we will meet again." He wiped his tears.

When Bia heard the door shut she opened her eyes. Tears fell slowly down her face. She wanted to stop him. She wanted for him to stay, but nothing came out. Bia just knew that one day he just might come back. Jooheon walked to the elevator as Sariah, Kihyun and Shownu walked out of it.

"Where are you going?" Sariah gave him a questioning look.

"Take care of Bia and the twins for me." He sniffed.

He didn't say anything or look at them. Jooheon entered the elevator. As the door closed he looked at Shownu.

"Treat Tiago and Thalia as if they were yours." Jooheon said before the doors closed.

He collapsed to the floor in tears. He placed his hand over his heart.

"It hurts so much." He cried. "I'm doing what is best. Am I?"

He ordered himself another uber. He sat outside the hospital. He could no longer cry. After crying so much his eyes has dried out.

Jooheon boarded the plane. His mind blank of thoughts, his heart aching. He took his seat by the window. As the plane took off he put his hand on the window.

"You can now have a happy life Bia." He sighed.

Back in the hospital Bia laid in bed, not wanting to speak. She knew that if she did, she would have a breakdown. Shownu, Sariah and Kihyun all sat silently in the room. Not knowing what to say to comfort her.

"After cutting the umbilical cord, signing their birth certificates he still left?" The emotional pain in Bia's voice made Sariah teary eyed. "And I let him."

"Hey now." Shownu stood. "You never know, maybe after he gets back to his old self he'll come back."

Bia looked at Shownu.

"Possibly." Bia looked over at her twins. "For now I have to stay strong for them."

"That's my girl." Sariah smiled. "By the way, you made beautiful babies."

Bia smiled widely. "Thank you."
