PART 4

Gu Wei looked at Sebastian and Lara and gave them a brief smile.

"Let's sit down," Yibo's parents invited. Since they were all seated at one table Gu Wei suddenly noticed that A-yuan was not with them. Although he wanted to ask, he restrained himself.

Gu Wei noticed the young boy sitting between Yibo and Liying. "You’re so clueless. How could you not notice that A-Yuan isn’t with them?" Gu Wei's thought. He was extremely angry and had to calm himself, which Lay noticed. Lay then held Gu Wei’s hand. Gu Wei looked at him, and Lay immediately understood.

"By the way, where is A-Yuan? I miss that kid. We haven’t seen each other in a while," Lay asked, giving Gu Wei some relief. Gu Wei smiled at him, unaware that Yibo was watching them.

"Oh, that kid doesn’t really like to join these events. He prefers to be alone" Liying said focusing on her food. Katrina frowned because while she and A-yuan were shopping at the mall, A-yuan excitedly told her that he wanted to go to his grandparents' party. She was about to speak, but Gu Wei spoke before she could.

"Really? But even if a person dislikes socializing, they still show up for occasions like this, unless there’s another reason" Gu Wei said causing Liying to stop eating. Gu Wei looked at Yibo. "Aren’t you going to do anything?" He thought.

"A-yuan is the type of kid that if he doesn't want to do something, he really doesn't want to and you won't understand that because you're not a parent" Liying said. Gu Wei clenched his fist. And took a deep breath to calm himself.

"Go to the room and tell your brother to come here" Yibo told Andro. Andro looked at Liying. "Why are you so interested in A-Yuan?" Liying asked, making Gu Wei fall silent. But after a few minutes, he smiled and changed the topic.

"Is he your son?" Gu Wei asked, looking at Andro. "I didn’t see him earlier." Liying smiled broadly. "Bitch" Gu Wei's thought. "Yes, he’s our youngest. Baby, introduce yourself." Andro was about to speak, but Gu Wei quickly interjected. "Oh, he’s only your child? Who’s the father?" He asked innocently, causing everyone at the table to look at him. Gu Wei ignored their stares and continued eating.

"Pardon, what do you mean, ‘who’s the father’? Can’t you see my husband is right here?" Liying asked raising an eyebrow. Gu Wei put down his fork. "I just don’t see any resemblance to Mr. Wang. He mostly looks like you, so if you look closely you will not think that his biological father is Mr. Wang" He said plainly.

Everyone looked at Andro. Liying glared at Gu Wei. " But don't pay attention to what I said, there really are children like that" He continued and chuckled. "No this is not the man I loved" Yibo's thought. Before Liying could speak, Katrina intervened. "We’re still eating."

A while later, Gu Wei excused himself to get some fresh air outside. "Can you manage alone?" Lay asked. Gu Wei nodded. And  excused himself before leaving the table.

After Gu Wei left, Liying immediately spoke. "Where did you find your fiancé? His attitude is awful." Lay looked at her. "Isn’t it worse to talk about someone behind their back? You should have said that while he was here. And I don’t think he said anything wrong; it might even be true." He paused. "And isn't it more awful that you marry the husband of your brother who just died?" Lay asked, silencing everyone and a sudden realization hit them.

"Lay" Yibo called. Lay looked at him. "What? Are you angry too? Before you criticize others, take care of your child first. You know what I mean. He’s my friend, and if you don’t treat him well, you’ll regret it" Lay said, then resumed eating.

"I’m sad. we are here to enjoy and not fight We’re here to enjoy" Katrina said. "You invited an outsider" Liying murmured. "He’s not an outsider. He's ’s my fiancé. If you don’t want to be embarrassed, you better shut your mouth" Lay said.

For the first time, Sebastian spoke. "Liying, fix your attitude, and A-Yuan will stay at our house for a while." Yibo looked at him. "Why should he stay there when he has a home? A-Yuan is my child, and I’ll decide for him" Yibo said firmly. "Don’t forget, he’s also the child of our son" Sebastian said.

"Let him stay with his grandparents" Deigo said. "And if you have a right to A-yuan, they have too" He added

"Fine, he’ll stay with you" Liying said, if she was the only one to follow, she would have kicked him out a long time ago.

"Why did you show up with us again? aren't you dead, because the man you chose killed you? You left us because of him."
