PART 18

Flashback

One day, Yibo decided to have a sleepover at Zhan's house. Before going home, they bought some groceries because Zhan wanted to eat something cooked by Yibo.

When they arrived at the house, they were immediately greeted by Zhan's parents. "You're here" Lara and Sebastian said as Zhan and Yibo kissed them on the cheeks.

"Mom, have you eaten yet?" Zhan asked while putting their bags inside, and Yibo headed straight to the kitchen to store their groceries. "Yes, we didn't know you were coming. Don't you have class?" Lara asked.

"Love wanted to stay here because he misses you. We don't have class, Mom," Zhan answered while coming down the stairs. "I'll cook for you two" Lara said, heading towards the kitchen, but Zhan stopped her.

Zhan: "Mom, don't bother. Yibo will cook, I'm craving his cooking."

Lara: "Oh, okay, if that's what you want. If you need anything, just call me."

Zhan: "Thanks, Mom. By the way, where's big sitster?"

Lara: "She's probably in her room. She'll come out once she knows you're here."

...

While Yibo was cooking, Zhan sat and watched him, wanting to help, but Yibo insisted on serving him. "You know, love, you look sexy in that apron" Zhan said, laughing as Yibo danced for him. They were interrupted when Liying entered the kitchen. Zhan immediately stood up to hug her, despite her usual anger towards him for reasons he didn't understand, but he loved her so much that he couldn't see the opposite of Liying's treatment of him

"My beautiful sister, I missed you" Zhan said like a child, but Liying moved away slightly. "Can you stop acting like a kid? You're too old for that." Liying said with a frown.

"He's really a baby. My baby" Yibo said, making Zhan laugh. "You're disgusting" Liying said as she left the kitchen. Zhan laughed awkwardly. "She's like that sometimes, not in the mood" Zhan said as he sat back down but kept glancing at the door.

"I feel like big sister doesn't like me" Zhan thought.  He was about to get up to approach Yibo but sat back down immediately as he felt dizzy and felt like he was going to throw up.

"Are you okay, love?" Yibo asked worriedly, immediately coming over to Zhan. "I'm fine, but I suddenly felt dizzy" Zhan said, gripping Yibo tightly. "I'll take you inside so you can rest, and I'll call you when I'm done cooking." Zhan nodded, and Yibo carried him to his room, laying him down gently.

"I'll be back. Rest here" Yibo said, kissing Zhan's forehead before leaving the room.

When he returned to the kitchen, Liying was already there, holding a glass of water. She pretended to bump into Yibo, causing the water to spill on his clothes. His shirt got wet, and his ch@st was clearly visible, but Yibo didn't care. "Sorry, sorry, sorry, Jie" Yibo apologized, panicking as he grabbed a tissue to wipe Liying's clothes, making her smile slyly. Yibo didn't know what was happening when Liying suddenly hugged him. He couldn't push her away because, to him, she was like an older sister and the sibling of his fiance.

He hugged her back, thinking it was normal, but for Liying, it meant something different, and Lara saw it all as she was about to enter to check on Yibo and Zhan. "
